This has been a beautiful experience having Victor Roman as our photographer. The professionalism was top tier. Our wedding was captured beautifully. Not only was the love there physically but it exuded through his work.
What we loved is the fact that we live in the US, while he lives in Punta Cana it didn’t seem like a great distance.During our consultation we were asked what we wanted and he made it happen and even more. Beautiful pictures/video
We came all the way from Canada to get married in Puerto Plata, and we couldn’t have made a better choice ! The service was truly 20/10. He genuinely listens to what you want, always responds when you need something, and the results are absolutely incredible. We were blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail, and how smooth everything went. I would recommend him 100% — no hesitation. -

There are not enough words to describe how much we love Victor’s work! We hired him for wedding photography and videography, and rehearsal dinner photography. We are so happy with that decision. They went above and beyond to capture our wedding day like nobody else could have - from arriving early, staying late, and bringing more equipment and photographers than expected - they rocked it all day and night long. Victor was such a professional! He was charming and friendly, too! Victor took the work off of my husband and I for what shots to capture - he just knew what we would want to see, and we allowed him the freedom to get all of the shots he thought were best. David has worked with our wedding venue for years, so he knew his way around the venue, and what angles to take certain shots from at the venue. We got the Luxury package with Victor, and we feel that the value is great for what we are gong to get. I can't wait to see how our professional photos turn out, but I have no doubt that they will be amazing! If you want to work with true professional photographers who know what they're doing, and you don't want to have to fuss over what shots to take, then Victor is your best bet. -

Best. Decision. Ever.
Victor is not only an amazing photographer, but he's an incredible person. He is kind-hearted, patient with first timers and her infectious personality made me so excited to meet his on our wedding day!
He was ultimately the reason we decided to get married in D.R. when looking at Punta Cana options for our destination wedding. I discovered Victorn's work on Instagram and was immediately drawn to his photos. He captures the sweetest moments but makes everything look and feel very natural - totally effortless! When I connected with his, I knew right away he was exactly the person I wanted with us on the big day.
My husband and I will be able to look at his beautiful pictures and relive those moments forever. It was truly the easiest and one of the best decisions we made. Thank you so much, Victor!

To say that Victor is amazing photographer is an enormous understatement! He is phenomenal! We just received our photos from our wedding this past fall at D.R. and we are overwhelmed at how beautiful and perfect they turned out! Not only are they incredibly talented photographer, they are extremely kind, organized, and managed to always be in the right place at the right time to snap fantastic candid photos (in addition to the pre-planed photos). This fantastic photographer captured our wedding day exactly how we pictured it! Victor was also very helpful in giving us ideas and guidance to help pose and place us to make each photo stunning! If I could just drop my 1000 photo wedding album I just received as evidence as to why you should book with Victor, I would. Telling you that the photos are incredible doesn’t do it justice. The pictures are THAT good! Victor was our photographer for the day, he was calm, punctual, and snapped every great candid! We could not have made a better decision. Victor was wonderful to work with -- great ideas about locations, poses and even how I should hold my bouquet and stand. I have a tattoo that I didn't want in all of the pictures and she remembered that and made sure each "pose" was perfect. After our ceremony, He went back and immediately edited a couple of "rush" pictures so we had something to send to friends and family. The pictures themselves capture the beauty of Punta Cana and the tenderness of this very special moment. We saw all of the pictures that still brings tears to my eyes. There were almost 300 pictures and not one was bad! Amazing lighting and color as well. I highly recommend you get your pictures done by Victor!! -

Victor was our photographer for our special day! He was recommended by our friends in Punta Cana, D.R. when we told them we were getting married in Punta Cana. They too got married and Punta Cana and had Victor as their photographer. I am so glad he was recommended to us because he was so nice and professional! He made me feel at ease and did such a great job capturing our special moments throughout the day. My absolute favorite pictures from Victor are his portraits with the beautiful scenery! If it wasn't for my husband getting sick from his sun burn, we would have got into out get ups again after the wedding to take more picture on the beach and his famous picture on the sand with beautiful sunsets! Those picture of his are breath taking and speak to me and give me all the feels! All in all, Victor was great, and we would highly recommend them. Also, the process of booking he mades things so much easier! -

Victor is simply awesome. He and his team were around for all of our events and did a fantastic job. Even though he's a little on the pricier end, he's well worth it. We've received so many compliments on our photographs, and our friends all want to use Victor. During the days of the event, you don't even know where Victor is because he blends in with the crowd so well. He doesn't get in your face and you don't ever have to worry about the shot, because Joe and his team will definitely capture it. All in all, Victor was one of our favorite vendors and I would highly recommend him. -

Magical!!!
We were referred to Victor Roman and his team from a friend who lived on the island for years. We are glad we did! My wife and I had the most incredible experience with Victor and his team. Being part of a same sex marriage they made us both feel so comfortable, and also made are union so special. The pictures came out amazing and we are so happy we chose to keep it simple and do it our own way on one of the most romantic islands. Strongly recommend!! -

When I started planning my destination wedding in D.R. I was extremely nervous about finding a wonderful photographer that was still in my budget. I started googling photographers in D.R. when I came across Victor’s website. I immediately loved his pictures. The scenery was beautiful, and the photos looked so natural. Candid photos have always been my favorite and all of his photos seemed un-posed and beautiful. He only had a few reviews, all of which were positive, so I decided to email him and see if I could learn more.
Victor is incredibly easy, and fun to work with. From the moment we began emailing I could tell he was super laid back, and also very flexible on his prices. He worked with my budget and set up his services to fit my price range.
Nearly a year after I contacted him, my now husband and I got to spend the evening with Victor capturing some amazing moments. We got our photos back today, and I cannot fully explain how wonderful they are! Victor was so organized the day of and had already searched the hotel for the best areas for pictures, he even took us out to the beach and got sunset photos of my husband and I, which I wasn’t expecting. They turned out stunning!
Most importantly Victor was so fun to work with! Taking pictures was so fun and carefree. He laughed and joked with us the whole time, and by the end of the night it seemed like we had known him for years. I cannot say enough positive things about Victor. He got to our venue before he was supposed to, and left well after what our contract had stated. I would recommend Victor for any occasion, and especially your wedding. The photos he took for us will forever remind us of the happiest day of our lives.
Don’t be nervous about him not having hundreds of reviews, because he will definitely be there in no time. Let his photos speak for themselves! Thanks so much Victor, you rock! -

Wonderful Experience!
Victor was so great to work with from start to finish!! He was extremely organized with planning the details leading up to the wedding, which made everything run so smoothly on wedding day! He arrived early and stayed later to make sure all the pictures we wanted were taken. She pushed us out of our comfort zone, but made us feel so comfortable, which led to some amazing photos and video!!
