Ms.Jaquel is a very professional person to work with and she has a pleasant attitude and demeanor. She made sure to come to the photoshoot 1 hour early to start working on and prepping the hair.She styled 3 of my wigs and laid them down for me to take my photos. All of the wigs were styled perfectly.I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pro hair stylist that will come through and get the job done when needed. -

Photo shoot
Versatile did my hair for a big photo shoot campaign. I noticed she was quick and professional and was able to do all 7 models hair and touch ups with in a couple hours. She had a gentle touch and made me feel like a queen👸🏻. Definitely recommend 🔥 -

i booked an appt with Versatilityiskey on march 1 thru StyleSeat for today. prior to today, i received texts to confirm my appt & the card i would be using for payment and yest, i got a notification that my appt was today.
pull up to the spot, or lack there of, and i can’t find it cas it doesn’t exist. i called her and she says, “Oh since you didn’t make a deposit i wasn’t sure this appt was happening.” that statement alone had me like Ok, she’s not the one so i tell her so and hang up. AS SOON AS i hang up, shorty charged me for the bridal consultation i didn’t have and she wasn’t available for. called her back, no answer. text her, DM her.. nothing. but when i comment on her IG, that’s when she miraculously sees my messages and responds - claiming i didn’t read a policy that was never displayed to me.
tell me something, would you pay a $50 deposit for a $25 consultation when the stylist isn’t even touching your hair? AND is she at all in the right for charging me for an appt that she wasn’t certain of and that didn’t occur?
best believe the refund is in process cas shorty really tried to scam. try to support small businesses and this is what’s out there.Versatilityiskey's reply:
One of the worst potential clients I've never had ever! I am very glad things didn't work out between us. You as someone of color disgust me! I am more than disgusted that this girl would try to not only destroy my black owned business online due to a false misunderstanding. But she also has no right harassing me online when she’s 100% not in the right. This girl has been not only stalking me all day yesterday, but has been harassing me online due to a misunderstanding. She originally found me on a site where I book some of my clients at, or the other way around. She booked a bridal consultation, ok bridal consultations are normally done on the phone unless you’re having a bridal trial right. I know this because I’ve worked with several brides that comes from all different backgrounds and ethnicities. Ok she booked me a week prior to what I believed was supposed to be a phone call because if you’re paying $25 for a bridal consultation that is what you’ll have just a phone call or have it done virtually. When you look at my page it clearly states once you book me you should send a deposit through zelle and also if you’re seeing me in person to receive the address to my place of business I must see your id. Now I do it this way because who knows who’s coming to see me these days it can be a set up, an ambush and I have to protect myself at all costs. So anyone who’s serious about booking with me will follow this procedure to secure their booking. So when her appointment time came it was for 2pm she calls me at 2:05 and says she’s calling to speak about the bridal consultation and she wanted to know the address. However I just stated it states it on my page if you’re interested in booking me this is the procedure. She then says to me it wasn’t clear and never mind she wants to change her mind on having a consultation with me. I told her ok no problem I wasn’t sure if you were serious or not. Why? Because again she didn’t follow the proper way to book me which is why now she won’t have a way to see me in person because of lack of communication. She also said well why didn’t I call her, there’s always a booking coming to me and if their serious they will contact me. There’s been plenty of times where I would go out of my way and here nothing back, which is why I will let the potential clients contact me and then we will go from there. Now after the phone call I canceled her appointment and refunded her her money, had I not done that she would of really been charged after her time, all I did was speed it up since there was no consultation had. Once she saw she was charged she continuously texts called and wrote me on all of my social media platforms. Stating I’m a scammer and not a celebrity stylist. Now I’ve worked very hard over the decade to build my brand this wasn’t done just because Of the pandemic. I actually went to school put myself through school worked very hard to gain experience, and now I have my own business I’ve constructed based on what I’ve learned over the decade of me doing hair. I can send you all of the screenshots for proof. She thinks I took her $25 when In the photos you can clearly see I haven’t. I am also a wife so why would I want to scan a soon to be wife. I’m currently 7months pregnant with my first child from my husband, and have been having a headache since this situation took place and I really wish she would stop harassing me. This is the tenth page I’ve had to block her on from watching me. She has also got alllll of her friends on a wedding group page to laugh at my work on my Facebook like page which I have been building for years now.
She’s also bragging online that she knows Dj envy saying I wish I knew him when I’ve actually worked with bigger and other celebrities than him. I didn’t receive the title of being a Celebrity licensed cosmetologist for nothing. It is truly I unfortunate that she is behaving this way all you have to do is google me and you’ll see my work as well as it states what I’ve done on my website as well. There’s nothing else to be done now because she’s already put me though stress for no reason. She could of handled herself way better being that she claims to be a business owner and a soon to be wife. Especially seeing her money will be refunded she knows nothing about business at all!
