AMAZING experience

Viennas Transport was an absolute dream to work with! We had two buses that brought our guests from the hotel block to the venue, and back. Drivers were so nice, let us have the aux cord for the bridal party’s ride to the venue! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish.

Amazing to work with!

I found this company after getting many quotes from big bus companies with pushy sales tactics and a bunch of wedding shuttle companies. Dianna was wonderful to work with and the drivers were so professional, sweet and attentive. The wedding was in a rural area near Frederick and they even checked it out ahead to make sure the buses could navigate. The price was such a good value and the buses were spotless, new looking and had AC and heat if needed. I cannot say enough good things about the company! So glad to have found them!

Professional and Reliable Shuttle Service

We used Viennas for our wedding shuttle services for over 100 guests and could not be happier. Transportation is an infamously hard aspect of wedding planning to get right and Viennas did an excellent job of providing recommendations on timing, number of buses needed, and the most efficient way to get people from point A to B. The drivers were also very skilled at navigating the narrow streets of Annapolis for the afterparty drop-on, and could not have been nicer people. Cannot ask for more than easy planning, on time buses, and amazing drivers - highly recommend Viennas Transportation!

Amazing Experience

My experience with Viennas Transportation was absolutely amazing. When I initially contacted Viennas Transportation I spoke with Diana who was great to work with. She was very responsive and took the time to work with me to accomplish my desired travel plans.

We also had a great bus driver (Lee). He made sure everyone was on the bus before departure, drove safely, got everyone where they needed to be timely, and had an awesome personality.

I highly recommend Viennas Transportation. A family run company that truly cares about their clients and their experience!

Amazing service for our wedding!

We cannot thank Diana and the rest of the Viennas Transportation team enough for their excellent service during our wedding on 4/25/24. Drivers Lee and Javion were timely, courteous, flexible, and even ended up staying later than expected to accommodate our guests (200 person wedding!) without any issue but a big smile on their faces. Diana was always responsive, extremely kind and enthusiastic to work with us. Their price is unbeatable for their service, would recommend to anyone needing a shuttle service for their wedding.

Excellent Service

Diana was extremely responsive via email. The day of the bus was punctual. Do yourself a favor and provide a transportation service for you and your guests. It creates a safer environment for people to let loose and have fun without worrying about how they are getting home.

Great value and service

We needed transportation from the hotel to our venue for a lot of family members that were traveling from out of town. Our driver Sylvia was amazing! She helped everyone on and off the bus, prompt for pick up times, and worked with a smile! Compared to other companies in the area for these services, you are definitely getting a deal!!

Perfect Wedding Shuttles!

Viennas was awesome for our wedding in June! They were very affordable, communicated with us promptly and efficiently, and provided expert advice when we were trying to decide on our bus routes. The busses themselves were also really cool and fit our industrial vibe well. Shout out to Diana and Viennas for being such a wonderful part of our big day!

Great Wedding Transportation!

Very reasonable pricing for amazing service! Diana is so friendly and so flexible and responsive. On the day of our wedding, our driver was running just a bit late because of road work and construction blocking the way, and the driver was very open and quickly communicated with our wedding planner. Very professional and great for our guests!

Professional & Affordable

We hired two buses from Vienna's for our wedding to shuttle our guests between the hotel, ceremony, and venue. When getting quotes from different companies, Vienna's was very affordable and Diana was so helpful with providing quotes and walking me through the process. The planning process was smooth, and the drivers did a great job the day of. Our wedding was the same day as the Baltimore Marathon and right in the city, so traffic was crazy, but they did a great job keeping everything running as smoothly and punctually as they could.

Viennas Transportation provided wonderful transportation services for our wedding. The school busses were such a fun way for our guests to be transported to and from the wedding venue, they loved it! We rented two Viennas school buses for our daughter's cinco de mayo 2018 wedding taking guests from Harbor East to the church in Catonsville and then to the Howard County Conservancy. Every aspect of our experience with Viennas was professional and friendly. It was also the most economical and FUN choice for transporting 88 out of town guests. Special shout out to bus driver Jackie! Highly recommend!!!!!

Our guests were commenting to us after the wedding that they loved the bus to and from the wedding. I mean, when was the last time wedding guests made a point to say that the bus ride to the wedding was really great? We really appreciate that Vienna's went the extra mile and made even that little bit of our wedding really special. They're really great to deal with and very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a good school bus for a wedding or any other event.

