My husband and I hired Vinwood for our April 2026 wedding and it was absolutely the right decision! We had dozens of our guests - no exaggeration - come to tell us how incredible the food was, how it was some of “the best wedding food they’d ever had”. The food was so good that my entire family in our group chat the next day was raving about it, joking they wanted to hire Vinwood to make food for them every day. In addition, the service was impeccable. All of the staff were so friendly, competent, and on top of everything. They were so efficient in our brunch buffet service of 120 guests that we were able to start dancing a half hour ahead of schedule! In addition, they took care of all tables, linens, etc. with all inclusive pricing, and the place looked gorgeous. Vinwood was incredible day-of and also a dream to work with on the months beforehand. When we first started planning, we reached out to 6 caterers. Vinwood was the first to respond, and when we jumped on a call with them to explain our vision for the wedding food (boozy Sunday brunch), Erica at Vinwood was immediately enthusiastic and on board. Within days she had a curated draft menu for us to review with extremely competitive pricing. Throughout the process, she was so responsive to all questions, concerns, and thoughts, and was FUN to work with. We found ourselves laughing during the calls with Erica at Vinwood, but also felt that she was so professional and on top of everything! We trusted her completely - she knew exactly what she was doing and was so competent. And the execution of the day was absolutely perfect. I also want to note how accommodating they were for dietary restrictions. We had many guests with severe allergies/restrictions and Vinwood made it so easy to accommodate. I can’t imagine finding another caterer with food as delicious, service as impeccable, and with as competitive pricing. Hire them! -

From the start, Harmony and her team at Vinwood Caterers were the perfect partners to craft an insanely delicious menu for Theresa & I on our wedding day. It still brings us so much joy when our friends comment on how amazing the food was at our wedding back in June at Glen Magna Farms. Not only during our multiple video calls to talk through every aspect of the menu but also throughout our ongoing email correspondence, Harmony exhibited such care and thoughtfulness in answering all of our questions around dietary restrictions, kid-friendly menus and food preferences. There wasn't a single stone left unturned and if we had one regret from our experience with Vinwood, its that we weren't able to eat more! We highly recommend the Vinwood Caterers team to any couple who is looking for a caterer who will bring 100% satisfaction and zero stress to the process. -

The perfect catering company!
My wife and I chose Vinwood on the recommendations of our venue, Olio, and a friend who had used them for her own wedding. We knew from the first call that they would be the perfect match for our menu needs, since we have a lot of allergies and dietary restrictions in our social circle and they were incredibly well versed in their menu and what accommodations could be made to support us. We chose a live pasta bar and a separate gf/vegan station, the vegan curry and the butternut squash raviolis are still getting rave reviews from our friends and family!
We were matched with Erica as our event manager and she was so easy to work with and brought my reception vision to life. We decided on long family style tables that allowed us to keep the aisles wide for our flower girl’s wheelchair and lots of cocktail tables near the dance floor to house our games and temporary tattoo station allowing people to ebb and flow between activities seamlessly. Even though we came up with the concept together, I couldn’t believe my eyes when we walked in to see the room for the first time. The room was breathtaking, Erica and her team really excelled in a way we couldn’t have imagined. Vinwood runs like a well oiled machine, our cups and plates were never empty and everything was tidy and full the entire time.
My wife and I looked forward to every call with Erica and are so immensely grateful for the way she jumped in to help us create the wedding of our dreams! -

My husband and I just got married this past weekend, and we both have never been to another wedding where the food was this good!! We had guests coming up to us all night (and even days later!) to tell us how good the food was; and several people went up for second helpings!! We never ended up doing a tasting before picking our menu, and we were a tad nervous about that; but the food ended up being SO. GOOD!! We had several guests with dietary restrictions, and they were so quick to accommodate and come up with other options. Liz was so helpful when it came to picking our menu, our drinks, and answering any questions we had up until the big day. The day of the wedding, we worked with Kristen, and WOW we loved her!!! She was so attentive all night long; checking in on us, keeping us on time and on track, and just being such a calming and supportive presence on one of the most hectic days of our lives! -

