It’s a beautiful banquet hall
The banquet hall was wonderful the food was so good the bar tender and the other staff was professional great atmosphere I loved it ❤️-

Great service and delicious food
They have a lot of food and budget options for whatever you need. Their food was amazing and our guests said it was the best catered food they have had. Our event was off site and the accommodated our schedule and needs very well. Their food staff and bartender were really nice and helpful! -

Beyond amazing!
The chapel was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was extremely patient, helpful, and so kind! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! They are also very affordable! -

Awesome quality service
We are so happy we picked the Vintage house and Vintage house Garden chapel. We wanted everything at one place. Everyone was helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Our guests keep telling us nothing but great feedback. Thank you Vintage House. We had a little issues with some messed up frosting on cupcakes. Vintage House took care of it for us no problem. I had no idea till my husband told me the next day. That is service! -

Where do I start? My husband and I had the hardest time finding a venue, but when we decided to look closer to home, we found The Vintage House. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Even with all of my questions and requests, they were always there to help. We got married on 12.10.17 and our brunch wedding exceeded the expectations of us and our guests. They really went above and beyond for us and made sure everything went smoothly. The food was phenomenal and everyone is still talking about it-especially the steak-don't ever get rid of that! The waitstaff were so friendly and helpful with everything. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars because it's what they deserve! They will now have a wedding chapel in 2018 so it makes it perfect to have your ceremony and reception in the same place. Anthony, Gloria, and Yvonne, thank you for going above and beyond for us and making our wedding day perfect! -

I cannot say enough great things about this venue! We had our wedding at the Vintage House last weekend and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our coordinator, Yvonne, was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The food was fantastic and our guests were very impressed. Bar and waitstaff couldn't have been more attentive. Thank you to the owner, Anthony, for helping us make our day perfect! -

We had our ceremony outside on their beautiful patio, and moved inside for the reception. All of the sales staff was so helpful and accommodating through the planning process, and the catering/bartending staff the day of were AMAZING!!!! They cleaned up quickly, and were very professional and friendly. -

The food was amazing!! I had A LOT of compliments from guests on the quality of the food. The space was amazing, I loved the Vintage Room, especially the private bar seating area. The staff was very courteous and kind. The planning process was easy and I didn't experience one problem with the planning process or the actual event! Also, if you get married anytime in the summer, they have a beautiful patio open outside! -

I was so happy that we held our reception at the Vintage House! The food was excellent and the staff was great! All of our guest were commenting all night long how great the food was! The room we held our reception in (Vintage Room) was just beautiful! -

The staff was so amazing! We dealt with the owner most of the time, Mark and he was fantastic. Anything we wanted, we could have. The food is AMAZING. People are still talking about it :) The staff is kind and extremely professional. Great venue! -

When we used this venue in October 2004, the venue was under different ownership. However, I have had the wonderful experience of using this venue for additional events since the ownership has changed and the new owners are remarkable! The menu options are great, the price for the dinner options is incredibly affordable, the rooms available for rental are beautiful and recently redecorated and they are very accomodating to those using their facilities. -

For our wedding, November 10, 2012, we decided to bring our own food into our venue and chose Vintage House to use their pick up and go service. They offered delivery for a small fee, and arrived on time and were very helpful with setting everything up.
The food was amazing, and the price was great. The only reason why they are getting a 4.9 instead of 5.0 because there was an issue with how the gravy was poured from a bucket in front of the guests, and the chafing dishes (which we rented from them), two of the half dishes weren't the right size and kept falling in. Other than those small issues it was great! All of the guests commented on how delicious the food was! -

My wedding turned out perfect! The Vintage house made sure that anything I needed they were there to help and make sure I had it. We checked several venders and this was the best choice for us. Very easy to get a hold of someone and food is great! We worked with Yvonne she is the best! -

Vintage House was amazing to work with. Mary in the office was SO accomodating, friendly, and easy-going. She was sweet and wanted to make sure everything was to our liking. The food was amazing and the servers incredible. We also had our ceremony on the patio and couldn't have been more pleased. It was absolutely beautiful and the manager who helped us during the ceremony was kind and helpful. My only complaint: They forgot to give us champagne for the toast :-( -

The food was delicious and the serving staff was wonderful! They let us come in way earlier than initially planned to set up for the ceremony and reception. My only problem was that while planning everything out, I was met with a lot of attitude from one of the coordinators. But, otherwise everything was easy. The rooms are simply gorgeous -

Great value venue. Loved the food and everyone was so helpful and polite. Only thing I wish was different is that they dont own the items like their chair covers, they rent them, so you cant underestimate the number of guest for your final head count of you want all your chairs to have covers. So in my case, I had 106 people RSVP yes, but since I know there will always be people that dont show up (which happened) I wanted to give 100 as a headcount and just pay for any overage day of if all 106 showed up, but if I did that, I would only get 100 place settings set up (so like tables sat 8 people but I had some with only 7 chairs/place settings). I get that things like this help keep their costs down and allow them to be more affordable, but it sucked losing out on the like $200 from my guests that didnt show -

Had my wedding here, it was a beautiful venue. My guests all had a great time, and enjoyed the outside patio for drinks and fresh air.
Working with the vintage house was very stress free all my questions were answered early on, couldnt have asked for a more perfect wedding venue -

