Our destination wedding near home! Great Food, service, and VALUE!

This location in Pepin, WI was the perfect experience! Starting with the beginning, the value was outstanding for a wedding that felt like we were in Italy, perfect intimate wedding, and for 40 people at a perfect price point! Food, wine, and venue was only $3000 at the time we booked it! The meetings to prep us was done perfectly by Sirenia and the day of was executed perfectly! If you want a destination feeling and close to home this is perfect! Even for those looking for a place not close should definitely look here! Linda and I are so happy about our wedding experience here! Thanks Villa Bellezza for making are day exactly what we wanted and more! Btw the food is excellent and perfectly paired with wine!

Beautiful Vineyard

I loved my wedding even more than I could have imagined! The day was perfect, I did not have to worry about anything. The staff and vendors were all very nice and the planning service that is included allowed us to forgo a planning service. We chose to have a late season wedding on a Sunday, this made the price point very desirable for us!

A romantic night in Italy

When I was wedding planning I wanted to find a venue that was different/unique, but still close to where we live in MN. Even though the venue was out of town, it was easy to find other local vendors for hair/makeup, hotels, buses...etc. Villa Bellezza actually provides a list of recommended past vendors other couples have used to make the wedding planning process a breeze.
Although the year 2020 cancelled our travel plans, our wedding venue truly made up for it! Our wedding at Villa Bellezza felt like a night in Italy (and we even got to bring our dog with). We were able to dance under the twinkly lights by the romantic water fountain with delicious wine in hand. Our pictures are absolutely gorgeous, the winery is very well kept. We got married under a large pavilion outside, which was awesome because even if it rains no one gets wet (because of the size).... and yes, it sprinkled on us!
The owner, Julianne and the event coordinator, Rebecca were awesome to work with. They are both detail orientated and had every little detail down to a T. They were also easy to contact and responded quickly when I needed them. We had the best day ever and can't wait to celebrate by going back each anniversary!
WE LOVE VILLA BELLEZZA (and so did our guests)!!

Gorgeous venue!

Villa Bellezza is your own destination wedding in Wisconsin and is absolutely gorgeous! Our wedding photos are stunning and we could not imagine doing our wedding at any other vineyard. Julianne and Rebecca are great to work with and will do anything to make your day exactly how you want it to be, they are so flexible and we cannot thank them enough for what they did for us! Our wedding guests could not stop talking about what a great venue it was and its beauty. You will not regret booking this place!

Dream Wedding

The Villa was everything we could have wanted and more. Driving up to the Villa feels like you are in a completely different country. The wine is fantastic which is a pleasant surprise in the Midwest. The staff and accommodations are like nothing we saw. Our wedding truly was a dream and even our guests several months later are still talking about the venue and how fun it was to explore and just enjoy the property.

Simply amazing! The best decision!!

Get married here!!! My husband and I cannot say enough GREAT things about Villa Bellezza. Villa Bellezza itself is a dream, and the staff were friendly and accommodating during the wedding planning process and on our wedding day. Our guests enjoyed all of the spaces in the venue and loved Villa Bellezza wine. Rebecca helped us with the rehearsal and was available on our wedding day to keep the day organized. Everything was timely and perfect thanks to Villa Bellezza staff!!! My husband and I had so much fun and we cannot imagine getting married anywhere else. We highly recommend Villa Bellezza!!!

Amazing Venue!

My husband and I really wanted to have that magical winter wedding for our special day and Villa Bellezza was an amazing venue for that. Although we had our ceremony at my hometown church, VB was great with coordinating all of the events of the day with us, and the reception was gorgeous and exactly how we envisioned it. They were very accomodating and willing to work with us on our timeline (such as letting us get into the spaces earlier to decorate and take pictures), which was really nice. We love returning to VB whether it's for a cooking class, or just to have a glass of wine and dinner! It will always be a special place for us!

