Brian and his team were nothing short of amazing. From the minute my husband and I sat down with him for the first time we knew we were choosing the right photographer & videographer for our wedding. Our pictures came out absolutely stunning, as did our album. We get so many compliments and I’m so happy we had Brian and the whole team to capture our wedding for us and for all the amazing pictures we have that we will get to look back at for years to come . Thanks again visual image !

Jimmy and Brian were great! They captured beautiful moments from our October, 2016 wedding. They are very professional and were quick thinking when I couldn't go to my photograph location due to rain. The same day edit and the trailer are so beautiful, can't stop watching them!

Will absolutely recommend them to other couples! Thank you so much!!!!

Visual Image was the first vendor that we booked for our wedding and it was definitely one of the easiest and best decisions we made. Visual image was so professional and flexible and helped us make decisions about the time line of our wedding. Our photographers Joe and Ming and our Videographer were all so personable and had us laughing and enjoying ourselves the entire time. They were all so professional and made sure that we were on time for everything. They made us feel so special and like we were VIPS. They were affordable and we can not wait to see our video and photos in a few weeks!

I could not recommend Visual Image and Photography more for your event! Brian and Jimmy were extremely professional, on time, and truly captured our moments on film and video in a traditional and photojournalistic way. Our video, portraits, and album are breathtaking. I was undecided on a location to take pictures after the ceremony and Brian was a huge help in sending me ideas of locations and information we needed to obtain a permit. His team made us feel comfortable and know that besides taking pictures of the bride and groom all day, they captured special moments of our guests. I highly recommend Visual Image and Photography, and my husband and I are very grateful to them!

Joe from Visual Image was awesome!!!! From his gentleness, professionalism, promptness and dedication to my husband and I on capturing every moment, we can not thank him enough for a wonderful night!!!!
From the moment Joe came to my hotel to take pictures of me getting ready, (which by the way was not only on time but early!!!) he was very down to earth and easy going which made me very comfortable and relaxed. He continued to capture our special day through his creative mindset by having us pose in different positions that were fun and romantic and he made sure to include all of our bridal party! He was very patient with our ring boy that was very cranky, but some how he was able to get him to laugh and have fun while taking pictures with us! :) We thank him for that.
Overall we had an amazing time and we thank Joe for being such a humble person to being around and a spectacular photographer!!!!!

My husband and I could not recommend Visual Image enough to anyone who is looking to have an amazing experience with their photographer! The most crucial trait to any hired vendor during wedding planning is reliability and promptness and Brian blew us away with his professionalism and care for our wedding. He responds extremely quickly and is very helpful at all times which definitely relieved some stress for us.

At the wedding, Brian and Jimmy were engaging, and a huge help even beyond the photography; a genuine professional. They made sure all of our requests were met and then some. Most of all, though, he helped us remain calm and kept us in the moment when emotions and jitters were getting to us, something we definitely did not expect from our photographer.

Even though we have only met with him a few times, we can honestly say that we have a dear friend in Brian and Jimmy and look forward to working with him again soon. If you need a photographer, do yourself a huge favor and call Visual Image.
Thanks to you both Brian and Jimmy for making our Wedding day memorable and amazing!!

Brian and Joe from Visual Image shot my wedding. It was such a pleasure and lots of fun to work with each of them. A wedding is a woman's most photographed day and they made me and everyone involved in the wedding feel comfortable. When I needed a break from shooting they obliged. They gave us all the information needed to obtain permits for location shoots. At my wedding ceremony and reception they caught every tear, laugh, hug, funny, candid moment without even being noticed on the dance floor. They were both amazing and professional. My albums, video and portraits are absolutely beautiful. Their creativity and eye for design gave me the ability to hold dear every moment of my special day forever in the most beautiful way. Their services were everything I imagined and more!!

Brian and his team are AMAZING!! They are so easy and fun to work with!! Our pictures came out beautiful and our wedding video was amazing! My husband and I used Visual Image for our engagement pictures as well and they came out beautiful, too! It's a very special thing to remember something, but to be able to relive that day and our feelings over and over again through pictures and the video is something truly special! Brian and his team captured every moment beautifully!