We used Vinwood for our August 2025 wedding in Gloucester and it was the best experience! Gary helped us every step of the way and gave us guidance for our 180 person wedding. He also just had a lot of wedding knowledge in general and great tips which we really appreciated! The food was incredible, we had soooo many guest compliment on their meal. We also did the raw bar which was the best decision. All of the staff were professional, kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend using Vinwood for any event - we love them! -

Vinwood: Chef's Kiss
We had the pleasure of working with Vinwood for our July 2025 wedding at The Evermore. From the very beginning, Vinwood was organized, clear, communicative and helpful. We worked with Liz during the whole planning process, and she was WONDERFUL! Her bubbly personality and expertise made us feel comfortable and excited. Liz was thorough, communicative and helpful with every single detail of planning. Vinwood’s extensive list of options and choices were so fun to choose from, and the ability to customize many of the choices was a great surprise.
Our guests RAVED about the food and its beautiful presentation. The stunning grazing table at our cocktail hour was the topic of many family conversations, as well as how the delicious passed appetizers seemed endless! The food at our reception was fresh, hot, delicious and plated beautifully. The bartenders were friendly and efficient, and our signature drinks were better than we hoped for.
On the day of our wedding, Kristin was our coordinator. It’s hard to find words to describe how incredible she was. From the moment she arrived, Kristin was the perfect mix of calm, excited, and prepared. She made us, our bridal party and our immediate families feel relaxed, taken care of, and SPOILED! Kristin handled everything for us behind the scenes, never appeared flustered, and went above and beyond to make our day enjoyable. From communicating with vendors, coordinating with the photographer, organizing big moments, and making sure everyone had what they needed, Kristin was the magic sauce that made our wedding the most wonderful day. My mom won’t stop talking about how Kristin offered to grab her more comfortable shoes, or how she insisted we should NEVER wait in a line for a drink or refreshment. We haven’t stopped raving about Kristin since the day of, and we’ll always feel grateful she was part of our special day. Thank you Vinwood team! You are the wedding industry’s version of a chef’s kiss. -

I would highly recommend Vinwood Caterers to anyone looking for a quality meal and service! The food was absolutely amazing and received many compliments. As someone who is passionate about food and nutrition (entering the Dietetics field), I can verify the ingredients and dishes were top notch. In addition, it was the most affordable option I had seen for everything it included. Gary went above and beyond and offered his expertise to ensure everything went smoothly for my special day, even providing advice that was not necessarily related to the meal. Liz Croteau was a dream to work with, ensuring that my dairy allergy—and any other guest allergies—were taken seriously so everyone felt safe and comfortable enjoying the food. She even hosted a tasting for all the 2025 couples at Peirce Farm, making sure there was something I could enjoy at every station. Throughout the planning process, she worked closely with us to craft the perfect menu, and she truly delivered on the big day.
When it came time for our wedding, Kristin was absolutely phenomenal. She was calm, cool, and collected, which made me feel the same—exactly what every couple needs on their wedding day! After the ceremony, she ensured we had drinks and hors d’oeuvres to enjoy in a private moment, giving us a beautiful memory of soaking in the fact that we had just gotten married.
The entire Vinwood team was flawless at the reception. We heard nothing but glowing praise about the food, and we couldn’t agree more! The bartenders were outstanding, crafting every drink to perfection.

Harmony and the Vinwood team did an amazing job during and leading up to our July 2024 wedding at Glen Magna Farms. I was a bit hesitant that the venue only worked with one caterer, but Vinwood was the best there is. We attended a tasting event at the venue, which was a perfect way to visualize the space and the different food options (e.g., stationary cheese table) in the space. We had a super easy time picking our meals for our guests after that event. The food from Vinwood on our wedding day was amazing. Our guests could not stop complimenting the dinner and especially the signature drinks. They were a hit! I was especially appreciative of the Vinwood team making sure me and my husband had everything we needed. After the ceremony, we were greeted with signature drinks and a sampler of all of our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres. They were also able to give us a side portion of the vegetarian meal (which we LOVED). They really made sure we were well taken care of and had a beverage when we needed one all night. Working with Harmony was also very easy - she is super friendly and organized, and was on top of all the communication and planning for our day. We had a few questions about special meals and allergies, and Harmony made sure that everything was exactly as it needed to be! She even looked into whether we could bring in a favorite beverage, and although they weren't able to do it, Harmony gave us some great recommendations for other options. I would recommend Vinwood to anyone looking for a caterer! -