Villa Bellezza was perfect for our romantic winery wedding. The staff there is truly amazing and was always on top of all our needs and wants. I would highly recommend them. I know that this is a place that we can come to every year on our anniversary to enjoy their wonderful wine and great atmosphere. We got married at Villa Bellezza Winery in August of 2016. My husband is from Lake City, MN so we stumbled upon VB as we began to look at wedding venues in the area. We fell in love with the winery right from the start, first of all because it is absolutely beautiful and second because the staff is exceptional. The staff is beyond organized. I was completely at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process and the day of because of how much attention they pay to every single detail of your wedding day. Staff was easily reached leading up to the wedding and we had "detail" meetings with staff which kept everyone on the same page during the planning process. Guests loved traveling to the venue and could not have say enough nice things about how beautiful and unique the venue was. We are excited to always have Villa Bellezza Winery as a special place in our hearts. We look forward to being able to continue to visit the tasting room (the wine is amazing) and new restaurant as we celebrate milestones in our marriage.

Villa Bellezza made our wedding an absolute dream! What an amazing venue...I am still in awe! From our initial consultations with Xanath, Julianne and Deanna to the very end of the wedding reception everything went as smooth as could be. I couldn't imagine a better team to work with when planning a wedding. They helped us through the whole process and took away any stress that could have arose. We are SO SO SO glad that we celebrated our wedding day at the Villa. We will cherish that day for years and years to come. Thank you again to all of you and we can't wait to stop back for a visit!!

This place is BEAUTIFUL and a perfect spot to have a wedding. The location is a bit out of the way, but this wasn't a problem. The winery has amazing wines, and a perfect area for both a cocktail hour, reception, and ceremony. We worked with Victoria, and we couldn't rave about her enough. She was very professional, fun and on top of it. She responded quickly and helped with anything needed. If looking for a spot to have a wedding I wouldn't look any further!

We had a September semi-destination wedding at Villa Bellezza and it was nothing short of a dream!! We had searched for 2 months looking at venues all over Milwaukee (where we live), Madison, and Chicago before I happened upon VB online and decided it was worth a 4 1/2 hour drive for us to check it out. We immediately knew it was the one. It looked exactly like villas I'd seen in Italy! We signed and started planning...The venue is gorgeous inside and out, and the staff/owner are always pleasant to work with. We decided to make a long weekend of it and many guests stayed with us Thursday-Monday. Victoria helped us plan where to stay and places to visit. We also arranged a relaxing historic boat ride for the day after the wedding which everyone really enjoyed. The space at VB also offers so much flexibility, you are really able to cater it to your specific needs and wants. Our guests were very impressed as well and still make mention that it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to. You simply cannot beat the photo ops either...we are anxiously awaiting our final professional photos, but even the ones friends and family took at VB look AMAZING. Thank you Villa Bellezza for helping us pull off the best day of our lives to date!!!

Villa Bellezza is amazing and magical. It is like being transported to Itally right in the river valley of Wisconsin. All of our guests commented on how beautiful it was. Not only is the venue amazing so is the wine and the staff. Victoria is a top notch event manager and the entire staff is helpful and friendly. They also have an excellent selection of vendors to work with and the staff at VB has such a great relationship with the vendors everything runs very smoothly. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Villa Bellezza. I cannot say enough good about the beautiful grounds and the staff. We love Villa Bellezza and will be returning many times in the future.

Villa was the first venue we went to and we only looked at one other before knowing that nothing else could compare. My husband and I have visited friends and vineyards in Europe and love how similar the architecture and atmosphere is. The venue itself is right next to beautiful sprawling vines with plenty of room for yard games to entertain the little ones. The Great Hall has gorgeous wood beams and wrought iron is used throughout as a very tasteful detail. We worked mostly with Victoria who is an angel in disguise. Whenever we had a "can we do..." question, the answer was either "sure, we can do.. or.. depending on what you want out of your wedding" or "No, but .... or ... could be a great alternative". She is also a calming presence simply from her outwardly having everything under control and letting you know when you also have your wedding planning under control. Night of the wedding, there was someone at our wedding from Villa who knew what we wanted to happen for the night and tended to whatever needed tending to.
We did have to buy wine from them, 1/2 bottle per adult person. However, we found that it is good wine and if you don't want to provide a full bar even the non-wine people will gladly help you drink the wine if there is any left. This was another blessing in disguise. We didn't have to provide/pay for a full bar because of something regarding liquor sales and their license. This allowed us to provide an "open bar" without the hefty open bar price tag.
Pepin, Wisconsin is kind of on its own and you will have to find most of your vendors outside of the town, so look into vendor travel fees before booking anything. Villa does provide a list of "suggested vendors" that you can choose from at your leisure, except for catering. As far as catering goes, there is a selection of companies that you must choose from but I actually found that helpful because I didn't have to search for yet another vendor and knew that they were all going to be high quality.

