We can’t thank Barbara and the entire team at VIP Wedding Transportation enough for their exceptional service on our wedding day! They provided both our getaway car — a stunning Bentley Flying Spur — and the guest shuttle service at the end of the night, and everything was absolutely perfect.
Our chauffeur, Paul, was so kind, professional, and courteous. The Bentley was such a special touch and the perfect way to end our wedding evening — it truly made us feel like royalty. Our guests also raved about how convenient and comfortable the shuttle was for getting back to the hotel after the celebration.
To top it all off, in all the post-wedding chaos, we accidentally left an envelope in the back of the car. Barbara went above and beyond to locate it and have it mailed back to us right away — a true example of their integrity and outstanding customer care.
VIP Wedding Transportation exceeded every expectation. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for reliable, elegant, and genuinely caring transportation on their wedding day!

Top notch transportation
I used this service to shuttle my guests from the hotel to the venue and back for my wedding Sept 18, 2025 Everyone told me the bus arrived on time, and the driver was amazing. They loved his positive attitude and willingness to provide helpful information. On the way back, he got everyone back quickly and safely. Timeless and perfect
We had the absolute pleasure of using VIP Wedding Transportation for our wedding on December 14, 2024, and it truly was a magical experience from start to finish. We booked the Rolls Royce for our ceremony, and it was the perfect vintage touch that completed our dream wedding day.
The car itself was stunning—everything we envisioned for that perfect "princess moment" as I made my way to the ceremony. It felt like something straight out of a fairytale. The luxury and elegance of the Rolls Royce definitely added a touch of grandeur to the entire day, and I’ll never forget the way it made me feel as I pulled up to the venue.
Booking the car with Barbara was an absolute breeze. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and answered all our questions with such professionalism and warmth. On the big day, we were in great hands with Simon, our chauffeur. He was incredibly polite, helpful, and so knowledgeable about the car we were using. He shared fascinating bits of history about the Rolls Royce, which made the experience even more special. Simon was so attentive, assisting my mom and me in getting in and out of the car with ease and comfort.
After the ceremony, I only needed the car for a few pictures, and Simon was more than happy to wait, which we truly appreciated. He even captured one of my favorite photos of my husband and me, which I will cherish forever.
What really stands out is the value—with VIP Wedding Transportation, you can’t beat the combination of luxury and affordability. The experience was worth every penny, and I’m so glad we chose them to add that extra touch of elegance to our wedding day.

Great Transportation Service
VIP Wedding Transportation was phenomenal. My husband and I inquired for services for a getaway car at the end of the night from our venue to the hotel we were staying at. Once we got in contact with the owner, communication was smooth and effective and we had no issues booking a luxury car for a reasonable price.

A classic fairytale experience

A send off like no other!

Love VIP Wedding Transportation!
We hired VIP wedding transportation as our exit vehicle and driver from our wedding at Casa Feliz in February 2022. The owner was the one who drove the vehicle from our wedding venue to the hotel. He was super nice, polite, and helpful. We chose the 1955 Mercury Montclair Convertible. It was a beautiful car and all our guests loved it. Leading up to the wedding, VIP wedding transportation staff were friendly and quick to answer any of my questions. Would definitely recommend for your wedding!

Transportation is something I went back and forth on for my wedding, because it’s just yet another added expense. In the end, I decided to hire VIP Transportation to transport our bridal party the night of the rehearsal dinner as well as the morning of the wedding. Thank goodness I did! They made it SO easy! The drivers were not only on time, but early, and were always exactly where we needed them to be when we needed them. I’m honestly still surprised it worked out so well. Red Carpet Treatment and Beyond
TL;DR: Go with VIP Wedding Transportation, you won’t regret it. Their vehicles were pristine. Their prices were fair. And our driver, Simon, literally gave us the red-carpet treatment that extended beyond what I could have ever expected.
VIP Wedding Transportation was perfect for our wedding day! We ended up going with the Lincoln MKT stretch limo and the vehicle was pristine. It was extremely well taken care of and even felt as if VIP Wedding Transportation had just bought the limousine off the lot just for our wedding!
Our driver, Simon, was incredibly attentive the entire day. He was always there when we needed him and went above and beyond to make sure we were never worried about getting from point A to point B. Simon not only did the things you would expect when purchasing a red-carpet treatment such as: holding the door open for us, helping my wife into and out of the car, silky smooth driving, always on time, and rolling out a literal red carpet but Simon also did much more than that.
Simon took care of things we hadn’t even thought of nor asked him to do, such as helping to carry my wife’s train so it didn’t drag on the sidewalk before the ceremony and holding the umbrella for my 83 year old grandmother when it started to drizzle when she was walking to her car to leave. He even vacuumed the car every time we got out, so it always felt like we were getting into a new car. We also had invited Simon in to eat with us (because who wants to sit in a car alone for 4 hours) and our guests greatly enjoyed his company to the point where they still talk about him and how great he was to this day.
I could not imagine having picked anyone else for transportation on our wedding day. What could have been an extremely stressful experience was made to be the best day of my wife and I’s life, all thanks to amazing vendors like VIP Wedding Transportation.

