Accommodated all my crazy requests

Fred and his assistant were absolutely fantastic! We had numerous unique and intricate events planned that demanded Fred's full cooperation, and he truly exceeded our expectations. He even graciously let me take the stage and pretend to be a DJ for a brief moment. Additionally, his skill in gauging the atmosphere of the room is remarkable. If you're aiming for an incredibly vibrant wedding, Fred is the perfect choice!

Gino was everything we wanted in a deejay. From the beginning, he was professional in his communication. On the night of our special family event, he exceeded our expectations. He has such talent not only is he a great deejay, but he sang and played the piano earlier in the evening while our guest arrived. He has a special ability to connect with his audience. It wasn't just the music he played (which, incidentally was awesome!), as much as the personality he added. Without being "over the top", Gino had an energy that generated smiles all night. He enjoys his work and knows his role in creating the experience a client wants. We have referred him to others and they have been equally pleased. Gino Rocks!

Frank was our DJ and he was wonderful. The online portal was great to pick & choose songs we wanted, but also gave us the opportunity to let the DJ take over all the work if we chose. Frank worked with us to pick the correct version of our wedding song. The night of, he kept the crowd engaged, played fun songs, and kept everyone dancing.

Amazing work

DJ Gino came and did the music for our wedding this past weekend. He was able to read the room extremely well and I don't think there was a single moment where the dance floor did not have people on it. My dad mentioned missing a Yes concert in his toast and Gino made sure to play a bunch of Yes throughout dinner service. My dad was absolutely thrilled.

Gino played one of the slow songs I requested as our last dance, which was not how I planned it, but made the night so much more special than it would have been had he played it earlier. That is 100% one of my highlights of the night, and I've been watching the video of our last dance over and over again.

Thank you so much Gino for making our night so special!!

VIP DJ Entertainment was so easy to work with! We used them for our ceremony sound and rehearsal with up-lighting. From utilization of the website to input all of the details of the wedding, song preferences and the "Don't Play" list, we highly recommend them! DJ Greg made our wedding memorable - He was very easy to work with and was flexible throughout the rehearsal when we wanted to make VERY last minute changes. He played a ton of the music we had requested and additional songs that fit right in to keep everyone on the floor dancing. The uplighting made the room look amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better evening! Thank you Greg & VIP DJ Entertainment for helping our wedding day run so smoothly!

Dj fred crushed it!

We cannot say enough amazing things about DJ Fred! From start to finish, he absolutely nailed it. He kept our crowd alive all night long! There was never a moment when the dance floor was empty or people weren’t rushing to the dance floor if they had just taken a seat. He managed to perfectly balance a very specific playlist and a long “do not play” list, and somehow still made sure every request we had was played exactly how we wanted.

Beyond the music, DJ Fred went above and beyond to keep the day running smoothly. He helped calm the bride and groom when things got hectic, kept everything perfectly on schedule, and made sure the energy never dipped. His professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to read the room were unmatched.

We’ve gotten so many compliments from guests saying it was one of the most fun weddings they’ve ever been to, and that’s all thanks to him. If you want a DJ who truly cares about your vision and can keep the party going all night, DJ Fred is the one!

DJ Dan Lizette had the pleasure of working our wedding on 5/7/16. He did an outstanding job with announcements, intros, and of course keeping the party bumping all night! He played any requests that our guests had which usually is not the case with other weddings we were a part of recently. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a need for a DJ. Fred Alvisi was great!

Fred Alvisi was great! He was able to accommodate everything we asked for - from specific timing of certain songs to combining songs for the father-daughter dance. I really appreciated how professional and determined he was to make sure my family's names were pronounced correctly, and how smoothly the entire intro to the reception went. He got people dancing immediately, and even though our guest count was pretty reduced, the party never felt dull! Everyone had a great time and even two weeks later we're still getting comments on how great the music was and how much fun people had!

Awesome DJ!

My husband and I got married in December and we had DJ Adam for our wedding. He did the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He was very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. He helped us decide on music for certain events prior to the wedding when we had no idea of what we wanted. He was very lively and kept the energy flowing in the ballroom. He was able to read the crowd and decide on which songs to play. We couldn't have asked for better DJ. Also, we loved the online system to choose our music and list our timeline of events. It was very easy to use.