Prior to the wedding, the Vintage House staff was difficult to deal with at times and were not always the best at returning phone calls. The caused me some undue stress with last minute phone calls and lost e-mails prior to the wedding, but luckily we had hired an amazing coordinator that handled it all. They booked something in our hall the same day as our reception, but ending two hours before it started. This made it extremely difficult to decorate since we were busy with the ceremony and pictures and resulted in us having to hire a wedding coordinator to do all of the decorating (She was fabulous- see review for Simplicity Coordination).
When it came to the day of the wedding though, everything was great. The hall was set-up beautifully, complete with chair covers, which were included in our package. The bartender, Sam, was FANTASTIC, ensuring that my husband and I were taken care of at all times. The staff even went through the buffet line with us and filled our plates for us so we didn't get any food on us. The food was very good and the champagne provided for the head table was fantastic. The staff was friendly and accomodating.
Overall, I would recommend them for any event. -

My only issue with the Vintage House is that they really were not willing to be flexible. I had worked out some deals with the owner, and the person who did my final meeting kept telling me that those didn't exist. Then, I saw him, and they did still stand. But, the food was great, my coney bar at midnight was great, my ceremony outside was great. I really thought for the cost it worked well. It was a great place, it was pretty. I was concerned with two other weddings going, but you wouldn't have even known, we were really off in our own world. We had the Vintage room which was the largest room in the banquet hall and it was totally worth it. -

We had our ceremony and the reception at the Vintage House.
When we arrived for our rehearsal, no one was there to help us. When we asked for assistance, we weren't asked how we wanted things, but were told how things were done (it was only about a table for a sand ceremony!)
The day of the wedding, there was a man telling my bridal party what they should be doing, and that we were doing things wrong. He was extremely rude.
The ceremony itself went fine, thanks to my wonderful bridal party and friend that helped things go smoothly.
We were early for the reception (pictures didn't take as long as we had expected), the hall seemed to help us out with this. However, we didn't see the staff much.
The food was amazing, and no one seemed to complain about the quality. However, the last call for the buffet was made as the last table was going to get their food.
The staff during the reception were very nice and friendly. The man who attended the bar was very nice as well!
We were told previously that there would be a table for a memorial that we had made. This was not done. Which ended up crowded our seating card table. -

Refund due to covid
Absolutely horrible costumer service. We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and the owner is giving us a hard time about refunding half of our money like it states in contract. Everytime we reach out to them it takes days to weeks to hear back. -

Recently had my wedding reception at the Vintage house. There prices were pretty expensive for the venue, but we opted to have our wedding there because of the size of one of their rooms and they match competitors prices. The problems started during our reception. After I cut the cake, and the cake was taken to the back to be served, my engraved cake knife and server went missing. They were unable to find it and one of the servers even suggested that after I cut the cake that I left the table with it in my hand. As if I would walk around with a soiled knife in my wedding dress! We ended the evening and we were assured that someone would contact me. After a week of not being contacted, I called the Vintage House and spoke with Yvonne and explained the situation to her because she wasn't aware of it. She told me she would call me back. After not receiving a phone call back, I called and she told me she spoke with Linda who was in charge of my room. Linda stated that she hadn't seen the knife. I explained to Yvonne that of course Linda didn't see it, because she wasn't even present when the cake was cut. Yvonne said that she would call me back. The next day I called and spoke with Mary who told me that she would try to get to the bottom of it and call me back. The next day I called and spoke with Jennifer who again informed that Linda said she didn't see the knife. Frustrated I asked that the owner contact me. A couple of hours later Jennifer called me back again. Jennifer made me aware of the clause in the contract that they are not responsible for personal property. She told me that there was nothing they could do since they were not liable. Horrible customer service. Regardless whether they were reliable or not, they lost my sentimental cake knife. No one apologized, or sympathized with us. A simple I'm sorry would have did the trick. I'm disgusted at the fact that the owner didn't even bother to call me back after a customer could not get an issue resolved after speaking with three people. The bottom line is if you deal with the Vintage house only deal with Mary. Mary is the only one who showed a little bit of understanding. I would stay clear of this establishment. An establishment that doesn't care about its patrons, after patrons spend thousands of dollars, it is an establishment that I will never see again -

Vintage house RUINED my wedding! Their officiant (who is a man) came into my bridal room uninvited and unannounced and YELLED at me MINUTES before walking down the aisle because I was THREE minutes late!!! I asked him to leave and he refused and continued to yell at me. I was so upset by this that I ended up crying right before the ceremony. He finally left and he said “I don’t need to do this damn wedding” right in front of my groomsmen who were standing outside the door. And this HORRIBLE man had to marry me! I couldn’t even think about anything else for the rest of the day. Making a bride cry right before her wedding is absolutely heartless. Also, my husband is vegan and we told them 3 times to have a separate plate for him. They assured me he would. But of course that didn’t happen. So he had to wait for his food. Our head table was so small that one of my groomsmen had to sit sideways in order to eat. They also had the nerve to rush us with our food being served. We were still outside taking pictures and they were bugging my dad to serve the food. Sorry, but NO wedding is ever on time! The amount of stress they put on timing is ridiculous. And there wasn’t even a wedding after mine, so there was no excuse for this behavior. For a place that does weddings, they clearly have NO idea what they are doing. Please, don’t deal with the nightmare that I did. RUN, don’t walk from vintage house!!!!!!!!! -