The photographers were great to work with. They had terrific and creative ideas. There were so many different types of photos that were taken. Our wedding album came out amazing. The quality is superb and the layout incredible.

We has visual image for our wedding on 9-27-13. They were. Very easy to work with. They had great ideas for pictures and lay out of the day. They were so friendly and attentive. Was the perfect day :)

Visual Image was great! The photographers were so much fun to work with. We went down to Dumbo, in Brooklyn and took a ton of pictures that I can not wait to see! I'm sure they all came out awesome!

Great and personable people, the staff is very friendly and tries to be accommodating. We have seen the work in their albums, their work is AMAZING. They are a little on the pricier side (we got a package with photography & videography as well) but even the album was pricey. I hope it is all worth it! (I'm sure I will be, I'm excited to see our photos!)

Our wedding is next year, our engagement shoot is coming up in November 2015, and they were accommodating to our preferences.

So far our engagement shoot was excellent! We had Jimmy do our shoot, and he stayed extra time with us and didn't make a stink about it. He was great and fun, and we're excited to see the photos!

I had my engagement shoot done with them which I loved. It was fun to work with Brian and his team! Had lots of laughS working together, they made me feel comfortable. I just recently received my wedding proofs. They came out beautiful. I received my proofs pretty quick. I can't wait to see the album all complete and the video!

I went with this company due to their work on a few friends weddings. I thought their photos and albums spoke for themselves. Well after my wedding is all finished and done, I can honestly say this was the worst mistake I ever made in terms of wedding planning. I don't look back at my photos and say WOW at all. They are pure mediocre at best...nothing like previous work I have seen from this particular company. My wedding video was just okay as well...our ceremony which is the most important part...camera was shakey and zoomed completely out of focus. I don't know why we received such poor quality of their work...maybe it is because we didn't upgrade our package and spend more money but for what we did pay...I was highly unsatisified with quality. As far as professionalism goes....I have one word HORRIBLE!!!! Hardly can get in contact with the actual photographer who we booked with and when we did nothing but attitude from him. There is no communication between the receptionist and the photographers. I would never recommend this company to any future brides. This is the only wedding vendor I regret and it is sad because we paid so much and wedding photo/video is one of the most important wedding vendors.

If ZERO STARS was an option, that's what I'd pick. Mike he videographer--Nasty from the moment he arrived. Rushed everyone around. I don't have pictures with half of my family. That's just to START. Now, 1 month shy of our 1 year Anniversary. After making multiple calls for months and being told the same lies, "it takes time to edit", I got a package in the mail with a check. THEY LOST MY RECEPTION!!! Goes from the food at the cocktail hour, to cutting the CAKE! Guessing the check was hush money??? This company if absolutely disgraceful. I have suffered a terrible loss since my wedding, and that is a day and footage I can never gain again. My heart is broken. If you value your family and memories

I regret to say that I am not happy with the service or quality of the photographers and videographer we chose for our wedding. We chose them because they were one of our venue's recommended vendors, affordable, and we got to have them for the whole day (no having to figure out the number of hours we needed them for). However, I soon realized that there was no emotional connection. The main photographer never asked anything about me or us as a couple. He was hard to get in contact with, and he didn't really listen to what I wanted. When he did contact me, he never said hi. When we had our final meeting, he couldn't be bothered to talk to me directly. All questions went through the receptionist, who didn't know the answers and had to relay them to him anyway. He didn't get any of the shots I wanted (everyone getting ready, the tea ceremony, which is really important in my culture, and the night's wind-down. In fact they just left). He couldn't get our package right, and when he sent us our unedited video, the CD was so scratched up that we couldn't watch it without it skipping or freezing. When we called them about it, they never called back. It's like they don't even try to hide the fact that we're just business clients. I'm extremely unhappy and disappointed with this experience, and I hope other couples don't make the same mistake.
