This team was amazing! They were so easy to work with and really captured every moment at our wedding. I am eternally grateful to have these photos that will last me a life time, they came out so gorgeous. They were patient and easy to talk to. New image photography was great to work with from the beginning!! They are very professional and have great up beat personality's! Very nice couple! They capture every great moment on your special day! They also work with you to make sure you get any special pictures you would like to take also!!! Can't even begin to say how much I recommend this fabulous husband and wife team. In my line of work as a Wedding Officiant I meet and work with so many photographers but I couldn't be happier that we chose them for my sons wedding. They not only have an incredible eye for amazing photos, but are also extremely friendly, attentive, and organized in all the wedding day chaos. I trust that they captured every special moment.

Couldn't have picked anyone better than Karina & Frank to capture our day, they did an amazing job!! They were so fun to work with and we're great with capturing all of my photo ideas. I hired Frank and Karina to do my bridal portraits and photograph my wedding day. When it came to communicating my wants and ideas they were always very responsive and never said no to any of my ideas. The cost of their packages are amazing for everything you receive, including their superior quality of work. They are extremely prompt with getting back to you and I never felt like I was in the dark about costs, expectations, timelines, or anything like that. They are great at capturing the lighting and moment just right so that your memories are caught beautifully. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great duo of photographers to capture your special day or any event! -

Frank and Karina were so easy to work with and they were extremely flexible and responded quickly throughout the whole process. I had worked with some other vendors who were not so great at commincating with me, so it was a pleasure to work with Frank and Karina because they took care of a lot and relieved much of my stress. They were great about incorporating my ideas into the photos and the photos came out amazing! The quality is amazing and they are great at capturing the natural light to make the pictures look even more flawless. They offer a lot for the extremely reasonable price and they also offer different packages to fot your budget and photography must haves. Frank and Karina are also very sweet and they made me feel comfortable while taking my bridal portraits and wedding photos. Thanks Karina and Frank!! -

Karina and Frank were great to work with! We were on a budget, and they were able to customize a package which fit our needs so that we could have beautiful photos at a very reasonable price. They were very professional the entire way through, from meeting with us to go over their services and contract, to being at the wedding site to do their job. Our wedding photos came out beautiful and I'm glad we went with them for wedding photography. I would definitely recommend them to all other brides who are looking for beautiful wedding photos at a great price. -

Karina and Fransisco were great with my husband and I. We hired them for both, engagement and wedding photos. They make an excellent team. They are very creative with poses, but they also welcome any ideas that you may have and improve them! They were very approachable, made us feel comfortable in all photo sessions, and delivered the finished product in a VERY reasonable timeframe. Our photos turned out BEAUTIFUL! -

WOW! Francisco and Karina did an outstanding job at our wedding! We wanted a professional photographer to capture our day and that is exactly what we got with them! Frank and Karina are amazing at what they do.. they are very creative on poses and looks to have. You can have traditional as well as romantic and fun candid photos. Also their prices and packages are unbeatable and they are extremely fast getting you your cd and prints.. I was blown away to have my wedding album and video just 3 weeks after our wedding!! Every picture is my favorite and our video is amazing I can't believe we get to relive those moments.. you won't be disappointed picking Frank and Karina. We are lucky and blessed to have had our engagement photos wedding photos and video captured by them. We will use for future family and baby bump sessions lol Highly recommend! -

Karina & Francisco were wonderful to work with. Our first meeting with them was full of laughs and smiles! They both had great humor and made the process very smooth. Their online system made it very easy to tell them exactly what we wanted, PLUS we were able to update our information and change our minds about details without having to call or email them constantly. At the wedding, we hardly saw them. They dressed very professionally and were patient with us and our large family. The photos turned out amazing! They really captured the joy on our faces and on the faces of our guests. I could honestly go on and on about how much we love our pictures and how much we loved working with Karina & Francisco. New Image was referred to me by my Sister in-law. Seeing the quality of her photos, I definitely had confidence in their quality. And I was Not disappointed! Words can not express the gratitude we have for Frank and Karina. They are very professional and fun! Frank and Karina were awesome! I found them by luck on wedding wire, I live in the Austin area but were getting married in San Antonio so I took a chance, it was the best decision ever. They were in touch from the moment we booked until the wedding day. They arrived early and really made our day extra special!!! I am not easily impressed, but these two really are awesome! Make sure to book them for your event, I've heard many horror stories about photographers not showing or not getting the shots they want... Choose Frank and Katina to avoid having to tell one of those stories!! -

Karina and Frank were great to work with from the very start. The first time we spoke over the phone, I could tell that it was important to them to find out what I was looking to get out of my wedding pictures. They were always very professional, friendly, and accommodating to any needs that I had. Frank and Karina were AMAZING to work with! They were so professional and detailed in their photography. My wedding day was captured so beautifully, and I will always be grateful to them for that. They took notes a couple months before on which pictures I definitely wanted taken at the wedding so I didn't have to worry about capturing those moments when the day came - they took care of everything for me. They got special shots of my grandpa and flower girls/ring bearer that I will cherish forever. Also, very reasonably priced for the service they provided. THANK YOU Karina and Frank! Wonderful job; I will definitely refer others to you and your beautiful photography! ;) -

All I can say over and over again is absolutely fantastic!!! Karina and Frank are top class. They listened to my daughters wishes. They worked with our hectic schedules. They were professionall and at the same time took care of and treated my little girl and my family like their own. Every commitment they made, they kept. The day of the event they were on time and worked so hard to make sure all the pictures were beautiful. We would hire them again, and also would recommend them.

