I knew I wanted to get married Verrado when I saw this view!

I knew I wanted to get married Verrado when I saw this view! Since we hike the White Tank Mountains, it made perfect sense to get married near ‘our mountains’ and because of that connection, picking the place was easy.

Recommending Verrado is even easier and so much of that is because of the main contact, Kathy. She was amazing! Her experience of doing this for a long time was so helpful – making suggestions, and giving us feedback on the different steps in planning our day and what worked best for the timeline of the day. Kathy was with us every step of the way starting with the tour, food tasting, final meeting, rehearsal, and our wedding day. The food was fantastic and we received so many compliments on it! The staff was excellent from the hostess greeting us for our first appointment, all the staff on the wedding day, to finishing with the ladies making sure we took the flowers we wanted and had our cake top at the end of the night.

Perfect Wedding Day

I am so happy we picked this venue! We had an absolutely gorgeous ceremony up at The Vic Bar + Kitchen and a beautiful reception at the Verrado Golf Club. The staff was wonderful to work with and the photo opportunities throughout the area are endless!

Look here first! Everything was perfect!

Kathy Baggett was our person!
First, the venue has beautiful scenic views of the White Tank Mountains, green golf course, pond with wildlife, beautiful fountain, brick & stone architecture & a bridge with a waterfall for breathtaking outdoor photos. Inside the banquet rooms are also elegant & classy.

The food was catered by the venue & it was perfect! We selected Filet Mignon & Mahi Mahi. The serving size was generous & satisfying. We had about 80 guests & each guest complimented the chef for the flavor, perfect temperature & perfect texture.

The staff service during the sit down meals was impeccable & exemplary. All of our guests were impressed with the great service.

Kathy, our event coordinator, was incredibly gracious, flexible, positive, calm & most importantly, ORGANIZED!

The entire experience from beginning to end was perfect.

I highly recommend this venue & their catering service.

Their prices are very competitive &do not charge the $2k or more extra charge for a Saturday event.

Absolutely amazing venue!!

We recently held my daughters wedding reception at Verrado Golf Club. The entire venue was absolutely beautiful. Kathy Baggett is seriously AMAZING and took us from start to finish on helping us plan the entire event with no detail overlooked. She made wedding planning a breeze and took so much stress off of me. I wasn’t sure what to expect when we showed up to the reception, but I was totally blown away! They exceeded all of my expectations and then more! If you are looking for an amazing place to hold a wedding reception or any event for that matter, look no further than Verrado Golf Club with Kathy and her entire team.

Gorgeous views for picture perfect wedding

We had our wedding here and the staff, coordinator and management were absolutely wonderful. It is so very stressful nowadays with covid but; they made our wedding feel stress free and as normal as they possibly could. During the reception they continuously checked on our friends and family, making sure they were happy with their meals. I have no other words other than than thank you. Shoutout to Kathy, our coordinator. She was with us every step of the way from the moment we booked to the day of. Always available by phone or email and flexible with what I wanted in order to make this our dream wedding. I wish we could do this all over again!!

Perfect Wedding

We chose the Verrado Golf Club for our daughter’s wedding... It was more beautiful than we could have imagined! The venue is perfectly set at the foot of the mountains with beautiful trees and landscape, a stone bridge, and a perfect sunset view... The wedding planners here were timely and professional with all of our requests... They did a wonderful job setting up, decorating, and orchestrating this special day... I would absolutely recommend this venue for weddings and other events... The staff was friendly and attentive... We couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful location for our daughter’s wedding... They also work with an amazing wedding event company who exceeded our expectations with all the flowers and lighting... Amazing experience!

We recently had our wedding here it was absolutely beautiful! This was the first venue we checked out and we fell in love instantly! You just can’t beat the amazing view! All our guests keep raving about how beautiful the venue was. The staff was also extremely helpful, especially Karie! From booking to the day of wedding she ensured everything went smoothly! I definitely would recommend this for a couple who wants elegance and beauty on a budget.