VIP had a number of different vehicles and options for our needs. One car picked up my elderly mother and took her back home, another transported the bride and us- her parents, another took the bride and groom to their hotel. VIP transportation was simply amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed having them part of our big day. On the Friday prior to the wedding, they sweetened the deal and upgraded our getaway car to a newer Rolls Royce due to unforeseen circumstances with the Bentley at no extra charge. It's easy to get caught up in the monetary value of vendors when planning your wedding and couples may opt to take short-cuts in areas they don't know, see or understand the value of the expense.
Booking a transportation company that had mixed reviews just to save a buck didn't sit well with me. When we reached out to Galen after seeing rave reviews on their platforms we knew we would get exactly what we were paying for. We wanted to ensure the assigned driver would show up on time, arrive in the right vehicle, make sure the quality of the product was going to be upheld, get to our destination safely, etc. All of these expectations were met or exceeded with VIP transportation.
We booked 2 cars with this transportation company. A limo for the bridal party and motor coach for our out of town hotel guests that all booked the reception venue hotel.
Our limo driver assisted in getting the ladies into the car limo. The motor coach driver showed up on time for our hotel guests. Both vehicles were clean with professional staff driving half of the wedding guests across town. There was a celebratory bottle of champagne ready for us after saying "I do" and a sticker on the car reading "just married". It was so fun driving through Disney Springs after our ceremony to our reception and all the cars pointing and taking photos of the newlyweds. We just felt VIP all day long.
The cadillac limo was clean, had working AC, working radio and light features. There were clean glasses in each cup holder with beverage napkins and event mini bottled waters - which no one planned for and definitely came in handy!
Hands down the most amazingly perfect wedding we could have imagined and having the right team of vendors just added to our most special day.

Fairytale Wedding
The Rolls Royce my husband and I were able to exit our wedding in was so fabulous!! The car was in pristine condition and so beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our ride. Doug, the driver, was very sociable and added to our night! Loved this company.

We had the beautiful ‘Marylin’ to take us home at the end of our wedding at Bella Collina. It was an amazing experience and the only way to travel! Our driver was so great, he took us a senic route back to our hotel and was telling us about all the hidden treasures of Florida. We loved it from start to finish, we truly felt like movie stars for the evening! Amazing!

We were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with VIP Transportation on our wedding day on April 7, 2018! Galen was an absolute pleasure to work with and was easy to communicate with. The drivers were excellent and so much fun. One of the drivers, Doug, was an absolute blast!! We absolutely loved working with VIP Wedding Transportation, they made the planning process super easy and were very efficient. Our driving was on time on the day of our wedding and so lovely. I loved that the Driver addressed me as Ms ABC as he was helping me into the car on the way to the ceremony and Mrs XYZ as we left the Church to take photos. His attire and the red carpet were great touches! We also used VIP for our farewell brunch to transport our guests from the hotel to my in-law’s house, booking the buses was also again very easy and Galen was able to help us with tailoring our transport schedule. I have no hesitation in recommending VIP Wedding Transportation for Wedding or special event transportation!!

This Limo company provided excellent service. They showed up ahead of when needed. They put out the red carpet, provided champagne, and were very professional. My wife was amazed when she saw them waiting for us to take us to our hotel. Definitely recommend them.