The music for the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception was an item I started out very worried about due to the multiple locations, music changes, and general flow throughout the evening. After signing with VIP and being assigned a DJ, I have to say a lot of my anxiety eased. I spoke with Steve multiple times on the phone prior to the event and he worked with me on my online profile to map out the entire event. The online profile itself was a phenomenal tool to have and allowed me to communicate to Steve all must-play-songs as well as good- lord-please-don't-ever-play-songs, which was great for my peace of mind. The day went off without a hitch and Steve was a great guide throughout the entire event; his daughter actually ended up going into labor that night and how he managed to remain on top of everything for my wedding was unbelievable. I highly recommend Steve, and if he's a reflection of the quality of VIP, than I'm sure they're other DJs are just as great!

DJ Fred Got Everyone on the Dancefloor!

VIP DJ Entertainment was an easy choice to be our wedding DJ. From the start, DJ Fred Alvisi made the process easy and was a great communicator. We connected over the phone and let him know what we were looking for as far as a wedding soundtrack. We provided him with a list of songs we wanted to hear throughout the night, and he made sure to play them at the right moments. We left the dancing portion up to him, and he delivered! Fred Alvisi was my DJ this past weekend for my wedding, and I honestly can't recommend him or VIP DJ Entertainment enough. We had a tight budget but knew that a quality DJ could make or break a party. My best advice for you when it comes to booking a DJ is to book an expert like Fred, give your choices for the main songs, then trust his expertise and ability to "read the room." A lot of people tend to stress over every little decision, but being able to put my hands up and say, "I trust you!" to your DJ is completely invaluable. Fred was able to find EVERY obscure song that we wanted, play it at the exact right moment, and keep both the college aged relatives and the 85 year old grandpas happy and entertained - true skills. Thanks, Fred and VIP DJ Entertainment, for a fantastic night. The next morning, as we all struggled through brunch, someone said to me, "Best music I've ever heard at a wedding." True testimony!

Mike was very professional and helpful. He read the room perfectly and did great with mixing the music we wanted and the music the crowd wanted. DJ Jim from DJ VIP Entertainment was awesome

DJ VIP Entertainment provided awesome DJ services for our wedding in June 2019, DJ Jim Acker was our DJ and he was great. Leading up to the wedding, Jim's professionalism and preparedness really gave us the comfort and confidence that we made the right choice. That was even further proved the night of the wedding. Jim kept everyone entertained through out. The moment the dance floor opened to the end of the wedding, all of our guests had a blast. We were told constantly how great of a time people had and a lot of that credit has to go to DJ Jim and DJ VIP Entertainment. We could not recommend them enough.

VIP DJ was unbelievable. We had the DJ and the photo booth and could not be more thrilled with our decision. The whole process was easy and simple. Anything we wanted they accommodated with no questions asked. Fred, our DJ, keep the party going and played a great variety of music. Everyone who attended had nothing but great things to say. The photo booth attendets where great as well. The book we got with all of the pictures was amazing too. Overall this was well worth every penny we paid. Fred did a great job on our wedding day. He had car issues getting to the venue and you would never know. He was there on time, all set up, lights ready to go and mostly stuck to our song list. He also stayed an extra hour when we asked him on the spot when we decided to extend the reception. The uplights looked great and he was really responsive throughout the whole planning process. We absolutely loved DJ Gino and you will too! We found him to be warm, friendly and a great entertainer! We met with Gino ahead of time and talked about the type of music we wanted and he was extremely helpful with many suggestions. He really knows his music and was really flexible when it came to tailoring the playlists to our needs. That night, Gino had the crowd dancing all night and not wanting to leave! Also, he plays piano! It blew our minds when he got on the piano that was at our location and started playing and singing before he started DJing! He is a true musician and that added so much to the way he mixed our event! He played music from the styles and genres we wanted and was the ultimate professional all night long. With Gino, you will not have to worry about anything because he knows his stuff and keeps your dance floor crowded all night!

My husband and I just got married. We were searching for a DJ that was affordable and also had great reviews. We went with VIP DJ Entertainment. We were set up with DJ Greg. Greg made the process super easy for us and the portal that they send out is super user friendly to request specific songs up front. The night of our wedding Greg was super friendly and made our night super enjoyable. We had everyone out on the dance floor and the music and vibes were great. We recommend these guys!

We recently got marrried on NYE and Fred was our DJ. He was so down to earth and so easy to work with from the day we booked. The online planning form and database makes things easy and organized.

