Best in the business!

Best in the business. Veronica came recommended by multiple friends so I knew it was a must for my wedding. She accommodated all my needs and was super flexible. I planned my wedding from Arizona but she made sure I was prepared for my trial and wedding day. I had 10 people get ready the morning of the wedding and there was no concern with being late for the bus to pick us up! Veronicas team arrived on time and got straight to work. They were personable, professional, and accommodating to each girls needs. They did an amazing job with the two flower girls too!!

Sydney did my hair and make-up and YALL it was on point. I wish she could do it every day. I got so many complements at the wedding of how natural yet glam my eyes looked. I am truly thankful for her, I felt like a queen! If there is any hesitation about which company to use I can truly promise you will not go wrong with Veronica and company!

The best start to my wedding day!

The best part of being the last of your friends to get married is that they have a list of all the best vendors for a wedding so I thankfully did not need to search to find Veronica. She came recommended by 2 of my bridesmaids and ironically a co-worker also had her makeup done by her years ago. She was the second thing I booked after my photographer. Veronica and her team are absolute magicians and experts in what they do. Somehow, they managed to get 9 bridesmaids, my mother, my husbands mother, my grandmother, and myself ready without even breaking a sweat. When I first reached out to her I was worried because this was a lot of people to have to take care of in such a small window of time. In addition to that, I had to be done really early for my first look, cultural ceremony before the traditional ceremony and reception. Everyone received airbrush makeup and it is like magic. It felt like nothing on the skin but made us all look flawlessly perfect and lasted all day. I had never done airbrush before but I am now officially hooked and want it for every occasion. If I could just have this glam squad get me ready like a Kardashian on a daily basis I would be in heaven. My grandmother had some reservations but when she met Veronica I think that went away quickly and she raved about her hair and makeup. She kept talking about it all day which was so precious. I loved that my bridesmaids all loved their hair and makeup too, which is a shock as a bridal party my size was destined to have some go rogue, but everyone loved it. I think one of them has already booked Veronica’s team for her wedding next year so I am happy to know I will be getting this royal treatment again soon. Best of all they finished 20 minutes ahead of schedule which my planner and photographer both commented was a refreshing change for them. I was able to take some bridal portraits before and after I got into my dress and now looking at the pictures, they are some of my favorites. I am so thankful for that and so thankful I trusted Veronica and her team for my big day. It was all perfect.

AMAZING experience!!!

Veronica did my makeup as a bridesmaid in a wedding recently. I have had my makeup and hair done several times but I was worried as most experiences have resulted in me having to either remove it or change it. I have never felt more beautiful than I did that day. My husband, Mom and Sister all were so impressed they wouldn’t stop complimenting me. I really felt amazing. It lasted all day and night which was impressive. I was completed at 1 but pictures weren’t until 3 and the wedding was at 5. I danced and partied all night and my hair stayed perfect and makeup did not budge. I may or may not have slept in the makeup and worn it the next day. I am sad I am already married otherwise I would hands down use her for my wedding and I plan to recommend her to every Bride in hopes she does my makeup again in the future.

Beautiful, Timely, & Fun!!

Veronica and her team of professionals were a dream to work with on our wedding day!! I had 9 bridesmaids, myself, and 4 additional family members that wanted hair and makeup services the day of, and was stressing how we would fit everyone in with our tight 2pm ceremony timeline. Veronica and her team were prompt and efficient, making sure we stayed true to our timeline for pictures. We actually finished up a tad early, which made the entire day less stressful! On top of that, everyone looked absolutely beautiful! My bridesmaids even commented it was the happiest they had ever been with professional makeup (even compared to their own wedding days)! Would highly recommend to anyone!

The absolute best

Veronica is hands down the most phenomenal makeup artist! She is so beyond talented and knows EXACTLY what your face needs! She listens to what you want and will be completely honest if for whatever reason it doesn’t suit your skin, features, etc...On top of her unmatched expertise, she is incredibly accommodating and prompt with communication. I’ve had my makeup done by many people over the years but Veronica is BY FAR my favorite! No on compares!

Veronica and her team were absolutely amazing! They listened to everyone and made everyone look so beautiful and flawless! The airbrush was the greatest thing, it lasted until the morning after even with a night filled with lots of dancing! Better than I could have expected. You MUST book her.

Veronica and her team were better than I imagined. I get my makeup done a lot, and this was some of the best work. Not only does she use products that are good hygienic for your skin, she tailors every makeup experience to each person. I really wanted my green eyes to pop, and she new exactly what to do. Veronica did makeup for my sisters wedding, and every single person was overwhelmed by how good of a job they did. I highly, highly recommend booking Veronica for any makeup needs.