We used Vienna just 2 days ago for our wedding and would definitely use them again! Diana was so friendly and easy to work with. She was always quick to get back to me, explained everything thoroughly, and was really accommodating with last minute changes. The bus was clean. And Jackie was a great driver -- funny, helpful, punctual, easy-going. The company got the groom and his men to the site in good time, picked up our guests at the hotel and then got everyone back again when the evening was over. All in all, Vienna made our evening easy! I'll call them for the next one!

We used Viennas to transport our wedding party and guests from two hotels to our venue and then back. They were very affordable and very easy to work with. Our drivers arrived on time, were very nice and accommodating. The buses were clean and comfortable; thankfully they were also air conditioned on our hot summer day. They're highly recommended.

Vienna's provided our transportation from our hotel accommodations to our venue and back on our wedding day. After doing some researching on transportation options, it was clear that Vienna's was by far the best value for the service they provided. They were easy to work with and book and very affordable. They were also very flexible and the drivers were kind, attentive, and accommodating and got our guests to and from our venue safely. They even drove my husband and I for our departure. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, reliable, and cost effective form of transportation on their wedding day.

We used Viennas Transportation for our Eastern Shore wedding in Sept 2016. They were so accommodating while planning the transportation, which was pretty complicated. We had guests at 2 hotels and a vacation home about 45 minutes away. I would recommend Viennas for a wedding! Could not have been happier to have them transporting our guests and our guests were very happy with the service.

I used two busses from Viennas Transportation for my 9/24/16 wedding. All of our guests were from out of town (and thus we had over 50 rooms booked at our wedding hotel) so we knew we needed to provide transportation to our venue. I looked at tons of options, but Viennas offered the most seating for the least amount of money. Plus, I kind of always liked the idea of my guests riding school busses to my rustic venue (it's so unique!). They were fantastic to work with! Diana was extremely helpful and flexible in helping me figure out the timing for the shuttles so that we could transport the groomsmen and bridesmaids separately to the venue and then return back to get two bus loads of guests. She then helped me figure out how to transport all of those guests back to the venue at the end of the night. The busses were on time and my guests and other wedding vendors had nothing but good things to say about Diana and Jim.

We loved working with Vienna's transportation! They were responsive, accommodating and reliable. We used them for our guest transportation and were able to get the buses that were air conditioned that was a huge plus because we got married on a 93 degree day in September. Every question and request that I had, they got back to me quickly and were able to accommodate everything I asked for. I would definitely recommend using them and already have told my engaged friends about them!

We had a great experience with this transportation company. I initially thought planning transportation for our hotel guests was going to be a pain but it was very easy thanks to Vienna's being so flexible and available every time I had questions. They were very prepared and on time. This was so worth it too! Our guests loved the convenience. We all had a blast on the bus on the way back to the hotel after the wedding, and the driver was excellent!

Viennas shuttle service was absolutely amazing. They were on time and friendly. The bus was clean and the driver was so nice. Our crowd was rowdy after the wedding and moving slow because no one wanted to leave the reception and he was patient throughout it all. Vienna’s Transportation, Inc.: My husband and I hired Vienna’s Transportation for our wedding day, for transporting the wedding party and our guests to/from hotels and the wedding venue. We rented 2 school busses, which were very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The service was timely and convenient, and the price was very reasonable. We were really happy with them and were very glad we decided to go with busses vs. a ‘fancier’ type of transportation. They got all of us where we had to be with very little wait time, if any. At the end of the night they even allowed us to load the back of the last bus with décor and ceremony items to take from the venue back to the hotel. This bus service is a wonderful value. We used them to transport the bridal party to the venue and then they brought guests from the hotel to the wedding. After the reception, some of the guests wanted to continue to party so the bus took them to downtown Baltimore. The bus driver, Janice was wonderful. She was on time and got us to where we needed to be on time. She was pleasant and conscientious. The young people on the bus gave her high praise for her friendliness and affability. She even called me to let me know that the 20 wild and crazy young people, including my daughter and her new husband, arrived safely at their destination. They may be "adults" but we never stop worrying about them and Janice provided the comfort we needed.
Thank you again for providing safe transportation for my daughter's wedding party and friends.

Guys! If I learned one thing from our wedding, it is this: If you are thinking about spending thousands and thousands of your hard-earned dollars on overly fancy charter coaches - DO NOT DO IT! It is a huge waste of money and your guests will find school buses to be utterly charming. Viennas Transportation provided buses to and from our wedding in May and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our wedding site was in a state park, and a little hard to get to, but the drivers all made it there promptly and without any trouble. (The owner even told me they ran practice runs in the days leading up to our event!) Jim and Diana were pleasant and professional in all of our communications -- just the right amount of checking in and confirmation to make us feel like everything was 100% under control. We learned later that one of the drivers even made an extra stop on the way home to prevent some of our guests from getting caught in the rain. Viennas was unbeatable on price and they even let us provide music for our guests to enjoy during the ride. I was so happy we found them, and in the months since our wedding two of my friends have hired them (at our recommendation) and loved them just as much as we did. Thank you, Jim and Diana!