Fred did our ceremony music and reception. He was AMAZING!!!! The ceremony music was perfect and exactly what we asked for. He Took control of getting us out to the reception on time and kept the party going all night.

He even did a countdown to the new year and it was wonderful!!!

We had great lighting and the price was excellent.

I highly recommend VIP and Fred!!!!

TOP OF THE LINE! We had Steve Slater as our DJ and we were more than pleased. He had a level of professionalism that I have never seen before.

He was quick to respond with questions and was very helpful.
I was a little nervous because we were having a dry wedding...and you all know how they can be. But he kept the dance floor packed the whole night.

He also would come up to us every now and again to make sure that we were happy with what was going on. He really cared about making sure we were happy along with our guest!

My poppop was worried that he wouldnt like any of the music but steve introduced himself to my grandfather and made sure he played the music he liked! and my poppop cant stop talking about how much fun he had!

Couldn’t ask for a better DJ. Adam showed a lot of attention to detail, creativity, and always made sure to personalize it to what we wanted. We had DJ Fred Alvisi and we couldn't have been happier! He kept the party at a great level the whole time and worked with us and our photographer to make sure everything went super smoothly. We danced for our whole reception, and we didn't have to worry about a thing the day of.

There was an online portal that made planning fun and easy and Fred made sure we were on the same page with everything.

We made a wonderful choice by picking VIP DJ Entertainment for our wedding! I had a number of special song mixes and requests for our DJ, Fred, and he was a HUGE help with everything! He communicates prior to your event and creates time lines and notes...and then he went above and beyond lining up our bridal party before entering the reception! The reception music was wonderful, everyone was out on the dance floor. All of our guests had a fantastic time, I would highly recommend VIP to all the other brides out there!

If your looking into this DJ book right away!! Fred did an amazing job at our wedding on 11/23/18. The dance floor was packed from start to finish. DJ Steve Slater was absolutely AMAZING!! Our wedding reception never stopped partying! He knew exactly when to throw in a slow song, he knew exactly how to transition from one type of song to another, and when to throw in different special dances or activities. DJ Steve kept in contact with myself and my new wife throughout the night, to make sure that we were happy and pleased with what was going on. He took it upon himself to personally make sure that we were happy and pleased with the way that our wedding reception was going. He has a very good sense of humor, and fit in very nicely with our crowd. He was very personable and was very good at what he did. While booking and picking out a DJ, the owner of VIP DJ Entertainment was very accommodating, and very helpful with my questions. My experience with the company as a whole was nothing but top notch!

Haven't had our wedding yet, but just recently hired vip dj entertainment for our wedding and we are really looking forward to it. So far, they have answered any questions we have had and are very responsive. This dj company is also budget worthy.

Greg Williams was fantastic!! - He is great for LGBT (Same Sex) Weddings. From the moment we met him at a Same Sex Wedding Expo in Philadelphia until our wedding day he made the entire process and event seamless. He was so fast to respond to all of our questions and even set up calls that worked around our late night work schedules. He helped us create the perfect timeline for our wedding day, and perfectly executed it. Greg made sure everyone was up and having a great time dancing the whole night. Steve Slater Was our DJ and he was amazing!!! We've had numerous guests comment on how great he was and how he made our wedding especially fun. He was a pleasure to work with and I don't have enough good things to say about him and his work. Steve played a wide range of music for all ages, yet also kept it personal to the type of music and specific songs my husband and I really enjoy. He was a wonderful master of services as well. Steve guided us through each step of the reception and made the whole thing flow. The price was better than what we had expected. You will not be sorry if you have Steve DJ your wedding.

Britt was our DJ and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process. From day one working with VIP DJ entertainment was easy and stress-free and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone and everyone. We got the party started early and Britt kept the songs we wanted to hear going and the dance floor full. So many people commented on how much fun they had and how it was the "best wedding ever." Those guests who interacted with Britt and the staff at the Desmond had nothing but glowing things to say about her. My only wish is to have another reason to have a big party so that we can use the services of VIP DJ entertainment again.

