Our wedding at Vinewood Stables on November 11, 2023, was a dream come true, mainly because the folks there are just amazing right from the start. Diane? She’s a superstar. Every little question or worry we had, she was on it, making us aware of stuff we didn’t even think about.
Planning was a breeze. Their all-in-one service meant we just picked what we liked, and they made it happen. Super easy.
The venue itself is stunning. We went with the outdoor pavilion for the ceremony and then moved to this gorgeous rustic barn for the reception. The place looks fantastic on its own, but the Design Studio team is there if you wanna jazz it up or keep it simple. We went minimal to let the barn’s natural vibe shine through.
And the food? Incredible. They’ve got their own kitchen and staff right there. The drinks were top-notch too, with real bartenders mixing things up. Our friends and family are still talking about how great everything tasted.
Honestly, going with Vinewood Stables was the best decision. Having the design team, caterers, and coordinators all from the same spot took a huge load off our shoulders. No fussing with schedules or deliveries on our big day. It all just flowed perfectly. -

Professionals Who Made Our Day Special
I cannot rate Vinewood Stables higher! From the decision process, through the planning, through our special day: Vinewood was an absolute pleasure to work with! We booked Vinewood for our wedding. I worked with Diane and Kia and could not have asked for better people to work with. Diane did a fantastic job capturing what I wanted for my wedding and advising me all along the process. Kia was the BEST day of coordinator - making sure everything was taken care of with grace. For those looking for a venue: Vinewood handles almost everything! We had to get the photographer and music (with their help honestly for music) and they handled everything else. I cannot recommend them enough for women like me: who work crazy hours and needed partners / a professional company to plan and coordinate a wedding that captures my and my husband's love. They have it down to a science and created the most amazing wedding. We are still getting compliments from our friends and family who joined us on our special day. They exceeded our expectations and made our special day even more special. -

Perfect stress free day
Incredibly professional. I didn’t feel a bit of stress leading up to the wedding or on my wedding day. The property is beautiful and I still get comments from my guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding. -

The decision to book Vinewood Stables was the first and probably the best & easiest. We couldn’t have been happier through the whole process. The venue itself is gorgeous, honestly don’t f eel like the pictures did it justice. The new pavilion was built only a few months before our wedding along with the fire pit. At the time there wasn’t any real wedding inspiration since no one had a ceremony there yet. The designer and team made the process super easy and all the decorations were set up better than I imagined. Changes throughout planning were an easy email.
The actual day itself… perfect. The coordinator was on top of everything even though we only spoke before the event the rest of the team worked together so flawlessly there was no room for concern. If there were bumps I had no clue, and can’t explain how awesome it is to have the venue be able to coordinate the food and cake and decorations. Made the process easy but also the day flowed beautifully. They know what they are doing. ALSO all our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food. I mean I want to go to a wedding here so I can eat it again.
If you’ve made it this far in the review the only thing else I have to say is—book this one. Why go through more headache for less of a coordinated beautiful wedding?? -

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding day at Vinewood! The venue is beautiful - and we loved the new pavilion for the ceremony. They absolutely caught our vision and made the reception beautiful and exactly as we hoped. Diane was a joy to work with from beginning to end, and our day of coordinators were gracious and so helpful. Highly recommend! -

Undeniably amazing! Planning a wedding during 2020 was TOUGH, but Vinewood and all A Divine Event team members gave exactly the support a bride needed! Their planning process is a breeze and their goal is for your dream vision to come to life. I could not recommend this venue and team more! -

Amazing!
This venue was absolutely AMAZING. For what the price was (decently inexpensive compared to most venues), it was well worth it! The venue includes a wedding director, amazing facility, food (which was amazing and there was a LOT of it), drinks, and so much more. It even included a big budget of decorations. The venue in itself was absolutely beautiful and really didn’t need that many decorations so it was easy to stay in budget too. They had a plan in case it rained and were well prepared and helpful in every way possible! There was no stress on the family or the bride (me) and that says a lot considering i’m an over thinker! For those brides that are so specific, this is perfect!! The people were amazing, the venue is amazing, and i am so happy with my decision at Vinewood Stables! I really could not recommend this enough! I’d say i’d do it again if I could but hopefully this is my only marriage (LOL)!! -