Viennas provided shuttle bus service for our wedding reception and rehearsal dinner. We had guests staying at two different hotels and more guests to shuttle than could fit in a single bus. Despite these complications the shuttle service went very smoothly. We were originally working with another company but their lack of organization and communication made us very uncomfortable, so we reached out to Viennas. Viennas was a huge relief, they were extremely communicative and worked well with us to plan out a detailed shuttle schedule that made sure everyone would get to our events on time. The drivers were efficient and were easy to work with when I contacted them on the days of our events. To top it off, they were less expensive than the first company we worked with. We highly recommend them.

We got married in a neighboring state, so a lot of our guests were staying in a hotel. We wanted to provide transportation so we could have peace of mind about guests not drinking and driving. Let me tell you, people love this! It doesn't matter if it's a bus, a limo, a boat, if you are giving people the ability to not drive, you are awesome. Not to mention, this bus was super spacious with high ceilings, so it did not feel like an uncomfortable school bus of our youth. The driver was SUPER nice. We provided a CD for music to be played on the bus which he did. He was really friendly to everyone. Also, it was very easy to communicate with Diana through email when we were researching shuttle options. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with Vienna's Transportation was beyond all of my expectations! From the very beginning, Diana was incredibly responsive and patient with me and all of my changes with regards to our shuttle schedule to and from 2 hotels and our wedding venue (the Maryland Zoo).

Our bus driver, Roger was absolutely incredible! My friend who I had designated my "bus captain" told me he couldn't have done a better job! Our guests loved the shuttle experience and the wonderful customer service they received. I HIGHLY recommend Vienna's Transportation!

We used viennas for transport between harbor east and the Maryland zoo for a wedding. Our driver Renalda (Nay) was awesome! From booking to day of the event viennas was prepared and excellent to work with. Highly recommended

Viennas Transportation was absolutely wonderful. We hired two school buses to shuttle about 120 out-of-town guests to/from our hotel to our ceremony/reception site at Hunt Valley Golf Club. Working with Jim and Diana was very easy and stress-free, and they were super responsive via email and phone to any questions or concerns I had leading up to our big day. Although my husband and I had alternative means of transportation for the two of us, our guests told us nothing but great things about the service both drivers provided that day, and everyone arrived safely and on time for our ceremony. I would definitely recommend Viennas Transportation to future brides looking for a means of affordable transportation for their wedding guests.

I used Viennas Transportation to provide shuttle service from our hotel block to both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. Dianna Viennas was very friendly and easy to communicate with when setting up the service. Their pricing is more than fair, and they were able to accommodate the itinerary that I had in mind. The shuttle drivers each night were professional and courteous to our guests. They also stuck to the schedule perfectly. Our guests really appreciated the safe rides back and forth during the weekend. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in Baltimore region.

Vienna's Transportation was great! We booked them to take guests from a hotel in Columbia to our wedding venue (also in Columbia). Booking with Diana was really easy -- she was very responsive over email. The driver (Nay) was on time and so sweet. Also, the bus was clean and comfortable. It was such a relief to have a ride back to the hotel for everyone, so that no one drank and drove -- Vienna's was definitely worth the (totally reasonable) price.

After searching without luck for a shuttle service for our wedding, a friend of mine recommended Viennas Transportation. I was immediately relieved the minute I got on the phone with Diana. She was very friendly and exceedingly helpful. They initially only had one bus available for our date but she went out of her way to rearrange their resources to provide us with a second bus. Our wedding guests had a wonderful experience to and from our venue. The buses arrived right on time and did not get lost, even thought our venue is hard to spot! Our drivers, Roger and Barb, were laid back and professional. They went out of their way to offer us their heartfelt congratulations. I highly recommend using Veinnas Transportation for any of your shuttle needs.

