It was unlike any venue we had toured, and we instantly knew it was the place we wanted to get married!!! Every detail was perfect. From the booking process, to the communication, the incredible owner Amy Maulding, and everything in between — Villa Antonia was just perfect for our special day! December wedding Villa Antonia
We had our wedding reception at Villa Antonia on December 6 and it was wonderful! We had cocktail hour outside on the terraces, dinner in the beautiful wine cellar, and the band + dance floor in the chapel area! It was important for us to have a space that was not a “blank canvas”, but had intricate details throughout for our guests to enjoy. It was a perfect space for our ~160 guests. Additionally, Amy was super helpful with making sure all of the details were thought through.

Most Beautiful Venue Ever
Villa Antonia is the most beautiful and unique venue and I’m so glad we had our wedding there. All of the spaces are so pretty and create a very warm and intimate atmosphere while not being too small for our guest count. Amy and the team were so helpful throughout the entire planning process and very attentive on the day of as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking!!

Sweet 16 Birthday party
This venue is so beautiful, and we would highly recommend it to all our friends and family. We had so many guests comment on its beauty and how gorgeous everything truly was. One even said, "She felt like she was in Italy." So happy we had this memorable experience to cherish forever.

My dream italian wedding 20min from home!
This venue is so spectacular I booked it without seeing it in person as soon as I could! As it turns out, the venue is way more beautiful in person. Moreover, this is a family run business and the love and care shows up in every corner, from the personalized scent when you enter the space to the beautifully decorated rooms and seamless execution and coordination. You could feel the peace and care as soon as you walk into the parking lot. I wish I could have spent more time here!

Incredible Wedding Venue
Such an incredible and stunning wedding venue! Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue and view was. We could not have been more pleased with Villa Antonia and their staff! The location in Jonestown was perfect for our out of town guests to get a taste of the hill country and to explore the Austin area. Amy was extremely helpful with booking the venue and their staff were exceptional throughout the planning process and day of the wedding! They went out of their way to make our day special and you could tell they are very experienced wedding hosts! We utilized their preferred vendor list and are beyond grateful for all of their recommendations! I highly recommend Villa Antonia!

Villa Antonia is DA BOMB
Villa is hands down the best venue in Texas. I can't imagine a more beautiful venue or better experience. Everyone from the owners to the venue staff were incredible to work with. They could be charging much much higher venue fees, but if they did having our wedding there would not have been possible. And I know it is important to the owners that their venue is not too far out of reach for most couples. That says a lot. Gorgeous, dramatic, magical venue. Great people. Great vendor lists. Can't say enough.

Swift on Strings Venue!
Sienna String quartet just had our Swift on Strings concert here and all I can say is that it was magical! We had the most beautiful views and such a perfect night!

Dream Venue!!!
Villa Antonia is what dreams are made of. The venue itself is breathtaking, and the photos do not do it justice. Booking a venue tour will be the best thing you do, and it will be unforgettable!! For my husband and me, it was love at first sight. The second the Villa came into view as we drove through the Hill Country, we knew it was the one. Their open houses are also a wonderful opportunity to experience the venue in all its glory and to meet their wonderful team and vendors.
The Villa is family-owned and operated by an incredibly kind family, The Mauldings. Amy, the owner, has excellent communication, and her son Andy is so personable. You can trust them to ensure that your wedding day is as seamless as possible, and their recommended vendors are amazing!!
We highly recommend Villa Antonia to anyone looking for a venue that combines breathtaking beauty with exceptional service! You and your guests will genuinely feel like you're in Italy because it truly is like Tuscany in Texas.

Gorgeous, intimate venue, that truly feels like you’ve transported from Texas into the Italian countryside. Dinner under the string lights was pure magic and my guests loved being able to move through all the different spaces throughout the night. The staff is extremely friendly, responsive, easy to work with, and have great relationships with their preferred vendors, making the day flow seamlessly. Worth every penny.

The Best Wedding Venue in Texas
I am a groom who recently got married at Villa Antonia and I was blown away at how perfect my wedding was. Their staff is stellar, attentive and super helpful. The venue itself has such a classy and cool vibe! The view is incredible at daytime, but once the sun set, it was next level with all the venue illumination. My bride and I were able to sneak away during the transitions to each space and actually have some time to take it in. We even got a private last dance in the Chapel while the venue team lined up all our guests with sparklers. It was a great night thanks to the Villa Antonia staff and incredible location. Don't hesitate to book them today!

Best luxury venue!
If you are looking for the most dreamy and luxurious venue, Villa Antonia is it! We hosted a holiday event here that was amazing! The views, the staff, the Italian aesthetic, it is all second to none! The staff were all very warm and accommodating as well. Highly recommend!

We had our 2022 semi-formal at Villa Antonia and it was absolutely exceptional. The venue is not only beautiful, but the staff are extremely helpful and are always willing to lend a hand. We had access to the entire property, giving us plenty of space to mingle, dance, and enjoy the company of each other! The staff at Villa Antonia created such a fun atmosphere for us. They threw in glow sticks for our dance portion, and even allowed us to use the extra sparklers they had on hand to end the night! I can go on and on about how amazing this venue was, but to sum it up, the venue and staff truly made the girls in our chapter, and their dates, have such a beautiful and magical night!

Beautiful venue!
This venue is absolutely beautiful! This is one of the only venues in the hill country that needs little to no decorations due to how breathtaking the scenery is. The architecture transports you to Europe as soon as you enter the venue. Not only was the venue stunning but the hospitality was amazing, Amy was very informative and transparent about the venue and all that is included.