If you're like me, the thought of your wedding day brings visions of grandeur dancing through your mind. A stunning venue, a magazine worthy ceremony, a kick a$$ reception where you are the star of the show. You know you want a beautiful and perfect day that you and your guests will never forget but, how do you make it happen!? Where do you begin? Here’s a hint. Her name is Veronica Sitterding.

Everyone expects a bride to be beautiful on her big day and most people will politely say as much but, why stop at beautiful when you can be stunning? Veronica expertly emphasizes your own unique features and makes you absolutely flawless— the ENTIRE day!! You will be a walking camera filter. I am shy by nature but, Veronica took every ounce of that shyness away when she spun my chair around to face myself in the mirror. For the first time in my life I didn't need someone else to tell me that I looked pretty in order to believe it. When I saw my reflection it took my breath away.

So, how did I choose Veronica? My besties and I often joke that we are professional bridesmaids. The beauty of being one of the last in my friend group to get married is that I was able to experience first hand who/what I did and did not want for my own wedding. All of my girls are makeup artists and Veronica is who THEY chose for their own weddings. There are a lot of things you have to “hope” turn out the way you planned on the big day. Your appearance should NOT be on that list. Veronica has done my hair and make up for all of my major life events. I have never once been disappointed. After my now husband proposed, the first thing I did was book Veronica then my photographer, and THEN we set our wedding date based on my two must-have vendor’s availability. Veronica and her team provided exceptional hair and makeup for my wedding this month! I planned my wedding from another state, and Veronica's responsiveness and willingness to work with my schedule made planning from far away so much easier. I booked based on the hair and makeup Veronica had done at my friend's wedding, and didn't actually have my trial until 2 days before my wedding. But I knew that I would be in good hands, and I loved my look the day of. Her team arrived on time on the wedding day, and finished my bridal party and the mothers of bride and groom early. I would, without hesitation, recommend them to any of my friends getting married!

Veronica and her team are the best of the best —I say this whole heartedly. I was one of those heavy-research, type brides and have no regrets finally selecting them as my beauty vendor. V did my makeup, while Sydney did my hair. Both lasted all day and night. I cannot fathom anyone better for your special day.

Punctual, professional yet personal, and beyond talented. Her team of four ppl (including Veronica) managed to finish 7 bridesmaids + two mothers + one grandmother + bride within four hours. I appreciated that they allowed each of us to choose between regular makeup vs airbrush. One of my bridesmaids is also a professional hair stylist, so not all of them required hair to be done by Syd.

V and her team can handle anything you throw at her. For example, my eyes water terribly and she was able to order specific makeup to prevent that. Also, I have crazy curly hair and Sydney tamed it like a champ.

Veronica and her team were amazing! She made everything so easy from the trial to the day of my wedding. I was SO happy with how my makeup and hair (shout out to Sydney!) turned out. After several friends recommended Veronica Sitterding, I knew that I had to book her company for our wedding day. Veronica and her team were wonderful to work with! I've been a bridesmaid in a number of weddings before my own, and in every one, there were timing issues getting everyone's hair and makeup done on schedule. Veronica and her team were at the location exactly when she said they'd be, and they were unbelievably good at keeping a tight schedule (and our two-bride wedding had 11 girls, a mother of the bride, a grandmother of the bride, and TWO brides to handle and they did so beautifully and with time to spare).
My hair and makeup (and my wife's who is more masculine of center) looked so perfect. We both felt natural and like ourselves, but just more photogenic versions. I was especially concerned that my wife would be comfortable, since she's not at all a makeup person, and she usually feels very uncomfortably being super traditionally girly, but Veronica and her team worked with her and ended up enhancing her natural beauty without making her feel uncomfortable or overdone. I've already recommended Veronica to everyone I know, and I can't say enough good things!

Veronica and her glam squad are hands down the best in the Atlanta area (and beyond!) I had nine very particular, very picky bridesmaids, and ALL nine absolutely loved their hair and makeup. Every single girl looked beautiful through the day and into the night. And of course, I loved my bridal makeup and hair. Veronica is an expert in her field and the best their is! Veronica is beyond amazing at what she does. I had paid close to $700 in wedding trials. She was my 4th! All the other people who had done makeup trials were beyond awful. They either made me look like a man trying to look like a woman, a clown, make my lips look 2-3 times bigger by outlining them up to my nose and down to my chin. These artist were no where close to being artists!! I don't know where they learned how to do makeup. Apparently from Ronald McDonald. My friends and I look at pics and laugh at the work these other people did on me. Veronica is on top of all the new trends and best makeup and is SO sanitary. Doesn't put makeup all over her hand and then try to put it on my eye or face. She will be honest with you about what she can do for you and makes you look amazing. I love makeup and like the way I do my own. I was so discouraged after the previous 3 that I was going to do my own for the wedding. I was so upset that I was having to resort to that but felt so defeated and out of options. I'm also not the type of person who will go to a department store and get my makeup done. Been there done that and it always sucks. I came across Veronica on the knot and she had all these awards so I figured I'd try her. I almost cried after she finished my makeup. I couldn't believe how glam not tran I looked. I literally almost fell out of the chair. My skin makeup actually matched my skin, they eyes were so glam and not crazy and the lip color was perfect. It looked like someone who does makeup for actresses and models did my makeup. And she actually does! She's so sweet and very professional. All my bridesmaids and mother loved her. She made them all look beautiful. Even my girls who don't really care about makeup or wear it loved their look. Don't waste you time or $ looking anywhere else. Veronica is your girl, "the buck stops here"!

