Absolutely perfect.
Picking Alan was the best choice I’ve made. My video and even sneak peak video was more then perfect! Something I can now cherish for the rest of my life. All day he was on his toes, making sure he captured every moment possible and he did! I saw things in my video that I didn’t get a chance to even see the day of my wedding since I was so busy! And that means a lot to me! Alan was the best and I promise if you pick him to you won’t be disappointed! He also offers live streaming now!! -

Wonderful videographer
Alan went above and beyond on our wedding day! We were more than pleased that we hired him as our videographer. He was so friendly and pleasant to work with leading up to the wedding, on the wedding day, and the days that followed. We received our highlight video and our full video in less than 1 month! Love having a video to relive our day
I searched for so long to find a videographer that was in our budget and provided a highlight video plus a full video of the entire day. It was really important to us to have the entire ceremony recorded and I was really surprised not many videographers offer that, unless you want to pay a lot extra for it. I was so happy Alan's packages were what we were looking for! He was even able to livestream our ceremony for people that couldn't travel, like my husband's grandmother, which was so much better than just FaceTiming her. He was always very responsive and was a lot of fun to have with us all day. He got some great footage and having things like our first dance, our parent dances, both of our parents dancing together, and the speeches means so much to us! He sent us our highlight video about a month after the wedding which we can't stop watching, and our full video a week later. He even sent us some photos he took too which I love and we weren't expecting! -

Amazing Video and Live Streaming Services!
Alan was wonderful to work with. We got married on May 1st 2021 after delaying our wedding for one year due to the Covid Pandemic. We significantly cut the size of our wedding to be a safe as possible and that resulted in us wanted to live stream the ceremony for our extended friends and family. We spoke with Alan and right away we could tell he was on top of it. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. The sound came through great even with an outdoor wedding with some wind. Alan was very nice and very easy to work with. We also asked him to produce a video which included our ceremony, the cocktail hour, and our first dance. We LOVE the video! He did a wonderful job. We highly recommend him! -

Alan at VideoGems is outstanding at live-streaming on zoom and covering extra footage throughout the event.
After interviewing many videographers, we felt confident that Alan had the personality, expertise, and flexibility to zoom the ceremony and provide videography as needed throughout the event. I could tell from my conversations with Alan that he loved what he does and is dedicated to provide outstanding video coverage. Not only was the zoom flawless, but the video was magical. Alan enthusiastically captured the highlights of the wedding so we can continue to relive one of the best days of our lives. Great videographer and Zoom
Alan at VideoGems Videography was a pleasure to work with - we are so glad we found him. We had our wedding during Covid and initially hired Alan to host our Zoom (I wasn’t into the video at first). Per his recommendation, we ended ended up using him for the video as well and are Soooo happy we did. He went out of his way to interview people for the zoom which virtual guests loved and knew exactly what to do to make sure our video captured our most special moments. We got back the video so fast too. Thanks to Alan, we now have our special day documented for life:) -

The Best Wedding Video Ever!

Best Wedding Video for a Reasonable Price
As soon as my mom finished watching my full length wedding video, she texted me and said "that was the best video. Whatever you paid, it was worth every dime!".
Alan was a true professional. He showed up early, took a bunch of scenery and action shots, and really captured the day. He used a drone to get some scenery pictures and they were great. The entire video was reliving the day.
I also received my video in less than 2 weeks. How awesome!
I would highly recommend Alan and Videogems in a second. He knows what he's doing!

So happy we had VideoGems at our wedding!
Alan, the owner of VideoGems, is amazing! He started out with cool aerial video around our venue early in the day with his drone camera. He then came in to film the girls getting ready, followed us for the entire photo shoot before our ceremony, and stayed filming our reception until it ended at 1130. We received a highlight video featuring all of our favorite moments, and a full length video about 1 hour 20 minutes long. Both videos came out beautifully and caught every moment we were hoping to remember and watch again. I would highly recommend Alan and VideoGems! -