Amazing venue!! All of my guests raved about how beautiful the venue is. The guests were able to participate in wine tasting before the ceremony began, they got to see the wonderful view of the vineyard and the hills during the ceremony, they were able to sit down in the piazza, stand outside the foyer on the terrace, and inside the foyer for cocktail hour. During dinner, they loved the high ceilings in the Great Hall. It was the absolute perfect place to have a wedding and reception. I wouldn't have changed anything!

I couldn't have asked for a better venue on my wedding day! Villa Bellezza went above and beyond my expectations. They thought of every detail big and small to make our day go very smoothly. The set up of the venue itself is just perfect for wedding day events. They have a special room for the groomsmen (cellar room) as well as the bridesmaids (bridal suite). You can choose how much space you need depending on the size of your wedding. They will provide on site food while getting ready, at a very reasonable price and it was excellent food! The wine of course is excellent as well! The staff was always so attentive and helpful. Any questions I had, they were quick to respond and always had an answer for me during the months before the wedding. During the day of the wedding they were just as attentive, always checking in to make sure I was happy with things and asking if I needed anything. Which of course I did not, because everything was already taken care of!! The bridal suite was just amazing! A dining room table, sofa area, bathroom with shower and of course a floor to ceiling mirror. Plenty of room to have make-up and hair stylists taking care of all the ladies in one spot.

We had a September wedding at the Villa and couldn't have asked for a better more beautiful venue and reception location for our special day. Julianne was great to work with, very accomodating and flexible as well as just an overall nice person. The day went perfect and even with having open bar and a seated dinner for 60 we were able to stay under our 10k budget. Absolutely loved this venue and would recommend at the very least checking it out, not to mention the drive from the cities is beautiful and the wine is even better. Thanks Julianne!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Villa Bellezza in June. The entire experience, from start to finish, was simply amazing! We toured several wedding venues, and were so impressed when we visited Villa Bellezza for the first time. Our initial tour was organized, professional, and answered all of our questions. The facilities were beautiful and unique. Throughout the process of planning the wedding, the staff was prompt and extremely helpful. On the day of the wedding, our guests were so impressed with the beautiful site, and the staff was wonderful in making sure everything was coordinated and ran smoothly. Overall, I couldn't be happier we picked Villa Bellezza for our wedding!

Having our wedding at Villa Bellezza was a dream come true for us. We knew immediately upon visiting it the first time that it was exactly what we were looking for: a unique, elegant, romantic European setting with a beautiful scenic backdrop. Who knew you could find this in central Wisconsin? Everything came together even better than I'd imagined.

We had our ceremony in the newly built pavilion, nestled in the middle of lush vines in prime September. We then had our cocktail hour and reception in The Great Hall. From the moment they first arrived to the time they filled their hands with as much pizza and candy possible before ambling onto the shuttles to go back to their hotels, our guests were absolutely blown away by the beauty and elegance of VB.

Though the coordination staff changed halfway through our planning, they were all extremely helpful, accommodating and detail-oriented. I would send an email and would get a response within 10 minutes. You can tell that everyone who works there is extremely passionate about their jobs and how fortunate they are to be surrounded by so much beauty every day.

If your goal is to have a private, stunning wedding unlike any other your guests have been to, this is it. The only drawback I would say is that prices have gone up since we booked and due to them gaining in crazy popularity, they book up quickly. Like any good thing, it means people are happy and they offer a great service.

This was the complete package for a wedding venue. It was absolutely beautiful, great responsiveness & help throughout the planning process. We had a guest list of over 300 & they helped accommodate! I highly recommend this to others. My dream wedding was a success!

