They helped every step of the way
My daughter's wedding was off the grid, so we had to hire everything to be brought in and it was all a little different. Verve (Eric) was great to work with and answered all of my questions so easily. The team that came to set everything up was awesome. The tent had to survive some extreme weather and proved they put it up so well! Definitely would recommend. -

Verve helped us create the wedding of our DREAMS!
I cannot speak highly enough of Verve! They were professional, easy to work with, and had great inventory to choose from! They supplied us with our gorgeous tent & lighting, chairs, dancefloor, cocktail tables, and all of our dinnerware! The clear tent was a huge hit, we were able to really see our surroundings and the sun set and it was so magical in the dark too! 10/10!-

Best Service!
Eric at Verve Events is so awesome! He is very detailed and truly cares about his job and his clients. He wants every event to be perfect! He listened to everything I wanted and what color scheme I described. I trusted his expertise and the linen colors were absolutely beautiful! Amazing experience!
I’m SO happy I used this company for my wedding. I worked with Tami and she was super sweet and helpful. I had more of a DIY/backyard wedding at a rental property in Sedona so I had to rent everything (tables, benches, lights, bar, etc). They helped me decide on a layout for the lighting by sending diagrams which was extremely help since we didn’t have a wedding planner. Everything was in great shape and came out just how I imagined and the delivery/pickup process was super easy!! Would definitely use them again for other events!-

Great rentals
Verve was recommended by our wedding planner. We loved everything we rented from Verve to complete our wedding décor. We rented a garden arbor for our ceremony arch which was perfect for our setting on a golf course in Flagstaff. They even provided the tie down straps and sandbags that were necessary to keep it in place with the Flagstaff wind. We also rented some extra tables for the ceremony and reception for items like our cake, guest book, sweetheart table, etc. They also provided beautiful lavender linens that went perfectly with our color scheme. The team at Verve was very easy to work with, too; always providing updated quotes whenever we made changes, including a big location change that drastically changed the rentals we needed. Verve delivered and picked up all the rentals. I recommend Verve to anyone in Flagstaff for your rental needs. -

Wonderful Vendor
This company was truly amazing. They were SO easy to work with and definitely helped relieve stress during planning. The staff came & set up everything, quite quickly I might add. They also came and picked up everything. The pricing I thought was at a good rate. The staff ensured I liked where things were placed & if I wanted it to be moved, they were more than happy to do so. -

Made rentals easy
We waited way too long to set up rentals, because it just wasn't fun like the rest of planning a wedding is. We put it off because it was complicated and technical, and we really did not know all that we needed. Dani, who coordinates weddings at Verve, was very helpful though, and made the process much easier. After a 10 minute phone call, we had everything ordered and she was making a layout for us based on what we said we wanted. The rental team was also great and set everything up perfectly in the limited time before the reception started. -

Great Local Event Rental Company
Verve was very responsive and helped turn our visions into a reality for our wedding day. Dani helped us come up with many different ideas for the lighting for our cocktail hour and reception and had many great ideas, while keeping our budget in mind. All of our rentals arrived on time the day of our wedding and all of the staff were very helpful during the set up and take down for the rentals. I highly recommend Verve for your next event! -

Rentals were Beautiful, Company was Responsive
Verve was super helpful in setting up our wedding, both ceremony and reception. They had worked with Tlaquepaque in Sedona before and knew of the tight schedule and how to setup in time. They also helped pick out a bar (two barrels and a plank top) which pulled the old Spanish style wedding look off we were going for. The rentals were reasonably priced and I had no issues on the day of the wedding with delivery, setup, or pickup. All the rentals were beautiful and I would use them again in the future. -

On point!!
What an amazing company to work with. Today we have so many corporate businesses to choose from, however, it was just so refreshing to get taken care of by a small business that really took the time to care about what we needed. We had the pleasure of working closely with Dani Simpson and she was wonderful and so thorough in helping us pick out the right rentals for our wedding venue. She knew how to paint a picture of what we were wanting and covered every detail from lighting to silverware. Verve Rentals made everything from picking things out, to delivery and pickup so simple. If your venue will work with them, please do so, they are worth every penny and their stuff is pristine and immaculate! -