My wife and I were so impressed with the food, service, and communication from Vinwood, which was the exclusive caterer for our venue (the equally amazing Peirce Farm at Witch Hill). Their team was responsive and helpful during the planning, making great suggestions and helping us out with several special accommodations along the way.
At our wedding itself, the Vinwood team ran like a well-oiled machine. Everything looked great in the cocktail and reception areas, our guests loved the hors d'oeuvres, and all the dinner choices (we had a buffet) were delicious. We would highly recommend! -

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the lobster ravioli, dumplings, and beef tenderloin, which were standout dishes. Samantha is very knowledgeable about all of the menu options. She helped us come up with a delicious cocktail hour and dinner. They provided incredible value for the money, with upfront pricing that made budgeting straightforward.
Liz went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, ensuring every guest had options. Their assistance with all aspects of the day was so helpful that no additional day-of coordinator was needed.

We used Vinwood for our wedding, so we are biased, but it was by far the best food we have ever had at a wedding. Their team is awesome (thank you Emily) every step of the way. We had a lot of special requests, and they accommodated them all with no issues. Their menu is extensive, and at the tasting we were able to try a great deal of it, and it was all incredible. Their vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options were all amazing, and our guests were extremely happy. Everyone at the wedding complimented the food. From the apps and entrees, to the dessert we had instead of cake, Vinwood was the perfect choice! -

Gary and his team did such a phenomenal job catering my wedding that I honestly cannot adequately describe it. He was joyous to work with in the months, weeks, and days leading up to the date--he was responsive and flexible with all of our myriad concerns. The lead-up alone would lead to me leaving a five star review...and then my wedding happened.
They knocked it out of the park. The wedding was well staffed with an absurdly professional group--everyone was friendly, effective, and frankly delightful. My husband and I had a personal server the entire night (which we didn't know was the plan!)--they made sure we ate by providing us with a gorgeous platter of appetizers during the cocktail hour, and timed our dinner specifically so that we could eat. Gary's coordinator, Barbara, was absolutely wonderful, and basically acted as my wedding coordinator, as I foolishly determined that I could do it all myself. The room flip of ceremony to reception went flawlessly, and they executed my DIY centerpieces absolutely perfectly--the room was a dream. My wedding was running so smoothly due to their professionalism...and then we hit the cake fiasco.
My wedding cake never arrived from the bakery. We said we could make do with the berries and cream that was part of our catering package, but they insisted--they ran out to BJs, got an assortment of cakes to echo the assortment of cakes we'd ordered from the wedding cake bakery, and even decorated a small cutting cake for us so that we would have a nice photo opportunity. Not a single guest knew what was going wrong--the people I told the next day were floored. Gary, who was supposed to leave after the room flip, insisted on staying the whole night to make sure nothing else went wrong.
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Vinwood. They embody everything you would want from a wedding caterer--their food is utterly delicious, the staff is professional and delightful, and it is so obvious how much they care. Gary honestly feels like family, and I wish I could invite Gary, Barbara, and everyone else who worked my wedding over for a thank you dinner. Use Vinwood; I can promise you will not be disappointed. -

My husband and I did a brunch menu for a variety of reasons. Vinwood was one of the five caterers recommended by our venue, but we choose them due to the variety of menu choices for our brunch wedding.
The day of the staff was phenomenal, the manager in charge made sure to find me and introduce herself to me so my husband and I could request anything from her. The staff assisted my husband and I in our meals, but also the guests, carrying plates and cups from the buffet to their tables.
When walking around to the tables, many guests told me that it was the best wedding food they have ever had, not only did they love the brunch idea but the food itself was the best. -

We got married at Glen Magna Farms, and Vinwood Caterers is the exclusive caterer for their events. We had an excellent experience working with Vinwood, and the quality of their food and service on our wedding day was outstanding.
Since they do their tastings in a group format with a pre-set menu, the majority of the hors d’oeuvres and entrées that we selected were ones that we had not tried at our tasting. Luckily, our menu selections worked out well and were tastier than we had been expecting for a large-scale catering event.
We appreciated that Vinwood was happy to help us personalize our menu options (swapping the vegetable/starch selections for our main courses and helping us customize a vegan/vegetarian option), and was also very reasonable about accommodating a few changes to our bar menu. Vinwood provided transparent pricing throughout the process, and that pricing (at least for our venue) was inclusive of things like linens, china, glassware, etc.
On our wedding day, Vinwood provided excellent service with attentive servers and efficient bartenders. We were grateful for a seamless catering experience with Vinwood!