We had the pleasure of having DJ Adam Weiner for our wedding and he was absolutely AMAZING! Starting from day one of the planning process to the week of, emails, phone calls, messages back and forth to make sure my husband and I had the perfect wedding reception. We had a friend of ours who played his guitar and sang our first dance song, Adam was so helpful in making sure our friend had no issues hooking up to his sound system so he could sing our song. We did a basketball themed entrance and Adam had the perfect announcer voice! He was so engaging, got the crowed clapping, up on their feet and EVERYONE was on the dance floor the whole night! We are so thankful we chose VIP and had Adam as our DJ!

We were referred to Fred by a coworker and we were not disappointed! We interviewed a couple djs and were very disappointed. Fred loved the ideas we had as far as music and isn't one of those djs that talks all the time. He really is a master of his craft and can read the dancefloor so well. I was also very impressed with the uplighting, it really transformed the room. The best part about VIP is that they have this awesome online gallery for their clients. You can go on and add all the info and music you want so you're not stuck sending over all these excel files of your music. It was so easy I never had to worry about anything. We got so many compliments on Fred because of the playlist and just how fun he was! If I ever need a dj for anything I'm definitely using VIP, but I'm going to ask for Fred. Thanks Fred for everything!!

Fred Alvisi from VIP DJ Entertainment did an amazing job as our DJ for our wedding on 9/26/2015!! We originally met with him because he was a preferred vendor for our wedding venue, and now we understand why! He did our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music and he had everyone on their feet the entire night. I love that he can read a crowd and keep people having fun. He really set the tone for a fun reception :) We also loved that he made it personal to us....we are big country fans but that can be difficult to dance to at times. He made sure at the end to play Low Places and had everyone crowd around us. It was an INCREDIBLE way to end the most amazing day of our lives. In addition to his awesome DJ skills, Fred was extremely quick about responding to me and answering any of my questions. He was also very flexible with our music choices as I made multiple last minute changes (indecisive bride....sorry Fred!!). He was more than reasonably priced and because of this we also booked a photo booth through his wife's company which was a huge hit as well!!! Please know that you are in good hands if you choose VIP DJ Entertainment as your DJ for your wedding or event. We got multiple compliments about the music played during dinner and dancing and Fred played a big role in making our wedding day a success :)

Best Day of my Life!

Adam was our DJ and he did an incredible job! Our dance floor was packed the entire night! He played everything I asked for, even though I'm sure some of my requests were weird! He was responsive ahead of the day and nothing but amazing the day of. He was great with personalizing the day to match my (now!) husband and me. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with VIP DJ's. We had to change the date of the event about a week out, and they worked it out with us, no problems. That was very much appreciated.

Our DJ, Joe Pizzio, was super professional, prompt, responsive, friendly and he did a great job. He emailed with questions ahead of time to make sure he had everything correct. He came early and set up the lights and made sure everything was ready.

We're so glad we spent the money on a DJ and on the uplighting for our event because it really made it feel like a special event for our community. Thank you!

VIP DJ Entertainment was great to work with and DJ Justin Moore did an amazing job!
More details: VIP Entertainment has everything set up electronically through their website, which makes planning the wedding timeline, choosing songs, and paying via credit card incredibly easy. It also allows you to do most of the planning on your own time and easily make updates as things inevitably change throughout the planning process. Their website is a really great tool for brides, as it forces you to think about details you may have forgotten otherwise.
We chose DJ Justin because he was similar in age to us (27ish). We felt this would result in good music that catered to our generation and was appropriate for an evening wedding. We had mentioned that we would also want some classic party songs played that would also get the older crowd up and dancing as well. HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB! He played a great mix that resulted in everyone from 2-89 on their feet the entire night. In addition to a great playlist, DJ Justin was incredibly accommodating to the needs of myself (the bride) and the groom. He offered to get us drinks throughout the night and played every song we had requested through the online app. He introduced our 6 year-old flower girls in a way that got them on the floor dancing and everyone LOVED it! He was very independent; he arrived early, set up, and started playing music without me even knowing he was there. He was also incredibly polite to us and the guests. I highly recommend using VIP DJ Entertainment, as they clearly hire great DJs who care and cater to the needs of the hosts, providing great service. Furthermore, to anyone planning any sort of event, I would recommend DJ Justin as he clearly is a very versatile and accommodating DJ. He would likely do a great job at any event! VIP DJ Entertainment, specifically Fred Alvisi, provided us and our guests with a wonderful party! Everything went so smoothly from the ceremony music requests being played perfectly to a great mix at the reception that kept the dance floor full all night. Fred was a great MC too, helping to guide the evening along as planned without stopping the party. We and all our guests had a great time! Our friends got married the summer before and had Fred as their DJ - we booked him as soon as we started planning ours and were definitely not disappointed.