Galen and VIP Wedding Transportation were extremely professional, accommodating, and pleasant on our wedding night. They took great care of all of our guests late into the evening between our venue and the hotel. The shuttle was beautifully-kept, clean, and sleek. It was very affordable and they were extremely flexible with our timing and needs throughout the process. I would recommend them to everyone!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with this company and thoroughly enjoying riding away from our reception in a beautiful white rolls Royce! It was so elegant and classy and helped us top of the night!! The driver was extremely professional and sweet. My new hubby and I spent the car ride to our hotel remenising about how AMAZING the day was and the VIP transportation set the perfect scene to make this happen. Thank you again!! Highly recommend.

Galen was so helpful during the planning process. He answered every email super quick and made things very easy. We got the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud and it was beautiful. It went perfect with our venue. The driver was so nice. We will absolutely use VIP again!

Fantastic service! Our limo driver was very friendly and professional and called me well ahead of time to let me know he was outside of the hotel. We also had a shuttle bus for our guests and they provided the same great service. Galen Hentzell was the coordinator who took care of us and was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I had a great experience VIP Wedding Transportation and highly recommend them.

My husband and I did not take the shuttle to or from the venue but we were told from friends & family that we had a wild bunch on one of the shuttles back to the hotel! We booked a 1957 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud from VIP Wedding Transportation soon after we got engaged because my husband was so excited. And they did not disappoint! The car was beautiful and in pristine condition. Galen and his team were phenomenal during the planning process. Extremely flexible and open to all questions. Day of the 1948 Cadillac convertible showed up early and was one of the best parts of the day. My father LOVED the car, and I think it was a great surprise to him when we got to ride in it to the ceremony. The driver was so kind, accommodating and kept us on time, even when we were running a little late. I highly recommend Galen and his team!

I rented 3 separate limos for my wedding I rented a escalade stretch a Lincoln stretch and a Cadillac get a way car, I delt with Galen at the office and he was sooooo patient with me and soooo helpful!!!!!!!! This company is the best!!!! All the cars got there on time, the drivers were all dressed so professional Diego and Doug were both sooo kind and sweet with my wedding party. The cars were clean inside there was champagne and the AC worked great which is really important for a bride wearing a heavy dress. Thank you to both drivers and Galen!!

We contracted VIP Transportation to provide limousine service for our daughters wedding. The service was as expected, in fact, the service exceeded our expectations. Vehicles were fabulous. Book them! Our experience was absolutely amazing. From Galen's level of responsiveness during the planning to David Garcia's professionalism the day of., the clean vehicle, the champagne, it was perfect.
Mr. Garcia was friendly, helpful (you try getting into a limo with 190 layers of tulle!), and knew his way around the city to avoid traffic delays. I would absolutely recommend VIP for your big day.

PHENOMENAL. That's the only word to describe VIP Wedding Transportation. Our driver was Doug, and he made our wedding exit one to remember. We booked at our wedding planner's recommendation, and I'm so glad we did. Doug arrived early to our wedding venue so we could take photos with our Rolls Royce, which he told us was named Diana. You could tell Doug took pride in the vehicle and was proud to show her off. We were married at Bella Collina, and took the car down to the bridge for photos. He was patient as other cars passed through, moving Diana for others to drive through and photos. When it was time for my husband and I to leave our venue, Doug took extra care to keep the car out of the way from the sparklers [my guests found it funny, but sparklers, drinks and a Rolls Royce from the 1950s probably don't mix well].
As for the actual ride, it was comfortable and Doug was extremely friendly and polite. He offered us water and we had a lively conversation with him. When we arrived at our hotel, the Rolls Royce attracted attention and Doug was happy to answer questions about the car there while prioritizing our exit from the vehicle.
If there is ever another occasion to book VIP Wedding Transportation in my life, I'd do it in a heartbeat. I had numerous issue with a different transportation company, and VIP made everything from booking to stepping out of our vehicle easy.

I would highly recommend VIP Wedding transportation! We rented an 8 passenger limo for 3 hours and did a town car at the end of the night. Booking them was easy as well and communication was fast. We never had any issues. Both cars were clean, spotless, and well taken care of. The driver arrived on time, and was friendly and polite. After the ceremony at the church, my husband and I were greeted with champagne waiting for us in the limo on our way to the reception. At the end of the night, we had a red carpet rolled out for us – we felt like celebrities! Thanks so much VIP for making our day so special and being so fantastic.
