Village Cakery provided exactly what I asked for in my wedding cake. We had different flavors on each layer of our cake, but the spice cake was by far my favorite. They will do many flavors and many fillings. Make sure you get a tasting... you get HUGE slices.

I cannot say enough good things about Cindy and Village Cakery. She was so easy to work with and she worked with us to get exactly what we wanted! I do not know how many guests asked me about the cake because it was the best cake they had ever tasted! I would highly recommend working with Cindy to purchase a wedding cake!

Our wedding cake was delicious and turned out beautifully. She also did an amazing job at replicating exactly what the groom wanted as his grooms cake!

When we were ready to start tasting wedding cakes, EVERYONE told us to make sure we went to The Village Cakery. We are so glad we did! The cake is so moist and delicious, and the buttercream icing is absolutely wonderful! We had white with raspberry filling and red velvet, both of which practically melted in your mouth! The business is a one-woman operation which is based at her home. Everything is prepared by the owner at her home, then assembled at the reception site. It was an absolute work of art and after it was cut the cake table couldn't be kept filled with enough pieces!

The cake I got for my daughter's wedding was delicious! The guests asked where it came from, it was so good. So, I have now ordered a cake for her baby shower! The owners are very gracious and they take the time out of their busy day to help you get the cake you really want. The cost was also extremely reasonable. This is THE place to get that special cake for any occasion.

Our cake was amazing! It tasted great and was just what we wanted. We had a special request and they did exactly what we wanted and we have never had better tasting cake. You can't go wrong with Village Cakery and it's very affordable!

I'm not saying this just because it was my cake, but it was by far the BEST wedding cake I've ever had. We actually had guests asking for seconds! It turned out beautifully, and she offers some of the best prices I've ever seen! She has several flavors and fillings available. The icing is home made butter cream and is absolutely delicious! Cindy was great to work with and made exactly the cake that I wanted. I can't wait to eat the top of it at our one year anniversary!

Cindy makes the best cakes in the area! I had people come from over two hours away in Ohio who asked me to bring some back with me when I went down there next!!

I did not end up getting my cake from this vendor (a family friend offered to make the cake), I initially planned on using them and even attending a cake tasting. Cindy was so friendly and it was some of the best cake I had ever tasted, and the price was very reasonable. My family actually buys all of their cakes from them now!!

Their cake is yummy! I highly recommend the raspberry. They deliver the cake so you won't have to worry about it during the wedding day (for a fee), but we did have to return the cake stand after the wedding, which was a hassle. We were charged $2 per serving for our cake, which is about the standard price for a wedding cake right now. And their cake is worth it! But if you want to save some money, (I wish I had known this before, so I am sharing it now) Wal-Mart has some wedding cakes too. It's cheaper but the reviews online say it's quite good as well, you just have to spruce it up a bit more yourself because their designs are a little dated.

The cake I received was not the cake I had described over the phone. I gave them the number of a picture in their gallery and told them that it was exactly what I wanted; however, instead of the cake I showed them, I received a cake with just some fake flower decorations on the side. The cake tasted like something that someone could've made at home, but the icing was very good. For $175, I was definitely not satisfied and wished I would've gone elsewhere.
