    Frankie!!!! What’s the good word??! No, kidding. Listen listen LISTEN to me. Frank & his team are the most personable, hysterical, genuine down to earth people. I heard of Frank & photography elite through a friend and I am SO glad I listened. Not only did Frank do my wedding, he did my sister in law’s and is doing our cousins next year. The answer is CLEAR, photography elite is the team for you!! I can’t stress this enough, BOOK THEM. I can’t wait for my friends to get engaged so I can give Frankie’s info out!!! A MUST for your wedding!

    Frank and his team did an amazing job from our engagement photos to our wedding photos. I am not good at taking pictures and he made it very easy!

    I cannot wait to see the final photos!

    We used Vince Segalla as our photographer/videographer. We haven't gotten our pictures or video yet since our wedding was not even one month ago, but let me start off by saying the Vince and his team are simply the best! I really enjoyed their company the day of our wedding and that is really important. Think about it, you are with them from beginning to end on your wedding day and if you have a bunch of people who are just annoying and unprofessional, well it can simply ruin your day. Their professionalism exceeds a five star rating. I was in aww with how many pictures they took and all the different amazing ideas they had. I cannot wait to see how all our pictures look. If you are looking for the perfect photographer look no further. Vince Segalla and his team are it! Thank you guys for being so incredible!

    We used Frank Segalla for our wedding. He was so professional and by the proofs my pictures are going to come amazing. He took the time before the wedding to meet with us and discuss the pictures we want and don't want. The day of my wedding he took control and made sure that all of my wants and needs were met. Unfortunately, my hall had a blackout that night, however that did not stop Frank and his crew from trying to capture the tales of that night. I was told that he was charging his camera battery in his car because there was no power at the hall. I am confident that my album will come out beautiful as well. He really rose the occasion and stepped into a bad situation and help turn it around. Frank is also a funny guy so it was very easy to work with him!

    Frank Segalla for Photography Elite Inc. provided his services to my husband and I as part of the prize for the Nicotra's Ballroom "I Do All Over Again" contest. Frank and his assistant were very nice and shot our event in its entirety. He even shot some photos of my sister-in-law and her fiance, who booked his company for their wedding. He had a super-fast turnaround time as we received a disk with our photos three days after the event. We were so grateful to have photos to remember this once in a lifetime event!

    I had Angel from this studio. He had did 2 of my friends wedding ...so I knew what I was getting. The proofs couldn't have been any better. He captured every moment. I see the other reviews about Victor..in regards to price. I didn't price check because I knew I wanted Angel..but I do know that others told me I got a great price.

    Angel from elite was great through my whole inter. wedding was the greatest when it came to me getting nerves he was there ever moment when it was time to take the beautiful photo ..................

    My husband and I hired Vince Segalla to shoot our wedding photos after we saw the work he did for two of our friends. He brought another photographer and an assistant. We also booked our videographer through him. All of them were wonderful to work with! They showed up on time, they were very patient with us, they were fun to be around, and they happily took every shot we asked for, and then some.

    We picked up our proofs from Vince earlier this week. We got about 1,00 proofs. We still can't believe how gorgeous they are. Vince and his guys took photos of EVERYTHING, right down to our donation cards. I mean, they didn't miss a thing. The posed shots we were expecting came out beautifully, but what really blew us away was all the candid shots they got. They captured moments we didn't even see or remember until we saw the prints: my teary-eyed parents watching our first dance, my cousin goofing off on the dance floor, etc. So far, we are thrilled. We can't wait to start putting together or wedding album and video.

    As the other reviews said, Vince and the other photographers at Photo Elite ARE expensive. But we found their prices to be in line with the other photographers we met with. And let's face it: You get what you pay for. We think it's worth it to pay more to get such quality service and such beautiful wedding photos! We'd definitely recommend Vince Segalla.

    Overall the work was pretty good however they are extremely overpriced.

    For a customer service based business that has been around for such a long time, they are in need of a serious evaluation of their business as a whole. Never have I received such poor customer service in my life. It seemed that after you sign the contract and start paying, the less attentive they become. From initially walking into the studio I thought I was going to get a great product but that was just for show. One would think the more expensive a service is that means it will be better- how ignorant of me to think this was of this mediocre photography studio. My engagement pictures were terrible- the lighting was not right and they were emailed to me- no hard copies. I should have cancelled then!!! Mistakenly for both those pictures and day of pictures I did not give the photographer a list of must take shots because I was convinced that he knew what he was doing and boy was I wrong. During the day of the wedding I didn’t think it was my job to tell my photographer what pictures to take because for the thousands of dollars that I paid, this was probably something he should have been a pro at. Yet I have all posed traditional and very dated shots. Every picture is the same, just different faces. Also I have no idea when he left because he did not say bye which in my opinion was rude and very unprofessional – thanks Angel. The second photographer, Tony (who I’d never met and wasn’t the talent I hired) captured beautiful shots, especially of the groom getting ready, shots that the lead photographer should have been taken for the bride – thanks again for that Angel. The back office help was horrendous. Very rude, impersonal and difficult to work with. She paid no attention to detail and I picked up many mistakes that she the professional should have caught. Her terrible attitude made the thank you card, picture selection and album proofing very uncomfortable and unpleasant. She clearly did not check over her work. The video was awful and really put the cherry on top of the experience. Not only was the footage very shaky, the music selection was again very dated (my own mistake as I should not have left anything to their poor discretion). They gave me the raw footage of the video on a cassette that I can not play at home since I do not have an adapter for it. I would not expect them to give me the courtesy of being able to watch the video by putting it on either a DVD or VHS. I am going to try and bring this footage to a more reputable company to see if they can salvage any memories for me. I am happy that I no longer have to deal with Photography Elite and do not recommend hiring them to document any of your future affairs because they are unable to provide you with the service you need and the memories you wish to capture.
