    So much fun!

    Always a great time with this company. They are friendly flexible and fun! Will always call them when we need a party bus ride service!

    Wonderful Expereince!

    VIP was a smooth company to work with. They had a nice and accommodating team. The bus was clean. They were easy to coordinate with and the driver was super kind. I would 10/10 recommend using them for your transportation services.

    Lit party bus

    Super fun way to transport our wedding party between events! They were extremely accommodating of our rambunctious party and highly dependable. Would certainly recommend to our friends!

    Scam alert

    I was the maid of honor for my sisters wedding on 5/29/21. I was extremely disappointed that my sister had to deal with this vendor on her wedding day. They were wildly unprofessional and did NOT know how to do their job. They didn't have the competency to even use their GPS. I had to sit on the dirty floor in my dress to direct the driver. She was extremely rude and tried to extort CASH from me on the day of my sisters wedding. When I found out she also tried to get cash from my sister, the BRIDE, I was LIVID! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RUIN YOUR WEDDING DAY! THE WAY THEY TREATED MY SISTER AND THE ENTIRE BRIDAL PARTY WAS DISGUSTING!

    Unprofessional and Unprepared

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

    Disgusting service. They tried extorting money from everyone in the bridal party to cover the time lost because the DRIVER had no idea where she was going. LaShawn is a horrible human being who offered nothing but stress and a disgusting attitude. The whole service was completely unprofessional and their response was to deny any wrongdoing and charge the credit card on file for the money they wanted.

    Travis since this is a duplicate review I will post the same response given to your wife Stephanie.
    Let me start by apologizing for any miscommunications. I thought I was clear when I told you during the booking process that I am the manager of VIP Party Bus LLC. The man's voice you spoke to was the owner. I also told you that you may bring any beverages and ice and they could be placed in the coolers prior to your departure, also that we do not provide any beverages but would be more than happy to stop at a gas station to get ice/beverages/snacks or the like if requested. Never have we had to remind a client to bring beverages aboard a coach, but I will be more cognizant in the future. During your reservation process I called you to verify addresses on 2 separate occasions, the Jackson field was never mentioned until after your ceremony. Your itinerary stated pictures in the Metro Parks Cannon Rd TBD due to the weather conditions! When I arrived at the hotel the preloaded music videos were playing and it is loaded with Sirrus Satellite radios top wedding hits, I apologize you didn't like them, however it could have been turned off at any time. When they guys got on the bus I asked them "Does anyone want to DJ" and they all said no. So I left the videos playing, I assure you there is no way for my phone to be connected to the Bluetooth while a DVD is playing on the televisions. Also, It is completely false that I had an "argument" with your photographer nor did I "scream" at anyone. I did advise him that you had 15 minutes left your reservation and that I needed to speak with whomever was in charge regards to you going over your time, I was completely ignored as you stated. Unfortunately any overage time is not free. Your reservation was from 1-5p you were dropped off a 5:28pm at which time I did ask you how you would like to settle. I was there at the hotel at 12:45pm and the bus was boarded a 1:15pm, I sat at the church the entire time, you came out ready for pictures at 4:08pm and the pictures were 15 minutes away from your church and another 15mins away from your reception venue. You snapped at me and said you would take care of your overage on Tuesday. I understand that you were having a stressful day, but that's not how we operate, Payments are due at the time of service. We keep your credit card on file and per the contract you received we will bill for any overages at the time of drop off, but we do give the opportunity to pay cash. I billed your card for a half an hour as a courtesy because customarily we charge by the hour. I never honked a horn whatsoever; there were several cars in the metro parks that may have done that but most certainly wasn't me. As far as the GPS goes, yes your sister did have a signal in the metro park, I did not on my Garmin or my cellphone, I don't know many people that have service that far in the valley, and I did appreciate her help, she was very nice. I apologize you feel I was unprofessional, I've never in 16 years as a motor coach operator been called that before. While speaking to you on Tuesday when you called to discuss your concerns, once you found out it was me you hung up the phone before we could come to a resolution. I wasn't being confrontational I was being transparent. However, when your husband called and said that he was going to dispute the charge through his bank while swearing at me I found that a bit distasteful.     Best transport service!

