Vestals was awesome! We booked them for our November 2025 wedding in Austin, TX and they were incredibly responsive and kind throughout the whole process. It POURED on our wedding day, and the staff was so kind and helpful throughout all the changes that had to be made last minute. Our venue was mostly outdoors, but they didn't hesitate to help relocate the bar indoors and help out as needed. They did way more than I expected, and my only regret was not booking them to handle our other rentals like tables and linens (I had no idea they offered that till I had already booked another vendor).
The food was also delicious! We had scheduled a 5-10 minute break for just the two of us (highly recommend it) and they had a dedicated server bring us drinks and appetizers while we just basked in the post-ceremony glow. They were just incredible and easy to work with -- I'd highly recommend them to anyone! -

Vestals Catering is absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I was blown away during our tasting by how delicious their food was and their incredible customer service. Working with Julia and Aubrey leading up to the wedding was such a pleasure—they were always helpful and quick to answer any questions I had.
Catering and having a plated meal was extremely important to us for our wedding, and Vestals played a key role in making our day so memorable. We received countless compliments on the food, and the staff was top-notch throughout the event. Everything ran smoothly, and all of our guests were impressed by the quality of the food and service.
We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience! -

We worked with Morgan over at Vestal's as our caterer for our September wedding and had the best experience. From the initial tasting all the way to the wedding day Morgan and the team at Vestal's went above and beyond. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the team was all so great to work with. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the service and the food and I would definitely recommend them for your special day! -

So many people not only mentioned how DELICIOUS the food was but how KIND the service was as well!! Bianca was our personal attendant for us as the bride and groom and any second my drink fell below an inch she was there ready for me to have another. I felt so freaking special I was on the MOON! I have truly never seen such incredible service and food production!!
An absolute huge massive THANK YOU to Madison!!! Madison was a STAR when it came to all of our back and forth changes and communication. I never had a single worry about our food, venue flip, design, anything because of Madison. She single handedly made me feel like the event was going to go perfectly - AND IT DID!! She always had a smile on her face and I never dreaded an email from her. I truly cannot say enough good things about her! Thank you immensely to the staff for helping make our vision come true and have our day feel so effortless and seamless. I am so so grateful for the professionalism and enthusiasm of this team. Y'all make me want to have another wedding just for your service and delicious food!! THANK YOU!!
Y’all absolutely knocked it out of the park. Every guest I asked about their food/experience said they were blown away by the food. Stand out stars were: THE BRISKET, THE BURGERS, the cannoli, and the cake bites! What made my heart so happy was also hearing how guests said the servers were so incredibly kind. When I saw how the venue was set up perfectly according to all of our many many back and forth emails I truly just couldn’t even believe y’all were THAT good. I have no negative notes to share. Not a single one. Vestals you truly have my heart. I will recommend y’all to every single person I know because not only do you have top notch food production, but your customer service and attention to detail were truly phenomenal. I wish I could have another event just to have y’all back again!
Madison, you are genuinely so amazing at your job. You made me feel calm and excited and never had any doubts or worries about our timeline/wedding/details. You had faith in us and we had so much faith in you - and you absolutely nailed everything to a T. You are a STAR! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

We received the best comments regarding our wedding food. My husband and I chose to do a buffet with chicken and beef with passed h'orderves during cocktail hour (shrimp cocktail shooter, mint watermelon, skewers, and chicken flautas). Our guests raved about the food! Jourdan took great care of us throughout the entire process! -

11/10 would recommend! The Vestals team was absolutely amazing. We had to change our wedding plans due to Covid. We went from a large reception to an intimate dinner with family and friends and Vestals helped us make the best night still happen. Aubrey was very responsive and helped us stay within budget. Not to mention, the food was SO GOOD! We are so thankful! -

Omg.... they were the best. THE BEST. I still get so many compliments on the food, the custom cocktails, how professional they were , just everything. They were so so sweet to my husband and I. Made sure we were okay and had everything we wanted. Saved our drinks for us. Checked on us. They made sure my family was good. They did everything so perfect. I changed my food vendor 3 times before finding them bc I was wanting exactly what they gave us. And the other vendors weren’t going to do that for us. I’m so happy we went with Vestals and spent the extra money bc trust me it was worth it. Thank y’all so much for making our dream day perfect! Y’all were the best!! Hands down. 100% recommend. -

Working with Vestals Catering was such a great experience. From the food tasting, to menu creating, to the actual event. They were very communicative in emails and answered all questions. And value was great. All our guests raved about the food and how they all went back for seconds at the buffet. On the day, Beverly was so attentive to me as the bride. She made sure we always had water and went way above and beyond making sure I was comfortable all night. We had a flight theme and the whole staff dressed up as flight attendants and made the event perfect!! -

We had a wonderful experience hiring Vestals as the caterers for our wedding in Austin - the food was great, the service was elegant and thoughtful, and their bartenders were amazing. Most of all, our point of contact Madison McFarland was the most pleasant and reliable vendor I worked with during the planning process and wasn't fazed by any request or question, big or small. It was well worth it to hire such experienced caterers, our day was so peaceful and easy! -

Vestals catering worked with my wedding planner and the list of crazy food restrictions to make a tasty tex-mex buffet that everyone enjoyed! You got gluten free people? How about vegans? How about nut allergys - like the ones that require an epipen or a body bag? I had ALL of those at my wedding. And vestals handled it like pros! I especially loved their southwestern salad. I would recommend them for anybody's event where food is important!