More than Just a Beautiful Venue
We originally fell in love with Villa Antonia because of its beautiful architecture and landscape: the romantic, castle-like buildings; the rolling hillside; the numerous different areas to discover and photograph (butterfly garden, waterfall, chapel, tower); and the flexibility of having both a beautiful outdoor and/or indoor wedding. However, when we started working with the staff at Villa Antonia, we realized we were getting so much more than just the beautiful space. First, they already had all the tables/chairs we needed for our wedding, so we did not need to invest in outside rentals. Second, their staff are knowledgeable and experienced in planning and hosting weddings specifically at Villa Antonia, which means they know what ideas will work and what will need to be done day-of to help things run smoothly. There were three Villa Antonia staff during our wedding – Emily, our day-of coordinator; Maria, who helped with moving things and dress-bustling; and Jim, the security/parking attendant. All of them had years of experience servicing Villa Antonia and, due to their help, we were able to sail through our wedding and actually enjoy ourselves rather than worrying about what needed to be done next or focus on any fires that needed to be put out. Emily took care of communication with all our vendors, both day-of and leading up to for day-of coordination, and Maria expertly helped with set-up and break-down of items (including dress-bustling!) that we barely noticed! We appreciated their help and presence every minute, and we realized the service we received couldn’t have been bought! The venue is well worth the money – you get a gorgeous, multifaceted space that comes with its own furniture and an exceptional staff that makes sure your wedding is everything you want it to be.

Beautiful Venue with Amazing Staff
Working with Villa Antonia was amazing! They are super helpful and want to accommodate you in any way they can! Amy is a joy to work with! She was so supportive and willing to help however she could to make our styled shoot be a success. The venue is kept up and maintained well. They pride themselves in keeping it clean and maintaining the walkways, fountains, landscaping, etc. Even though it's far out there from central Austin, it is worth the drive to get to that view. There is ample parking once you get there too. It's one of the few venues that has a wonderful indoor and outdoor option for ceremony which is very appealing. When I was there, I forgot I was in Central Texas for a minute because it truly feels like you're in Italy at an Italian Villa. It can accommodate larger guest counts as well which is something that not all venues can say. Guests can truly roam around the property and not feel like they're stuck in a ballroom the entire event. The balconies offer beautiful views and photo opportunities for the bride and groom. I highly recommend Villa Antonia for couples looking for their perfect wedding venue.

Amazing Venue and Team!
Quick Summary: Villa Antonia was one of the most incredible wedding venues I've been to and all their staff were top notch professionals! 100/10 would recommend!
I'm writing this review coming from a unique perspective; I was a groomsman in a wedding on 12/20/21 but also the wedding planner for the couple so I was pulling double duty. I've been in this industry for what feels like forever and can say everyone at the Villa Antonia made this day as smooth and special as I wanted it to be for my friends. This was a destination wedding for the couple so it was especially important that we locked down all the details ahead of time so day of I would be playing the role of friend to the bride and groom, rather than wedding planner. Our day of coordinator, Emily, took special care to ensure that no details were missed. A few minor tablecloth issues were quickly resolved without fanfare and it was the smoothest wedding I could imagine! Thank you Emily and all the Villa staff for making that day so special and being so warm and accommodating throughout the planning process.
Also, the building itself is gorgeous, no need to over the top decor. Between the incredible views from all angles to the unique architecture of the buildings, this venue stands out!

Beautiful Venue, Excellent Staff
The wedding was just a week after a hard freeze hit all of Texas. Everyone, including the venue, lost much of its existing landscaping. However, Villa Antonia worked diligently to have the grounds as manicured as possible which made for a wonderful outdoor ceremony and reception.

WHAT A CRAZY WEEK THAT WAS! Who could have imagined our whole state would have frozen! You were such a trooper and I am so glad the wedding was able to happen. We do work super hard on our grounds all year, but that crazy weather destroyed all of our landscaping including 7 of our gorgeous 20 year old palm trees. We were quick to get everything replanted, though, and it looks as lovely as ever! You need to come visit us sometime and see the updates!

Best Christmas Party Ever!
Villa Antonia was the perfect place for my Christmas party. I can see why couples get married here. The view and the property is absolutely amazing!! Our host (Amy) was the most kind hearted host you can ever encounter. She cares about people and their experience and will do what she can to make sure your group or wedding party has the best experience while on-site. The view, the property, the location is probably the best location you'll ever find closest to Austin. I can't wait to have another gathering here again. If you are looking for a place to host an event or wedding, you have to at least consider VA.

Stunning venue for any occasion!! Beautiful backdrops at every turn! The staff assisted us with the best spots fort photos and the time of day which would provide the best light for each area. We were treated like royalty while we were there! My daughter is already planning her wedding there!!

The entire staff made us feel so incredibly special throughout the entire planning process, and especially on the day of our wedding. We made the decision to change our original date, and the venue worked with us to find a solution that worked for both of us, and we could not be happier with the professionalism and communication through the whole process. Oh yeah, and the venue is GORGEOUS. You will absolutely be thankful you chose to work with this wonderful team.