You will not find a more beautiful venue than Villa Bellezza! Its like being in Italy, except without the long travel! My husband and i fell in love with it the moment we saw it! The staff are friendly and very helpful! We had our ceremony outside in the vineyard behind the main building, and they set up all the chairs and allowed us to borrow wine barrels to use as a place to put flowers! Our wedding day was so memorable, and our favorite aspect, and our guests' favorite was our venue, Villa Bellezza! The only reason i took off a point for flexibility is because its a rather new venue, and they don't allow kegs because one scratched the floor during a previous wedding, however they were able to refer us to some awesome bartenders and we saved some money by buying our alcohol. Otherwise it was perfect!

When we first got engaged we didn't really have our hearts set on a certain type or location of a venue. Luckily for us, we came across Villa Bellezza. Julianne and the staff there are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The venue itself is magnificent. The quiet town of Lake Pepin is the perfect spot for such a venue. The river and bluffs that surround it provided a beautiful surrounding for our outdoor wedding. The great hall is nothing short "great"; it's a wonderful open space, simply and elegantly done. A great space for any wedding style.
Villa Bellezza also boasts some of the best wines found in Wisconsin and Minnesota. It's not surprising that they have been winning awards for them. Figuring which to include in our wedding was a challenge as they are all well crafted and unique.
It's not going to be the "cheapest" way to host your wedding but you get what you pay for and for us that was what mattered.
There was absolutely no part of our wedding that wasn't perfect and that is in large part to the venue and people at Villa Bellezza.

Nothing short of amazing

Villa Bellezza was already special to us before we got married and now it forever holds a special place in my heart. They were so easy to work with and dis anything they could to help make the day great. We had a mid November wedding and I was originally told the fountain would be empty, but they filled it for us!! Some of my favorite pictures are by the fountain. This place is beautiful and the great hall simply gorgeous with all the wood.

Beautiful, unique venue!

Villa Bellezza was a fairytale location to hold our wedding. The venue speaks for itself; it really is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Our outdoor ceremony was perfect - the vineyard pavilion is stunning and our guests loved exploring the vines and other outdoor spaces. The great hall and reception hall served us well hosting a cocktail hour and lively reception. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the venue - it's truly unlike anything I've ever seen! However, what made our experience at Villa so positive was working with their fantastic staff. Julianne and Rebecca were by our sides from the moment we expressed interest in the venue after getting engaged to tying up loose ends after our big day. They were so supportive through the entire process and we couldn't be more pleased with their level of service. Their consistent communication helped us feel prepared in the months leading up to the wedding, and their partnership with other vendors relieved so much of our anxiety. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. We can't wait to come back to enjoy lunch in the restaurant and wine on the piazza and relive our magical day. Our end of July wedding at VB was a dream come true! With a little help from mother nature, the whole day turned out to be absolutely perfect and really made all of the stress (and $$) of planning the big day worth it. Every member of the VB staff that we had the pleasure of working with was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and organized; it was helpful to have the planning meetings in addition to unlimited access for questions, etc., via email. In all honesty, we were a bit overwhelmed by the whole process and it was so great to have someone making sure we stayed on track with each and every detail to help set our minds at ease. We live in the Twin Cities so it felt like a mini-destination for us and for our guests which was so much fun - the lodging situation can get dicey due to a lack of larger hotels in the area but our guests utilized VRBO and local BNBs and it seemed to work out just fine once we guided them in that direction. We chose to rent out VB's vat room for our groom's dinner; guests attending dinner who were not in the wedding party had a glass of wine in the piazza during the rehearsal which was super convenient logistically. Our one recommendation, if you use the vat room, is to bring some sort of background music speaker as that room does not (yet?) have a sound system. VB was accommodating with our request to arrive earlier than normally available to the bridal suite and with a few other random requests from our families and vendors. The ladies got ready in the bridal suite and had a blast all day! We had our ceremony in the pavilion and it was amazing - seriously, the scenery cannot be beat! The celebration to follow was perfect. I would advise making arrangements for take-down/clean-up of decorations/personal belongings as that's the last thing you want to deal with after a long but amazing day of celebrating. All in all, we are so happy with how the day turned out, we continue to receive compliments on our choice in venue!