***PERFECT & AMAZING & INCREDIBLE*** Our wedding day, ceremony, reception, and every part of the venue was BETTER than I ever imagined!!! Of course the layout & background is ideal for an AZ wedding....but the staff, vendors, and Karie are phenomenal!!!!! The day of was calm and enjoyable...they took care of EVERYTHING!!!!! Exceptional is not a strong enough word to describe Karie and the work she does!! We had an initial meeting with her where she explained all information and packages. A few months before we met again to finalize everything and she gave us a plan & outline of how everythign would go, what time people would need to be there, and a detailed itinerary for the ENTIRE day/night!!! We were fortunate enough to use vendors that do many of the weddings at Verrado (DJ, Photographer, Flowers) They all worked together and with Karie to make sure that everythign was done and ready for the wedding as well as made sure that everythign went according to plan & timeline!!!! Every Time we visited Verrado prior to the wedding the staff (bartenders, servers, managers, and Karie) were so ACCOMMODATING and Kind!!! Our guest had a fantastic time at the wedding and reception and we received MANY compliments about how NICE it was there!!! The food was great!!! The outside bartenders kept our guest with full drinks & happy! Not only is Verrado a BEAUTIFUL place to have your wedding but it is a great VENUE to have wedding & reception in one place!! (no travel for guests) I Highly recommend this venue - but all of the credit should go to Karie!!! She is very skilled and gifted at what she does!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Kathy, Kari and Jacque from The Wedding Warehouse went above and beyond to make my day extra special. In my head I had an idea of how things were going to piece together but at the end of the day everything turned out much more amazing than I ever would have imagined. I had people from Ecuador, California, Illinois and Georgia and got so many complements about everything. The flowers were perfect and amazing, the place looked incredible and the DJ was just icing on the cake. Not to mentioned everyone told me the food was outstanding. Thank you ladies for giving me the most memorable day of my life. I will be forever grateful. Cristina & Jeffrey Lange.

I love this place! My husband proposed to me on the third hole, so of course I needed to have the wedding there. We had the best service and couldn't have asked for more. We are so happy we used this venue!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous!! Beautiful scenery outdoors as well as a stunning dinner reception area! I could not have imagined a more beautiful wedding! The food was delicious, my guest raved about it for days! The service was outstanding!! The wait staff was on point and interacted with my guests while serving food to make sure they had everything they needed! The food and beverage manager made herself very present to make sure everything went as planned. The wedding coordinator Karrie is out of this world!!! She is the most kind, fun loving, caring person to work with. She took all of the stress out of planning my wedding!! The day of my wedding was absolutely amazing. She set up all props, arranged all signs, coordinated all venders, even assembled my cake table. Do yourself a favor and contact this venue, you will not regret it!! I had the wedding of a lifetime here and would not change one single thing!!

My husband and I had appts the day we met with Kari at Verrado , lets just say after meeting with her and seeing the beautiful scenery we cancelled the other appts and put the down payment that day. On our Wedding day I've couldn't have asked anything different everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful, and always was checking on us if we needed anything. Even my my vendors were treated with the same hospitality as a guest. Oh and the pictures were beautiful with all the scenery and sunset pictures I would recommend this venue to everybody, not once did this bride have to worry Verrdo took care of us.

The Verrado Golf Club was so great! We got married on 12/28/16, and everything was perfect! I literally could not ask for anything more in a wedding venue. The location and backdrop for the ceremony was so beautiful! We worked with Karie and she was AMAZING! Throughout the whole process, Karie was so fun to work with and very flexible with everything! She also recommended great vendors to use, and we ended up using the florist, DJ, photographer, and cake bakery that she recommended which all ended up being perfect! She made the entire year of wedding planning go so smoothly, and I can honestly say I did not get stressed over the wedding once, thanks to her! Karie and the rest of the staff were so great the day of the wedding that I didn't have to worry about a thing and could truly enjoy every second of the day. Every single thing that day went to plan because of the awesome staff. The food was also exceptional! So many people commented how good everything was-from the location, to the staff, and the food-all of my guests were very impressed with the entire day! I can honestly say that Verrado is very decently priced, even under priced, considering the AMAZING location, food, and staff compared to any other wedding venue I have seen!! I would not change a thing about my entire experience at Verrado!