I think the most helpful fact I can share to couples looking for a DJ is that with VIP DJ it's easy plan out as much or as little of the music as you want - they'll work with you whatever your style. Their website is great and you can make lots of requests and instructions for the DJ, all confirmed and discussed until you're perfectly happy; or you can just let them know a bit about your musical tastes and go on worrying about other wedding planning. Either way you're going to get a great party with great music and everyone will have an awesome time! Thanks so much! Really was 5-star service for a very reasonable price!

My wife and I were married 8/12/17 and had our reception at Downingtown Country Club. VIP Entertainment was extremely easy to work with and very professional. Likewise, our DJ Adam Weiner was OUTSTANDING. People were dancing the entire night (we had a 6 hour reception). All of our family and friends said they had a blast, as did we (the married couple). There are tons of DJ's out there, but Adam was incredible and would encourage people to specifically ask for him if you have a fun groups of family/friends who like to dance!!! Thank you VIP and DJ ADAM WEINER for helping make our day/night so memorable.

Fred and Britt (VIP DJ)are fantastic people who did a great job at our wedding. I would definitely recommend them and VIP DJ to any one looking for a DJ. I think they would do great at any event.

Fred always made him self available via phone, e-mail, text and Facebook. He went over every step with us and made sure we were comfortable and happy through out the process. Everyone from kids to adult and Grand Parents danced the entire night. My husband is not really a dancer and he danced the day of our Wedding more than anyone has seen him dance. Great Job guys!!!

Kept The Dance Floor Bumping

It's always nerve-wracking to hire a DJ because the music makes or breaks the wedding. We got so luck with DJ Mike and VIP Entertainment. From day 1 they heard our ask that we wanted to have a fun party and keep people dancing- and did Mike ever deliver! Mike did a great job of playing a variety of music for all ages, listening to the crowd and keeping the energy high. He knew just when to speak and when to let the music go. We had people up between all courses of dinner and dancing until the very last second. The online portal they provide made it easy to make requests and while not everything we wanted to get played made it day of, Mike made the perfect choices for the crowd. Highly recommend!

Working with VIP Entertainment was probably one of the BEST decisions we made!!! I actually came across VIP by chance after our previous DJ backed out on us last minute as he decided to go on Spring Break with his family and cancel on us 3 weeks before our wedding. I spent many days/nights speaking with different companies about their services as a result but there were so many things about Fred Alvisi and his company VIP Entertainment that stood out from the rest: their professionalism, their attention to detail and the numerous questions and ideas they had for us based on our vision of a wedding reception. We decided to book with VIP and chose Adam Weiner as our DJ. Adam is top notch and made himself available at all times on the weeks and days leading up to the wedding as well as on the wedding day itself. He turned our vision into a reality and we, along with our friends and family that attended the wedding, cannot stop raving about how much fun and energetic the entire evening was! I truly believe things happen for a reason and I am extremely grateful for our original DJ in backing out as it led us to Adam and VIP Entertainment. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

DJ Justin Moore was AMAZING! He worked with us from the beginning and really got to know us, our style, and the feel of our wedding. I emailed him with any questions or concerns and he answered me right away & was always so polite and resourceful. He was just incredible, he went above and beyond to guarantee that our wedding day was perfect. When it started to rain the day of, he quickly moved and got all of the equipment set up for an indoor ceremony. We incorporated several Ukrainian traditions in our wedding and he worked hard at learning all of the correct pronunciations (even though some were very difficult, including my last name) & the correct flow of the night. He played the PERFECT music for our wedding & read the crowd perfectly. We got so many compliments on how great our DJ was We are so so thankful for everything Justin did for us!

VIP and DJ Ren were great to work with! My husband and I hired VIP for a large wedding celebration.

The owner, Fred, was always very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. The website that the company uses is also very convenient and covered all the bases, with places to go over the timeline, important people (for introductions and toasts), and music preferences.

On the big day, DJ Ren was exactly what we were looking for. He read the crowd and definitely understood our music preferences. Highly recommend!

The VIP Experience!