Alan went above and beyond! He captured all the right moments at our June 10, 2017 wedding and I am so so amazed at and grateful for our beautiful wedding feature video and highlight reel. Alan is very personable, easy going, and will tell you how it is. He will not try to sell you on things you don't need. He will work with you and recommend the best package according to what you want and what your budget is. We did the Sapphire Package, which I highly recommend! We ended up with a USB flashdrive containing the 1.5 hour feature video and the wedding highlight video, a second flashdrive containing all of the raw footage, and three DVDs with personalized cases/covers each containing the feature video and highlight video. Alan was almost always quick to respond and explain things to me if I was ever confused about anything. He also went above and beyond when certain flashdrives didn't play on our Sony tv. He ended up looking up the user manual of our TV and found which file type our TV would accept on a USB drive so that he could convert our video files to it. I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. Thank you for capturing our lifelong memory, Alan! -

We were fortunate enough to have Alan, the owner, as our videographer for our wedding. He was great to work with! He was very out of the way, but captured all of the right ceremony and dance floor moments. The highlight reel had our families crying and laughing throughout the span of 9 minutes. When Facebook acquaintances are telling you they cried during your highlight reel, you know you chose the right videographer! We can’t thank Alan enough for his wonderful services and for doing an incredible job of putting together our DVD and highlight reel. You can definitely tell the thought, effort, and time that were put into both of them. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our choice to hire Alan from Videogems to capture our special day. A videographer was a top priority for me to have. Our wedding videography was one of the most important parts of our wedding day and it was important for us to select a videographer that would do an exceptional job and not miss any important details. We are so happy that we hired Alan Paller with VideoGems. We knew from the very beginning that he was the best person to pick. He was very responsive to phone calls and emails for months leading up to the wedding, he answered every question or concern we had and even offered invaluable recommendations based on his experience that helped us so much prior to and on our wedding day. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering questions and offering advice and never once rushed to get off the phone. That really stuck out to me. His prices were extremely reasonable compared to other companies and his work is much better. VideoGems offers packages that not only include a trailer (usually 6 min or longer) but also a full-length DVD and all the raw footage of the day. On our wedding day, not only did Alan show up over an hour early but he made sure he recorded every special moment of our wedding day and he was even there to capture moments that the photographer should have been there to capture. If I was stressed out about a situation, he was there to make a suggestion and try to alleviate the stress. He truly was amazing and we are so happy with his work. We will definitely use Alan again for other special events and also recommend him to everyone we know. If you are on the fence about getting videography, get it. I can’t even begin to tell you how much more meaningful a video is than just photos. Photos are still images. A video captures all the moments of the day (sounds, movement, family/friends talking, music) so that you can relive your special day over and over again. Most of my friends who didn’t do video regret it. Watching someone who has since passed on alive in a video is truly priceless and nothing can replace that, not even photos. -

We are so glad that we hired the services of Alan for the wedding video coverage. He did such a great job in covering the Hindu Ceremony, Baraat and the Reception.
He went over and above when he gave us the highlight of the wedding video in just 4 days as we needed to share it in the follow up reception in India.
As the MOB, I was so rushed during the wedding day but reliving the moments since then by watching the highlights video.
Alan is a true professional and anyone who hires his services will be more than happy. -

Working with Alan was so easy! He was very responsive to our questions when we were interviewing potential videographers to the point where it made hiring him a no brainer. The day of the event went smoothly and the final product is amazing. We are thrilled about the end results of both the preview/highlights video and the full length video!

Alan at Videogems was great to work with, he really impressed me with his knowledge for the proceedings of the day, as far as what to capture and how to capture it. With the package we chose, he shot our wedding in the church, came with the photographer for on-location shots, with a drone which was pretty awesome, and did interviews at the reception along with filming the key points and dancing. The final product was spectacular with the video, I opted for a flash drive with the video and he sent that to me in the mail and he did such a wonderful job on everything. He also dressed professionally and was very respectful during the ceremony itself. I would highly recommend him for any event! Thanks for everything Alan! -