    The best transport service!!! I used them for my wedding and now I am using them for both my sisters weddings. Very affordable and reasonable too!! They came early and got us where we needed to be on time and efficient. The bus was so cool and clean! best service by far. My friends will be using them for events. 10/10 recommend this company!!!

    ***beware do not book with these monsters***

    Let me start by saying that I was SO excited to book a party bus for my wedding. It was a special gift for my now husband because I knew he was nervous about getting married in a catholic church (I’m Catholic but he did not convert so he was pretty uncomfortable with ceremony to begin with). I thought it would be a great way to calm him down and make him feel more at ease with the strictness of the ceremony.

    When I asked him how the bus was, he told me that they didn’t have any alcohol (I wish the driver had prompted them but that is not necessarily the driver’s fault). The driver didn’t know it was a wedding, asked them where to go, and blasted slow, sad country music (which we hate) the whole way. I was frustrated that the driver didn’t give them a tutorial on how to use the resources on the bus or have any idea where she was going. I even double-checked the email and absolutely know that I provided all addresses in the itinerary. The driver never offered to go back to the hotel to get alcohol or drive us to a store to quickly pick anything up. So instead, we waited in the church for the father of the bride to drive back to the hotel and deliver alcohol. At this point, I can’t blame the driver for the lack of alcohol, but I wish she had been more on top of it and showed the boys around the bus and settled them in better.

    Here is where it gets out of control. The photographers come out to the bus and instruct the bus driver to go to the Jackson Field in the Metroparks. We pile in the alcohol and ourselves and wait to start moving. The driver then asks where to go. Once we repeat the location, she tells us her GPS doesn’t work. My sister, the maid of honor, gets down on the floor of the bus to use her phone to GPS the driver to the next location. Then, another phone gets used to try to connect to Bluetooth. Turns out, the driver is connected to Bluetooth and has been playing slow, sad songs this whole time. She does very little to help us understand how to set up the music. My brothers, who are computer science engineers and understand how technology works, are unable to connect to Bluetooth until the last 10 minutes of this 5-hour bus rental.

    When we finally get to the location for photos, the driver demands $150 in cash from my sister because we are running behind schedule. At this point, her inability to properly drive, find the directions, and follow the directions without being explicitly directed by my sister is unfathomable. We ignore her and go take photos. The whole time, she is extremely nasty and screaming at our photographers who are starting to panic. At one point, she starts honking at everyone and tries to rush us back on the bus.

    Once photos are over, we go back onto the bus. At this point, she is clearly livid. BUT THEN she asks AGAIN “so where are we going” as if she never looked at the itinerary that was sent to her that clearly outlined all addresses. So AGAIN, my sister is on the ground in her dress giving directions and STILL trying to set up the music. Everyone is frustrated and we all just wanted to get off the bus and enjoy the reception.

    As we clean up the trash and file off the bus, the driver stops me, the bride, at the door of the bus. She demands $130 IN CASH before I leave the bus. As if I could possibly have that amount of cash stuffed in my wedding gown. I tell her that we can settle it on Tuesday (it is Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend). She tells me she IS the company and we need to settle the tab NOW. I walk off the bus and go inside my reception.

    So, Sunday morning 7am I call and leave a voicemail to please call me back. At this point, I also see a charge to my new husband’s credit card for $86.12 for going over by 30 minutes. Now, we were made late to everything all day because of the incompetence of the driver AND she has been demanding random different amounts of money to compensate for her inadequacy.

    I get a voicemail from them on Tuesday giving me the number to call and discuss what happened. The call starts with me introducing myself and asking x3 if this is the right person to talk to. I’m talking to a female voice when I made my reservation with a male voice. I ask if she knows the bus driver and get no response. I delve into my story and at the end she starts defending the driver. Then she ends with “Just so you know, I do know the driver. I am the driver”. At this point, I am overwhelmed with how duplicitous the company is. It was ridiculously egregious to set me up with the driver to discuss the events of my wedding.

    The company refused to treat us, the bride and groom, as human beings on our wedding day. They DID NOT deliver the service that was promised. They did everything they could to make everything more difficult and stressful for us on what is supposed to be the best day of our lives. Obviously, we aren’t getting anywhere with the company, so I want to make sure I do my due diligence and WARN EVERY FUTURE BRIDE if you want the perfect wedding day DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS. It doesn’t matter if they have other positive reviews or a good price. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AND HEARTBREAK ON THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING. Pay more money for a better service. Do not engage with this company under any circumstances. It is not worth the risk of having a terrible experience on the day of your wedding.

