Villa Toscana Miami is an absolutely breathtaking venue that brought our dream wedding to life. Our guests were amazed from the moment they stepped inside and kept mentioning how they continued discovering beautiful details and surprises throughout the space. The atmosphere was magical and truly unforgettable.
Ivanna, our coordinator at the venue, and her team was incredibly flexible on the day of the wedding and showed so much patience and support throughout the entire planning process. They made everything feel smooth, manageable, and stress-free, which was such a gift during a busy time.
We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place - highly recommend! -

We had our dream wedding at this venue! Our guests were in awe of the beautiful scenery and the amazing service. Julie was our wedding coordinator and she truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was accounted for on our wedding day. All of her recommended vendors were phenomenal as well. She handled every hurdle with grace and ease. She went above and beyond for us and I can't thank her and the staff at Villa Toscana enough for making our wedding day absolutely magical! -

There’s no words to describe Villa Toscana from the beauty of the main house to all the beautiful hidden areas on the property Villa Toscana is a dream wedding venue. Villa Toscana Has everything you want beautiful fountains a beautiful reception area a beautiful wedding venue area beautiful welcome area you asked for it. They have it. Also, you will never find a better group of people or individuals that work for any other venue. Trust me I went to three and every employee at Villa Toscana gave off the vibe that they want to help you and be there for you.. From the second, I met my day of wedding coordinator Juliet to the Day of my wedding she was there helping me and answering any questions or concerns I had and let me tell you about the day of my wedding Juliet and her assistant Jessica or like a conductor of an orchestra. They make sure everything runs smoothly without a hitch, have such a great attention to detail and make sure that the vision of your dream Wedding comes to life. so I see if you haven’t visited Villa Toscana yet make an appointment go see them tour the venue you’ll fall in love and the fact that they are on all in one wedding venue with some of the best vendors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting or working with this is the place to have for your wedding. -

The venue is absolutely breathtaking. The photos of it online are gorgeous, but you HAVE to go see it in person because even though the photos are amazing, they still don’t do it justice. It’s truly the most gorgeous wedding venue I’ve ever been to. Almost all of our guests went out of their way to tell us that Villa Toscana is by far the most beautiful venue they’ve ever seen. And even now, a month later, I still have guests calling me to tell me they cannot believe how stunning the venue was. Something that stood out to us was the fact that the venue was HUGE, but it was so controlled all night. No guests went off wandering around when they weren’t supposed to. My only small complaint was that they were hard to get in contact with during the planning process. But even so, I cannot recommend this venue enough! -

Amazing experience!
I loved my wedding at Villa Toscana! I wanted garden fairy elegance, and this hit the mark. It was so hard to find an outdoor venue that wasn’t barn themed, but Villa Toscana was exactly what I was looking for!! If you’re looking for all inclusive, this is it. Their package even came with my own wedding planner, Thelma, and she was a dream to work with! I had my ceremony in the secret gardens and it was breathtaking, and once the sun set and the lights started glowing over the reception it was even more breathtaking. Their included vendors (bartenders, DJ, floral, catering) were so familiar with the venue which made everything seamless. I loved that we could get ready at the venue the day of, it made it so easy for my bridal party and family, and we were able to get so many getting ready pictures!! Everything about this venue is a dream. -

I couldn't have asked for anything better
My wedding reception at Villa Toscana was memorable and fantastic. My guests couldn't stop raving about the amazing food and the beautiful grounds! All the people involved in setting up, serving and assisting guests were professional, friendly and happy. I couldn't have asked for anything better. -

This venue is amazing! I would never have imagined our big day turning out so beautiful and perfect. We had so many compliments at our reception. I would get married here over and over again. My husband and I say how we wish we could do this day over again. I would definitely recommend booking with Villa Toscana -

Our day was perfect
This place is beautiful! The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms have a historic charm, and the staff treat you like royalty! Our day was perfect. I had my hair and makeup done on in the bridal suite. We are so happy we chose Villa Toscana as our venue and would recommend them for sure!!!! -

Amazing! Gorgeous! Perfect!
If you are looking for a venue that does it all – This is your venue. I thought planning a wedding was going to be the most stressful experience but thanks to Villa Toscana it was such a pleasant and joyful time. Outstanding job!!! This is definitely a hidden gem that I am so blessed I found for my big day! You would never think behind the gates you would find this magical space. This property is stunning. A hidden gem! Best day of my life
I would highly recommended this venue 100 times over! This place truly made the best day of our lives. Thelma the wedding planner was very organized and I never stressed on the day or even the days leading up to the big day. Everything was taken care of in the all-inclusive package that is extremely affordable! If I could do it all again I would choose this place over and over. This venue is for any type of wedding! -

Perfect Wedding Day
We had a dream wedding day at Villa Toscana. Everything was perfect and a wonderful experience and I was the princess for a day and all our guests. Adrian made everything so easy for us and was there with us every step of the way. From beginning to end he systematically removed any worries or concerns we may have had, most of them without us having to mention anything. The location, table arrangements and lighting were all beautiful and the house set up is perfect for getting ready and relaxing. We will never forget our dream day. A huge thank you to everyone involved. -

Outstanding to work with
The Villa Toscana team were outstanding to work with and made our wedding day so incredibly special. When my husband and I were in the beginning planning stages for our wedding and in the hunt for a venue, we had done a ton of research and toured several venues. Villa Toscana by far stood out from the rest. Their customer service, knowledge, organization skills, communication, attention to detail, and friendly team are top notch. Throughout the entire process, we knew we were in good hands and had nothing to worry about. Although they do a lot of weddings, they always made us feel like our wedding was their primary focus. Their team was incredible and really made the day of the wedding stress-free which allowed us to enjoy every moment. We cannot thank them enough for making our wedding magical and would highly recommend them. -