My husband and I got married on 10/27/18 at Aldie Mansion in Doylestown, PA. DJ Ren was such a pleasure to work with and our guests danced all night! VIP's DJ portal made it really easy to request our special songs and preferences. It only took 2 brief calls with Rene to plan the perfect evening. VIP DJ Entertainment has a great selection of DJs and we picked DJ Fred Alvisi to take lead in our reception. From the start he was very engaging and easy to work with. He was able to anticipate our needs and gave great suggestions to make our night flow. All our special requests were accommodated. Throughout the night he had great energy and very personable with all the guests he interacted with. Our family was always on the dance floor and raved about the music choices through the night. Fred knows how to keep the party going.

We were very impressed with the service provided by VIP DJ from start to finish. Fred was very professional and quick to setup a consultation and to iron out the details of the contract.

From there we started working with DJ Adam Weiner to plan our day. Adam was very responsive and came up with a lot of unique ideas during the planning process to help us streamline the day and to get the crowd engaged.

On the day of, DJ Adam did a great job keeping our guests moving and we've received nothing but comments since about the music and DJ Adam's abilities to MC the event.

We are very pleased and would recommend VIP DJ Entertainment to anyone in need of a professional DJ!

We got married this past weekend and we could not recommend VIP DJ Entertainment and DJ ADAM enough!! ADAM IS AWESOME!

Adam listened and understood our taste in music and was able to incorporate songs by feeling the crowd and the energy that made our night amazing. DJ Adam even included all our guests musical tastes by going to each table and having the 'table captain' pick a song...everyone loved it! I can honestly say he is the best DJ we have ever been in the presence of (and we've been to tons of weddings and events!). We are so lucky to have had him. Guests came up to us all night saying how great Adam is and how awesome the music was. We were so happy to hear the songs that we had asked him to play as well as hear music we never would have thought to play but got the crowd up, on their feet and having a ball. Best of all, Adam is such a professional and extremely fun to work with.... his voice...none better for a DJ, he just knows 100% what he's doing and he does it well. We had all the faith in the world in him from the moment we spoke on the phone going over every single detail and he did not miss a 'beat'! Thank you so much VIP DJ Entertainment and DJ Adam for making our wedding spectacular!!!

Gino was our DJ this past Friday evening. He was amazing. The crowd loved him and he kept the evening moving very smoothly. He started by playing piano for our cocktail hour. He then moved to introductions and then the party began. He was sensitive to all ages with his music selections and honored requests and all but a handful were constantly out on the dance floor. It was a wonderful evening that flew by way too fast. Thank you Ginop

Awesome to Work with!

VIP DJ Entertainment was awesome through the whole process of my wedding. My husband and I were supposed to get married April 2020 but then had to reschedule five times. Each time they were so easy and awesome to work with. We also hired the videographer and photo booth through them. Again, they were so easy and awesome to work with. We ended up with DJ Freddy at our wedding and he was so much fun! I highly recommend VIP for your wedding!

We used VIP DJ for our Wedding and couldn’t be happier. From beginning to end the company did a 5 star job on the wedding. It started with our DJ calling us early on in the process to get a better sense of who we were and what kind of music we wanted to hear at our wedding. We had several follow up calls after that to make sure we had everything set up to our specifics. Not only music, but the DJ made sure we had the specific up lighting we requested as well.
Once the day arrived the DJ did an amazing job. The room looked absolutely beautiful and met all of our needs. The DJ even accommodated an early first dance for us. My wife asked that she and I have a personal first dance with just the two of us. This was before the room was officially ready to go. And the DJ had no issue letting us have our first dance before anyone got there. The music all throughout the night was perfect. The night started with the perfect music to have dinner to and eventually transitioned to music everyone could dance to. The dance floor was packed all night.
Music is a pretty serious thing when it comes to a wedding. It can make or break a fun wedding night. We are so happy we used VIP DJ’s for our wedding because they made the night that much more memorable. We would recommend them to anyone looking to plan a wedding. Not only are they a reasonable price, but they do such an amazing job making sure all of your needs are met. 5 Star for sure! Sincerely, Nicole and Chadd

A Gem of an experience that I owe to VIP

Im just going to lead by saying Fred of VIP did a fantastic job. From set up to break down they did absolutely everything they could to accommodate our requests and wishes. We were by no means the run of the mill experience for VIP and simply put I could not have been more pleased. Fred worked with us consistently to meet our expectations, even going beyond VIP's norm to make sure that everything went the way we wanted. From the (Im so glad we did this) Photobooth recommendation to ceremony inputs/suggestions, I dont know if the event would have gone as well if someone else had been helping us curate the finer points of the evening.

