    Amazing amazing amazing videographer

    I have nothing but praise for Iheny!! She was AMAZING during our wedding! They went above and beyond to not only get the most perfect shot but also to make us feel comfortable on our wedding day. Iheny was not only our videographer, she was also basically a pseudo bridesmaid. She was so supportive on our wedding day and went above and beyond. She is not only an amazing videographer, she is a kind and wonderful person as well! Would recommend!!

    Shaimaa is AMAZING! She knows exactly how to direct you and your spouse to pose--I didn't even know my husband and I could take photos like that! The pictures she took, whether for the engagement shoot or wedding, look like they could be in a magazine!! I love that the style of photos she uses is super bright--the pictures look so very vibrant. There was a specific picture in which was taken in FULL light of my husband kissing my forehead in which she darkened the photo through editing to show only our silhouettes--it made for a dramatic, romantic photo that really proves how talented she is! She worked alone yet she did a fantastic job of capturing every single detail during my wedding and looking back at the pictures makes me relive the moment which is truly what a bride and groom looks for when searching for a photographer. She has great action shots, as well! Shaimaa as a person is so friendly and kind which makes you feel very comfortable in front of the camera, which, I realized, is really important during a photoshoot as we were kind of camera-shy! Overall, I have and would recommend her for engagement and wedding photography, or any kind of photoshoot for that matter! You won't be disappointed!! Not to mention, she works around your budget! Another thing that stood out to me is that in less than 24 hours of your photoshoot or event, she sends you sneak peaks!!!! Like I said, she is amazing! Book her with no hesitation!

    This duo is just so amazing! Shaimaa's photos always turn out so beautiful, and her attention to detail and ability to capture such unique and special moments really sets her apart from others. ?? I definitely recommend!

    Words can't describe the overwhelming feeling of satisfaction I feel! Iheny is professional and extremely talented. She has such a great personality that she fit right in with us yet maintained professionalism. I forgot she wasn't one of the girls! Her creative capability elevated our video and still images to a different level! It was easy to build a rapport with her and I trusted her and her directions in regards to posing. She is so good that our photographers allowed her to take the lead. I'm forever grateful for the manner in which she captured our big day. I'm also forever thankful that we found her on Thumbtack. My first time using this site was a success and that's an understatement! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Iheny! Words can't express the joy I feel in my heart from the service and product you provided us with!

    Love this duo!!

    I had the opportunity to work with Iheny and she was absolutely amazing to work with!

    She was proactive before our wedding day and made sure to obtain all information necessary to making the day go smoothly.

    On the wedding day, she was constantly running around trying to get the best shot! A couple of my guests commented that they barely noticed her -- except she was always there! She was unintrusive yet always present-- a perfect combo for a videographer, I think!

    She just sent us our teaser video (which a quick turnaround, I might add), and it's amazing! She has such an artistic eye! The shots have interesting angles and the transitions are smooth.

    I sincerely can't recommend her enough! She really is awesome!

    I'm so glad I found Iheny to do photos/videos for my wedding!! She was very professional and very kind to us throughout the planning process, on our special day, and even afterwards. She is very creative and has a good eye which is necessary when it comes photography and videography. I am very pleased with my pictures and videos, I will cherish these items for a lifetime.

    I had the most amazing experience with Shaimaa Photography. She did such an amazing job at my wedding events and was so patient with me. Even when things went over time she stayed and was so kind about it. She captured the most precious and cherished moments of my wedding, I was blown away by them. Her direction with poseing was so helpful because I had no idea what to do with myself lol! I have suggested her to all my family and friends and I look forward to hiring her for future events as well! Truly talented individual and you can tell she LOVES her job. Thank you so much Shaimaa!

    Iheny did my sister's wedding and both she and Shaimaa were great to work with! Photos and video were magical, and so worth the price! They are better than the high-end photo/video company I used for my own wedding (1Cinema/A&A) which charged so much more and gave me worse quality photos (video from 1Cinema/A&A was okay). They are also very affordable (~$2k total for photo/video package) and get you the photos/videos pretty soon after (video took a little longer but that was expected). Overall would highly suggest working with them!

    Very unprofessional

    I know that COVID has brought up the worst in many people, but I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. I had to postpone my wedding due to my family not being able to travel to the US after the new COVID strain in December 2020. She initially promised that we could postpone the date to a later time and did not specify that we need to do it within a certain timeframe. When asked about this later, she said that she couldn’t do anything, and did not accept any refunds, pointing to an ambiguous sentence in the contract. She expected us to give her a date at that time when nobody knew where the travel restrictions were going. I know she runs a business, but I expect some values and principle when the whole world was dealing with something very unexpected. It was very frustrating and I definitely do not recommend her for anybody.