Successful Trivia Night at Gorgeous Venue!
From months before, until late into the night on the day of our event the staff at Villa Antonia went above and beyond to make our Trivia Night a success! This venue is gorgeous and had so many stunning options for the various activities we had planned. We ended up mostly outside on the Chapel Terrace but also were able to utilize the lovely bar inside the gorgeous entrance. You will not be sorry when you choose this beautiful location for your event, Amy and her team are truly the paragons of hospitality!

A fantastic venue with amazing people!
I cannot thank the ladies at Villa Antonia enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams. They made our day so easy and stress-free I felt taken care of the entire day. From Chris helping organize everyone with the photographer all day and Maria's helping us by bringing water and drinks throughout the night, it felt great! Also, these ladies helped me bustle my dress much quicker than I thought lol!! Beautiful Wedding Day
Even after the '21 freeze when every plant in Texas died, the venue remained spectacular. It's a beautiful venue with an amazing view.

Our Day Turned Out Magically Perfect
We knew we wanted to do a fully DIY wedding but still needed a beautiful backdrop to serve as a canvas. As soon as we arrived at Villa Antonia, we were speechless and taken aback at how beautiful the venue was. It's atmosphere was romantic and magical at the same time. With so many options, you can be creative with how unique you wanted your wedding to be. The staff was just as amazing and was completely accommodating. We actually had to postpone our wedding during covid and they were so helpful with making something so stressful, so much easier. Chris was spectacular and a superstar. With her help and our coordinator Koehne Barlow, they made a miracle out of a wedding that was almost, just almost a last minute disaster especially with the wind. But they got their expertise together and took out their wands and voila.
Our ceremony took place inside in the gorgeous chapel which had perfect lighting. Just enough for a romantic setting, yet bright enough for gorgeous photos and videos. Terra Vista string's music (recommended by Villa Antonia) echoed perfectly through the chapel and sounded phenomal, setting the perfect mood. The reception was on the terrace and spread throughout (for covid reasons). The heaters provided warmth yet created such a magical ambiance.
We used Mopsie (super delicious!) as our caterer and chose the Texas BBQ. The ceremony and cocktail was by Terra Vista. Both highly recommended by Villa Antonia. Terra Vista and DJ Saint from Complete Wedding and Events, played together whimsically and so profoundly, their fusion was one of the highlights of the night. Austin was known for live music, and we wanted to make sure that all of our guests (95% from out of town) can experience Austin's live music wonders.
The night ended with dancing in the chapel which was spacious enough for crazy fun dancing and whatever you and your guest plan for the rest of the evening. We had snake dances, toss dances, line dancing, and tamborazo. Not to mention the garter and bouqeut toss.
I can keep going and going about the wedding but I'd be writing a book. Our wedding is still talked about, and was said to be the wedding of the century! Lol. I wish the day last much longer, or at least keep replaying. You can view our wedding on Youtube and see for yourself. By the way, we even booked a photo session to get more intimate pictures of our family and redo some poses we missed because our day was cut short due to winter's hours. That venue is too beautiful and there are so many gorgeous photo opportunities. One day isn't enough. Thank you Chris and Amy from Villa Antonia. You both played such a huge part in make our big day extra special.

A Dream Come True
Villa Antonia is a dream come true! I knew the first time my husband and I visited, it was the only place I wanted to get married. There are many spaces throughout the venue to accommodate indoor and outdoor events and the venue makes it feel as if you are in a completely different country. The staff is absolutely amazing and treated not only us (bride and groom), but our guests like family! Chris Spady is such a joy to work with and it was like having a wedding planner. She was on top of every single detail of our wedding and it truly showed, because our day ran so smoothly! Maria is one of the sweetest people we have ever met and was a huge help on the day of our wedding. She took care of my entire family and we are so thankful for all she did. Chris and Maria worked so hard and made sure no one had to worry about a thing except to enjoy the day. Our day was perfect and we cannot thank the Villa Antonia team enough for making our day everything we wanted and more!

Best venue ever
Securing the Villa Antonia is like having cheat codes to having the best wedding possible. I don't think there is a nicer wedding venue this side of being a celebrity or millionaire. And even if you were, you would still want to book this place. Although your mind makes you want to think it's hard to get to, nobody had trouble finding the place, and once there, the setting around the venue, and every detail of the venue itself provided an absurdly enchanting experience. The staff that they had helping us out, mainly Chris Spady, was a superstar standout. I'm so glad we stuck with this venue. It was a hit. The pictures are fabulous. And my memories of my night there will be cherished for as long as I am around.

Best venue for wedding in texas hill country
I like the pretty environment of this chappel. Their experienced and capable event coordinators make sure that you too get to enjoy the occasion alongside your guests. Our perfect day!
They really know what they are doing at Villa Antonia! I had the normal stress every bride gets when planning their wedding but on our wedding day everything went perfect! The venue works really well with the vendors and shout out to Chris Spady our wedding coordinator! She was amazing! We originally planned on doing dinner outside but since it was cold we had to bring it in to the wine cellar which was changed really smoothly.

Exceeded Expectations
My husband and I got married here this past October, and it was fantastic! The beauty alone that this venue has to offer is absolutely breathtaking. Everywhere you look, there is beauty. The hill country views, Italian architecture and lush landscaping make it feel like you are in Tuscany. The vibes are very elegant and romantic, which really forces you to be in the moment and take it all in. A few extra perks are that the restrooms are well kept, and golf carts are provided to transport guests from the parking lot to the venue. The venue also comes with Chris and Maria as your day of coordinators who could not have been any more helpful. These two made the day stress free and handled everything. Chris did a good job of keeping everyone on schedule and transitioning between the timeline smoothly. She was also very prompt in her responses to questions I had during the planning process, and really listened to what I wanted during the coordinator meeting. Chris and Maria helped with bustling my dress, and they setup all the décor exactly as specified.

