My Day Turned Into a Dream

We used VIP and they made my day a dream come true. The room looked better than I ever could expected. She handled my flowers and my decor for my ceremony, reception and cocktail hour. Her team set up and was super professional and they delivered everything they said any more. The bouquet was perfect.

Gorgeous, Gorgeous, Gorgeous!

We worked with Justyna, and she did an absolutely gorgeous job! The personal flowers, table scapes, and details are absolutely breathtaking. She was always quick to respond, professional, and very timely in making sure everything was delivered where it needed to be when it needed to be there. I am not a huge flower person, and she took my minimalist vision and made me love flowers and table decor more than I ever have!

Simply amazing!!

VIP events and floral were the best vendor from my entire team of wedding vendors.
When I first met with Justyna she listened and instantly understood the vision I had. She showed me pictures and samples of decor and flowers. Justyna stayed in contact throughout the wedding timeline and when it came to the big day she and her team knocked it out of the park.
The flowers- chairs- draping- chuppah and bouquets were beyond perfect. All these details gave my NYE wedding an amazing look and feel. Dealing with VIP was easy and the price was very fair. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!!

Beautiful Flowers, Wonderful People to Work With

I highly recommend VIP Events Decor. My wedding was originally supposed to be in 2020, but was postponed until 2023. The staff at VIP, especially Justyna, were so easy to work with and flexible about changing dates due to the pandemic. I was so happy with all my floral arrangements, especially a custom floral arrangement for a wagon for my flower girl and ring bearer.

Justyna was by far the best vendor we worked with, ever! We started wedding planning in 2020 for our 2022 wedding. We developed such an amazing relationship with Justyna and she accommodated every single meeting for 2 years. I changed my mind a lot, just like any brides do but Justyna always listened to what I wanted and told me her opinion when I couldn't decided.
Vip Events did our full draping , our vinyl dance floor and all of our florals and centerpieces. They transformed our whole venue and made it our dream wedding. I will book and reccomend her for anything and everything. She is a powerhouse of a human!

Such beautiful floral decor!

Justyna and her team created the most beautiful floral arrangements for my wedding at the Chicago Botanic Garden, and my wedding bouquet looked absolutely amazing! She delivered everything that I asked for and wanted, and it was like a fairy tale the way it all looked on our wedding day. So happy we chose VIP Events Decor as our florist, and I highly recommend Justyna's stunning work to anyone planning a wedding!

Exceptional decor design and service

I cannot recommend VIP Events enough! Justyna and her team have an impeccable eye for design and our wedding decor far exceeded my expectations. I'm not the creative type so I definitely looked to Justyna for lots of advice and ideas; she provided great suggestions and pictures/examples every step of the way. They were always extremely responsive to my calls/emails and took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot). They always made us feel like a top priority, even though I'm sure they had a million other weddings to organize over the course of the last 2+years.
I'm honestly struggling to find words to convey how grateful we are and how much we appreciate everything you did for us.
100/10 would recommend VIP Events!!!!

Absolutely above and beyond

My husband and I can’t say enough about how absolutely perfect VIP did with our wedding!!! Justina knew EXACTLY what we wanted!! She was always 100% reachable (I even accidentally called her when she was visiting family in Europe and she STILL picked up!!) The floral came out absolutely stunning and i still have my bouquet on our kitchen counter and it looks awesome! (It’s been 2 weeks!) The decor was stunning and the draping was even more beautiful and elegant then we could of imagined. We had a statement piece of a white dance floor- that we ended up changing the size of THE DAY of the wedding and they still pulled it off!!! It truly made our room and we couldn’t believe how she came though for us! We can’t say enough about Justina and her team at VIP- we can’t wait to have another event and use them!! Heck I might even just have her come decorate our new house 😂. We love you guys at VIP!!! Thank you again so much!!!!!

Dream Wedding

Justyna helped decorate my dream wedding and she did an amazing job. I had pictured how everything would look at the wedding and it all exceeded my expectations. She provided all decor from centerpieces, ceremony circle to the bouquets and more. Her inventory offers all different styles and she makes sure you are in the loop the entire time. Exactly what I envisioned!