If your in the West Valley, this is the best place to have your wedding! ITS GORGEOUS!! All my guests loved this venue! The view and the reception space was the perfect size and didn't feel like a regular banquet hall. Brick walls, fireplace, and beautiful views all around! The food was perfect and the staff was pretty awesome! If I could do it over again, I would!

Karie and her staff were AMAZING. I can't even begin to describe my experience with them. My bridal shower was actually held here as well and both experiences were incredible. The staff is friendly and Karie is extremely responsive. I originally planned to go with another venue and came across Verrado about two months out, needless to say they took care of EVERYTHING for me. A couple of last things to note, the food is delicious and the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, which makes for great pictures!

I was thrilled when my daughter and her fiancé chose The Verrado Golf Club for their March 5, 2016 wedding venue. The setting alone was spectacular enough but I never anticipated how wonderful the staff and service would be. Our wedding was on the 18th hole at sunset, and the setting was unbelievable; the mountains, water, stone bridge and perfectly manicured lawn were out of this world. The reception, dinner and dancing took place on the wedding lawn. With the beautiful weather and the gorgeous décor and flowers the entire evening took on the tone of an enchanted forest.
There are no words to describe the food! We chose the steak, chicken saltimbocca, and eggplant parmesan for our dinner selections. Each one was prepared and tasted as if it were the only meal cooked in the kitchen that evening. Our guests raved! In addition the hors d’ouvres and late night snacks created a real party atmosphere!
The staff were so attentive. The bridal party arrived at 10:00 am for hair and makeup and the service started right then and there. We were assigned a server and she catered to our every need. I never felt so pampered. The folks who staffed the wedding were professional and attentive and our guests felt special and well-taken-care-of.
Yes, you could go to Scottsdale or Paradise Valley for your wedding venue. We looked at quite a few places. You will not, however, find a better product or service for your money. I cannot say enough about The Verrado Golf Resort. It is a west valley gem that you should really check out.

I had my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party here and it was a huge success. The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions throughout the planning process. They also were wonderful when a few adjustments had to be made within an hour of the event and they pulled it together and it was fantastic. My daughter and all of her guests had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this venue for a gathering.

Everything turned out wonderful, Karie is extremely helpful and will do anything to make you happy! I wouldn't have changed a thing on my big day, it was picture perfect.

Verrado Wedding Venue was the absolute perfect spot for our wedding. The venue was gorgeous and Karie Wagnon the event coordinator was very helpful with everything. All of our guests were in awe and many were unaware that it even existed! If we had to do it all over again we would wouldn't have changed a thing, Verrado Wedding Venue is the best spot. Karie alleviated a lot of wedding stress, she was so very helpful and was able to offer her recommendations for cake, DJ, and photographer. We went with all of her recommendations and they were all so great! Thank you Karie for making our special day so perfect and thank you Verrado!

We had our wedding on 4/18/15 at Verrado Golf Club and couldnt be happier. We want a do-over because it was that AMAZING! The staff, location, set up etc was perfect and more than we could have asked for. The location in front of the pond was a perfect area for our ceremony and our guests enjoyed coctail hour walking around the grounds. Although the restruant portion of the venue was still open during our wedding, ALL of the customers were respectful and didnt interrupt which is usually unheard of!
The food is still being talked about by our guests (a couple who are professionl chefs) and everyone gives it about 5 stars. It all came out in a timely manner and i kid you not, most guests who never finish a plate- finished their meals with nothing left!
The staff also kept the area clean, the bartenders took care of our bar and made sure to mention the fun beverages that we had! When cleaning up time came, the staff was so helpful with collecting our stuff and making it as seamless as possible.
We are forever thankful to Verrado Golf Club for such an amazing day and we wish it could have lasted longer!

