My husband and I cannot say enough kind words about Veterans Terrace! From beginning to end they were absolutely wonderful! Beth responded to my inquiry right away and even got us in the next day! She gave us a wonderful tour and explained in detail the pricing and packages. No games or agendas. Every step of the way she was communicative and helpful, answering all our questions. You can tell she really cared. We had a short engagement and we truly could not have pulled it off without them! We couldn't have chosen a better venue. They have so many resources and reccomendations they supply to your fingertips for all your other vendors needs. We could have found a less expensive venue for sure, but they made the experience so easy and less stressful! They not only have beautiful venue, inside and out, but they have a huge selection of decorations making it again, easy. You can still have your personal touches and be a part of the process as well. Closer to the wedding, we got to work with Sherry as well and she was just as delightful and sweet! I was stunned walking into the reception hall to see how it turned out before the wedding. What a beautiful and magical day! All of the staff at Veterans Terrace were incredible and professional and rolled with any punches that took place! Another shout out to the night staff and to Kellsie who made the evening so much better! We love that Veterans Terrace is a part of our story! -

We had my son‘s wedding here last weekend. I cannot say enough about how perfect it was! The space is beautiful, flexible and has plenty of room. The girls prep area is like a beauty salon. There’s also a guy’s prep area. We had the ceremony outside, but if weather had turned, they only needed 30 minutes notice to move us undercover! The venue coordinators were over the top fabulous! We catered with chef Jack, which was delicious! We use sweet street bakery, see Facebook, for desserts. They were out of this world! We hoped for leftovers, but our guests went back for seconds, thirds, and fourths. Everything about the evening was perfect. If you haven’t checked out veteran Terrace on Instagram do it, take a look at the videos! The town of Burlington is so cute and welcoming. All of our guests loved that everything was walkable. For the night before we took a bus to Lake Geneva for a boat ride rehearsal dinner, this was awesome and much better than I anticipated. Then returned to a brewery in town Low Daily, they closed for us. Low daily was very accommodating. We also had a local taco truck and the food was delicious. This was a great spot for a wedding. -

My husband and I got married at Veterans Terrace in June 2025. This place holds many special memories but my favorite one so far, our wedding! We are so lucky to have all the vendors we had to make sure the day ran smoothly, but it would not have been the same without Beth being there every step of the way. Her team made sure our day went off without any confusion and it flowed so smoothly. From planning, to set up and finally the big day, it was easy and I had full trust in the whole team at Veterans Terrace. We will forever be grateful for this venue-it was the best place to start our new adventure together as husband and wife! -

My husband and I got married here just a few weeks ago. Beth and Sherry are wonderful to work with. They are quick to respond and personable. They made sure that everything went to plan.
The venue itself is beautiful. We had so many compliments on the ceremony space, cocktail room, and the reception hall. We opted to do the decor package and the lighting package which made the space even more beautiful.
We can't thank Beth and Sherry enough for making this the best day of our lives. -

The staff at Veterans Terrace was wonderful and did so much to make sure our wedding day/night ran smoothly. Everything was so beautiful and went perfectly! So many guests complimented the venue and said it was one of the most beautiful venues and weddings they had been to. We have to give the team at Veterans Terrace all of the credit for everything they did from coordination to decorating. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect day! -

Beth and Allison were so incredible to work with! We looked at many different venues and decided on Veteran's Terrace for the beauty of the venue itself, not for it's potential. Not only was the venue absolutely stunning, the staff were so helpful and bent over backwards to any request we might have had on our night. Both Beth and Allison went over every single detail, and communicated back and forth numerous times to ensure that our day was captured the way we wanted it to be captured. Their recommendations were also a hit and the vendors we chose from their recommendations just added to the magic of the night. Thank you ALL at Veterans Terrace for making our night so incredibly magical! I will never stop thinking about our wedding day! -

Happily ever after..
Veterans Terrace was every woman’s childhood princess fairytale dream… the stairs to the alter, the chandeliers, the twinkle lights, the river.. and the terrace!! The staff were so kind and helpful, allowing us our privacy while getting ready but still checking in periodically to make sure we were taken care of. Allison and Beth were SO helpful in organizing and helping me and my husband with any concerns we might have had, comforting our nerves and being so patient with us as we navigated planning our big day. They were especially so so accommodating of my sister with a physical handicap, making sure that she was taken care of and safe! The staff even allowed us to check out the reception area and hall to make sure everything was to our liking before allowing guests in. It was the BEST day of our lives and we still, 4 months later, have our friends asking to do it again. We recommend veterans terrace to everyone and anyone getting married. -