Vinewood is by the perfect venue! Amy made sure everything was perfect in all our meetings leading up to the big day, and helped make sure I felt comfortable with everything. I was actually very sick on my wedding day, but Vanessa and Amy were so wonderful in making sure everything I needed was taken care. Despite being sick, it was the perfect day and they were AMAZING to work with! I got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. I would recommend this venue 100x! -

Vinewood Stables is the most beautiful venue with the most amazing staff. Everybody made sure we had the most special day and took care of every single detail so my husband and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. We cannot recommend this venue enough. They are perfect! -

Vinewood stables was absolutely the best venue for my daughter’s wedding! The property is beautiful, the stables and outdoor patio and fireplace were perfect for what my daughter wanted.
Diane, the event coordinator was amazing and helped in sooo many ways, including during the reception when a guest showed up with an uninvited child!!
Everything outside of your music is coordinated with Vinewood so it makes planning so much easier:)
The day of the wedding there are three coordinators to make sure everything goes smoothly and you’re not shelling out $10,000 for one wedding planner.
Vinewood is just lovely and it was a pleasure working with Diane:).
Definitely worth your while to schedule a visit:) -

I always dreamed of a perfect wedding, and Vinewood delivered the most perfect day! Our original day was in April, Covid had other plans and we had to move the wedding. The day finally came and it was perfect! The entire team, sales, design, food, planners, day of helpers, and more were just spectacular! I highly recommend them omg or all wedding needs! -

A perfect day
The stately old home, the beautiful grounds with options for outdoor ceremonies, the stable carefully restored & decorated to allow for fun, food and a wonderful celebration but really its the fabulous staff! From start to finish, every detail is discussed, decided and then executed to perfection. Between Britleigh & Diane, they made sure our newlywed’s day was smooth, easy and on track.
But the above & beyond in delivering a forgotten newlywed meal to our hotel at midnight! & making sure that a couple of items left behind made it closer for pick up just sealed their attention to detail and commitment to service in my mind! If you don’t fall in love with the beauty of the location, you absolutely will with their staff! -

My wedding at Vinewood Stables was an absolute dream!! The staff here made planning my wedding such a joy. There were many challenges to planning a wedding at the beginning of COVID-19 but the team at Vinewood Stables, Magic Moments, and A Devine Event were flexible, patient and helped design and put on such an incredible wedding while following state regulations during this pandemic. I have loved getting to hear stories from my friends and family about how much they enjoyed our wedding. I used Magic Moments' vendors for my catering, florals, design, and wedding cake so planning my wedding at Vinewood Stables was such a great experience because I only had to communicate with a few people. The day of wedding coordinator was such a dream, if I had any changes to the schedule I wanted she easily made the changes needed and helped keep me calm on such a big day. Having my wedding at Vinewood Stables was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made! -

Vinewood Stables is one of the most gorgeous rustic venues you could imagine. The staff at Vinewood are part of a larger organization that owns multiple wedding venues and their professionalism shows. They were able to take my dreams and make them come true even during a global pandemic, a hurricane and tornado warnings. Their ability to switch a wedding ceremony from outdoors to indoors in a matter of 2 hours was amazing. The food through A Divine Event was the best wedding food my wedding guests ever had. The wedding was seamless and we could not be happier with the end result. There is a farm house on the property with a bridal suite and grooms suite that my bridal party fell in love with. The barn where our ceremony ended up being was transformed into a reception in a matter of minutes. The way they transformed the barn into a magical rustic wonderland was breathtaking. Please consider Vinewood when looking for the perfect wedding venue! -

Vinewood Stables was a dream! Their all-inclusive features allowed me to actually ENJOY planning my wedding without stressing over the small items. Their services allowed me to work a full-time job and plan an incredible wedding in 6 months. Diane was a DREAM and her and her team happily accommodated some of my requests that made my wedding feel unique and special to my husband and I. All of our guests keep telling us how gorgeous the venue was, how spectacular the food was, and how the ice cream bar was the best idea ever! We are so grateful to all of the event staff who were so friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there to celebrate us. We loved the versatility of the venue (multiple photo spots) and the grounds are so beautiful, we didn’t have to add a lot of decor to enhance it. If you want an stress-free and dream wedding day, I cannot recommend Vinewood Stables enough! -

