We had the pleasure of working with Vic and her team to plan my daughters wedding in Mexico and I cannot say enough good things about them. From start to finish, Vic provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was handled like it was her own wedding. While planning the wedding, Vic and her team also helped all of the guests with their trips and itinerary's. They took the time to understand exactly what my daughter wanted and made everything perfect. Vic was ALWAYS available to answer questions and went above and beyond to accommodate any last-minute changes. I truly felt like Vic dedicated so much of her time to making sure every detail was perfect. Vic was my travel agent for my wedding, and I can’t say enough great things about her and this company! There is zero chance I would’ve done a destination wedding without her. She cares so much about her clients and their experience. She saved us and our guests money on several occasions, and when she could’ve easily upsold us on room upgrades, she instead was honest in saying she didn’t think it was worth it!
I also had several guests tell me they contacted her when they needed help, and I never knew until after, which was extremely helpful as a bride to have someone else help answer questions for guests! -

Katie from Vic's Vacations helped me every step of the way. I was the type of bride that dreaded planning the wedding, let alone the honeymoon. Katie helped me not only with the travel to and from France, but also the honeymoon. The trip was UNFORGETTABLE. I would recommend Vic's Vacations for helping plan pre and post wedding travel, and also the wedding itself (venue, food after the wedding, etc). I cannot express how much I hate planning, and how pertinent Katie's work was for a successful "big day" for my husband and I. 10/10, would recommend. -

My husband and I just returned from our 2 week honeymoon in Italy that was planned with the help of Katie. We had such a great time; we really weren't ready to come home! The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and allowed for a perfect mix of exploring on our own and tours/ excursions. Katie was wonderful to work with-- she listened to our wants and addressed any concerns throughout the planning process in a timely manner. We were provided with a list of recommendations, tips/ tricks, and a very detailed schedule that we referenced frequently while traveling. Fortunately, we didn't have any major hiccups throughout our travels, but Katie and Vic's Vacations are readily available for troubleshooting. Knowing we had someone to help in case of a travel emergency gave us peace of mind. I can't wait to plan our next trip! -

Thank you Katie for planning our dream Honeymoon to Greece!
Katie did a wonderful job putting together our dream honeymoon trip to Greece—Athens, Santorini, and Milos. She provided the perfect balance between recommendations and allowing us to make it our own. The way Katie inputted our trip into the Trip Actions app was extremely helpful so we could look at any day of our trip and see what activities were planned, meeting times, transfer info, etc. Her quick email responses were much appreciated, especially when we had a question about a transfer while on our honeymoon—she responded almost instantly (and with a 7 hour time difference!). The way Katie spaced out our excursions was also great, to give us time to rest and recover after a day of travel so we felt energized for the next activity! I felt it was a great balance between leisure days and planned activities. Katie booked a guided tour of the Acropolis in Athens for us, which was such a wonderful experience. I’m so glad we were able to have a guide for this! Our resort in Santorini was spectacular and looked exactly like the Instagram photos you see of Santorini! She also booked us a wine tour where we visited several wineries on the island and a lovely catamaran cruise where we were able to swim in several cool swimming spots around the island. We also did a fun catamaran sailing cruise in Milos which was amazing!! Having all the transfers booked in advance was a life saver. I think our experience would have been much different if those weren’t scheduled ahead of time. It was SO convenient and made everything so seamless. In full wedding planning mode, Katie made preparing for our honeymoon stress-free. We didn’t have to think about it until a few days before we left because she had everything all sorted, booked and nicely organized for us and it was very easy to review and get acquainted with our honeymoon plan post wedding. Thank you for helping us plan the honeymoon of our dreams. We look forward to working with Katie for our next vacation! -

I found Vic's Vacations through instagram (vintage boho bags). I reached out for help planning my honeymoon and Katie got back to me in a very timely manner! Previously, I had reached out to other travel agents I found on Instagram and it took them at least a month to get back to me. Then I found Vic's Vacations and I was very impressed with how quickly I heard from Katie! Working with Katie was amazing! I was in the middle of planning my wedding so the idea of planning a honeymoon on top of that was stressing me out. Katie took that stress away and made the whole process efficient and smooth. We went through a bunch of location choices and she quickly adjusted if I wanted to make changes or had any questions. Katie's knowledge and expertise helped us to make the perfect decision for us! We chose Aruba and can't wait to go back! Katie helped us plan things to do while in Aruba as well. She was quick to answer my emails if I had questions about anything. This was the first time my husband and I traveled internationally and Katie made it so easy. I usually delay taking trips because of how much work it takes to research the location, hotels, and things to do while there. Katie took all of that on for us and made planning our honeymoon a great experience! Highly recommend working with Vic's Vacations to plan your next trip! I know I will be using them again! -