Our wedding day amazing! The Venue was gorgeous, the food was delicious and the staff was so very accommodating! The Verrado Golf Club went out of their way to make all of our wedding day wishes come true!! The staff was professional and responsive to all needs. We would not have chosen any other venue or vendors!! We never had to lift a finger or had any worry or concern! We are forever grateful! Verrado was a perfect choice for our wedding! I booked through Thee Wedding Warehouse and couldn't be happier.
The view was beautiful! The space was perfect! The food was amazing! The staff was awesome!
We were married on the front lawn and moved into the banquet room for our reception. If the pictures, scenery and view isn't enough to chose Verrado...the food will win you over! Perfect location and I found it to be very competitive for pricing.

My wedding was absolutely beautiful! The venue couldn't have been more perfect. They were very accommodating for any size wedding -- my wedding was very small/intimate with maybe 40-50 people (vendors and guests). I got so many compliments on the food and how beautiful everything was (golf course, mountains, in and outside the building, etc). The Verrado Golf Club held great significance for Ricky and I, and we couldn't have pictured ourselves getting married anywhere else.

We cannot explain how greatful we are for our perfect day. We told, Ann exactly what our budget was, exactly what we wanted, and she made it happen. The service, the venue, the food was 110% perfect.

The Raven provided the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding. Ann Mattis was very accomodating and flexible with my constant changing of plans! Everything was set up the way we discussed and was ready on time. The site for the wedding was blocked off during the ceremony and I don't remember having ANY distractions.... Ann was always around and willing to pitch in and help when asked. We had our reception elsewhere but I'm sure we would have been just as satisfied had we decided to spend the whole night at the Raven! Thank you for such wonderful service!

Beautiful! I have a fascination with water and I HAD to have it in our photos, in the venue. Raven has a beautiful stone bridge with the waterfall. My husband and I booked the venue over a year in advance! Ann has a wonderful staff and made sure we were taken care of. I remember having a "freak out moment" but she was there to reassure me that everything would be as I dreamed. She did what she could to keep it at our budget and she did not disappoint! The ceremony site and reception were both beautiful! Ann was amazing to work with and always had a smile on her face. We will definitely go back there to visit her! Raven is a beautiful place to have a wedding or just sit outside to relax. We had a lot of great moments there and we will never forget!

Working with the Raven was wonderful! We live very close, and knew the moment we were engaged that we would definitely check out the Raven first. Ann was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and enthusiastic! She was willing to go above and beyond by helping set up our centerpieces, and candy buffet--which helped out a lot the day of when we had so many things going on! The views and reception space at the Raven are absolutely beautiful. Ann and all her staff really made our wedding day amazing.

Ann was very helpful. My Pastor cancelled on me nine days before we were supposed to get married. Ann was able to get me in touch with a Minister two days after the previous Pastor cancelled. The only complaint I have is that the bridal room was very dark and difficult to apply my makeup.

We definitely would recommend this vendor/venue to all of our friends. Ann is great she made us feel so comfortable and was completely honest and upfront about all of our concerns. The only three issues we had the day of our wedding is the food service was a little slow and one of our guest found a fly in their salad. The last issue was the bar tab. The bar was not conducted as planned it was only supposed to be open for a total of 4 hours but was open the whole time. Overall everything turned out great and we would do it the same exact way!

Ann Mattis, the catering manager at the Raven at Verrado is a talented and wonderful wedding. She ensured that everything was setup perfectly, including the centerpieces and candy bar that I had made. Her attention to detail and focus on her clients make the Raven and amazing place to have a wedding. When my family requested a special tradition of shots during the Money dance she ensured that we could have a tradition even though that they do not allow shots at weddings. I can't thank Ann enough for making my wedding everything I imagined.