When we chose a venue that was literally just renting the space for the ceremony and reception (and therefore required us to find outside vendors for everything!) I was feeling a little nervous to say the least. But after an initial consultation with Lynette, I knew everything would be just fine! Lynette was so incredibly helpful in determining: 1) what we needed, 2) how many of said items we needed, and 3) the layout of the entire set-up. She was very thorough and responsive throughout the whole process. -

When you're trying to assemble a wedding as a new bride, chances are that all of this is new to you. Picking the right table configurations for your number of guests and available spacing, etc. Dani at Verve made it super easy and had some great suggestions. The pricing was great and they quoted me on two configurations - to be determined based on weather - and helped me watch the weather and make the right decision. We knew rain was possible at my remote location but did not anticipate SNOW. Staff arrived on time and were calm and efficient setting everything up while it snowed - and arrived the day after the event on time and made tear-down super easy. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed everyone I worked with. -

Verve Events and Tents is the best rental company serving Cottonwood, Sedona and Flagstaff. For a wedding that was outdoors, all DIY, and in a budget, Verve had everything we needed to create the perfect setting. The showroom in Cottonwood allows you to lay out all your design ideas to create the right lol for your wedding vision. Their staff was very helpful and responsive. The rental equipment provided was neatly cleaned, packed and provided on time. The setup crew was fast and friendly and when items were missing they quickly rushed replacement and additional items to our venue site. The wedding checklist they provided was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. I am grateful for the world class customer service they provided start to finish. -

I loved the service at Verve! They were highly recommended by our venue, Sky Ranch Lodge. After the initial sticker shock of wedding costs, I ended up loving the service and products at Verve. Very easy to work with and communicate over email and phone. Since they worked with my venue several times before, they knew what we needed and didn't need. Our venue is an outdoor venue and they knew the exact dimensions that fit perfectly in the reception area. I'm so glad I stuck to the preferred vendors with my venue because the set up and take down went so smooth and they already knew exactly where to put everything! Thank you Verve for making our wedding day perfect! The lighting and the tent worked out perfect for our November wedding. I was a little afraid at first that there was not going to be enough lighting for our outdoor wedding but everything turned out great. The wedding pictures with that lighting was perfect! Verve helped create the most magical setting for our very intimate wedding in Sedonal! I was so happy with my rentals and the entire process start to finish. We were originally referred to Classic Party Rentals in Phoenix. They were incredibly over priced, and terrible at responding to me at all. They didn't even contact me with an estimate until almost 3 months after I originally talked to them.
Everyone at verve was so helpful and kind, and Dani really put herself out there to help me, and make me feel comfortable and happy. She took away all the stress! Everything was delivered on time, and they even sent me pictures to be sure I was completely satisfied with the setup. -

We used verde valley rentals for almost everything for our wedding they were so great to work with!! I had changed my counts so many times but everytime they were so nice. We set up Friday before and they set up a tent as well but all the items were beautiful!! If you are looking for a reliable rental company that will work with you verde valley is the best!!! -

I needed to rent 10 chairs for an intimate elopement wedding and Verve was a preferred vendor for my venue. Getting a quote was fairly easy and I was able to find an appropriate chair that allowed such a small rental minimum. Pricing was what I would expect of a Chiavari chair and delivery fee was very good for the distance. Since this was a destination wedding, my venue coordinator took over communication with them, set up delivery times and handled it all very well. I received the confirmation emails of these changes and updates from the venue as well. So overall, everything was handled smoothly, the chairs were perfect and exactly what I ordered, so I was pleased. -

We’re so happy with the rentals provided by Verve Events for our Sedona-area wedding. We appreciated all of the time Dani Simpson spent with us reviewing their rental options and helping us select the perfect combination of tables, chairs, linens, china and glasses.
We are also grateful for Verve’s flexibility in allowing us to put a tent on weather reserve. This enabled us to wait until a week before the wedding to look at the weather forecast and ensure there was no chance of rain before canceling the tent. Thankfully, the weather was beautiful and we were able to cancel the tent and enjoy a beautiful night under the stars!
We really enjoyed working with Verve Events. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and we found them to be incredibly responsive to our needs. We highly recommend Verve to anyone looking for a professional event and rental company. -