We recently got married at Villa Bellezza in an intimate ceremony. Initially I fell in love with the venue from the pictures online, but when you arrive at Villa Bellezza the pictures don't even do it justice! The venue is absolutely beautiful, well kept, and clean! Both Deanna and Xanath were extremely helpful both in the planning stage and the day of, which was especially important because the majority of our planning communication was via email and phone calls as I live 4 hours away from the venue. The entire staff was extremely attentive to us and our guests the day of, we couldn't have asked for a better day! I highly recommend! Thank you!!

Sarah is a dream to work with. Cool, calm, collected, and extremely on point. The venue allowed for a magical ceremony in the vines, an elegant and lavish dinner, and a rockin' dance party all night long.

Sometimes they did not get back via email right away, but other than that they were very pleasant and easy to work with. Everyone lived the beautiful venue and wonderful wine. All our beer drinker friends who normally don't drink wine said they loved it. So nice to have the ceremony and reception all at one place, and everything was such up just how we had asked.

I couldn't run out of amazing things to say about this venue -- absolutely stunning setting tucked away from the Twin Cities ~2 hours away with the most amazing staff to work with. We drove to Villa Bellezza and knew immediately this was the place for us. It was an amazing ceremony in the vines and a beautiful reception in the main building. Our pictures turned out stunning everywhere we went on the grounds.

Our day was absolutely perfect -- I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a romantic, laid back, unique setting for their special day. We will be back to visit for many anniversaries to come! :)

This was an amazing venue. It has absolutely beautiful scenery that looks as if it is out of Europe. The layout of the venue is very well done with the tasting room for entertainment for your guests along with the piazza and grape vines to explore. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - they even allowed my dog to be there to walk down the aisle! The main drawback was the cost. It was a little too expensive for the little that is provided. If the venue included the dance floor, some decorations, sound systems for reception hall and ceremony in the overall cost it would have been more reasonable. Another drawback was not being able to bring in your own caterer since that limits spending options (the caterer The Steakshop was VERY accommodating though to our budget and provided amazing food). Although it is a vineyard and most people would want to provide wine, you are REQUIRED to purchase it. This was hard for my husband and I since we do not drink for religious reasons and it's very expensive - the Villa did give us a discount though which was much appreciated. They also do not allow you to bring outside food in the wedding morning which caused the bridal party to be sick from a lack of food during the busy morning. The venue works in a 'a la carte' manner which quickly adds up $. It would have been nice for there to be packages to help save on costs. The overall interaction was decent but it often felt like the venue was more concerned about money rather than making our special day amazing. Overall, we absolutely loved the Villa and fell in love with it the minute we toured the venue. We made such amazing memories here and it will always be a place we will visit each year! The guests absolutely loved it as well - we received comments all night and a few letters after the wedding telling us how unforgettable of a wedding it was. We would have our wedding no other way but at the Villa if we could do it again!

I had my dream wedding at Villa Bellezza - it was a romantic, classic day!

We had an amazing experience at Villa Bellezza. The location is STUNNING, you would never guess you were in Pepin, Wisconsin. The location has tons of space and is very beautiful and romantic. It has a timeless, classic feel that reminds me of Italy! My husband and I got engaged in Italy and it was the perfect location for us. The staff does a great job helping plan and prepare your big day!

Villa Bellezza was absolutely amazing for our late July wedding! We chose do our wedding ceremony in the outdoor Pavilion - this is an upgrade that is well worth the money! It keeps your guests out of the sun, but still feeling like they're in the middle of the vines! We rented out the apartment as well for us girls to get ready in. The VB wine was great and we loved that we could bring in our own liquor and beer (this saved us a lot of money!). If you're looking for a unique venue and gorgeous backdrops for pictures, Villa Bellezza is a great pick! Our guests still talk about how cool of a wedding venue we had! Bottom line, this venue is well worth the price!

The Villa was absolutely beautiful...perfect. Our guest were welcome to roam the grounds and even areas of the Villa that we had not rented, the staff was warm and helpful. Everything was set up just as we had discussed and staff was available to help with last minute needs. We had a shorter event-3 hours...so we had cases of wine left over. We were very pleased with the catering service (Canadian Honker) that was recommended. The food was delicious and the presentation excellent. The bar-tending service recommended was fair- not nearly as personable and helpful as the rest of the vendors. We were on the line of recommendations about how many bartenders were necessary for our event, and we should have hired two instead of one. There was frequently a long line and glasses weren't cleared from tables etc... I would highly recommend this beautiful place to get married.