We had just our ceremony at the Raven Golf club. The cost was very reasonable and the personal were always friendly and willing help. The day of the wedding the wedding planner for the Raven was very helpful and always checking up on us, She made me feel very at ease that everyone was being taken care of. We recently had our wedding at Verrado and it was absolutely beautiful! We chose this venue because the scenery was gorgeous and the price was within our budget. We worked with Kathy and she was amazing!! On the day of the wedding, her and her staff (especially Eric) were phenomenal and so accommodating. Me and my husband March got married at the Verrado Clubhouse March 25th and we couldn't be happier. Everything is close together. The bridge and waterfall is beautiful in all of the pictures. The wedding planners where awesome and really helped us every stop of the way. And we got all of this for an amazing price. We had our wedding at Verrado Golf Club on April 8, 2017 and we were blown away! They exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Karie, the on-site coordinator, was fantastic and so super helpful, especially the day of. Everything went so smoothly. Our wedding was a larger one, so we had our ceremony on the lawn in front of the golf course and the reception outdoors in front of the lake/water area. We got many comments from guests about how beautiful the venue was and how it felt like a movie.

The Verrado Golf Club is a beautiful place to get married. The location provides outstanding views of the golf course, lake, and mountains. Our wedding coordinator, Karie, was a pleasure to work with. She is easygoing, which is nice since planning a wedding can get a little hectic. We told her how we wanted everything setup and she did a fantastic job putting it all together. The staff was also great. They are all about making your day special. The food had a nice presentation and taste. The champagne toast adds a nice touch as well. We also liked how they plated our wedding cake. Overall, our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the wedding. Here are a few helpful tips from our experience:
--There are two wedding coordinators, Kathy and Karie. If possible, only work with one throughout the process to avoid any confusion in the details/planning of your wedding.
--Don’t underestimate time. They provide you a golf cart on your wedding day so you can drive around the course and take pictures. We thought we had plenty of time to do this, but it flew by and we didn’t get around to it.
--If you choose plated versus the buffet, just realize the food comes out in waves since it is made fresh. At our wedding, the last table (we had six tables of 10) didn’t get their food until a half hour after the first table.
--The venue has one large room and one smaller room. Since we had less than 60 guests, we were able to put the DJ in the nook and the dance floor in the center with tables surrounding it in the large room. This gave everyone a great view of the DJ and dance floor. For weddings with more people, the bartender, DJ, and dance floor will have to go in the smaller room while everyone is seated in the larger room. This may not be ideal for some.

Verrado is simply beautiful! It was the first venue we visited and the one we kept going back to. Karie was helpful from day one and made even the busiest moments seem stress free. Even though we only had 3 months to plan out wedding, we did so, and it came out just beautifully! So much that we'd love to re-live the moments time and time again! The lawn ceremony was gorgeous, the reception area just beautiful, and with kids in attendance...having an open lawn for them to play took the stress off parents. To touch on kids, Verrado also catered to kids offering special meal rates for kids v. adults.

Karie was overaly helpful the day of the wedding. She gathered everything we had brought and took care of it all. She set it up just as we wanted. She even handled all of our last minute changes seamlessly! And at the end of the night...she had it all packed up to be taken with us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks again!

What a beautiful venue! The space for us was perfect. We had just under 100 guests. The outdoor space was great to use for the cocktail hour. Everything was set up as we requested and Ann was very helpful and accommodating through the whole planning processes.

Everyone knows that weddings don't always go perfectly and I think how a company handles a situation says a lot about them....Two days before our wedding there was a MAJOR problem that occured. I was devastated but Ann and the staff really went out of the way to correct the situation. They listened to me and acknowledged their mistake which I appreciated. The day of the wedding went wonderfully. I got a lot of compliments from our guests on how beautiful the location was and how great the food tasted!! Overall, I was very happy with the Raven on my wedding day and would reccommend them to other brides. Ann is a pleasure to work with and she is great at helping pick out linens too! :)

I wasn't aware until the evening of our anniversary party there would be a band just outside of our room which made it very hard to talk.
I should have been told of this ahead and the band should be put at the other end of the room in consideration of our event.
Also a miscommunication on hors d'oeuvres.
Everyone on your staff was very easy to work with and I appreciated their willingness to please.