The staff were timely and the price was competitive with the local market. We primarily rented chairs, tables, and an audio system. The chairs and tables were perfect, no complaints, and the set up was great. Our primary concern was with the audio system. Several times throughout our reception, their audio system failed. In addition, not long after using the microphone for just 5 minutes did it completely cut out due to low batteries. We made due with what we had that evening, improvising as the night went on. It was our special day after all, and we weren't going to let these small hiccups ruin the night. Our main concern with Verve came when we submitted our experience to them. Its been ~2 months, and we haven't heard a word. We're a little disappointed, but nevertheless wanted to provide this review so others may be cautious when renting the audio system. Perhaps ask for additional batteries for their wireless microphone just in case. -

I recently used Verve for wedding rentals. I started the process of contacting them about rentals 8 months prior to the wedding and it was a long process getting the information I needed. Sometimes they would be quick to respond and other times I would have to follow up. Long story short, the day before the wedding I finally spoke to the owner who apologized for the numerous miscommunications and stress it had caused. They were going through transition and people needed more training. I was not offered anything other than a "sorry". I work with vendors all the time professionally, and I would not use this one again. So spend a little extra in delivery cost... Use a vendor from Phoenix. -

Verve Events and Tents handled a large rental order for our wedding and we had an unpleasant experience when it came to the day of.
The planning part was fantastic, the people that work the contracts were very helpful and eager to show us items in their showroom and answer any questions we have. They get 5 stars all around leading up to the time of execution.
The day of was a different story. For over one year I had a contract with them to deliver our rentals the day before so they would be there for set up and decoration plenty of time day of. I got a call the week of our wedding and they said they could not deliver until the day of the wedding. Not a huge deal but I was not please and the owner e-mailed me and said we would have our rentals by 9AM.
The day of came and they did not arrive until 12:30PM and we had to start getting ready at 2:00PM. Needless to say the wedding we spent a year planning and spending our hard earned savings on ended up being tossed together by some of our friends that offered to pitch in while we got ready. 100% unprofessional and it ended up causing some major details to be missed that we spent a lot of money on.
I spoke to their customer service (the owners wife) she apologized and said she would look into it and get back to me, the only other time I heard from her was Thursday after the wedding and she was having trouble tracking down some of the rentals (we had a destination wedding and were long gone 5 days after the wedding...). I never heard from them again, never got an apology. I wasted a lot of money and they didn't care because they had already been paid.
Would not recommend but they appear to be the only game in town in Sedona. The items they rent are quality and in good shape. Be sure to have someone check all light bulbs for any lighting rented, our bistro square had bulbs that were out and were an eye sore in pictures as well as another light was burnt out when the venue tried to turn it on when it got dark. -

Horrible - please do not use.
Do not use Verve Events & Tents under any circumstances. They completely messed up my wedding rentals. I was on the phone with them constantly because every time they sent me an updated contract they either got the quantities wrong or sent it with higher prices than what was agreed upon. Thank god I caught the price changes and my day of coordinator alerted me to the quantity errors. Everything from the linens to the chafing dishes was not what I ordered. I was sent mismatching chairs, mismatched chafing dishes, damaged items and items from someone else’s order that I’m sure they didn’t get. The outdoor lamps came without bulbs and not working plus they were a day late because it was double booked. My wedding was May 30th in Sedona. They called me the day before delivery less than an hour before closing saying they didn’t have my linens. Didn’t respond to me when I called repeatedly to try to resolve things. Double booked everything and sent the wrong items so I got my rentals over a period of two days and 4 or 5 deliveries. I spent an entire weekend waiting at the venue unable to leave because they kept bringing the wrong items and I kept having to send them back. Then they held my wedding forks (given to me as a gift) hostage and demanded a labor charge to send my forks FedEx even though I was going to use my FedEx account and send them a pickup. The forks were mistakenly put into the rental return because they were the same color as the silverware rented. Do not use them. They can take a reservation but they sure as hell are unable to deliver on it. -