Beautiful venue.

Beautiful venue, it was a dream. Only complaints would be the fact that you have to pay extra for the pavilion. And that we couldn’t start decorating until 12 the day of. This made the morning of very stressful for everyone which I didn’t want for my bridal party. I know some people probably hire a decorator but this is an area we wanted to save money. We didn’t understand why we needed to wait so long to get in to the venue, especially since we had a Friday wedding and there was not a wedding the night before. Also, it says they can accommodate 300 people but seemed hard for them to find spots for 250. Overall we would still have our wedding there!!

The perfect day

Our wedding day was perfect and the scenery of the winery really captured everything we had hoped for. I wanted minimal decorating and the vineyard allowed me to be very minimal. It’s beautiful all on its own. My only critique would be communication could have been better and the idea that they would be a day of wedding coordinator was a misstep for me, definitely hire your own coordinator day of to defer all questions.

Villa Bellezza is a beautiful venue. The staff were all very helpful from the start, by providing information in businesses in the area that service the venue. Being from out of town, it was actually nice to have set options to limit my research for vendors. The coordinators were mostly very responsive to email questions or could be reached by phone message if necessary. One of the coordinators is at the event the entire time and I'm quite certain they helped with things behind the scenes, helping the day to unfold without any problems.
Being a relatively new venue for weddings, I do think they had quite a few rules in place that seemed unnecessary, though these may evolve as more and more wedding take place. For one, each individual space (main reception hall, ceremony space, tower for small gatherings or social hour, and the bridal apartment for getting ready) were all separate costs. In the end, we did receive a nice surprise of being able to use the tower space for free, but I do think it would say potentially gather more business for them to include all spaces for the price that is charged.
Secondly, they are very specific on serving only bottles for beer selection. This didn't really end up being a problem in the end, but I didn't realize it in the beginning, and it just seemed like an odd rule. Kegs could be a lot cheaper, but it worked out for us in being able to take extra bottles home to drink at our leisure.
Overall, I would recommend this venue, as they were very welcoming to guests and flexible on our ideas for set up of the hall.

The Villa is gorgeous and everything you could ever want for a romantic vineyard wedding in the Midwest that looks like Eurpoe! I will say, this is not a cheap venue and you will impress your guests because you've certainly spent the money to do so. But the staff is extremely gracious and willing to work with you to the extent that they have their set rules.

Villa Bellezza was an absolutely beautiful venue that provided a space for everything we could have wanted! The bridal suite was beautiful and it was so convenient that it was right upstairs so I could run down if there was a question about set up. Our guests loved that they could walk the vines, talk outside, or move into the bar room area during cocktail hour. There was plenty of space to spread out. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were flexible with our requests and communication was never lacking. We worked with Xanath the most and she was so sweet and willing to answer all of our questions.

We loved that Pepin felt like a "mini-destination" wedding. However, the difficulty is that there aren't many hotels nearby. We reserved a hotel block at Country Inn and Suites in Red Wing and rented a bus to transport guests down before there ceremony and back at the end of the night. It worked out well but was definitely an extra cost. There are a lot of airbnb rentals nearby for family of the bride and groom if they are hoping to stay in Pepin.

Before booking be sure you add up all the venue costs of the day. After the main rental space cost, ceremony, bridal suite, dance floor rental, and required wine purchase it added up to quite a bit more than the face value. With that said, we absolutely wouldn't have done it anywhere else and loved having our wedding day at Villa Bellezza.

One of a Kind

This place made me feel like an absolute princess. You get so much for your money and no one's wedding could compare to mine. I'll never envy anyone else's venue because this was so perfect! It was my husband and my #1 venue choice and there are no regrets!