I couldn't have asked for a better florist to work with for my wedding! Justyna was very accommodating with all my changes through the year of planning, she was also very responsive whenever I had questions. She has so many beautiful options to choose from that there is more than something for everyone. The arrangements I had were beautifully done. My guests are still complementing me! The flowers were packed so well that they lived almost two weeks after the wedding. The up lighting was exactly what I wanted and the drapery behind the head table was beyond beautiful. Thank you Justyna for creating exactly what I envisioned!!

Amazing Skillset

Justyna did our flowers and decor. She made recommendations for linens, chairs, etc. Our daughter's wedding was gorgeous!!! Our guests are accustomed to high end weddings and everyone was commenting on the flowers and how beautiful everything looked. Just hire her - you'll be so happy with her!!

Best florist in Chicago!

Aneta and Justyna at VIP Events did a fantastic job on my wedding in August. We were on a strict budget but had grand visions of our flower arrangements. Before finding VIP Events, we had reached out to two other florists—one who went way over our stated budget and one who had a super slow response time. Aneta not only responded with a lightning fast quote, but she told us clever ways to reduce the cost of our vision to the budget we had in mind.
Our wedding flowers were gorgeous. They were better than I had envisioned. I had initially struggled to articulate exactly what I wanted, and Aneta picked up on my vision immediately and created a stunning look. Although my budget wasn't huge, our flowers, candlesticks, and chandeliers were extravagant looking. So many people commented on our decor, too, and it really elevated the space.
And what really sets VIP Events above and beyond the other florists is the service you receive. When you're planning your wedding, you have a million and one things on your to-do list, countless emails, phone calls to places with no call backs, and other nightmare situations. Aneta made things easy for me by immediately scheduling a consultation and, within hours, delivering a quote. Fantastic service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Amazing, stress-free experience!

Sensational, Glamorous, Chic wedding

Two years ago, I fell in love with the quality of the flowers at my cousins wedding, particularly the big, beautiful size of all the blooms. She passed along Justyna & Aneta’s contact info at VIP Events & Décor, and booking them for our dream wedding was the best decision we ever made!

Justyna and I bonded over our passion for flowers, and we had so much fun working together! She was very kind, honest, responsive, and a complete pleasure to work with. She kept our budget in mind the entire time, which we really appreciated! Their prices are reasonable! She also has a natural talent for picking up one’s individual style and taste almost instantly. Within minutes, she new exactly what look we were going for.

Every single guest at our wedding was completely blown away at how gorgeous, chic, and glamorous all the white floral centerpieces were. We also rented some white feather centerpieces that added an opulent, luxurious vibe to wedding.

We had SIXTEEN bridesmaids and every single one of their bouquets were complete perfection, as well as all of the boutonnières and corsages. All the flowers were in full bloom, fresh, fluffy, and luscious.

They were able to flip the entire ballroom from the ceremony into the reception in just an hour (during cocktail hour) and were able to decorate for cocktail hour as well!

We got married in November and I was worried that the cold might spoil the arrangements, but every single floral piece was delivered to absolute perfection.

We also rented the all white floral circular backdrop for our ceremony, and decided to keep it up during the reception. Every one of our guests rushed over to take a picture by it! No need to rent a photo booth when you have this sensational piece at your wedding!

When my husband and I walked into the reception room, it took our breath away. So many twinkling candles! Everything turned out even better than we pictured it in our heads.

Definitely going to refer VIP Events and Décor to all of our friends and family members! Highly recommended! You wont be disappointed!

Highly Recommended Floral and Decor Company

VIP Events Decor did an AMAZING job with the flowers and decor for our wedding!! Aneta and Justyna listened to the vision we had and then helped it come to life!! They gave great recommendations and were receptive to changes and additions we had. The hanging flower arrangement and the flower wall were just perfect! The mixed table arrangements turned out exactly as we envisioned! And the bouquets, boutonnieres, and flowers they added to the cake were stunning too! Aneta and Justyna were responsive and very helpful throughout the process and delivered a wonderful product. If I were planning another big event, I would absolutely book them again.

The experience was amazing. I would highly recommend VIP Events. Justyna and the entire team were great from beginning to end. She was very patient and helpful with me as I was not familiar with my style and knowing what I wanted but she walked me through the options at the consultations and provided me mock ups in advance for the table setting and bouquets so I would know what to expect. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and we got sooooo many compliments. had never thought about preserving flowers until I saw my bouquet because honestly it was that gorgeous that I could stare at it forever! I love roses and they can be expensive but they found a way to offset some of the prices by altering the design and they came out beautiful. I also originally planned for more guest and it turned out we would have nearly 20 percent fewer so we had to reduce the number of tables which reduced the number of arrangements and the team was willing to work with me which in the end saved us quite a but of money! We were soooo very happy with the team and the service!! I

I used Aneta for my wedding and she did an amazing job. From the second I met her, I knew I was going to choose her to be my designer. She was responsive to all my calls/emails and super helpful when I needed creative ideas for centerpieces.

