Cathy with Visual Impact Design was hands down my favorite wedding vendor to work with. She is so sweet, attentive, and really makes you feel like you are special. She made my wedding vision come to life and all the florals were perfect. I can't stop looking at the photos! I highly recommend Cathy for your wedding florals! -

Cathy provided the florals for our wedding at Scribner Bend this past weekend and we are so glad that we chose VID for our flowers.
The planning process was super easy. We chatted over the phone and met in person at her studio, and she was so kind and agreeable. The quote she gave us was much more reasonable than the other florist I considered, and I felt that Cathy's goal was to take care of us, not to try to sell us more. For example, she recommended that the arch florals be moved behind the head table after the ceremony, which saved us from having to buy a second set of arrangements. Also, she recommended that we buy fake candles (vs real candles) because of how windy our venue can get sometimes, and told us "I can buy them for you, but it's cheaper if you buy them yourselves on Amazon." Her honestly and acknowledgement of wedding budgets was greatly appreciated. Also, we had more people RSVP "yes" than expected, and she was able to add a table arrangement without any fuss.
On the day of, the table arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, cake flowers, and arch florals were exactly they style we asked for, were (and still are, days later) beautiful, and smelled wonderful to boot. She delivered them exactly on time, and coordinated with the venue staff for all of the ceremony and reception flowers, so we were totally hands-off. She even found a ribbon that matched the bridesmaid dresses, so the ribbons around the flowers were perfect too.
I highly recommend VID to anyone who's planning a wedding. She and her team provide gorgeous flowers and exceptional service. -

I am a flower person by nature and Visual Impact made my wedding flowers dream come true. Everything was perfection from my breathtaking bouquet to the centerpieces to the flowers on the arch. Cathy and her team are amazing. I received so many compliments from our guests on our beautiful flowers.

When me and my fiancé met with Cathy she knew her florals and had so much experience that we immediately went forward with hiring her for our big day. Cathy was a dream to work with shed answer every email and make any requested changes. We got married at Scribner Bend Vineyards on October 4, 2019 and she came into the bungalow to show me and my bridesmaids our bouquets and I was amazed by the amount of detail put into them. I was so excited to see the rest of the florals and before it was time for the ceremony I snuck down there to see and all of the florals exceeded my expectations! I had a vision of how I wanted the centerpieces, arch, bouquets, etc. to look like for our wedding and she definitely exceeded that and put so much detail into every single piece.
Cathy is amazing and provides amazing quality. Cathy made my day so special and I would highly recommend her for all your floral needs! -

During the planning process we did not have specific ideas on flowers but colors and themes, she was more than willing to work within those guidelines and our budget to accomplish everything we wanted. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and we received many compliments on them. Cathy was very accommodating even when we had changes last minute to our table count and adding a flower girl, everything turned out perfect. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. -

She paid attention to details that even I didn't think of and I consider myself pretty organized. Hehe She and her team were very friendly, professional, prompt and worked well with our budget. i simply couldn't have asked for more in a florist. Beautiful Floral Designs for Our Wedding
Cathy is one of the friendliest people to deal with. After our consultation at her design studio she sent sine fresh flowers home for my mom (who I mentioned had worked in a florist shop for several years). She loved them.
The flowers for our ceremony arch and centerpieces were so lovely. The corsages and the flower crowns for our flower girls were very pretty. Most of the men’s boutineers were excellent but two had most of the delicate petals drop off as we removed them from the boxes to pin on my father in law and my brother. But the overall quality and beauty of the designs were fantastic (with the minor exception noted).
She also helped us find a good strategy to repurpose the arch decoration piece for our sweetheart table at the reception so we wasted less material. Many guests enjoyed the centerpieces during and afterwards as well. We would recommend her and especially the creative pieces she creates. Just stunning! -

Tepring Sent on 07/02/2012Simply beautiful flowers! WOW. I opened the box of all the bouquets and boutonnieres and saw that she took our words and created multiple masterpieces. I thought it was kinda scary not to have a sample done before your big day. I mean you get to taste cake before, look at the dress before etc, but don't worry if you use Visual Impact, your flowers will be stunning.

Elyse Sent on 11/21/2017Cathy was really great to work with. She was very accommodating in working with me even when I had to make some changes nearer to my wedding date. The flowers were beautiful and turned out very nicely. The only complaint I have is that my bouquet was not what I asked for nor were my bridesmaid bouquets. They were beautiful but all were the wrong color. I asked for color in mine and the girl's bouquets to be all white, but that was swapped and mine was all white instead. Not the biggest deal in the world but something that I really wished for.