Working with Jim and Diana was an absolute pleasure! They were so incredibly kind and accommodating. Leading up to our big day they made sure to check-in with us on all the details. We had two buses transporting guests from three different locations so there was a lot to coordinate - Viennas Transportation didn't miss a beat! Their drivers are courteous and professional. When I first spoke to them on the phone I was relieved to know that we had picked a vendor who was so friendly. Diana was always so kind and took great care of us - so much so that I even hired Viennas for my bachelorette party! We booked Viennas Transportation for my August Wedding in Havre de Grace and it was a pleasure to work with this company. Many of my friends told me that scheduling transportation was one of their most frustrating experiences in wedding planning and I am happy to say that I did not feel that because I went with Viennas. Diana emailed and called me promptly, so I felt very confident that she knew exactly what was going to happen on the big day. I booked 1 bus through Viennas and they made 2 trips to get guests from the hotel to the reception and back again at the end of the night . This was very important because with 180 people, I knew I needed to have a full on bus. Guests were relaxed and happy that there was transportation provided, so they could drink safely at the reception. Our driver hit every time mark to the minute and was very kind to my guests. I would highly recommend this company.

We used Viennas Transportation after our originally planned transportation bailed the week prior to our wedding date. I reached out to Viennas Transportation late at night on a week day not expecting an answer until the following day. I was very surprised and relieved to hear back from them the same night stating they had availability. I received the quote the following day which was less than the first place quoted and booked immediately. The sales person, Diana, is super nice and prompt with responding. The school bus was a hit with all of our guests and the driver was prompt and curteous. Everyone we dealt with was awesome. The bus was spotless and air conditioned as promised. I will definitely use them again for an event requiring transportation. I have already referred them to two friends!

I live in upstate New York and my son got married in Darlington MD. I needed to shuttle over 80 people from the hotel to the wedding venue. Vienna exceeded my expectations in both professionalism and kindness in transporting the guest. The driver "Roger" was the BEST! He certainly rocked the bus and my guest loved him!!!!!

I would 110% recommend Vienna Transportation for anyone that needs high level service at affordable pricing.

Viennas Transportation provided a great service for us and our guests for our wedding. We hired 2 shuttles to pick up our guests from the hotel to take to the venue and back to the hotel after the wedding was over. The busses showed up on time, were clean and efficient, Both bus drivers were very nice as well. Dianna Viennas was quite responsive via phone/email. They did a great job shuttling guests back and forth from hotel to ceremony/reception! We did two trips each way and many people took the bus. Working with Diana at Viennas transportation for my July 2015 wedding was a pleasure. She was responsive, flexible when I had to change my route and overall extremely professional. The driver was very polite and professional--although we did not take the bus back at the end of the night, he waited to get confirmation that my husband and I were not riding with him before leaving. The bus itself, according to all my guests, was clean, new and extremely comfortable. I had done a lot of research to find a company that provided both good value as well as reliability and professionalism--Viennas is that company. We hired Viennas for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony/reception in Baltimore, MD. Diana was a pleasure to work with from our first phone call and all the way through the wedding weekend. She's a true professional, quick to respond to phone calls and emails. Jim and Diana were absolutely wonderful to work with. We hired them for transportation for my guests to and from venue and hotel in a school bus. My guests enjoyed the idea of the school bus bc it felt very nostalgic and fun (and very affordable for us). I didn't have any issues on the day of, they were very friendly and prompt. Also during the planning stages I had made a couple changes with timing and guest count and Jim and Diana were very quick to email me back and super helpful with advice with any changes that were made. I would totally recommend them and will use them in the future for any other events we may have.

Vienna's Transportation provided outstanding service! Diana could not have been more helpful in making the arrangements for 150 plus guests to be shuttled between two points. The value was excellent! The drivers were responsible, courteous, and appreciated by guests of all ages. In fact, the mother of a four-year-old guest wrote this: "Our daughter was a little worn out after the wedding today. She enjoyed the end when it was 'raining bubbles', the Magic show was fun and the VIP toddler section was the place to be. But by far her favorite part was the bus ride in and back. My wedding guests loved having the school bus take them to and from the hotel! I was worried about traffic due to the busy weekend in Annapolis but the bus was at the hotel early and had all the guests at the wedding venue right on schedule. The bus was also on time for the trip back with the driver standing outside the bus to greet everyone. They were also very quick to respond to emails and calls prior to the event to put my mind at ease. I went with Viennas Transportation because they were the best value I could find but they were also the best at communicating with me.

We needed a bus to transport guests from the hotel to the venue, and Jim Viennas was fantastic! At first we were very reluctant to go with a school bus, fearing the seats wouldn't provide any leg room. But his buses are the new ones, I'm 6'2" and my knees didn't touch the seat in front, and I sat very comfortably. The bus was also clean and spotless, and the driver will play any CDs you provide him. Jim was very nice and flexible, and his driver was super pleasant too! All in all, we would definitely hire them again and recommend them to everybody. My wife and I rode the bus back to the hotel, so trying it out ourselves we were extremely satisfied!