We loved this venue from the first time we saw it . It really matched our decor inspiration as we wanted a European romantic venue and the fact that we were able to do it while still was not hot outside ( March ) it was the cherry on top of the ice cream. We had a easier time navigating through all the troubleshooting that comes with the wedding preparations thanks to Julieta , she was very helpful all along the way and she really shine the DAY OFF the wedding. ( BIG THANKS ) She made the difference. Aside from her I would really recommend if you have extra decor or many details that you want to plan ahead to get a wedding planner for preparations the month before to help you organize your head ( you wont need the DAY OFF as Juli is so on point and makes everything happen) :) . The catering company that they work with ( Molmar) did an amazing job with the food 5++++ , Luis is very easy to talk to. Thanks Villa Toscana for hosting our special day -

Happily ever after
I can not express how happy I am I that I had my wedding here. I planned in less that 4 months and originally booked with Eileen but late term transferred with Julie, I was worried at first Bc it was late into our planning but OMGGGGG I’m so thrilled so thankful. Julie was God sent. She would respond early mornings and late nights. She helped answer every question I had. Even to day of she took away every worry I (Bride) had. Our night was so magical and I know for a fact it wouldn’t have happened without Julie. Thank you so much for all you long hours and hard work. I am so thankful for you Julie💜💜💜 -

My husband and I toured this location back in 2019. Since then, the venue has upgraded its entire property! We were obsessed with it when we first booked it and fell in love all over again on our wedding day February 2022. It is a home away from home with beautiful greenery and several picture perfect locations. Our favorite part was being able to have our ceremony and reception on the property! -

Our wedding was a dream come true! I didn’t believe fairytales could come true until we found Villa Toscana. It’s a secluded hidden jem that brought all of our dreams into really. I had 250+ friends and family all gathered to celebrate this very amazing day and I have to say from their hospitality to the comfortness of our stay I had to sit and take it all in when it was time to say I Do. I laughed so that I wouldn’t cry and ruin my makeup of how beautiful and happy this moment was. I would definitely remember and reconsider doing future events at Villa Toscana. Thank you to John, Albert and the amazing staff for allowing us to celebrate this magical moment. -

After a memorable wedding weekend at Villa Toscana, we kept hearing the same thing from our family and friends who attended: “What a beautiful venue” and “It’s like a fairy tale.” They’re right. Not only do you have an eight bedroom villa available with a breathtaking view from the very top of the honeymoon suite, but you also have four acres of land with classic cars spread around, miniature ponies, a pool, multiple fountains, swings, and of course, the secret garden for your ceremony. Needless to say, the photo ops are endless at this venue. As for the on-site staff, they were so accommodating and helpful. So much so, that they assisted us with special requests, such as providing handicap ramps for our mother and finding us last minute services we weren’t able to find on our own. All of this made our two-night stay there all the more comfortable and relaxing. Thank you to the staff of Villa Toscana for helping us create our fairy tale wedding! -

Being a destination bride, the Villa Toscana team put me at ease during the planning process. The grounds are SPECTACULAR , right out of a fairytale. What you get for the pricing and flexibility in payment cannot be beat. I would only ask that during the big day, the attending staff express a bit more attention to detail of the little things. Other than that, I couldn't ask for a more amazing day! Even though I am hundreds of miles away, I wouldn't hesitate to use Villa Toscana again for that next special occasion. -

The Wedding Venue Disaster every Bride fears
I had my wedding at Villa Toscana on May 10, 2024, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The day was significantly impacted by issues that I felt could have been managed better. For example, my sisters had to help set up due to what I perceived as inadequate staffing. I observed only three staff members: my wedding coordinator, a bathroom attendant, and a security person who also drove me around in the provided carriage.
There was ongoing construction at the venue, which I was not informed about in advance. The construction was visible to guests and appeared in our drone footage, which was disappointing and disheartening. When I inquired, management indicated it was not an emergency situation but part of efforts to improve the grounds.
I requested what I thought was a reasonable 50% refund, which the manager verbally acknowledged as fair. However, the process took two months without resolution, and there was no written acknowledgment of this agreement, which felt unprofessional and frustrating to me. This experience has made me more cautious about how business interactions are documented.
The venue differed from the tour; there was visible construction, dirt, and yellow caution tape. Promised features, like fireworks, were not provided, and instead, we were offered sparklers as an alternative. This was disappointing, as the fireworks were a key reason I chose the venue early on.
Additionally, my DJ was not allowed to use his own equipment, which led to what I felt was subpar audio quality. The DJ company apologized, noting that neither of us was informed of this restriction until the day of the wedding.
I also learned that the venue’s preferred caterers, which we did not use, acknowledged using powdered Parmesan cheese and boxed mashed potatoes. This detail was concerning to me and something future couples might want to consider.
This experience has been very stressful and upsetting. I hope to help other brides avoid similar issues.
Key advice for future couples:
1. Download and keep the original contract to prevent any changes.
2. Get written confirmation that the venue will appear as it does during the tour on the day of your event.
3. Carefully consider your choice of venue to avoid potential issues.
4. Make sure to get everything discussed in writing and not only spoken over the phone. It is best to avoid phone calls and stick to emails so you have proof in case anything happens.
I hope my experience helps others make an informed decision and avoid similar disappointments. -