We just got our wedding highlights video from Alan and there is only one word to describe it - AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone tells you that your wedding day goes by in such a blur, and that certainly was the case for me. It was frustrating spending so much time planning our perfect wedding, then being in kind of a sensory overload the day of and feeling like everything is happening so quickly that you can barely even remember it afterwards. I didn't think I needed or wanted wedding videography at first, but hiring Alan as our videographer was one of the best decisions we made by far. I am so, so grateful that we have this video to look back on, and I am not exaggerating when I say that I have already watched our highlights video over 15 times since getting it earlier today! Watching the video is like reliving the day completely, capturing all of the little details and moments that we missed and bringing back all of the emotions of the day. Alan was so stealthy while filming and not in your face at all, and yet he managed to capture EVERYTHING. Our video is all that we ever could have wanted, dreamed about, wished for, and more! Also, we opted for additional drone footage of our wedding, and the results were unlike anything we had seen before, breathtaking and magical. I highly recommend having Alan and VideoGems as your videographer. You won't regret it! -

I booked Alan and VideoGems for my wedding this past June. The video we got a few days ago was absolutely beautiful! I was a little hesitant about getting a videographer initially because of past experiences at other weddings where they were just in the way, but I am so glad I ended up changing my mind. His team was so courteous and listened to all my concerns. I love the end result, and it will be a great way to remember the day (because honestly, the day flies by so quickly). -

Alan from videogems is amazing !!! There was no hassle leading up to the wedding at all. His prices cannot be beat for what you get!!! You didn't even know he was there shooting the whole day!! We got our video back so fast with copies for our parents and we also got a preview to share with everyone online. The final video was beyond anything I could ever had imagine!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VideoGems was a great for us. Alan was a great guy to work with as he worked with me on a special package that accommodated what suited me and the wifey best. The video quality itself was amazing. We chose to go with the 720 over the 1080 and it still looks amazing. the sound is perfect too. He spent all day with us and was exactly where we would have wanted him all the time. I would recommend Alan and VideoGems to anyone. We were on the ropes about having a videographer and we are very happy we went with these guys

We only wanted the church ceremony video-taped and Alan accommodated us. It was exactly what we wanted. Nothing fancy, just capturing our traditional church wedding. Dan was the tech on site and he "miked" the groom and the choir so our vows could be heard as well as the angelic choir. The DVD is perfect, Alan added additional music for the intro and ending, and slight editing made for a beautiful DVD. It was fun to watch our wedding because when you are in it, you miss a lot!! Alan also was fair with the price compared to other videographers we called. Great value for a wonderful memory! Thanks Alan! -

My mother insisted we have a videographer for my wedding and we chose videogems. After going on his website and seeing his work, we had to use him, and I must say we are glad we did. He was down to earth, professional, and very friendly. He answered all of my questions in a reasonable time and responded to text messages immediately. We were on the fence about having a videographer for our wedding --but we are thrilled we decided to have one. Alan did my brothers wedding so had seen his work and loved it.
Alan was incredibly easy to work with and he is a true professional who helped to add suggestions throughout the planning process. He arrived early and was with us the entire day--he worked with our large bridal party and 200 guest reception . I would highly recommend him to any future bride..make the investment and get a video of your day so you can see all of the little moments that you missed but Alan captured. -

All we can saw is WOW! If you are looking for a professional that will capture all of your special moments look no further. Alan was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was responsible, proffesional, and a joy to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better videographer.
When we saw our highlight clip the room was filled with tears, joy and laughter. He was able to capture all the big events without missing out on any of the small details in our wedding.

We could not be more impressed with the quality and packages that VideoGems provided for our wedding. It snowed on our wedding day and Alan was still there on time and got all the best shots of the day! Plus, we had a 20+ person wedding party that he handled efficiently along with the photographer. We chose to use VideoGems based solely on the products we viewed online and reviews on Wedding Wire. We were extremely pleased with the service we received! At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend money on a videographer, but now I am SO glad that we did! Our video captured every aspect of our wedding day and was worth every penny! The video was able to capture words, stories, and moments that photographs just can't convey. It took us a little over two months to get our edited video, and it was well worth the wait! Dan did the filming of our wedding and he did an amazing job! He was very calm, positive, and easy going! He worked really well with our photographer. Alan is a true artist and talented professional. We found him through the web and later had someone recommend him. We checked out his portfolio work and were pleased with what we saw. Alan from VideoGems video'd our wedding and I knew from early that day that the video was going to be good. Everytime something important was happening, I turned around and there was Alan getting the shot.
I told my husband that day.."this guy is amazing!"
I did not realize however how talented he truly is. He captured every important moment and also so many beautiful nuances, that I don't even think of it as a wedding video but more of a mini movie. He was intuitive without being obtrusive and just a genuinely nice person to have at your wedding... I can't say enough.
We laughed hysterically and cried while watching our DVD and i told my husband "I knew it was going to be good... But I didn't know it was going to be great!" The editing is perfect. There is also an element of artistry that you just don' see typically in wedding video. We couldn't be happier. Wish I could say the same about our photographer... (but that's another story)... Thank God Alan was there because he didn't miss a single thing. All of the hard work and $$ you spend on a wedding, you want it documented and you need someone reliable. I highly recommend VideoGems they did an amazing job. We got our video so fast after the wedding we're watching it and we are still tan from the honeymoon! -

