The perfect catering company!
My wife and I chose Vinwood on the recommendations of our venue, Olio, and a friend who had used them for her own wedding. We knew from the first call that they would be the perfect match for our menu needs, since we have a lot of allergies and dietary restrictions in our social circle and they were incredibly well versed in their menu and what accommodations could be made to support us. We chose a live pasta bar and a separate gf/vegan station, the vegan curry and the butternut squash raviolis are still getting rave reviews from our friends and family!
We were matched with Erica as our event manager and she was so easy to work with and brought my reception vision to life. We decided on long family style tables that allowed us to keep the aisles wide for our flower girl’s wheelchair and lots of cocktail tables near the dance floor to house our games and temporary tattoo station allowing people to ebb and flow between activities seamlessly. Even though we came up with the concept together, I couldn’t believe my eyes when we walked in to see the room for the first time. The room was breathtaking, Erica and her team really excelled in a way we couldn’t have imagined. Vinwood runs like a well oiled machine, our cups and plates were never empty and everything was tidy and full the entire time.
My wife and I looked forward to every call with Erica and are so immensely grateful for the way she jumped in to help us create the wedding of our dreams! -

My husband and I just got married this past weekend, and we both have never been to another wedding where the food was this good!! We had guests coming up to us all night (and even days later!) to tell us how good the food was; and several people went up for second helpings!! We never ended up doing a tasting before picking our menu, and we were a tad nervous about that; but the food ended up being SO. GOOD!! We had several guests with dietary restrictions, and they were so quick to accommodate and come up with other options. Liz was so helpful when it came to picking our menu, our drinks, and answering any questions we had up until the big day. The day of the wedding, we worked with Kristen, and WOW we loved her!!! She was so attentive all night long; checking in on us, keeping us on time and on track, and just being such a calming and supportive presence on one of the most hectic days of our lives! -

We used Vinwood for our August 2025 wedding in Gloucester and it was the best experience! Gary helped us every step of the way and gave us guidance for our 180 person wedding. He also just had a lot of wedding knowledge in general and great tips which we really appreciated! The food was incredible, we had soooo many guest compliment on their meal. We also did the raw bar which was the best decision. All of the staff were professional, kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend using Vinwood for any event - we love them! -

Vinwood: Chef's Kiss
We had the pleasure of working with Vinwood for our July 2025 wedding at The Evermore. From the very beginning, Vinwood was organized, clear, communicative and helpful. We worked with Liz during the whole planning process, and she was WONDERFUL! Her bubbly personality and expertise made us feel comfortable and excited. Liz was thorough, communicative and helpful with every single detail of planning. Vinwood’s extensive list of options and choices were so fun to choose from, and the ability to customize many of the choices was a great surprise.
Our guests RAVED about the food and its beautiful presentation. The stunning grazing table at our cocktail hour was the topic of many family conversations, as well as how the delicious passed appetizers seemed endless! The food at our reception was fresh, hot, delicious and plated beautifully. The bartenders were friendly and efficient, and our signature drinks were better than we hoped for.
On the day of our wedding, Kristin was our coordinator. It’s hard to find words to describe how incredible she was. From the moment she arrived, Kristin was the perfect mix of calm, excited, and prepared. She made us, our bridal party and our immediate families feel relaxed, taken care of, and SPOILED! Kristin handled everything for us behind the scenes, never appeared flustered, and went above and beyond to make our day enjoyable. From communicating with vendors, coordinating with the photographer, organizing big moments, and making sure everyone had what they needed, Kristin was the magic sauce that made our wedding the most wonderful day. My mom won’t stop talking about how Kristin offered to grab her more comfortable shoes, or how she insisted we should NEVER wait in a line for a drink or refreshment. We haven’t stopped raving about Kristin since the day of, and we’ll always feel grateful she was part of our special day. Thank you Vinwood team! You are the wedding industry’s version of a chef’s kiss. -

I would highly recommend Vinwood Caterers to anyone looking for a quality meal and service! The food was absolutely amazing and received many compliments. As someone who is passionate about food and nutrition (entering the Dietetics field), I can verify the ingredients and dishes were top notch. In addition, it was the most affordable option I had seen for everything it included. Gary went above and beyond and offered his expertise to ensure everything went smoothly for my special day, even providing advice that was not necessarily related to the meal. The care and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for everything they did for me. 10/10! -

Vinwood Catering made our wedding an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, their attention to detail, care for dietary needs, and impeccable service were beyond anything we could have hoped for.
Liz Croteau was a dream to work with, ensuring that my dairy allergy—and any other guest allergies—were taken seriously so everyone felt safe and comfortable enjoying the food. She even hosted a tasting for all the 2025 couples at Peirce Farm, making sure there was something I could enjoy at every station. Throughout the planning process, she worked closely with us to craft the perfect menu, and she truly delivered on the big day.
When it came time for our wedding, Kristin was absolutely phenomenal. She was calm, cool, and collected, which made me feel the same—exactly what every couple needs on their wedding day! After the ceremony, she ensured we had drinks and hors d’oeuvres to enjoy in a private moment, giving us a beautiful memory of soaking in the fact that we had just gotten married.
The entire Vinwood team was flawless at the reception. We heard nothing but glowing praise about the food, and we couldn’t agree more! The bartenders were outstanding, crafting every drink to perfection.