Justyna and team were incredible! I had a short six-month engagement before marrying at the Peninsula Chicago in September 2017. Before serendipitously finding Justyna on weddingwire.com, I talked to a dozen florists. Surprisingly finding THE florist was challenging because: 1. Arrangements are customized for each couple based on their taste 2. There are a billion different flowers in the universe 3. Do the flowers in photos complement your venue? 4. Personality and fit between the couple and their florist. 5. You really don’t know exactly what you’re getting until after you sign a contract (i.e. mockups). I’ve talked to at least four florists who budget shamed me because they were hoping to up-sell based on my venue. One florist even yelled at my fiancée for asking to work within our budget. One month out, I needed someone with the resources and expertise to wrap an 8 ft x 12 ft stage and tastefully decorate and room flip the ballroom from ceremony to reception. I read Justyna’s exceptional reviews and gave her a call. Two days later I met with her (she is so responsive over email that she responded within hours every time I emailed her between Friday night through Saturday night including pictures/attachments.) Upon meeting, Justyna was so nice, charming, understanding, and straight forward! You can tell by her albums that she’s had exceptional experience with various types of venues and themes. Since logistically it was difficult for me to return for a mock up, Justyna kindly sent me photos and videos. On the wedding day, my tall arrangements, trios of floating candles, aisle runner, and rose petals were perfection. I couldn’t have imagined for a better outcome. Walking down the aisle during the ceremony, I was in awe at how Justyna and team made my dream come true after feeling mistreated by previous florists. I enjoyed working with Justyna so much that I recommended her to my maid of honor, who also got married in Chicago two weekends after me.

Justyna and her crew were beyond amazing on the day of our wedding. We had our wedding this past September, and like any bride, I was close to a bridezilla. I would email Justyna with changes, and she was always attentive and friendly! She wanted our wedding day to be the best, perfect day ever! For the wedding, she created high and low centerpieces with hydrangeas, roses and hanging candles with crystals. The room was breathtaking! She did an amazing job and her crew were on point! They were all friendly and made sure that the smallest details looks perfect. But the most breathtaking piece of the day was my bouquet. My bouquet was flawless and made me feel like a princess. I provided Justyna with photos of a vision I had for the bouquet, and she delivered!!!! I had fresh roses and orchids falling. The orchids lasted the whole night! I was surprised since orchids die really fast, but not her orchids they lasted the whole night and the next day! I was able to preserve my bouquet with the orchids still alive. Without a doubt in my mind, I would highly recommend VIP Events Decor. They will blow you away and respond to every email and call in a timely matter. This is what you want when you want your wedding day to look perfect. Great job VIP Events and Decor!

I loved working with Justyna. She is so sweet and easy to deal with. Not to mention her settings are stunning! Everyone loved the candelabras and she totally helped me capture the elegant, classy and high end look without breaking the bank. I highly recommend VIP for anything you need.

This company was doing decorations for our friends wedding. They did an amazing job!!! The banquet hall looked beautiful and the tables were gorgeous. All the lights and candles added a magical feeling to my best friend's wedding. I would highly recommend them for any events and I will use them personally in the future for sure.

I have used AGS Events for chair cover rentals for my wedding. This company is fantastic. My venue wanted to charge me $5 per chair cover and I thought it was very expensive. I researched and came across this company. The price was very reasonable and it fit my budget. It was very easy to schedule consultation over the phone, they were very clear about what they offer. They were on time during the wedding day and all the chair covers were very clean. I received a lot of complements from all my guests about the modern spandex covers we rented. I also really liked that we were able to sign a contract electronically which took 5 minutes of my time. I think this company is really great and would recommend them to all my friends.

AGS was very professional throughout the entire process. Aneta worked with us and with our budget to ensure that we were happy with our choices. She offered suggestions in areas that we were unsure which way to go. I cannot say enough about how great Aneta was from start to finish. We did not have to worry about a thing.