Beth and Allison were great to work with. They were able to accommodate our goals and plans we had for our wedding day. They were onsite on our wedding day to help coordinate each event, and even helped set up our timeline for the night ahead of time. The communication from Allison and Beth was both timely and thorough throughout the entire process.
We loved the “getting ready” suite in the lower level for both our bridesmaids and groomsmen. The convenience of having the lights and decor package made our wedding day much less stressful. We received many compliments from our guests for the lights, decor and venue itself. The venue is newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous.
We decided to have our first dance outdoors just around sunset. Our vendors worked closely with the venue to make sure we could get the timing done perfectly, without having to delay the remainder of the night. The first dance concluded with a sparkler exit from close family members, which was the cherry on top.
Overall, this venue provided us with everything we had hoped for and more. They made our wedding day one that we and our guests will never forget. -

Simply the best
Beautiful venue with even better staff. When we first booked with Beth I couldn't believe how many things came included in our package for the price. The day of, Allison went above and beyond to make the day not only beautiful but flawless. Decor was perfect, everything ran smoothly, suggested vendors were absolutely wonderful. It was just an easy day for me! I cannot thank them enough for giving us a truly dreamy day! And oh my gosh, the new bridal suite/patriot lounge is AMAZING!!! We brought our own food, mimosas and coffee were provided for the bridal party free of charge while we got our hair and make up done, plenty of room to relax before the guests arrived. It was perfect! -

Truly the best!
First and foremost, thank you Beth, Allison, and crew for going above and beyond to make our wedding day amazing! Beth and Allison had consistent communication with us during our planning months and when the weather was less than ideal on our wedding day, they did everything they could behind the scenes to ease our stress and make our vision come to life indoors. We truly mean it when we say it was absolutely perfect! The set-up for the ceremony and reception was not only beautiful for pictures, but comfortable for our guests, the decorations and lighting provided in their package was gorgeous, and the bartenders and barback were personable and ensured our guests were happy all night long. To top it off, the staff did all the set-up, as well as the take down at the end of the night so we could truly enjoy our night to the very last minute with our family and friends. For a party that will happen only once in a lifetime, we couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. -

Right from the beginning Beth and Allison were such a huge help with coordinating and even great recommendations for some of our other vendors. They were very supportive and made sure our day ran as smooth as possible. They care very much about each of their customers and show it through their work. Would highly recommend Veterans Terrace! -

My husband and I got married at Veterans Terrace on August 19th and we both agreed that we could not have chosen a better venue! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, inside and outside. We got so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was. The decoration packages are absolutely worth it, especially the lighting package. It truly makes the vibe feel so magical! The details in the decorations are just so beautiful.
Allison and Beth were also so pleasant and easy to work with. They always made me feel at ease and had an answer to any question that I had, and were sure to respond to my emails quickly. They made sure we felt like royalty on our big day and we could not be more thankful. Their entire staff were lovely and welcoming, and made sure to squash any problem that arose. We are so happy we chose such an amazing venue and would 1000% recommend to anyone planning their wedding!! 🤍 -

Allison at Veteran's Terrace was amazing to work with! Honestly, all of the staff there were great to work with!! Allison was so sweet, helpful, easy to get along with, and easy to reach. She had a ton of great recommendations for our wedding and just helped the whole day come together wonderfully and perfectly. She was always available to answer my hundreds of questions and made my wedding vision come to life even better than I could have imagined! Veteran's Terrace is an amazing venue and I would 100% recommend them for any event! The river in the background is beautiful and we took pictures right on the property, which turned out amazing! My fiancé and I did our first dance on the Terrace outside, which was one of my favorite parts of the day/night and it made for beautiful pictures. They also have a HUGE variety of beautiful decorations/packages available for rent, which makes things more convenient if people choose to use them. Their lighting package is amazing and made the ballroom look so enchanting and magical when it was all lit up! I'm soo happy we chose to have our wedding at Veteran's Terrace!! It was truly the best day of our lives and the whole day was a magical dream. Allison and Beth were both there throughout the night, making sure everything was going smoothly and were available to help us with anything we needed. Having our wedding at Veteran's Terrace was everything we could have dreamed of and more!!! -

When we were looking for a venue we knew it needed to hold over 250 people which is not easy to find these days. Other venues in the area that could hold the amount of people did not even compare in aesthetics. And the pricing for this venue was the same or less! That was completely unbelievable to us! This venue is stunningly beautiful. It was worth every penny we spent. We rented the entire building. The bridesmaids were able to get ready in the basement. The ceremony was on the terrace with a beautiful backdrop of the river. The cocktail hour was on the Balcony and in the Stars & Stripes Room over looking the river and park. The reception was in Liberty Hall. Liberty hall was able to seat all 270 of my guests without putting any tables on the dance floor. Allison was fun and easy to work with. She was always willing to answer all my questions and make special accommodations for us. She has amazing add on packages like photo backdrops and decorations. I cannot rave enough about this Venue. It was PERFECT! And it made our wedding perfect! -