A Dream Venue
This venue is like something out of a story book. It transports you as soon as you walk onto the property. It was exactly what we were looking for in a venue. Great price, outdoor and indoor options, amazing view, versatility, great staff (!), and our dog was able to join us for our ceremony too! Chris was awesome to work with! Giving me room to make decisions and providing options when I felt lost. She kept things running smoothly!
This enchanting venue was the best place I could possibly imagine for our special day.

Perfect Venue
The venue is stunning! I had so many people tell me it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had been to. It drizzled a few hours before the wedding and although we were lucky enough for it to clear up, it was so relieving having a back up plan of beautiful indoor areas for the ceremony and dinner. Chris and Maria (the day-of coordinators) make the day seamless. If I were to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing!

Absolutely Magical!
Villa Antonia is absolutely magical! Everything about this venue is so perfect, from the Italian villa vibes, the view overlooking Lake Travis, and all of the different spaces you can utilize at this venue. Chris Spady, the venue coordinator, is such a joy to work with and was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions (which was a lot since I was planning an Austin wedding from Dallas). Our friends and family could not stop talking about how beautiful our venue was, and I really believe pictures don't do this place justice. This was the only venue we looked at because I knew before we had even parked the car for our tour that we wouldn't find anything as breathtaking as this venue. I am forever grateful that I got to marry the love of my life in such a magical setting!

Amazing, unforgettable venue
I highly recommend Villa Antonia to any couple looking for a unique, elegant, and breath taking venue. You have the entire venue for 7.5 hours on the day of your wedding. Guests are able to walk around and explore the garden, two towers, bridge, water fall, and balconies. The chapel, wi e caller, and dressing rooms are all beautiful. Most of all, Chris, the coordinator is amazing and makes sure that every single detail goes as planned. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Our guests had an amazing time and the backgrounds on the pictures are beautiful.

Anyone who steps foot onto Villa Antonia's property instantly knows how beautiful it is. The pictures and videos don't do the venue justice. The Italian villa feel, the stunning views, the endless space....it is all gorgeous. But, the real MVP of Villa Antonia is the service. Our coordinator, Chris Spady, was flawless. Aside from taking a group of stressed out people and making them each shine, she took care of every single detail...up to and including wrestling my wife's bustle into submission. She went above and beyond every step of the way. If you're looking for a venue for your special day, look no further. I would honestly recommend Villa Antonia over anyone else in Texas.

We had our wedding at Villa Antonia in June! The venue is absolutely stunning and has incredible views. All of guests were raving about how amazing it was. From the moment you come up to the hill and see the villa from the road your jaw just drops. We got married on the terrace, did dinner in the wine cellar, followed by dancing in the cellar. Chris & her team are so easy to work with and make the wedding day run smoothly, they are fantastic. We did our room block at the Domain and had buses run between Villa Antonia and the Westin and there were no issues – it was perfect! This was the easiest wedding decision I made. From the first time I saw the venue I knew there was no other place I wanted to get married. It it the most beautiful place I have ever seen! It's the perfect location for any season. I had a NYE wedding when it was the coldest night of the year so everything had to be inside, but it was still prefect. Did I mentioned it snowed!? Chris and Maria helped with everything and made it all run smoothly. I can seriously say it was perfect. All my guests were impressed and my mother didn't have to worry about a single thing. They helped with decor, organization, and made sure the bride and groom always had a drink in their hand. They were so flexible and accommodating with every request. The price paid for venue and services is totally worth it. Everyone is still talking about the venue and how amazing the wedding was and I cannot say the outcome would be the same if I had chosen a different location. I want to get married here again and again! I it has everthing you need and it was so nice to have ceremony and reception in the same location. There are so many different spaces that are all beautiful and unique, there is something for everyone. I recommend getting a shuttle for your guests to make it easier on them. It was a life saver especially since the roads were Icy and the guests were also impressed with how smoothly shuttle service was.

Picking Villa Antonia as our wedding venue was 100% a dream come true. The venue is AMAZING and the help of Chris and Maria throughout the process made this the best decision we could have made. I wanted an outdoor wedding, but I also wanted somewhere that had a beautiful indoor area (just in case!)-- this is harder to find than you would think. Villa Antonia has both an insanely beautiful outdoor areas as well as a beautiful indoor and this is what made the decision so easy. Our wedding turned out more perfect than I could have asked for and Chris and Maria made the day more stress-free than I could have imagined. This way the definition of my perfect venue-- they are always remodeling and upgrading to keep the place in perfect condition. Can't say enough good things!!

We had our wedding at Villa Antonia this summer, and were absolutely THRILLED with every detail associated with the venue. The beauty of the venue itself is unbelievable - it feels like Italy in the Austin Hill Country. Every corner you turn there is something gorgeous to look at. After touring this venue nothing else even came close. Aside from the beauty of it, I cannot say enough good things about the service. Chris, Maria, and Jim are true professionals and working with them felt like working with family who genuinely care about you. They have every detail down and completely know what they are doing - they will make your day perfect. Chris was truly a life saver and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. We could not be happier with our venue choice and will never forget our absolutely perfect day.