Alan's work is amazing. My husband and I were so happy with our wedding video. The video was put together so nicely. I really loved that he didn't do anything too fancy or dramatic and just kept it a simple beautiful documentary of our day. He definitely captured the best moments of the day as well as all the emotions too. And that was exactly what was most important to us. My one recommendation is to let Alan pick the music in your video. He does a great job at choosing songs that match up well to the action scenes. We LOVE our wedding video and thanks to Alan, our memories of our special day will last forever :) -

Alan, the owner was our videographer and he was very pleasant to work with. He saved the day by advising me the groom was walking in the front door when we weren't supposed to be seeing other before the ceremony. So I can't thank him enough for that! We could barely tell he was there during reception & ceremony, not invasive at all. We can't WAIT to see our video!! -

We were still on the fence regarding video up until 2 weeks before the wedding when we reached out to Alan from Videogems. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism, work product and flexibility. He was willing to work within our budget and even offered many \'bonuses\' for our package. He showed up earlier than we contracted for to capture getting ready pictures, our first look and our formals. He was really professional and unobtrusive the whole wedding - there were times I didn\'t realize he was there filming! Ah, and the final product...it is completely amazing. We have a short highlights reel we were able to share with our family and friends! We got some many compliments on the highlight reel and are so happy with how it turned out. My husband and I have already watched our wedding video a bunch of times and love reliving the day over and over again. We are so happy we opted to have video and even happier we booked with Alan! -

I can't tell you how happy I am that I decided to get video of my wedding. Every time I watch it, I get tears in my eyes. I love watching the reactions of the people while we were walking down the aisle...the smiles, the interviews, the dancing, the ceremony.... Videogems did such a great job capturing the moments of our wedding. I highly recommend them. Their attention to detail really sets them apart from the other videographers I interviewed. Our videographer was wonderful. He captured every important moment and we didn't really even notice that he was there. They were really willing to work with us to customize a package to suit our needs. Our video is absolutely wonderful! VideoGems is wonderful! I just got married in September and I had to book the majority of my vendors online because I was getting married out-of-town. The moment I talked with Alan, I knew this was a perfect fit for us! He was very quick to answer my calls/emails and was more than happy to accommodate things that we wanted in our video that may differ from the standard wedding video. VideoGems was so easy and great to work with. We set up a meeting at my apartment where he showed us videos of his previous work and went over the packages with us, one on one. He was always a phone call or email away whenever I had a question, and got back to me very quickly.
The day of the wedding he arrived right on time and went to work! He was by my side the whole time, but never in the way. We almost didn't have a wedding video, and I am so glad we decided last minute to include video, as the live memories that Alan captured will be with us for years to come. Alan was very professional and worked with our schedule and budget to create a video that is amazing and we love to share with our family and friends. He even sent us sample footage ONE day after the wedding, which allowed us to relive the event right away :) Alan was very responsive to our needs, provided great suggestions, and was unobtrusive while filming. Overall video rating was a 3.5/5. The use of the drone was a plus, made the video more dynamic. Consider using less digital transitions (outdated) and try not to spend a lot of video time capturing still poses for photographs. The video medium is for capturing motion, too many awkward video clips of people posing for photos. Bridal party did not appreciate forced poses and chapel song for video. Use a bit more professional grace in future. Ideally would have preferred fly on the wall videography, little to no interference during course of events. -
