NEVER SHOWED UP!! Paid ahead & phone went disconnected
All we can say is thank God for UberXL. This company robbed us of a party bus experience on our wedding day. They communicated with us throughout the process. Took our money upfront. Then the big day arrived and they went MIA! They should be ashamed!!!!All we can say is thank God for UberXL. This company robbed us of a party bus experience on our wedding day. Scamming customers
At this point I think they are "out if business." Meaning they've taken the money and ran from anyone who has made a booking. Try to spread the word if you know anyone who booked with them a while ago so they can find a new vendor and call the fraud department at your bank!At this point I think they are "out if business." Stay away from this company
DO NOT book with this company. They were difficult to get ahold of except with getting paid. They cancelled via email the day of our wedding (did not see this until they didn’t show up at scheduled time and location). Do not use this company!
This company is awful. They cancelled on our wedding day one hour before they were supposed to arrive and even had the time wrong. They said the bus broke down. After a long battle with them for a refund, they finally sent a refund check and it bounced. They have not responded to any calls, emails or even responded to the better business bureau. Terrible service. Please don’t ruin your special event by choosing this company.This company is awful. Ruined our wedding
I have pictures showing the multitude of issues we had with this company and I outline a few below. They showed up with the wrong bus (no notification and didn't hold everyone), bus was DESTROYED, driver didn't know where to go or how to get there, and finally, the management has ignored calls, emails, and my complaint with the BBB
1. WRONG BUS
I included an email thread where I told Tasha, their manager, how many people we would have. I included her response indicating we needed the larger bus to fit everyone. What bus shows up? NOT EVEN THE BUS FOR 16 people!! We had to leave part of the group who was supposed to ride the bus with us from our wedding to reception at the church to find rides because they sent the wrong bus!
2. The driver was standing outside of our wedding in jean shorts and a cut off t-shirt for pictures.
I'm not normally one to judge, but if you know you are going to be picking up from a wedding and stand outside of the bus where pictures are being taken, please wear something a bit more appropriate.

3. When we got on the bus, the FIRST thing that jumped out at us was the SMELL.
The entire bus smelled of stale beer, urine, and general trash. Included in the pictures I show that there was chewing tobacco allllll over the seats, cup holders, and ledges. My wife was THRILLED to sit on those seats in her brand new wedding dress!
4. The TV at the back was shattered.
Please look at the pictures, how does that even happen? TV shattered, beer and chewing tobacco everywhere, wrong bus that couldn't hold the amount of people SIGNED for in the contract!
Company response you ask? NONE!!!
I have emailed, called, and filed a complaint with the better business bureau! They even IGNORED the BBB! I got an email from the BBB stating that the company failed to respond after a few weeks and they recommended filing a lawsuit.
If you want terrible service, shattered and dirty interior, a bus that looks like it will barely make it down the road, and a driver who has to ask you for directions on where he is supposed to be going - this company is for you.