We used Vinwood for our July 2022 wedding and it was the best decision EVER! Everyone we communicated with was super friendly and knowledgeable, answering my many many questions over the year of planning. Harmony was our main coordinator and she was just honestly such a breath of fresh air. We had multiple meetings discussing all the details leading up to the big day, and then on our wedding day she was so calm and collected and organized. Multiple guests commented on how seamless the day was, how the food was delicious and the drinks were flowing. It was the perfect day, thanks to Harmony and Vinwood :) -

Vinwood catered my June 2022 wedding at Misselwood and everything was absolutely amazing. From the earliest planning stages Gary was wonderful to work with and gave us some really excellent planning tips that I never would have even thought of! On the day of Gary, Barbara, and the rest of the Vinwood team were fantastic, and most importantly all of the food was amazing! Our guests could not stop talking about how it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. I have Celiac and everyone on the Vinwood team was so attentive in making sure I got plenty of delicious gluten free food during cocktail hour and dinner. Immediately after the ceremony the team brought some of all of the h'ors douvres out especially for our family and wedding party so that we could all have a moment to enjoy each other's company and our food, which was so appreciated! A huge portion of their menu is naturally gluten free so I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything! I would recommend Vinwood to any couple planning a Massachusetts wedding, you will not regret it! -

We used Vinwood for our June 2022 Wedding, as well as our Farewell Brunch and my bridal shower. For every event they were absolutely incredible. Not only was their presentation amazing, the food was delicious. My husband and I are huge foodies, so having our wedding food be the best of the best was really important to us. Our experience with Vinwood was truly amazing! Our wedding is in June, however we have a family member who is sick so we decided to get married early and have a small ceremony/reception last Saturday. We contacted Vinwood not knowing if the short notice would be possible (we contacted them three weeks before the wedding). From the minute we contacted them they went out their way to help us and ensure that this day was going to be the most special for us and our family. They were very attentive and responsive. Their pricing and services included were also very reasonable and actually better than two other caterers we looked at. The food was absolutely delicious!! We had so many compliments on how good the food was and how attentive the bar staff (Boris) was. He went out of his way to go around to each table and make sure there were no empty glasses or to top off anyone who wished it!
Barbara (the manager) was also such a huge a help to my husband and I throughout the entire reception. She greeted us when we came in from pictures and said “You both must be freezing! Can I get you some Coffee? Tea? Wine?” She then led us over to one of the radiators that she said gave off some good heat so we could warm up before we entered the room. She then helped keep us on track for the remainder of the night. She made sure we had our food first and then notified us when to cut the cake so that we could stay on time.
The staff helped make this day so special for all of our family and friends and we are forever grateful. We know the company is very busy, so to take the time to make this happen in such a short notice is truly amazing. If you need caterer for an event, Vinwood is the best! -

Best wedding food I’ve had.
Vinwood was a recommended vendor of Smolak Farms where we held our wedding. I knew I wanted to use Vinwood as soon as I began reading reviews and seeing their photos. All of what you see and read is true! We were told by our guests it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. I was so impressed from the beginning when we attended a tasting. We had amazing service the day of the wedding as well as incredible food. We even added a s’mores station since Smolak has a fire pit. I highly recommend Vinwood Caterers. -