We heard lot of people have issues with the transportation vendors, but Viennas is very reliable and Jim took care of us. Absolutely no complaints and we wouldn't change anything! Our wedding was in early May, and we booked him in late January.

We used Viennas Transportation for our wedding in Baltimore, MD. We looked at several transportation options - you're not going to get a better deal than this. The buses were immaculate, air conditioned, and comfortable. The people and drivers at Viennas Transportation are courteous, responsive, and very professional. Most importantly, they were RELIABLE. The buses were staged a few minutes early at our hotel before going to the venue, with air conditioning running, so they were cool for guests. The drivers were also very patient with drunk guests at our midnight pick-up, even accommodating their request to blast music all the way back to the hotel :)

We hired Viennas Transportation for our rehearsal dinner and wedding in downtown Baltimore.

We were able to communicate directly with Jim about our schedule and he even accommodated last minute changes the day before the rehearsal dinner. On the day of, our rehearsal dinner bus arrived early and was clean and new. Jim and his sons were there to greet us and help guests board the buses. It was fun to relive the experience of a school bus, our guests loved it! We even had a minor technical difficulty where we wanted to play a CD on the bus, but it didn't work. We didn't think much of it, but after dinner Jim let us know that he had replaced his CD player for several others without success--turns out that the CD wasn't burned correctly! Talk about going the extra mile.

On the day of our wedding Baltimore got 8 inches of snow!! Jim was in constant contact with my husband assuring him that he was slowly making his way on 695. The buses arrived EARLY and were able to shuttle our guests without any problems to our fells point venue. At the end of the night the buses were ready and waiting to shuttle our guests back from the venue. Jim made us feel like a priority and assured us that no inclement weather was going to dampen our special day.

We would highly suggest Viennas Transportation, Inc. if you're looking for a family-run, small business transportation company. Thanks for making our day feel effortless!

I used Viennas for my wedding back in March of 2015 and they were exceptional to work with. Their pricing was better than any other service in the area and the customer service was fantastic. From the start of the process to the very end, the staff was extremely responsive and had a very personal touch; a trait that is difficult to find in the larger transportation companies. Jim was fantastic to work with. We used his services to get our guest around Baltimore. We had a gap between our ceremony and reception. We used his services to pick guest up from the hotel, take them to the church, pick them up from the church, drop them back off to the hotel, then pick our guest back up from the hotel to take them to the reception, and at the end of the night he picked the guest up and took those who wanted to go to the after party to the after party and those who wanted to go to the hotel back to the hotel. Everyone loved the school bus idea, and said he was great. He was very responsive while trying to book. We are so happy we went with his services, compared to others prices we couldn't beat what he had to offer. I would recommend Vienna's transportation services to anyone.

We offered a shuttle for our guests to/from the hotel and reception at the Maryland Zoo. Most people don't think about school buses as wedding guest shuttle, but it worked! Our guests were happy to have a safe ride and not have to worry about drinking and driving. Jim Viennas was great to work with. He was very responsive and flexible. We had guests staying at two different hotels and Jim worked on a schedule with me to make sure the shuttle stopped at both places. Also, this is an amazing value compared to other 'fancy' transportation services. The bus fits about 45 people, so this is a great way to transport a bunch of people at a good cost. The bus was very clean, and the driver was friendly. Definitely recommended.

The bus that was provided to me and my guests was extremely clean and well-kept. Their driver was professional, helpful and most importantly, on time. I spoke with the company owner when I booked the job, and he was very professional and accommodating to my needs for my special day. The rate I was given was very reasonable and acceptable. I used Viennas transportation to provide a shuttle for my guest between our hotel and our wedding venue near Columbia, MD. The bus was also clean... a lot nicer than the school buses I grew up with! I would definitely recommend Viennas buses for your wedding event! Vienna’s Transportation made planning our wedding day transportation so simple! I was easily able to get in touch with Diana Viennas, the main contact of the company. She responded quickly to my emails as well as emails from my wedding planner. The pricing is very fair compared to other transportation options available. I loved having the school bus for our wedding day transportation because I am a school teacher. I liked the nod to my profession. Also, the buses were immaculately clean! We took wedding photos with our bridal party in front of the buses before the wedding. It made for a really cute photo op! The drivers the day of the wedding were fantastic and we didn’t have any issues with guest pick-ups. We had our guests picked up from two different hotels in Harbor East (a very tight area) and didn’t have any problems at all! Overall, I would definitely recommend Vienna’s Transportation to anyone for any occasion!