The staff was great even though we had changed coordinators three times during the planning. Anything there was miscommunication between coordinators The Raven took our word for what we were promised or had requested and took care of everything including "Golf with the Groom" at a different golf resort at the same rate b/c they were re-seeding and the interim coordinator didn't know that. The food was amazing and all we heard from our guests, especially family, is how high we had set the bar for the rest of the family because it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been too! This is a beautiful venue with some very good and caring staff. The ceremony in the front lawn was absolutely stunning. I brought the wedding decorations to Karie (the wedding coordinate) the day of the wedding and I only had to show a glimpse of my vision for her to put together a beautiful display of what I had in mind. She also ensured that everything went smooth and did not leave until all the different events during the reception were finished.

The entire team was just fantastic, servers, chefs, everyone. Megan was a god send, it was so great to have her with us every step of the way. She made us all feel like we knew what we were doing. Our minister even made the comment that everything went as good as he has ever seen. All the guests are still talking about it. The. Venue was beautiful, Ann, The Ravens wedding coordinator was great! She was very helpful at every trun! I will say the venue was on the pricey side but they do all the set up and clean up and provide the linens, all I needed to get was a cake, dj and flowers! The only complaint I have was the food on the reception night, the chicken was very dry and the crab tasted canned, very embarrasing and for $55a plate, I expected better. In addition we had a food tasteing prior to the wedding to decide what we would serve, the chicken they served us that night was moist, delicious and the shreded crab tasted wonderful. If they had served that quality of chicken on the reception night I would have no complaints, as it is I had quite a few guests not eat their chicken because its was that bad...

Ann really helped the day of the wedding go smoothly. She answered any questions that we had and was very attentive to what we needed. In the beginning I was really excited to pick The Raven because of the gorgeous views and how elegant the dining room was. I had also known somebody who had gotten married there and they loved it! As the process went on it was difficult getting answers occasionally and I had to stay on top of my emails or I wouldn't get a response. As the wedding got closer though Ann was always available to answer all the questions that I had. On the day of our ceremony everything was set up so beautifully and we received many many compliments on our choice of venues. The only compliant we received from guests was that their food was cold or a little over cooked. Also, what we tasted and what we actually received were different, not a lot but I did not appreciate that.

The Raven was an absolutely beautiful venue that had the green of a golf course against the backdrop of the mountain range. We had an outside ceremony in one of their many parks, followed by an outside reception behind their restaurant on the lawn. We were very particular about the kind of service we were going to be receiving because of the kind of service our overseas guests were accustomed to. We were also requiring a specific quality and presentation for our food as well, which Chef Steve designed especially for our qualifications. The menu he created for our reception definitely exceeded our expectations. The servers were also excellent in that they were able to cater to and remember the needs of our guests. It was a perfect night that we were able to enjoy and remember for the rest of our lives in part to the efforts of all the staff at the Raven.

Our daughter's wedding was held at the Verrado Golf Club in December 2015. The Clubhouse was beautifully decorated and complemented the extra touches we provided. The only suggestions I would have for anyone considering using this venue for their wedding would be these: 1) Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing that you will be responsible for paying for so there are no big surprises at the end like we had. 2) Even though there is a room for the bride to get ready, I would not suggest doing your hair and makeup there as the lighting is poor and the room has a huge conference table and chairs that have to be moved to the side. Instead, I would suggest just getting dressed there. 3) Make sure that the person who actually signed the contract for the event and thus, is ultimately the one responsible for payment, has the final say in ALL decisions instead of finding out later that others were allowed to do so.

The Raven is a beautiful location. Our pictures turned out beautiful against the backround surrounded by the mountains. When it came down to crunch time the staff and manager were helpful and attentive to our guests, everyone was extremly polite and everything ran smoothly !!!