Vinwood simply has the best food, and the service is top notch. We worked directly with Harmony, who was patient, understanding and accommodating to our needs. From allergies to every detail that goes into planning a wedding, she made it easy for us to sit back and know that everything would be taken care of. Exactly what you need when planning a wedding! My husband and I are dying to have the same meal again that we had at our wedding! Harmony and the Vinwood team did an amazing job during and leading up to our July 2024 wedding at Glen Magna Farms. I was a bit hesitant that the venue only worked with one caterer, but Vinwood was the best there is. We attended a tasting event at the venue, which was a perfect way to visualize the space and the different food options (e.g., stationary cheese table) in the space. We had a super easy time picking our meals for our guests after that event. The food from Vinwood on our wedding day was amazing. Our guests could not stop complimenting the dinner and especially the signature drinks. They were a hit! I was especially appreciative of the Vinwood team making sure me and my husband had everything we needed. After the ceremony, we were greeted with signature drinks and a sampler of all of our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres. They were also able to give us a side portion of the vegetarian meal (which we LOVED). They really made sure we were well taken care of and had a beverage when we needed one all night. Working with Harmony was also very easy - she is super friendly and organized, and was on top of all the communication and planning for our day. We had a few questions about special meals and allergies, and Harmony made sure that everything was exactly as it needed to be! She even looked into whether we could bring in a favorite beverage, and although they weren't able to do it, Harmony gave us some great recommendations for other options. I would recommend Vinwood to anyone looking for a caterer! -

My wife and I were so impressed with the food, service, and communication from Vinwood, which was the exclusive caterer for our venue (the equally amazing Peirce Farm at Witch Hill). Their team was responsive and helpful during the planning, making great suggestions and helping us out with several special accommodations along the way.
At our wedding itself, the Vinwood team ran like a well-oiled machine. Everything looked great in the cocktail and reception areas, our guests loved the hors d'oeuvres, and all the dinner choices (we had a buffet) were delicious. We would highly recommend! -

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the lobster ravioli, dumplings, and beef tenderloin, which were standout dishes. Samantha is very knowledgeable about all of the menu options. She helped us come up with a delicious cocktail hour and dinner. They provided incredible value for the money, with upfront pricing that made budgeting straightforward.
Liz went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, ensuring every guest had options. Their assistance with all aspects of the day was so helpful that no additional day-of coordinator was needed.
We received numerous compliments from guests on the quality of the food and the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend Vinwood for any event; you won't be disappointed!" -

We loved working Harmony and the whole team at Vinwood Caterers at Glen Magna Farms! They were stellar from the start and were so helpful, organized and thoughtful throughout the entire process. We used Vinwood for our wedding, so we are biased, but it was by far the best food we have ever had at a wedding. Their team is awesome (thank you Emily) every step of the way. We had a lot of special requests, and they accommodated them all with no issues. Their menu is extensive, and at the tasting we were able to try a great deal of it, and it was all incredible. Their vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options were all amazing, and our guests were extremely happy. Everyone at the wedding complimented the food. From the apps and entrees, to the dessert we had instead of cake, Vinwood was the perfect choice! -

The food from Vinwood was incredible!! It was by far the best food I have ever had!! We chose the baked haddock and the butternut squash ravioli and loved it! All our guests were blown away from the food! From the hors d’oeuvres to the main dishes to the incredible desserts, Vinwood was amazing and helped us customize our menu to best fit our needs! Absolutely delicious food! Wish they had a restaurant! -

Gary and his team did such a phenomenal job catering my wedding that I honestly cannot adequately describe it. He was joyous to work with in the months, weeks, and days leading up to the date--he was responsive and flexible with all of our myriad concerns. The lead-up alone would lead to me leaving a five star review...and then my wedding happened.
They knocked it out of the park. The wedding was well staffed with an absurdly professional group--everyone was friendly, effective, and frankly delightful. My husband and I had a personal server the entire night (which we didn't know was the plan!)--they made sure we ate by providing us with a gorgeous platter of appetizers during the cocktail hour, and timed our dinner specifically so that we could eat. Gary's coordinator, Barbara, was absolutely wonderful, and basically acted as my wedding coordinator, as I foolishly determined that I could do it all myself. The room flip of ceremony to reception went flawlessly, and they executed my DIY centerpieces absolutely perfectly--the room was a dream. My wedding was running so smoothly due to their professionalism...and then we hit the cake fiasco.
My wedding cake never arrived from the bakery. We said we could make do with the berries and cream that was part of our catering package, but they insisted--they ran out to BJs, got an assortment of cakes to echo the assortment of cakes we'd ordered from the wedding cake bakery, and even decorated a small cutting cake for us so that we would have a nice photo opportunity. Not a single guest knew what was going wrong--the people I told the next day were floored. Gary, who was supposed to leave after the room flip, insisted on staying the whole night to make sure nothing else went wrong.
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Vinwood. They embody everything you would want from a wedding caterer--their food is utterly delicious, the staff is professional and delightful, and it is so obvious how much they care. Gary honestly feels like family, and I wish I could invite Gary, Barbara, and everyone else who worked my wedding over for a thank you dinner. Use Vinwood; I can promise you will not be disappointed. -

My husband and I did a brunch menu for a variety of reasons. Vinwood was one of the five caterers recommended by our venue, but we choose them due to the variety of menu choices for our brunch wedding.
The day of the staff was phenomenal, the manager in charge made sure to find me and introduce herself to me so my husband and I could request anything from her. The staff assisted my husband and I in our meals, but also the guests, carrying plates and cups from the buffet to their tables.
When walking around to the tables, many guests told me that it was the best wedding food they have ever had, not only did they love the brunch idea but the food itself was the best. -