We wanted to have a wedding "out of town" (we live in dallas) this venue was perfect for the best party of our life. Engaged in spain this venue gives you the European feel we wanted. We had guest telling us all night how beautiful the venue & the view was. Even with the small rain shower we had, it made the best backdrop for our outdoor wedding. Chris & her staff were top notch and we had the best night of our life. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

Villa Antonia is so worth every penny! If you want a fairytale wedding this is the place! Once I saw it online nothing else even came close to the beauty of this place. Chris is the coordinator and she is so much help. She makes everything so much easier from planning to set up.

We chose to have our wedding at Villa Antonia and it was one of the best decisions we made. The venue and its views over the hill country were breathtaking and charmed all of our guests. Many guests said they felt like we were in Italy due to the architecture and views. The venue is beautiful at every turn and was a great conversation piece the whole night. Working with Chris the coordinator was also easy and stress free. She gave helpful venue information and input when planning our day-of wedding timeline. We booked on a Sunday which helped out with budget but many of our guests did leave early because of Monday workdays. Booking at Villa Antonia will help bump your wedding experience to the next level.

Having my wedding at Villa Antonia was one of the best decisions I've ever made. When my dream of having my wedding on a vineyard in Tuscany or Napa fell through, I was stuck looking for venues in Austin. I searched everywhere for a place that was unique to my husband and me. When I stumbled on this Tuscan style, intricately designed venue, the decision was immediate.
VA has multiple spaces that all flow together. I had a plethora of options for the ceremony, cocktail hour, photos, dinner, and reception. In the end it rained on my wedding day and we had to make last minute changes to where everything took place. We didn't have to put up a tacky tent, and my guests didn't get a drop of rain on them. VA has so many indoor and outdoor options, the wedding went off without a hitch and not one person knew it was the plan B.
I can't count how many compliments I had on how beautiful the space was. Even without my picture perfect sunset ceremony, I'm actually glad it worked out the way it did, because the ceremony in the chapel was breathtaking.... Literally!
Having a day-of-coordinator included in the price was really fantastic. I utilized Chris and her assistant more than ever could have anticipated. She really made my day special and I didn't have to delegate any family members to help behind the scenes.

Well, I am going to try and write this without getting emotional. Chris and Maria are angels. Truly. The moment that Kasey and I met Chris we knew she would be the perfect person to help us achieve our dream. Not only was she SO quick to respond to emails and phone calls (we are located in Houston) she was on top of every single detail so we didn't have to worry at all. Her kind heart and spirit just captivated my wife and I. We felt an instant connection with her and she was so supportive of all of our ideas and we had SO many questions. She has an answer for us always. That weekend of our wedding there was a hurricane..go figure. All my planning for 11 months of an outdoor EVERYTHING went down the drain. I was so sad!!! Chris made sure that no matter what I was calm and everything will be gorgeous. Well- SHE WAS RIGHT! We decorated the fireplace, had that turned on so that quests to relax and have a drink while getting cozy and enjoying our pictures. We just had the best time. Towards the end of the night the rain stopped, and we danced under the moonlight. It was by far the most perfect day of my life. Chris and Maria have left imprints on my heart forever. We are truly blessed and humbled by your kind spirit, support and hard work to make sure our day was pure perfection. See you soon!!

This was an amazing place to have our wedding! It's gorgeous, and huge- you get the run of the whole place for your day, and have 8 or so different areas to choose from to hold the ceremony and reception. We went with the lakeview terrace for our ceremony, and the chapel building (with the built-in bar!) for our reception. It was perfect. I can't wait to get the photos back to see how they turned out with this beautiful backdrop. Ms. Chris (the venue-provided coordinator) was also amazing, organizing all of the other vendors for delivery times and setup, and little details like cuing the musicians. She and her team made the day go so smoothly so we didn't have to worry about anything other than not tripping down the aisle. They also have an optional honeymoon suite on-site, so at the end of the day you just have to go upstairs and not worry about finding other accommodations or fitting yourself + dress into a car. :) If you're looking for a stunning venue in Austin's hill country, I can't recommend Villa Antonia highly enough.

Hands down the best venue you will find in Austin, Texas! My fiance and I were debating between having a destination wedding verses having one in Texas when we found the villa, but we immediately knew "this was it" once we stepped foot onto the property! ...and that's exactly what you get when you book Villa Antonia- an entire property! There are breath-taking terraces, a gazebo, a chapel, gardens, pond, waterfall, inside cellar/ large hall area, private rooftop & tower, the list goes on and on; and every inch of this property is absolutely stunning!
On top of the gorgeous views, and rustic European atmosphere, the staff is incredible as well! We booked the venue a year in advance (there is a waiting list), and Lynn was constantly in correspondence with us! She would even send us pictures of the villa from time to time, to help give us ideas, or show us the sunset views, etc. There is also an in-house coordinator (Chris) who is super friendly and helpful as well!
The venue may be pricier than others, but you definitely get what you pay for, and it's worth every cent! Make sure to check out this venue, you wont be sorry you did!!