Hands down the best food I have ever had at a wedding. Food was very important to us for our big day, and Vinwood was simply the best. The food was tasty, Gary was wonderful to work with as he was flexible and super responsive. I wish I could go back and eat my wedding food again and again because it was that good. Everything from the raw bar to the bread to the meals was INCREDIBLE. They made the entire process so easy and accommodated all my guests with ease. Besides marrying my husband, using Vinwood caterers was the best decision I made for the wedding. They were so easy to work with, the food and cocktails were amazing, and I loved that they came with a day of coordinator because our venue didn’t have one! They made sure the bride and groom got plenty of apps during cocktail hour and we got so many compliments on everything from the apps, dinner, and drinks! We chose Vinwood catering after attending a wedding in October 2019….and boy am I glad we picked this caterer! We originally had our wedding scheduled for 11.07.20, but due to COVID, we weren’t able to have it on that date. I reached out to Gary, our event manager, in May of 2020 and expressed my concern about our wedding not being able to happen. He completely understood and let me know that we would absolutely be able to change our wedding date and move our deposit to a new date, the following year. There were no questions asked and never made me question my decision! This caterer made my stress significantly less because of how accommodating they were throughout the entire process! I didn’t have to worry about paying extra for moving my date (I heard horror stories from other brides about other vendors), but I never once had to worry about anything! Their food is delicious and the communication with the staff is amazing! 10/10 would recommend Vinwood for your catering! The staff was great! Make sure you choose their butternut squash raviolis! Vinwood Catering COMPLETELY blew all my catering expectations out of the water! From the very start, Ashley was an absolute delight to work with. She was so informative and very responsive. The Vinwood staff was absolutely incredible at keeping up with the demand for passed appetizers during cocktail hour, so much so that my guests had trouble deciding which appetizer to go for! I continue to get remarks about how the food was the best wedding food anyone has ever tasted, and how accommodating the staff was! Everything from the passed appetizers to the plated meals were cooked to perfection, hot, fresh and delicious. (This is coming from a family of foodies who are a tough crowd to please). The real MVP of the show was the Catering Manager, Kristen. She was an absolute sweetheart was a dream to work with. She was continuously looking out for me, and even helped fix my dress before walking down the aisle! I am over the moon with choosing Vinwood as a vendor, and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone getting married who wants delicious food served by kind/thoughtful people. -

When we learned that our wedding venue (Smith Barn at Brooksby Farm) had a short list of catering partners that we had to choose from, we were a little skeptical. However, after looking into Vinwood, it didn't take long for us to realize that they were exactly what we were looking for in a caterer for our wedding day - reasonably priced, an impressive variety of menu options, and a super kind & collaborative team to work with during the planning process (shout out our main man, Gary!) From the tasting (delicious, and beautifully organized), to the countless check-ins/planning sessions with Gary to fine tune not only our menu, but several day-of logistics, we felt like we were in such good hands from day one. The fact that the Vinwood team was so familiar with our wedding venue made what could have easily been a super stressful planning process, so much more pleasant. As for the actual wedding day - the Vinwood team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The food was incredible, the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating, and our catering coordinator, Barbara, made sure my wife and I had everything we needed and were being taken care of at all times. Our boy Gary even made an appearance, which was the icing on the cake after only having seen him on Google Handouts for the 12+ months of planning. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding, and highly recommend getting in touch with Vinwood for your special day!

I can't even begin to explain how much I love Vinwood Caterers! They are incredibly responsive and helpful -- and made the entire menu planning process feel seamless and easy. We had an entire vegetarian wedding, so I knew that both the quality and imagination behind the dishes would be important; Vinwood went above and beyond all of our expectations. From the Hors d'oeuvres to the main meals -- they were all insanely delicious (and memorable). Also, their service is UNREAL. I had so many guests coming up to me to make mention of how professional and attentive all of the staff members were -- and that the food was the best of any wedding they've ever attended. I truly cannot recommend them enough. They are a solid 5 stars out of 5!!! -

Vinwood catering was a dream to work with. From start to finish, they quickly answered our questions and were completely fine with us adjusting our menu. Even though my husband and I are gluten-free/dairy-free, the dishes were absolutely incredible. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food!
Stephanie, our wedding coordinator, was one of the nicest, most organized people to work with. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable during the whole process. I am not really sure where to start with Vinwood Catering... Oh wait I know, THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST! Bridget and the entire team were so professional from the start of planning process to the very end of our wedding night. You really could not ask for a better catering team! From the appetizers to the salad and main dish, all of the food tasted and looked amazing. For our entrée choices we picked the Tuscan chicken and the Butternut Squash Ravioli. We received SO MANY compliments from our wedding guests. Vinwood’s delicious food was a great addition to our wedding and we couldn't be happier! -