Loved my pictures. We just decided last minute to go to the court room, and they were able to accomdate with such short notice. They made my courtroom wedding feel like an actual wedding. I would def use in the furture for family photos. -

Frank and Karina (New Image) made it clear that we weren't just another client--our marriage was a special event to them just as every other event they photograph is special. They never felt "in the way" and yet provided awesome shots from the ceremony, reception, and honeymoon suite, and even surprised us with especially heartwarming moments caught on film--they just know what moments are special: like my 3-year-old niece/flowergirl finally getting her hands on a wedding cupcake, a nice shot of my bouquet in front of our special-made bottles of wine (of which we have a canvas print hanging on the wall), and many more.
My husband and I wanted to get downtown to our hotel room to meet up with Frank and Karina for the last batch of professional photos. We were trying to get everything done by 10pm, which was their preferred deadline and we were pretty tired too, but that night happened to have the worst traffic into downtown thanks to another event going on. Nevertheless, they stayed and did a thorough job getting great pictures. They take great pride in what they do. Also, we got our cd photo albums pretty quick! -

My bridal session was so much fun and my two photographers welcomed all my photo ideas. My photos were available to view very quickly which gave me plenty of time to choose my favorites.
On the day of our wedding, our photographers were on time and again were open and available for all my photo requests. I never once had to look for my photographer...one of them was always there ready to click when I said 'cheese'. When I received my photo discs (which didn't take long) I was so happy with all the moments that had been captured. I received lots of compliments on the pics. I highly recommend these photographers!! -

New Image Photography was great! I was so impressed with their awesome photos. We had an outside wedding in Austin on the lake & they captured the sunset perfectly. They arrived early and were very friendly. Frank & Karina are a perfect duo with giving instructions on wedding poses. We loved their creative work and they even captured a magical photo of my husband and I with a sparkler shining around us in circles.. It was beautiful!!!! The photos looked so good even during the dance because they used special indoor lighting to brighten up the area. I couldn't believe all the great photos we received at such a reasonable price!! We also received our photos on a DVD only 2 weeks after the wedding. We were very pleased with all their work! Thank you Frank & Karina!!! -

Frank & Karina were very professional. Whenever we would call to ask a question their response was very quick. Their flexibility with payments were also very helpful & they both were very quick to take into consideration what we asked of them. They were so helpful. We love how they worked and how fast and smooth everything went. The prices were right on our budget and they even worked with us to help us out. Everything was great, all my guests thought they were so professional. Every picture looked great and they could have not done a better job. They made our wedding perfect and we felt like we had nothing to worry about, they were capturing every moment!!! LOVE THEIR WORK <3 !!!

We hired Karina and Frank for our engagement photos, bridal portraits, and our wedding day photos. We not only got spectacular photos for our engagement and bridal portrait, but we had a fun time taking them! On our wedding day, Karina and Frank were able to get all the special moments of our special day. I never even saw them taking pictures or video, and yet they were there to capture it all! I definitely recommend Karina Franco wedding photography!-

Frank and Karina were awesome photographers for my intimate wedding and reception. They were prompt and professional and always pleasant to work with. The duo provided me and my family with beautiful high quality service and pictures to last a lifetime! I had initially found the team by researching the special they had...$300 all day service. After meeting with the team, my mother and I upgraded to a better package and recieved hundreds of beautiful photos that spanded over two days. -During the get-ready photos she took a VERY long time (30-45 seconds, no kidding) in between photographs. It's very frustrating to hold a pose that long and also does not go with the "documentary" feel advertised. My husband and his groomsmen gave similar review of their get-ready experience.
-After signing the contract, but before the wedding, I requested through email if we could have the entire ceremony filmed and then highlights of everything else. She responded yes, yet when I exclaimed disappointment in not getting the entire ceremony, her blunt response was that the contract was met, and then she stopped replying to my emails. I am still considering whether or not to pursue this in court since my lawyer said that her emailed response was an amendment to my contract.
-She didn't get any video of my husbands memorable entrance into the reception, and not one second of video OR a single photograph of our shoe game which lasted about 10 minutes (I thought they were maybe eating, but were caught in the background of a pic standing against the wall chatting.
-She took every photo from very far away. Even our first kiss was taken from the back of the lawn. She advertises "documentary" style, but didn't capture any special moments ( which our friends and family did). Her editing work was a disaster as well. Thank God for our family friend who caught AMAZING photographs and doesn't claim to be a professional. His work was wayyyyy better than hers and he saved the day for us. There are many more details of her unprofessionalism, but I'm limited in word count. She straight up did not deliver on what she promised and offered nothing in return, except excuses, deferring to her contract (which she breached) and then to ignore my emails and block me on social media as if I can't see her page. Do not hire her unless you do not care about your wedding photos. She was the only bad vendor I had, and my biggest regret. -