All of my dreams came true when my fiance and I married on the evening of June 7, 2015 at the gorgeous Villa Antonia overlooking Texas Hill Country. As a wedding photographer myself, I have been at many beautiful venues but this has always been my favorite. It is the most photogenic wedding venue around Austin! Besides the beauty of the Villa, the layout space made for a lovely and comfortable time for our guests and the evening flowed from one space to the next as we had different areas for the ceremony, cocktails and appetizers, the formal dinner, and dancing. Our daughter was married at Villa Antonia. We visited one of their vendor open houses prior to booking the venue. I can't tell you how helpful that was in our planning process. From the moment we stepped on the property we were in love with this venue. The day could not have been more perfect. Chris Spady (venue coordinator) was unbelievable! Always available for any question we had. Our daughter lives in Houston and we live in North Carolina and the distance was never an issue. We can not thank Chris enough for helping our daughter have her dream wedding! The day was simply flawless! Book your wedding here if you want a wedding that your guests will talk about to others. Villa Antonia is an absolutely breath taking venue. The backdrop of the Hill Country for a wedding or any other event is stunning but views from the Villa are even more amazing! The owner Lynn and her husband are a truly wonderful couple and they obviously take pride in their venue and their business. I could not have asked for a more beautiful place to marry my best friend! An added value (seriously!!) is Chris Spady, the Villa's on site coordinator. That woman is amazing. She made sure everything flowed according to plan, was in communication with me throughout the entire process, was always available for those last minute "Chris! !!! I forgot sparklers? ! Where can I buy them this time of year? !" calls. Which by the way, without missing a beat, she answered "Terra Toys!". The team was wonderful and I'd recommend the Villa to anyone that wants a truly special place to celebrate a new beginning. Thank you Villa Antonia for amazing memories! I can not thank you enough!!

Villa Antonia was the first and only wedding venue we looked at. I knew it was the one the second we drove up and saw it. My fiance and I met and lived in Hawai'i so the Villa with its waterfalls & palm trees was the perfect place for our wedding. Not to mention how beautiful it looks at night illuminated by all the twinkly white lights.
I booked the Villa a year and a half in advance and starting from the day I signed the contract, the whole staff was incredible. Especially the day of. Chris, John John & Maria were there the entire night making sure everything went smoothly. Maria always made sure Matt and I had a drink in our hands and John John made sure we kept drinking water! I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day, Chris made sure we were on schedule and everything was taken care of. She even went through the entire Villa after the wedding to make sure nothing was left behind. I can't even count how many guests came up to us that night and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and the most beautiful venue. Thank you everyone at the Villa for making our wedding day so AMAZING!

Villa Antonia is a breathtaking venue with gorgeous views of the Austin hill country. You really don't even need decorations... the grounds are so beautiful on their own! They have an onsite venue coordinator (Chris) who is very organized and helpful! She will plan out your entire wedding timeline and go over every little detail with you. If you want your family & friends to talk about your wedding & remember how unique and gorgeous the views were, I highly recommend using Villa Antonia!

They were flexible with how we set up our itinerary the day of the wedding and worked with us when we wanted to time our reception/ceremony a little differently than usual. My husband and I got married at the Villa on Sunday evening on Labor Day weekend. The two of us currently reside in Dallas, Texas. However, I am originally from Boston and he is from Upstate Ny so we knew the majority of our guests would be flying in from out of town. We felt the area was close enough for friends and family to stay in Austin or to have a really fun weekend down on Lake Travis and enjoy all the beautiful scenery in that area(everyone booked houses at the Hollows). The Villa is truly in the most beautiful spot in Jonestown. Breath taking views.
In addition to the beautiful scenery, I was extremely impressed with the staff at the Villa. Ms. Chris Spady helped me out immensely on the day of the wedding and the weeks prior to the wedding. She was easy to reach, kind and always gave great recommendations. I would suggest any bride booking at the Villa to plan on going to one of their weekend vendor events. I picked all my vendors through their recommended list.
I would also not be extremely concerned about the drive up the mountain. We booked a huge bus for all of our friends and made sure everyone driving had the correct directions.
Everything was great and we want to say, "Thank you so much!"

I loved this place. Several of our guests told us they felt like they were in a fairy tale. Villa antonia is gorgeous, especially at night. The views from the terrace (where we had our ceremony) are beautiful. They also have a chapel which would provide for a pretty plan B ( I chose this venue bc I really wanted an outdoor wedding). Chris is their day-of-coordinator and she is so helpful and sweet. Things went so smoothly on our wedding night, and it was thanks to all of her organized planning ahead of time and she stayed on top of every little detail that night.

This was the first place we visited in Austin and right away knew that was the place we would get married. Villa Antonia is absolutely breath taking and pictures do not do it justice.
The entire venue is very large and you access to entire space. They have multiple options for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing outdoors and indoors. They also allow you to pick all your own vendors which allows you to buy your own alcohol if you'd like.
The only other thing that compared to the beauty and greatness of the venue was Chris Spady the on site coordinator. She is absolutely amazing!!! Chris was very professional with us the entire time. She took a very active interest in finding out exactly what type of wedding we envisioned. She also is very detail oriented regarding timelines, vendor coordination, and any special requests. I can honestly say that Chris is a complete pro and the whole experience from the first day till the last would not have been the same without her.
We had to do a last minute venue move from outside to inside due to weather and Chris allowed me to wait till the absolute last minute before making the switch. She coordinated with all the vendors to make set up seamless. She does a great job of keeping the wedding party informed of where to go and whats going on. Another great thing about Villa Antonia is their weather back up plan.
My wife and I would definitely recommend Villa Antonia to anyone wanting to have gorgeous venue with tons of space and options.