Jess booked our honeymoon to the Dominican Republic and was so wonderful to work with all the way through! We stayed at Secrets Cap Cana, and she was so helpful in helping us find the best place for us based on our priorities. During the trip we had one question, and she responded right away and answered exactly what we needed to know.
This is our second trip going through Vic's Vacations, and we plan to be lifelong travelers with their team - they are simply the best! -

Huge thanks to Vic's Vacations / Victoria Fricke for taking all the “thinking” out of this for me and planning an incredible Jamaican getaway for our ten year anniversary trip! It was our first time both away from our kids — and the Sandals in Montego Bay did NOT disappoint. We loved and enjoyed every minute! She did everything from booking the reservations to ensuring we packed appropriately and had all the proper documentation. I loved and appreciated all the detail! It was nice just to rely on her to ensure everything was smooth. We will definitely be working with her again as we plan our next one with our kids! -

I reached out to Vic so long ago about ballpark ideas and quotes when my (now) husband and I got engaged. She was so helpful even then to walk me through what to expect. Not only does she now have this resource available for everyone, but she’s expanded her team and we are so lucky to have worked with Katie for our honeymoon to Italy! I’m not kidding you when NO ONE believes how seamless our trip was when I say I didn’t plan a single second of it. Katie was able to curate the most blissful, dreamy, perfect honeymoon and set up everything for us from airfare, to I hotels, to all of our private transfers and tours. We didn’t have to figure anything out for ourselves and after planning a wedding, that is exactly what our brains needed. Thank you thank you thank you for making all of my Italy dreams come true, Vic & Katie! I have already recommended this group of ladies to everyone! Our hotels were perfect, our tours were all skip the line, and our boat days were breathtaking and the highlight of our trip! -

We were lucky enough to have Katie plan an amazing honeymoon to Italy for us! From the moment we started planning, we knew we were in good hands. She provided examples of similar trips to help us set expectations on price and experiences, and then built a completely custom trip for us based on our feedback.
Leading up to the trip, Katie provided a detailed itinerary for us that could be accessed through an app. This made it so smooth when we were in the country. It was easy to reference train numbers, addresses, tour tickets, and more!
Katie's communication and thoughtfulness throughout the process truly set her apart. She was a wealth of knowledge and always willing to answer any questions we had. We would recommend that anyone looking to explore Italy, or beyond, do so with the help of Katie and team! -

We had the best honeymoon at Excellence El Carmen with extra perks and amazing service due to Vic's Vacations! The resort went above and beyond to celebrate our honeymoon.
Vic stepped right in and saved us from panic when another agency ghosted us. Vic was professional and gave the best advice for the resort that we chose.
With her recommendation, we went with a two story room with a plunge pool and it was amazing! We spent several days on our own second story balcony, listening to our own music, playing cards and enjoying the sunshine! We wouldn't have traded the experience for anything :) -

Jess was incredible from the time of booking our honeymoon until we got home. We had picked our destination and room type before consulting so I can’t speak to the planning portion of booking but everything else was seamless. Jess never left anything unanswered, replied to questions very quickly, and ultimately had a very personal touch to the whole process. She created a pdf that included information from our honeymoon to attach to our wedding registry. Even while we weren’t in contact, Jess was consistently communicating with the resort on our behalf. I’m walking away from this feeling as if we’ve made a friend. Jess did have a travel day during our trip and Vic reached out to us, letting us know she was there for any issues or concerns which gave us peace of mind. They are a great team, fantastic at their jobs, and I can’t wait to use them again. -

Katie helped my husband and I plan a 2 week honeymoon to multiple cities throughout Europe! She helped craft the trip to be exactly what we wanted, and worked with changes along the way (even changes while we were on our honeymoon). She was super responsive via email and the travel app that included our itinerary. I would 100% recommend her and use her again for future trips. We had the most amazing honeymoon with activities and hotel accommodations that were perfect for us thanks to Katie’s help and expertise!!!