Have a server cut the cake and serve at the table. They took the cake away and they took to long to bring back the cut servings,,, most of my guests left before they has a slice of cake.

This place is gorgeous, the food is great, and the price is great. However, good luck if you want an organized wedding or 5 star service. Our coordinator was nice but not on top of everything. Our bill was wrong several times, I never even got it until 4 days before my wedding. Overall it went well, everyone was happy.

Tips:

*We paid for the DJ/Photographers to eat... and they were never offered anything.

*They say that tea, lemonade, and coffee are included but they never offer any of it and your guests don't know that it is available. Coffee with cake should be standard but not here, your guests have to ask for it???

*We had an open bar and the gratuity was 600 for 1 bartender for 3 hrs. we asked that no tip jar was placed out... and it was. And it was FULL of money. On top of that, he was RUDE! He was RUDE to ME (the Bride) and and all of my guests. During the night I had 3 guests come to me to tell me that he was rude. My maid of honor went to get shots for the bridal party, and he said he was going to help the other guests that were tipping first!!!!!

*We had 160 guests and the line to the bar was outrageous. It didn't end the entire night. 1 bartender was not enough. I had specified that we were paying until 9 p.m. and after that it was a cash bar... well, they completely closed the bar at 9.

*I was told that regular coffee would be served for no cost, however it was never served.

The venue its self is beautiful. The food was wonderful. The waitstaff was wonderful and very helpful during the event. We had a few issues but the bar was the main issue. We paid over $3000 dollars in open bar- ultra premium. Our bar included Grey Goose, Patron ect. About 3 hours into the reception I- the bride went to the bar for a drink. The bartender served me Absolut. When I asked why Absolut she told me that they ran out. In my eyes I do not know how that was possible and if it did happen a member of the team should have came to use to let us know.
Once the event was over and I was thinking about the situation I felt that we over paid for what was being served becasue they were not serving our ultra premium package the whole night. I called several times and emailed with no response back. Finally AI was so distraught that I asked to speak with a manager. A meeting was set up and we discussed the issues. The manager told me that the bartender was a rookie. They have a sheet of how many beverages were served and what type of liqueur was used. The manager told me that they served 52 drinks of Absolute and I do not remember how many of Sauza Tequila but that was not what we paid for. The manger told me that there was only about a dollar difference between the two drinks. That is fine and I understood that but we paid hourly not by drink. The manager offered a round of golf for my husband. We declined that offer.
We really felt and still feel betrayed about the whole issue. We were also told that they keep another bar(different liqueur) out becasue someone might want a different type of booze. I know 52+ people did not ask for Absolut or Sauza. This was a very big disappointment and I would not recommend this facility if a bar package was one of your priorities.

I Do NOT recommend having your wedding here. Let me start off by saying, the food and the view was amazing. But that's it. I had continued to be patient but it was just one thing after the next. The communication and customer service was the worst I have ever had. We spent way too much to much money for them to be extremely unorganized and provide terrible service. Several times we had been given the wrong balance of how much we still owed on the venue. FOUR times they told us we owed way more than what we actually did. Luckily I kept every single receipt for this purpose! The plan from the start was to use chifarri chairs and they didn't tell us that was an extra charge until two nights before the wedding and also stated over text "those chairs are an extra $150, if you don't get back to me tonight I will just charge your account". Super unprofessional. The coordinator of that day also started sending people to walk down the aisle without communicating with the deejay so for awhile there was no music.
Several times I had emailed questions I had and didn't get responses until weeks later. Also several calls had been made and they said they would get back to us and never did. We had called the owner because we were so tired of the lack of organization, they also didn't get back to us. We had several things "go missing". The thing that upset me the most was we had a custom sign made with our last name and wedding date valued at $100 and they "don't know where it is". I'm just curious as to how you dispose or lose something with someone's name on it. It's not like it was generic. We moved out of state so we had to leave without a beautiful sign we had made specially for us. I am beyond furious.