Beautiful venue

We overall really enjoyed having our wedding at Villa Bellezza. The space and atmosphere are beautiful and they are what drew us to the venue. This did not disappoint - everyone told us how beautiful the venue was and we love our pictures. The staff were enjoyable to work with and were easy to get a hold of. In general the add-ons for the site made it pricier than we would have liked (the ceremony site is an extra $2000, which is more than a lot of other places we looked at). But overall we are glad we booked with them and it was a great venue

My experience with Villa Bellezza was great! Pepin is a beautiful little town and being at Villa Bellezza makes you feel like you're in a small Tuscan village! The team of ladies I worked with were great to work with. They would always respond to my questions however, sometimes I wouldn't get a response for a week or two. I certainly understand I'm not their only bride, and they are busy, but I still would have liked a quick email letting me know they would get back to me as soon as they had a chance. The day of the wedding both ladies were great! Making sure we had everything we needed and checking in on us periodically. The only struggle I encountered throughout the wedding process was trying to figure out lodging for my guests. I had to look into all sorts of lodging like B&B's, renting houses, motels, Inns, hotels. There isn't much in or around Pepin. It was a bit of a hassle and I only had 150 guests to worry about. Also, as many of my vendors had to travel to Pepin, I had to pay a lot of additional traveling fees. In the end, it was totally worth it and I am so happy we chose Villa Bellezza! Our day was perfect and the team at Villa Bellezza did an amazing job!

We absolutely love the venue!! It was absolutely gorgeous- we had many compliments for my family and friends on how lovely they thought everything went! It is a large venue so if you need something to host a large event it would be a great place!!

Beautiful Venue

Villa Bellezza is a beautiful place to hold a wedding ceremony and reception. We had about 85 guests and found the space to be very accomodative, I think it would work great for larger weddings as well. I loved the look of the venue, but for the price, I wish there were a few more amenities, such as, additional time to clean up the morning after or store items the night before, and more decor items included instead of for rent (I have seen many venues that offer up their entire decor library included with the rental price). The staff is very friendly and helpful, but I think there was some turnover in the event department as we were planning because we had to wait a little bit for responses at times. It was very nice that they offer 2 planning meetings with your event coordinator. Several of my other vendors mentioned how much they enjoy doing weddings at VB. Overall, this was the perfect venue for our wedding and Pepin was a beautiful area for our friends and family to gather. Nothing went wrong day of and the weather was beautiful (6/21) with the vines just starting to become full for the aisle walk. Very impressed with the venue, staff, wine, and reception dinner which was catered by VB. Thank you to our coordinator Trevor and the whole VB team for helping us plan such a perfect day!

Very wonderful staff to work with. They will really help you make it your own, with many customizable options. They truly serve as wedding planners, and provide a lot of vendor recommendations. Complimentary delicious wine tastings to determine your wedding wine choices was a plus! Absolutely stunning venue! All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the wedding was there. Being far from accommodations was the only downside.
Ask about rental prices and fees before booking to be aware of all the additional costs you may incur.

This was an amazing venue. It has absolutely beautiful scenery that looks as if it is out of Europe. The layout of the venue is very well done with the tasting room for entertainment for your guests along with the piazza and grape vines to explore. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - they even allowed my dog to be there to walk down the aisle! The main drawback was the cost. It was a little too expensive for the little that is provided. If the venue included the dance floor, some decorations, sound systems for reception hall and ceremony in the overall cost it would have been more reasonable. Another drawback was not being able to bring in your own caterer since that limits spending options (the caterer The Steakshop was VERY accommodating though to our budget and provided amazing food). Although it is a vineyard and most people would want to provide wine, you are REQUIRED to purchase it. This was hard for my husband and I since we do not drink for religious reasons and it's very expensive - the Villa did give us a discount though which was much appreciated. They also do not allow you to bring outside food in the wedding morning which caused the bridal party to be sick from a lack of food during the busy morning. The venue works in a 'a la carte' manner which quickly adds up $. It would have been nice for there to be packages to help save on costs. The overall interaction was decent but it often felt like the venue was more concerned about money rather than making our special day amazing. Overall, we absolutely loved the Villa and fell in love with it the minute we toured the venue. We made such amazing memories here and it will always be a place we will visit each year! The guests absolutely loved it as well - we received comments all night and a few letters after the wedding telling us how unforgettable of a wedding it was. We would have our wedding no other way but at the Villa if we could do it again!