Sound Quality was 10/10
- During the ceremony, speeches, cocktail hour, and once it was time to cut loose everything was the perfect amount of loud, no feedback, no dead mics, literally zero complaints.

Communication was also a 10/10
-from the moment we booked with VIP, Fred was in constant communication with us regarding planning, selection, set up, accessories
and announcements
-he would nudge us about deadlines, which was critical for us as we did all of our planning and little things slip by you here and there
-day before and day of, I had no worries about where he was, or if he was good to go.
Fred called me to let me know he was on site and then got in contact with our coordinator and the rest was history

Execution 10/10
This is by far the most important detail for the DJ aspect of this interaction, knowing how to read the room and make changes accordingly to keep things lively is critical to having a fun evening, song choices, timing, and cuts can be the difference between a good and bad evening... Safe to say, he delivered.
But having done so, WHILE ALSO working within the very specific vibe we had in mind for the evening and KILLING IT could not have been more critical to the success of our wedding.
EVERYONE was constantly dancing, drinking, moving and talking and laughing. Young or old everyone was having a ball and we dropped everything from Doja to George Straight!
You did a great job man!

**I wasnt sure how to soft ball this bit, so Im just going to say it:
If you arent sure about the photobooth, I can tell you I wasn't certain at first either, thankfully Fred and My Wife convinced me, because once the evening got rolling...watching all of my friends and fam put on these corny hats and playful props while acting like clowns and carrying on and drinking/partying was absolutely worth every penny. Especially now after the fact sitting here flipping through the album they made us from the booth, in combination with the pictures/videos everyone took of everyone getting in and out of the photobooth(having a ball) I am SO GLAD we didnt skip out on the oppertunity. Simply put this was a priceless experience, and if you have plenty of heads at your wedding/event dont even hesitate, it will 100% be worth it.

I just want TLDR this here by saying
Fred did a great job, Im glad we booked with vip, and I couldnt be happier with the way everything unfolded. I honestly can not appropriately speak on how well Fred did putting up with all of us and keeping us entertained.
And I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks again Fred(and VIP) we could not have done it with out yall!

The best night of my life

My husband and I had the fortune to have DJ Mike Rossi for our wedding, and WOW! He absolutely exceeded every possible expectation. I still have guests telling me how great the DJ was. He had my dance floor PACKED all night long. Thank you DJ Mike and all of VIP DJ Entertainment for everything!

Fred was AMAZING! He was really helpful during the planning months up to our wedding and always made me excited for the big day. He did an amazing job the night of our wedding. He worked well with my other vendors and helped keep the night run smoothly. He listened to all my requests and was such a nice guy (important for the bride)! :) I don't think there was a single person that wasn't on the dance floor. He played a great mix of songs and did great with requests of myself and guests. The music and dancing was the biggest thing for me since it's my favorite part of any wedding and I was SO happy I picked Fred for my own wedding.

Booked with Fred of VIP DJ who recommended DJ Adam for our wedding.

DJ Adam was awesome for our wedding a few weekends ago! Many guests commented to me on how the party was fun the entire night because of the DJ! Parents who I had never seen dance before were dancing all night! Highly Recommend!

Highlights:
- Very Easy to work with

- Gave him flexability to gauge the crowd and choose songs. Did this flawlessly!
- Spoke on the Phone a number of times and he could see our vision
- Able to adapt quickly to changes! Made a few last minute changes and it was easy for him!
- True Professional. There's a reason why there are so many great experiences with DJ Adam. He's one of the best.
- Setup was a breeze for him. Got to the venue and setup before the event.

We chose to use VIP DJ Entertainment for our wedding and it was the best decision! My sister used them for her wedding, and we were so impressed with the DJ and also the competitive prices that we knew they were for us. I had Adam Weiner as our DJ and he was fantastic! Very personable, flexible, easy to contact and you could tell he loves his job. Everyone had such a great time dancing all night, they even mentioned how great the DJ was. Very pleased!