In the end, the bride's flowers, all the bridesmaids and the groomsmen, church and the reception were all amazing!
I will recommend AGS Event Creations again.

MY experience with Aneta and AGS events was more than amazing, from the first meeting I knew this was the company for our wedding needs. I received the best customer service at affordable prices. Upon meeting with Aneta we had many questions and concerns about what would look best with all our ideas and she helped construct them with us. I requested pieces that she didn't have 3 weeks before the wedding and she went above and beyond to find the items the same night.For our ceremony we rented entry columns,chair decorations, and the chuppah with draping; and for our reception we rented two different centerpieces and head table centerpieces. On my wedding day Aneta was available for all my questions that i had via text, email, and phone calls. She created the most amazing atmosphere and we and our guest loved every aspect. AGS was a last minute treasure that help me to use one vendor for all my needs.I would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to anyone that i know. VIP Events made our wedding day on October 12, 2014 absolutely phenomenal. My husband was so impressed that he said it was worth every penny. Working was Justyna was like having a wedding planner. From the Ceremony decor to the reception, our guests were amazed. The flowers were all gorgeous. Everything looked like it should have been feautred in a magazine. Our sweetheart table with the beaded canopy was BEAUTIFUL! Fabulous, glamorous, and highly recommended! Justyna truly helped us infuse sophisticated class to our winter wonderland wedding. She provided flowers and crystal candelabra arrangements for the ceremony and the reception at the Armour House of Lake Forest. I was looking for company that could provide centerpieces, and chair covers, but it was hard for me to find a company that would work with me on a small budget. Aneta was thrilled to work with me and she did an amazing job. Her chair cover price was the best out of all the companies I called and she saved me a lot of money by giving me additional discount and free delivery. The banquet hall was charging me more for the chair covers than she did. She was very professional and responded to all my inquires very quickly. Every bride says their wedding is amazing, but mine genuinely was. Words can't express how incredible Justyna and her team did. Please, if you need a reference ask Justyna for my email.

She brought my unrealistic vision to life. I went to many different event companies and everyone told me 'no'. Justyna blew all of my expectations, as well as my family and friends expectations out of the water!

I am a complete control freak and Justyna made me comfortable enough to leave my decor in her hands. My centerpieces were breathtaking and my sweetheart table was out of a magazine! VIP hung 50+ rose balls from the ceiling. It was the most unique thing I have ever seen. People are still raving how unbelievable my room looked.

Thank you, so much Justyna, as cliche as it sounds, you made my wedding even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I'm going to miss working with you... See you in a couple of years for the christening ;).

I want to thank Justina with Vip Events on Harlem Ave. for helping to make our wedding magical!!!!!! Vip events worked around my busy schedule, & budget.We wanted bit of a Italian/Brazilian feel to our wedding. On June 15th,2013 I used Vip Events to decorate our reception room. One of many center pieces I rented was Tall crystal stand many crystal drapping with lighting, silver birch bark & Ostrich white feathers and few small crystal candels along our card table.For our guests tables we rented vased white Ostrich feathers with silver birch bark,crystal draping and lighting as one of my center pieaces.My second center pieace was 3 different sized crystal candle goblets with white feathers top & bottom of stem. I also had candle labra at my.head table and more Ostrich center pieaces with crystal vases to match the crystal goblets for all my bridesmaids bouquets to rest in & bunch of small crystal candels all on headtable,cake table and card table. Justyna is amazing. From beginning to end she made me feel totally confident in her abilities and design vision!!! She offered advice and really made my vision come alive. The flowers turned out ABSOLUTELY beautiful! And she was very affordable too. I loved that it was like a one stop shop with her. I ordered my flowers, centerpieces, chargers, draping and rented a chuppah from her. She certainly delivered! The day of the wedding ran totally smooth and everything looked beyond amazing, the flowers looked incredible. I would recommend VIP Events to anyone and everyone who is looking for reliable and beautifully executed florist/decor at your special event! Can’t thank them enough for the beautiful job they did.

As someone planning her wedding and taking a chance at VIP events, without recommendations, I definitely followed my intuition. Justyna was not only professional but she recommended great ideas and value for my wedding. Her flowers were beautiful and the decor was amazing. I would definitely use her again for future venues.

