Perfect venue!
We had THE best wedding weekend at Villa de Lucca 7/20/24. The Villa, the views, the sanctuary and all of the details Zenia & Jon have put into it to make it so special. It is truly such a unique and beautiful place to get married.
We loved that we were able to have our rehearsal dinner at the Villa the night before. And the convenience of having the ceremony, reception & after party all just steps away from each other. We felt that it made such a busy/hectic weekend so much more intimate. We had guests from all over the world attend & I can’t even count how many times we got asked “How did you find this place?” My husband had not seen the venue in person until we arrived for the weekend, & he was overwhelmed with how beautiful it actually was.
Zenia is amazing. She is very responsive and so kind. She really loves and embraces nature, which gives Villa de Lucca such warm and positive vibes. It is also such a neutral venue, so you can really make it whatever you want. I did tropical flowers which looked absolutely beautiful in the sanctuary.
For recommendations, I suggest renting a lot of umbrellas, as the sun can be intense. It also gets very windy, so just keep this in mind when planning your signage, decorations etc. We ended up not being able to use our centerpieces because the wind was blowing over the vases.
Villa de Lucca gave us an unforgettable wedding weekend. I would 1000% recommend to anyone. We are already thinking about when we can go back for another celebration! -

We recently had our dream wedding at Villa de Lucca, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we started planning, Zenia was incredibly helpful and responsive, guiding us through every detail with care and attention. Their dedication ensured that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The moment we set foot on the grounds, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. The picturesque surroundings and beautifully maintained facilities created a magical atmosphere that left a lasting impression on us and our guests.
Speaking of our guests, they were absolutely blown away by the beauty and charm of the venue. Throughout the day, we received countless compliments and questions about how we found such a gem. It’s clear that Villa de Lucca made a significant impact on everyone who attended.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue to celebrate our wedding. Villa de Lucca exceeded all our expectations and made our day truly special. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a breathtaking location and outstanding service for their big day.

I am owner/operator of Professional DJ Services, and I had the pleasure of performing for a ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception at Villa de Lucca for a beautiful wedding in October. My perspective on my review may be a little different than other reviews, because I am looking at the venue through the lens of a vendor. First, load-in to Villa de Lucca was easy, and there is plenty of power everywhere. I do recommend additional lighting to illuminate some of the darker areas of the venue (i.e. near the bar, or outside the sanctuary area) and/or on the road up toward the catering prep area). The venue has a beautiful cocktail hour lawn near the amazing Tuscan-style house, and an incredible ceremony terrace with gorgeous valley views. The sanctuary area has a super-neat rustic Tuscan/Central Coast charm that's perfect for dinner, toasts/speeches, and/or cake cutting. The lower dancefloor area is easily large enough for 100+ guests, and benefits wonderfully with the use of color wash lights or dancefloor party lights to compliment the soft-white ambient hue of overhead market string lights. There is WIFI, but the WIFI is a little spotty in areas, so if you or your vendors rely on WIFI, I highly recommend your vendors have everything downloaded before an event. I always come prepared to perform with NO internet and all my music downloaded and ready-to-go, so I view ANY internet signal at a venue is a bonus. I'm already looking forward to my next performance opportunity at Villa de Lucca. Photo credits to Stephanie Secrest Photography. Bottom line... Amazing venue with the kindest host. Unforgettable wedding weekend!
Zenia was amazing to work with from the moment we met her during our site visit. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and our family + friends. We were looking for a private home to host our immediate family, as well as serve as our wedding venue. This property has the most amazing views and really allows you to be present for any event. Such a bonus to not have to worry about being in and out of a venue on time day-of. I would highly recommend the weekend stay for an unforgettable wedding weekend! -

Weekend of a Lifetime!
We’re so grateful to Zenia and Jon for opening their home to host our wedding. From the moment we walked on the premise we knew it was exactly where we wanted to get married. From the closeness of the home feel, to the amazing Jasmine sanctuary, every moment of our wedding was perfect. Zenia and Jon we can’t thank you enough for such a special weekend. The owners of Villa de Lucca and their events manager, Jenna are such an amazing team! Their venue offers 360 degree views of the rolling hillsides in wine country with perfectly manicured grounds that are so welcoming to guests! We love when we have bookings for our rentals at their property, the photos are always so stunning!!! Highly recommend this venue to all future couples looking for a scenic location!!! -

We had our wedding at Villa de Lucca on 9/23/23…. WOW. Simply no words. The venue is absolutely beautiful. One of the biggest reasons we chose Villa de Lucca (other than its beauty!) was the amenities that came with the package we selected. We had the venue/Villa (4 bedroom house) for 3 nights and 4 days. You cannot BEAT THIS or the price for THIS LOCATION!!! It made everything so easy. Zenia & Jon were absolutely lovely to work with along with Jenna (venue assistant & our wedding coordinator) and her staff. We cannot them enough for all of the help, friendly communication and just overall professionalism. Our wedding was simply beautiful. I highly recommend this venue to those wanting that winery feel or just out door fairytale theme wedding! Beautiful beautiful beautiful! Villa de Lucca is the BEST VENUE THE COAST HAS TO OFFER!

My husband and I got married at VDL on 4/22/23 and can't recommend it enough! The venue truly exceeded all of my expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.
From the moment we arrived at the venue, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. The venue is situated on a hilltop with views of the rolling hills and surrounding vineyards and we knew right away that this was the perfect place for our wedding.
One of the highlights of the venue was undoubtedly the newly built jasmine sanctuary. It's so unique and the open concept allows some cover while not taking away from the sweeping views.
The overall experience was unforgettable, and we received countless compliments from our guests about how stunning the venue was.
Overall, I cannot recommend this venue enough for your day! -

Always quick to respond with kindness and hospitality. The tour we took of the property was breathtaking, they have an amazing kitchen for a private chef experience and beautiful grounds. I can't wait to see them again! -

On November 20, 2021 I coordinate a wedding at this beautiful and accommodating venue. Villa De Lucca was the perfect venue for this wedding with amazing views and plenty for space for all guests to enjoy their time. I had the pleasure of working with Ana, who is the venue coordinator, and she was super easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions to help me keep the wedding running smoothly. If you are looking for a spacious venue with a 360 view, this is the place to go. Would go back to this venue in a heart beat.