If you can book Vinwood, DO IT. INCREDIBLE STAFF. Stephanie in particular is an AMAZING coordinator. She was always so on top of it, easy to reach via email and super helpful in any questions I had. My husband and I were on a budget and Stephanie was super understanding of this, helped us find ways to prioritize different parts of our menu. She also was just super fun to work with!! On the day of she was always there ready to help and get people situated where the needed to be. Everything ran SOOO smoothly, put me at peace the whole evening! And on top of that my husband and I have gotten amazing reviews from all our guests saying they LOVED the food and the service. Side note, Vinwood makes sure to have a waiter that is designated to the bridal party. AMAZING. It doesn't get better than that! Oh, and they have bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer option- YUM. Book them!!! -

Not just about the (delicious) food!
Having been on both sides of a wedding as a (frequent) attendee and now a bride, I can honestly say that Vinwood was hands-down the caterer with the BEST wedding food I’ve ever had. Our guests can’t stop raving about how DELICIOUS everything was, which was all cooked fresh on site!! Even though we chose passed hor'dourves and a buffet dinner for 110 guests, nobody went hungry and there was never a line for any stations. They worked closely with us and our other vendors in the months leading up to our big day, and went out of their way to make sure we ate at our own wedding! Harmony even made sure that our food didn’t get cold while we were visiting tables, and she handled surprise guests with professional ease. The quality of food and service we received from Vinwood greatly exceeds their prices, and we are incredibly grateful to have worked with them. We highly recommend them (and their signature butternut squash ravioli)! -

It was amazing to work with Vinwood on our big day! Gary was super helpful and organized throughout the planning process. When we went to the tasting it was hard to choose from all the amazing options. We were so happy with the selections we made and were adamant that we would eat our meals during our wedding (and we did) since the food was so delicious. Working with Vinwood was a great experience for my husband and I. Ashley and Bridget were very responsive. Bridget followed up with us multiple times to make sure all the selections were accurate. I had some specific requests - such as having a wait staff with us during cocktail hour - and she was right by our side the entire time!!
Kristen was our coordinator at the event and she was AMAZING!! She came to check in with me when she arrived to the venue and was there with us for the entire event. I could feel that her number one priority was to have the day go smoothly and it most definitely did. It was reassuring to have her by my side.
Our whole experience with Vinwood made wedding planning less stressful and they were very pleasant to work with. I do not have enough good things to say about them! -

Vinwood has the best food! We got married a month ago and we’re still getting compliments on the food. For cocktail hour we got the passed apps and a stationed antipasto platter. The passed apps never stopped and the antipasto display was great. For the main course we got filet and haddock and they were both delicious and the portion sizes were very large. We keep saying we hope someone else we know uses vinwood for their wedding in the future so we can eat the food again! The staff is extremely nice and attentive and Ashley/Bridget were both so easy and nice to work with throughout the planning process. There are so many choices and they’re extremely flexible in your choices. We asked for a fast dinner service and they exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend. -

Vinwood is the exclusive caterer for The Mansion on Turner Hill, where we got married on 9/20/19. We were super impressed from the very beginning of the tasting event, through the planning process, and--most importantly--on the day of the wedding! Kristin, the catering manager on the day of our wedding, was exceptionally attentive. She had appetizers waiting for us in the bridal suite after the ceremony but before we joined the cocktail hour, so that we would not be hungry if we spent too much of dinner time greeting guests. She also offered awesome advice about how and when to greet our guests so that we could maximize our time at dinner, and made sure other parts of the evening such as the cake cutting ran 100% smoothly. All of the wait staff was completely professional, and most importantly, the food was PERFECT! If you get the chance, put the chilean seabass on your menu -- it was a smash hit :). -