The entire staff was amazing! We booked the venue very far in advance and they were always so helpful. Ms. Chris Spady kept all of my vendors update and took care of a lot of the week of last minute details. On the day of, I couldn't have been happier, Everyone was so supportive and helpful. Maria was assigned to me while Ms. Chris organized the wedding party and guests. The entire event flowed so well and everyone enjoyed themselves. I am really gonna miss these ladies.

My now-Husband and I both live in Houston but were drawn to Villa Antonia after seeing pictures and reading reviews online. The team at Villa Antonia was great from the point that we inquired for more information about the venue! Jennifer gave us a great tour of the venue and was not pushy when it came to making a decision. After visiting a few other venues in the Houston area, we knew Villa Antonia was going to be for us. We quickly made our decision to secure our date and were introduced to Ms. Chris, the venue provided coordinator. Ms. Chris is very attentive and provided a lot of helpful information for planning our Wedding day. We were in constant contact with Ms. Chris and she was sure to follow up if she needed anything from us. Everything leading up-to, and including the Wedding day was perfect. We feel that we owe this to Ms. Chris and her Wedding day assistant, Maria. Without the help of Ms. Chris and Maria, we do not know how our Wedding day would have gone so smooth. Both of them were there to assist with ensuring vendors made it to the venue on time, keeping to the timeline, leading guests during transition times, and ensuring that we were doing good the entire night.
Typically you hear of the Bride and Groom not being able to enjoy a meal; this was not the case for us! Ms. Chris and Maria ensured we had appetizers, drinks, and our full meals served to our table. We ran a bit over the time we had planned for dinner but both of them assisted to bring us back on schedule by letting us know when it was time for the next activity (toasts,first dance, cake cutting, garter belt, bouquet toss, and departure).
Overall, our wedding was beautiful! We couldn't be more thankful to Ms. Chris, Maria, and the rest of the Villa Antonia team for helping us achieve our dream wedding.

As the mother of the bride I cannot rate the Villa any higher!! It was fabulous. Our guests were soooo impressed and everything went so smoothly. Chris, the bridal consultant, was a blessing. She had ideas that worked because she knows the venue and has done many types of weddings there.. Everything went so smoothly and was fabulous.
I have sent a couple of other brides-t0-be and they have also booked.

We chose this venue for the view and price. We were able to buy our own alcohol for the bar which really decreased our price. Chris and Jennifer were very sweet and responsive. They were flexible and just wonderful. Everything went well without a hitch. All our guests loved the venue and are still talking about it.

Made my dreams come true!
Villa Antonia is an amazing place to get married. First, it is gorgeous - it has great the stonework, beautiful archways, excellent woodwork, the views are true Texas hill country, the gardens are unique and have great places to take pictures, the ponds/waterfall are interesting as well - I could go on and on. It has great scenery for all your pictures to where you could run out of time taking pictures alone. The guests love it too because it is so beautiful and has all the different areas to explore. The venue offers a variety of choices if you want to get married inside or outside and even where you want to be outside. It is a drive from Austin proper but we believe it was worth it. It just has so much to offer that we couldn't think of a better place to get married. Everyone loved it.
Second the staff is excellent to work worth. Jennifer arranges the contracts and bridal portraits and was always on top of things and responsive to emails or phone calls. Ms. Chris helped with organizing everything for the wedding and was there the night of. She kept everything on track when we got a little off our schedule with pictures, she helped set up and take down decor, offered great suggestions and even answered questions that were not specific for the venue but more general wedding questions. She also was very on top of any question I had and sometimes would even respond on her day off. Maria also helped the day/night of the wedding and was excellent as well. Anything I needed she would get or find for me. To top it all off not only were they all extremely professional, they were the nicest people and one of the best experiences of wedding planning.

Villa Antonia was the perfect venue for our wedding! We had a smaller wedding (about 50 guests), and VA was just the right size so that everything felt intimate without being too squeezed in. The views were amazing and the venue itself is just gorgeous. It's like having your own Italian villa for the day and it feels like you've been transported to Tuscany! We even had a couple of guests from Italy and they were impressed with the place, so you know it's legit. The wedding coordinators, Ms. Chris and Maria were awesome - they went above and beyond our expectations and made sure that everything was taken care of. The venue is a bit far from Austin, but it's totally worth it because of the views and the ambiance. So don't hesitate to book Villa Antonia for your event - we highly recommend it!

There are not enough words to describe this venue!! It is beautiful and accomodating and just the best place in Austin to get married!! Chris at Villa Antonia and Maria were just simply amazing. Villa Antonia was absolutely beautiful! The venue truly exceeded our expectations. The Villa and scenery were stunning and provided the perfect setting for a storybook wedding.
It was difficult planning a wedding while living out of state, however, Kathie provided us with great advice and were so helpful in the planning of the big day.

Beautiful venue. Very dependable and it takes so much weight off of the family! They do all that they say they will do. They provide 2 planners who were so kind, helpful, patient, and calm on the wedding day!!! They did over and above what I thought that they would do. I cannot say enough good about this venue!!! All of our guests LOVED it here and could not stop talking about how beautiful it is. RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!!!! I would also recommend only using their suggested vendors.

This venue was wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better place to get married. The staff was welcoming, detail oriented, and truly great to work with. The venue and views are breathtaking along with not having to worry about anything the day of the wedding. The staff went out of their way to make it the best day possible.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue. Being at Villa Antonia makes you forget that you're just a few minutes outside Austin, TX; you feel as if you're in another country. It is an absolutely beautiful venue and I'm so very thankful that we chose it.