I worked with Justyna from VIP Events, and she was truly a blessing to work with. I told her an idea of what I wanted and she brought the whole thing to life. Everyone at our wedding was in awe with the decorations that Justyna did for us. We had ceiling drapery, a backdrop for the head table and uplighting and what a different it made! It changed the entire banquet hall! Even the owners of the banquet hall, who have worked there for their whole lives were impressed by how modern and elegant the room looked. I only met with Justyna one time. The rest of our communication was pretty much via email (which was my preference) and I was very impressed by the promptness in every response I received.

Finally, I have to say how professional Justyna's team is. My husband and I personally know the banquet hall owners, they are very close friends, and they were a bit nervous to have someone come in to do this much work. But they were truly impressed by how friendly, quick and professional Justyna's crew was.

I highly recommend VIP Events to anyone who is looking for a decorator. Justyna listened to my ideas and created a masterpiece perfectly within my modest budget. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was working with this company.

I had my wedding at the Marriott Downtown Chicago this past weekend and it was just wonderfu! Justyna blinged out my bouquet and it was gorgeous. I sent Justyna a picutre of how I wanted my bouquet to look like and she made it look just like the picture. The canopy and center pieces was also great, everyone loved it. My directions were followed and I was competely statisfied. VIP Events is very budget friendly, I will be recommending to my friends.

Thanks Justyna for an excellent job you did at our wedding and reception. We are thankful to you and your team for making our wedding and reception day so beautiful. Everyone loved the decorations, especially the details like buckles on the chair sashes, and the very modern looking chair covers. Not to forget the Center pieces, they looked beautiful. I was married over Thanksgiving weekend 2010 at the Danada House in Wheaton, IL. Justyna and her team were AMAZING! My wedding was so romantic with the crystal candelabras and ordchid centerpieces. We got compliments for days!!! They also did our charger plates, linenen, & chair covers. Everything was beatutiful. Justyna was so great to work with. I am so glad I found her. And to top it all off, the prices were too good to be true. Definitely go with them, you won't regret it!

Justyna was an absolute pleasure to work with. The Venue was everything we could ever hope for with choosing VIP events. We kept going back and forth with not ordering seat covers and use what the venue had to offer as far as decore, however, since we were getting married at the venue, we decided to go with VIP Events and make it look fabulous for not only us but our guests. We received so many compliments of how amazing everything looked! Justyna knows what sges doing! Don't hold back on your special day! You won't regret it!

I was recommended VIP Events Décor by my planner. I initially was not planning to have a decorator or florist, but I’m so glad that I did. I wanted to have my wedding ceremony at the same venue as our reception site for the convenience of our guests. VIP Events Décor help to make my ceremony super cute. I could barely recognize the place. Save us the cost of having our ceremony at a fancier venue. They were easy to work with even when I change my mind last minute and wanted additional table clothes. I didn’t have a clear image at the beginning and their team helped me to design a beautiful wedding

We couldn’t be happier with how our décor and flowers turned out for our wedding this summer. We had a Hindu/Christian wedding and I had a very specific look in mind for the event. Aneta and Justyna knocked it out of the park – everything looked absolutely beautiful, even better than we had imagined, and we got tons of compliments. Aneta took very detailed notes during all of our conversations and really captured what we were looking for. We found their pricing to be very fair and they did not nickel and dime us for things that other vendors would have. I can’t recommend them enough.

Aneta designed all of the flowers for our Sep 23rd wedding at the Lehmann Mansion. The finished product was so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Aneta listened to all of ours ideas and provided her own ideas based on her expertise. She captured our vision perfectly. The value for all of the flowers and decor we received was great! She even threw in quite a few thing "on the house." I highly recommend hiring Aneta for your wedding flowers and decor!!

I saw a photo of a black and white head table backdrop at our venue that I had to have. They gave me VIP events contact info and I called the next day. The woman I spoke with was professional and quickly scheduled a day to meet with me. She showed me pictures and answered my many questions. She was not pushy nor eager to make a sale which I really liked. I got the black and white backdrop with hanging crystals I wanted and emailed a photo of it to her so there was no confusion. I also ordered 20 white silk rose balls which they placed over the dance floor that look stunning in photos and really gave a little something extra to the room. My only complaint is that the backdrop was much wider than we discussed and covered mirrors that framed the sides of the table. I gave them a photo from the banquet hall, how could they mess it up?! Anyway, the backdrop looked great and nobody had any clue except for me. I would absolutely recommend VIP events.