Vinwood was amazing to work with. From the first time we met at the tasting, they were so accommodating and friendly. They allowed us customize absolutely anything that we wanted when it came to our wedding food including changing the fruit in the salad, creating a crispy chicken entree for us, and even making garlic-butter brushed grilled cheese for the late night food (which wasn't even on the menu). I can't say enough good things about catering manager Kristin - who was like a fairy godmother to us the day of the wedding. She had such a calm, cool, demeanor and was a SAINT to have around. Before I walked down the aisle there are photos of her fixing the train of my dress, and positioning my veil (I didn't even notice she was doing that!). When our drinks were low, she would magically appear with new ones. As soon as the grilled cheeses came out, she'd magically appear with sandwiches for us. She just really went above and beyond in all aspects, and I'm so grateful she was there with us that day! -

Gary and his whole staff at Vinwood Catering made our wedding planning experience SO EASY! they have very clear menu options, and they've made everything full service, that means you don't need to worry about plates, tablecloths, silverware, cutting the cake...nothing! it's all included and taken care of! the food is absolutely delicious and there are SO many options, we guarentee you'll find something you love, and it's very reasonably priced in terms of northshore boston weddings, espeically for being so full service. The staff is so professional, and amazing at their jobs! Everything is planned in a way where if you're doing a seated meal like we did, it only takes 10 minutes for every person at every table to get their meal! seriously, you cannot go wrong with vinwood! We got married at Smolak Farms in North Andover, MA and this was one of their 4 vendors to choose from. We were told that Vinwood was a great vendor for plated dinners, especially given the size of our group (165 wedding guests), so we followed our event coordinator's recommendation and booked with Vinwood. We worked with two coordinators, Ashley (up until the birth of her child, congrats!) and Bridget. Both coordinators were extremely professional to work with and helped put our minds at ease knowing that everything would be executed perfectly. We started by going to a tasting where we got to try a bit of everything we ended up putting on the menu. We used Vinwood for our 30 person rehearsal dinner hosted at our venue, Smolak Farms, and got RAVE reviews on the Western BBQ buffet (the ribs were amazing and fell off the bone). For our wedding, we did passed hors devours (bacon wrapped scallops, philly cheesesteak egg rolls, mini potato pancakes, lobster on brioche, and watermelon feta and mint) and could have filled up on those alone... they were delicious! Our entrees were also fantastic and we got compliments from our guests on each of them (braised short ribs, butternut squash ravioli, and Chilean sea bass). Vinwood exceeded our expectations and we very much enjoyed working with them! -

Vinwood was the exclusive caterer for Groveland Fairways and we had the pleasure to work with Stephanie. We were able to attend a tasting months before our big day and try some of the offerings they had and see the presentation and service firsthand. Overall we had a great impression and couldn’t wait to design our wedding menu. We chose a simple stationary hor'dourve table of cheese, crackers + fruits and the layout and presentation was impeccable. We also chose a plated meal entree and the list of options to choose from were extensive! From the salad, protein, starch and vegetables - the choices were overwhelming! We were glad to have Stephanie there to guide us with the popular favorites and we curated favorable meal entree selections. Coffee and tea service as well as a small dessert option (on top of our wedding cake!) were also included in our package and it was money well spent. Everyone was very much well-fed! -

Vinwood catered my daughter's wedding at Smith Barn in Peabody last Saturday and we couldn't have been more pleased with their service, their professionalism, their attention to detail (e.g. asking each guest to confirm their meal choice before serving), and, most of all, the quality of the food, including the appetizers and the main meal. We had a guest count of 150 and without exception I received upwards of 100 of them tell me how great the appetizers and meal were, especially the fact that both were served very warm, as if made in your kitchen for a small family party. Most of my large gathering experiences usually have the food served, at most, lukewarm. We were especially pleased with the service that Vinwood's on-site coordinator Barbara provided. Barbara and the entire staff were phenomenal, and again, I received numerous exceptional comments from our guests. Barbara provided me the opportunity to speak to the Head Chef and his staff at the end of the evening. While thanking and congratulating Willie for the superb job his team had done for such an important occasion for my family, it was clear how proud Willie was to make sure everything was perfect, telling me how much he loved cooking and how much he loved providing a delicious meal for large numbers of guests. I told Willie that his love of cooking was obvious by how many compliments I received from our guests. I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Vinwood for any important catering event you may have! -