I picked Vinewood Stables as our venue almost a year before our date and in the process, the owners changed hands. Vinewood is one of the most beautiful places you could choose. I had so many compliments on our wedding. We even did our engagement pictures there and boy were they beautiful! The planning was fun and they were always available to answer questions. The weeks leading up to the ceremony are stressful and with the exception of not being able to decide on a signature drink, they made it all very smooth. Our rehearsal was well run and everyone knew what they were supposed to do the day of. Our ceremony was at the tree and it did rain all morning so if there was panic, my wedding planner (the previous owner) never let me know. They kept to their timeline and were there when I needed anything. We did all our pictures before the ceremony and were able to hang out a little bit before the ceremony in that beautiful house! Our reception was beautiful! It was hot as anything (I did pick a June date in Georgia, I should have known ;) ) but I heard that in the coming months they were going to close the barn up and put in an air conditioning. I have to say it ran smoothly and everything was on time. We even left our sparklers at the hotel and they had spare ones to give us that night and saved the evening! Vinewood is a BEAUTIFUL, unique venue. I had scheduled by tour and it ended up being in the pouring rain, but I fell in love immediately. Let me start out by saying we booked with the venue when the original owners still had control of it- it was taken over by A Divine Event just weeks after, so we felt like the communication between both parties was a little lacking and a few things kind of got initially lost in the shuffle. Luckily I don't think anyone else will have to deal with that! Our overall experience was wonderful, Amy was a little difficult to get a hold of sometimes and that made making and scheduling payments a little difficult, but she and her event staff were a well-oiled machine on the day of the wedding and literally everything went off without a hitch. My main issue would probably seem like a small issue to most, but they had these tall beautiful fall grasses and I made it very clear that I wanted them to still be on the property for my November wedding for photos. Well, a couple weeks before I noticed (through IG) that they had been cut... It was a huge bummer as it was one of the qualities that I loved about the property (one of the instances of miscommunication between owners), but the photos turned out amazing and I can't stay too mad about it! The other inconvenience was only having access to the Main House (where everyone gets ready) for 4 hours before the ceremony, or having to pay a fee of $250/hour over that. It is an amazing space, but only having that amount of time made a lot of the morning feel extremely rushed.
In all, AMAZING accommodating staff and DREAMY space. It literally could not have been more perfect and was even better than I could have ever imagined. -

I booked my wedding with the previous owners of this venue. About a month or so after booking, the venue was sold to the current owners who are both A Divine Event and Magic Moments.
So what I paid and my contract terms were different than what they are now, but let me just saw that IF I were to have found Vinewood with the current owners, I would not have booked. Their policies and pricing just did not line up with what I was looking for. For one thing, they force you to use them for catering and your bar package, etc. They don't let you choose your own vendor. Which puts you at the mercy of their pricing, policies, etc. because they eliminate competition.
Which is okay... but when I looked for my venue, I purposefully chose one that would allow me to choose all my vendors so that I could shop around and make the decisions that were best for my needs.
Considering that I technically had a contract signed agreeing to different terms, getting them to honor all my agreed upon terms was like pulling teeth and a struggle.
The current manager at the property rarely answered an email without me having to follow up first to get a response. It often took as little as 3 days to get a response from her, which was frustrating. I sensed more disorganization from her than what I was comfortable with.
At the end of the day, Vinewood is an undoubtedly beautiful property and amazing venue. And I DO recommend it but only to brides with GREAT wedding planners AND brides that are very organized and have a lot of attention to detail. Many times invoice numbers were off, things I thought were handled, I'd find at some point down the road they were not. They would tell me something, and later tell me something else, so SAVE ALL YOUR EMAILS, keep everything in writing, keep EXCELLENT records and do not assume that the invoices you get are correct, carefully look them over before signing anything.
Note- since I booked with the old owners, I did NOT use their catering, so I can't speak to their food service.
I did have to use their bar service but had them price match another vendor in the area since they were so much more expensive!
Luckily.. my wedding day was beautiful. I had a great wedding planner completely unaffiliated with Vinewood handle everything for the final month of planning and the day of...and as far as I know.. everything went off without a hitch and my guests had a great time. I just wish the journey to get there was not such a struggle.