    I have attached my contract with my reservation agreement. There is never any mention of the price if we go over time or anything else that justifies our treatment. I also never physically signed this contract.

    The driver is Lashawn who acted unprofessionally and intercepted my call to complain. If you go on The Knot you can read other terrible reviews. I am not the only one who was duped by this company and I hope no one else falls into their trap.

    I put 5 stars so my review can't be hidden at the bottom of their website but they deserve 0 stars

    Awesome experience!

    We rented a party bus from them back in April and it was such a great experience. The driver was so friendly and accommodate it. When I called to get a quote they were professional and friendly. Because I love their prices and business, I am renting another party bus from them for the month of October 2023 and I am so excited! Best party bus rental service near me. :)

    Great experience!!

    I went through VIP Rides to book a party bus for my 21st birthday. We used the 25 passenger Bus and had plenty of room!! The driver was super professional and accommodating! Would definitely recommend them!

    Partied like Rock Stars w/ VIP

    On Time and dressed to impress! Our driver showed up a little early which I was very happy about and it gave us time to go over bluetoothing for music and to bring aboard ice and other necessities. But I was more impressed that he was dressed in our wedding colors coincidently. We arrived safely and without worry. We partied like Rock Stars (tastefully). We were transported from the reception hall, where we left our vehicles, to the church and back. We stopped on MLK Blvd to take pics in the rain. Which did not put a damper on our day. I will use this service again in the future. Very pleased

    Annual event for us!

    Annual Christmas light adventures are so fun! My friends and family love the experience and look forward to going again this year. Bus is clean and driver is very experienced. Its nice to know your in good hands for a night out on the town.

    The party bus was on time, clean, and got us to where we were going on time. We were able to play our own music and drink... what more do you need in a party bus? They were responsive and easy to work with leading up to the wedding day. They were also the only company I could find that was willing to work with me on pricing because we only needed the bus for two hours while other companies had a 3-5 hour minimum that they were not willing to work with us on.

    Do not use VIP rides WARNING

    Hired VIP rides to transport kids to restaurant and back after a homecoming dance at 8:15 pm. Received a phone call from the driver Scott at 8:05 that the limo bus hasn’t left Cleveland which was over an hour away. Initially I was never given any explanation as to why. Finally by 8:30 I reached the owner Andrew and was told his employee didn’t have a ride to work so oh well. He was “doing the best he could”. They left 25 kids sitting in a dark empty parking lot until the parents could get to them. Andrew made every excuse his could but never took responsibility or ownership of his company. He said he didn’t hear from his driver until 7:30. In my opinion my phone should have been ringing at 7:31. Not an entire hour later after I reached out to him. At this point he offered to finally send his driver but he wouldn’t be there until after 10:00. These seniors missed their one and only homecoming experience since the last few years had Covid restrictions. I was sketchy to use this company to begin with but it was a busy wedding/homecoming weekend and it was hard to secure a limo. I should have known when they were the only ones around that had availability. Andrew always had an attitude anytime that I have talked with him and when push comes to shove he will screw you in a heartbeat! Don’t fall into the trap that I did. Go elsewhere! Now to get reimbursed!

    I used VIP rides for my wedding on May 30. I received a call the day before or possibly the morning of my wedding to ask if I would prefer to have their newer bus. I said of course, that would be great. When the bus picked up us, I was disappointed with it. I was expecting something nice, but this was at best average. We tried to play music from our phone via the bluetooth capabilities, but it didn't work. The music would not come in either, so we basically just listened to static. The air conditioning on the bus did not work either. We complained to the driver, and he just kept saying it was on. It was not. I was so hot in my dress and the guys were miserable in their tuxes, but the driver was not trying to do anything to fix the situation. The next day, I spoke with Andrew and asked for a partial refund since the air was not working. He said he would have to look in to it to see if it was an issue with the busy or something the driver did. What I wanted to ask, why was does it matter? It didn't work. Needless to say, I have tried contacting them since and no one has ever responded. I would never recommend them.