We had DJ Steve Slater for our March 25 wedding reception. Thanks to him, the evening was perfect. He made sure the flow of things was smoothly, and did a great job reading the crowd on the types of songs to play. He even went out of his way to find a request from me that night that he didn't immediately have. He was very skillful at coordinating all the different parts of the reception and did everything at the perfect time.

Jim was fantastic! He was very responsive and helpful leading up to our wedding. They have a website where you can look through their library and select songs for different parts of the evening which was really helpful. Our wedding had some traditional Persian elements to it. We provided Jim with the Persian music song files, and he incorporated them seamlessly into the regular top-40 mix. He was fun and lively, did a great job announcing all of the parts of the wedding and keeping us on schedule. Our guests wanted an encore at the end of the night because it was so fun, and Jim obliged. We had SO much fun dancing, and we have Jim to thank!!

I had Jim Acker as our DJ for our wedding and he did a fantastic job. I had a vision for how I wanted the night to be and he made it happen. Fred the owner was very quick to respond and almost always answered my phone calls. I can be needy and he totally understood. I love the online process to fill in all the special songs and bridal party information. Jim helped me with an idea for adding glow lights to the party and it was a hit! I am so grateful for them and I would highly suggest them for your wedding!! Great group of DJ's who love what they do!

From the moment I met the VIP entertainment crew at a bridal show, I knew they were going to do a great job. DJ Gino was amazing! He played the piano during cocktail hour which was awesome. He did a wonderful job of playing music that everyone liked and could dance to. I only gave a few suggestions and he was really able to take it from there to make it an awesome night. The VIP entertainment website allows you to select songs and gives suggestions which made it really easy for the planning process. I am beyond happy with my experience with DJ Gino and the VIP entertainment team.

We had a great experience with VIP DJ Entertainment, and specifically our DJ, Greg. He did the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We met with him before our wedding so we could discuss the type of music we’d like to hear, the type of atmosphere we wanted, and the plan for the night. He is very thorough and made sure we knew the timeline for the evening, and even followed up with a few questions to get as many details as possible. He knew exactly what we wanted, and people were dancing the entire night. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without him. I highly recommend DJ Greg and VIP DJ Entertainment. Great Wedding DJ!

VIP DJ (Freddy) did an excellent job for my wedding. We booked over a year in advance. The pricing was extremely reasonable especially with quotes I had from other vendors. He was extremely responsive and made the wedding night flow smoothly! In the planning process he always answered my emails/calls within 24 hours and the online system to request songs etc was very easy to use! He kept the vibes great and people on the dance floor all night. If I ever have another event where I need a DJ we will definitely be using him!

Flawless and Stress Free

We hired VIP for our wedding reception. DJ Dan was awesome, incredibly professional, flexible and on top of everything. Once our reception was in his hands, there was nothing to worry about, Dan kept us on time and moving along. He kept the dance floor filled while still peppering in some of our less dance-able favorites! Everyone had a great time!!!

Easy to work with and organized

DJ Fred was absolutely amazing at our wedding. He listened to everything that I wanted and executed it without a problem. During the dinner hour, the music was soothing and quiet enough that people didn't have to shout their conversations over the table. But the dancing portion of the reception was energetic and so much fun. Fred played a variety of songs that kept almost everyone on the dance floor for the whole night. We have heard nothing but compliments from our family and friends. We will definitely return to Fred and VIP Entertainment for future needs!

VIP DJ Entertainment provided the DJing for our wedding ceremony and reception in Philly. They were awesome! Our DJ was Greg, and he was super helpful throughout the whole process (planning songs, entrances, timing, detc.) in the weeks leading up to the wedding (via phone & e-mail), and then awesome during the big day/night. He was really easy to work with, and super flexible during the day-of - he took all of our last minute/moment of requests, and put us at ease all night. The music selection was great - lots of dancing for the young and old. The VIP DJ Entertainment website, including the user login area, was also good. It was easy and intuitive to add playlists, song selections, timing/length of songs, overall timeline of the night, etc. We'd highly recommend this company, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Greg!

Wow - I cannot say enough good things about DJ Shane -- He took our outdoor wedding reception to the next level! He was incredibly communicative and flexible throughout the wedding planning process. On the day of he was prompt and punctual, brought things I had forgotten, and worked seamlessly with the other vendors to make the reception flow so smoothly. Many of my guests mentioned how fantastic the music was -- If you are hesitant about whether or not the DJ is worth it --- DJ Shane definitely IS!!