If there was one word that I could choose to describe how I felt about our wedding as my husband and I were leaving Villa Antonia it would be, "breathtaking." This was such an amazing venue and what made it a memorable experience and an amazing day was Shelley. She has a great heart and really knows what the job entails with being a wedding coordinator and goes above and beyond to make things run smoothly as well as make sure that everything is taken care of. I had to plan most of my wedding from another state since I was in medical school and I can't tell you how accommodating Shelley was to work with and how much effort she put in to keep me stress free and put all my trust in her. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to work with and wish I could do all my future events with her.
After the wedding I can't tell you how many compliments were given about the facility, photography, food, and just how beautiful the scenery was. Especially at night with the stars and beautiful lights, just makes everything so perfect.
Villa Antonia also has a great recommendation list for other vendors and I have to thank: Austin Catering, Floral Fetish Carrie Beamer, Cakes by Kathy, The Grooves, Lake Austin Strings, April Skinner for hair, and Patrick Motola for my amazing photography!! They all seemed to work so well together and put on what some of my family calls “the wedding of the year” for our friends and family.
Thank you to everyone, especially Shelley, at Villa Antonia for all your work for making my husband and I experience one of the best days of our lives that we will cherish forever.

Shelley, at Villa Antonia, was invaluable help to us on our daughter's wedding day. She is very sweet, helpful, and accommodating and bends over backward to make sure everything goes smoothly. When a decoration can't be found or the placecard set-up is missing, she calmly goes to work and somehow figures out an alternate plan. She also keeps the night on schedule and makes sure all of the important players are where they need to be. Shelley is a delight to work with and is a wonderful addition to Villa Antonia. (Her boyfriend is very helpful, too!)

Okay, well I'll be honest, when me and my fiancé, now husband were looking for a place to get married, I went out to Villa Antonia and fell in LOVE with the venue!! It was breathtaking!!! I live in Dallas, so I like everyone else went and read reviews about Villa Antonia, which were not very good. However, we chose to have our wedding there any way despite what we read....and let me tell you....it was AMAZING!!! I actually had a issue with my florist not showing up and Shelly the new wedding coordinator bent over backwards to help set up, order me new flowers, and make sure that my wedding went off perfectly!!! She and Maria were absolutely the best!!! Luckily my flowers showed up but Shelly and Maria had to place all the flowers and in a short amount of time. Everything turned out great and largely in thanks to the staff at Villa Antonia! If you are wavering at all about having your wedding there due to reviews, please do not! You'd be making a huge mistake! It is by far the most beautiful venue I've ever seen and the staff is AWESOME!!!

Our wedding ran so smooth thanks to Michaja and her assistant, they are wonderful! Most of our family and friends are from Houston and they could not stop raving about how beautiful & romantic this venue is. Michaja and her assistant were so helpful during the entire weekend; from rehearsal to the day-of, they made sure my groom and I were well taken care of. Even making sure we ate! Cannot say enough good things about this venue. We fell in love with the pictures on the website at first sight. We had our ceremony in the chapel and reception in the main house. Though you can opt to have your ceremony outside, we just did not want to rely on the weather, so we chose the chapel. I do not regret choosing the chapel! It was intimate, romantic---just what we had wished for. The photos turned out beautiful and this venue is every photographer's dream! You can't go wrong with this place, well worth it!

Aside from providing the most beautiful views of the rolling hills of Austin, Villa Antonia itself is absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere created at this venue is one of beauty and elegance. It offers amazing ceremony and reception options, indoor and outdoor. In addition, the day of services provided by Villa's manager, Michaja, exceeded my expectations. We opted for an outdoor ceremony and reception. A freak, 30 minute monsoon rushed in just before my ceremony, wiping out my hopes for a ceremony overlooking the hills and most of my centerpieces. Villa rushed to action immediately, carefully making sure to leave the decisions to me, and quickly moved everything, including my guests, indoors. They salvaged what they could and set up tables for everyone inside. They were amazing! I literally felt no stress through the chaos, because they handled everything so swiftly and smoothly. I still had the fairytale wedding that I always hoped for. Without Michaja's help, it would have been a disaster. Because of her, my wedding day was perfect!

Beautiful venue, professional service, awesome people! We had so many compliments from our guests about this fabulous place! Michaja, the wedding coordinator at the Villa was available anytime I needed her for anything both months before and during our wedding. It was like having a fairy godmother! She made us feel so taken care of and confident that everything would go smoothly - and it really couldn't have been any better.

I cannot say enough about Villa Antonia and Michaja, the coordinator. It's stunningly beautiful there with so many options for setting up the ceremony and reception.
Thanks to the weather day of, we had to make some last minute changes to our plans (dinner was supposed to be held outside, but it was turning out to be a bit too chilly). When I arrived at the venue, the staff met me and gave me a list of options. Based on their recommendations, I decided to have the dinner tables moved inside into the ballroom/chapel, where the dancing was already planned to be held. This arrangement ended up working fantastically, and they took care of everything to make sure the new arrangement was set up correctly. It was completely stress-free for me, and it looked so beautiful!
And I have to rave about Michaja. She was on top of absolutely everything, and made sure everything happened when it was supposed to, and that everyone was where they were supposed to be. Everything ran like clockwork, not a single snafu! In addition to preparing our plates for dinner and bringing them to our table, she also went to the trouble of doing this for my grandparents (who aren't so mobile). They really, really appreciated this!