I'm not sure where to start here ... as I can't say enough wonderful and great things about Veronica and her team. Here goes the short-list ... her and her team are so unbelievably: talented, professional, buttoned-up (first time my wedding planner said she had EVER seen hair and makeup run AHEAD of schedule), fun, cool, calm, collected ... and to say the least they made me, my 10 bridesmaids, my mother, my husband's mother and sister, all look like a million bucks. And I mean flawless, elegant, classy, timeless bucks. Veronica and her team are the kind of people you want around you on what will be the most exciting, biggest day of your life ... they bring such a calm and ease that is a delight to be around and helps to set the mood and tone in the room. Her team is beyond well trained and not sure how they work the magic they do ... but they're angels and blessings for it. The best part about it all is that we all still felt ourselves when they were finished ... sometimes at weddings you get your hair and makeup done and look in the mirror and are like "who is that?" That is NOT something you will for a moment have to worry about with V and her team. Her team is so polite and they want to ensure that EVERY girl who has hair and makeup done loves it. One of my bridesmaids was worried about her hair falling down if she danced too much ... so one of team members was kind enough to offer to put her hair up tighter. Veronica is not only crazy-talented, she is hilarious to boot! My makeup was flawless, at my trial and on the day of my wedding, and somehow, she kept me laughing the whole time. Her partner, Sidney, did my hair and worked a g*ddamn miracle on it. I have chin-length, curly hair, and wanted an updo with a full knot in the back. Sidney used her magic wand (in the form of hair extensions and a hair doughnut) and gave me the hair of my dreams for my big day. Veronica and her team are all complete DOLLS, and made my bridal party feel like absolute royalty on the day of the wedding. I cannot recommend her enough!

Veronica, Sydney, and the rest of the team are simply the best! I am admittedly very picky when it comes to hair and makeup and was extremely nervous about making a vendor selection for our wedding. Great hair and makeup can really impact your wedding photos and capturing beautiful memories was really important to us. I can say without any hesitation that I absolutely LOVED my hair and makeup on my wedding day and the confidence I felt that day really shines through in our photos. I had nine bridesmaids and every single one of them also loved their hair and makeup. Girls can be very particular and if you’ve ever been a bridesmaid, you might have experienced the “just okay” or “pretty good” hair or makeup situation. Having been a bridesmaid myself seven times now, I have experienced hair and makeup vendors that were fairly good, but not over the top amazing like Veronica and her team. Veronica makes sure each individual person receiving services is happy, not just the bride, which was very important to me. Also, every single member of her team is incredibly strong (sometimes two of the stylists will be good and the other two not so much). My Mom typically wears no makeup at all and she was very hesitant to get her hair and makeup done. To my surprise, she also loved her hair and makeup! As a major bonus, Veronica used to be a Project Manager so her organization skills are on point. She is very detail-oriented and listens to her brides and the type of look they are going for. If you are Type A like me, then you’ll also appreciate her quick, detailed responses that will make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Veronica and team did such a fabulous job and are worth every single penny. You might find less expensive vendors out there, but trust me, you will not get anywhere near the same quality. I can’t imagine having gone with anyone else, especially after how amazing they were on our wedding day, and they were an integral part of our big day.

After looking into several artists, I booked Veronica for my makeup trial because her materials were detailed, her answers to my questions were thorough, and she just generally seemed the most knowledgeable. Also, her reviews were not only just good but over the top good, and I'm here to tell you that there is a reason for that - she is AMAZING. At my trial, she was able to flip through several "looks" I'd brought on my phone (definitely recommend using Pinterest) and translate it seamlessly into hair and makeup for me. On wedding day, Veronica and her team did hair and makeup for me, my mother, and my bridesmaids, and everyone was extremely impressed. Sydney also did a great job with my hair (first time ever using extensions and they looked amazing!) and was so patient getting everyone ready throughout the day. Veronica may not be the cheapest artist you will find in Atlanta area, but she is the best - and if you want look stunning on your wedding day, you want to book her. She knows her stuff!

My hair and makeup was actually done by Sydney, who is SO fantastic. She's fun and youthful, and she put me at ease and made me look absolutely gorgeous. I showed her photos of what I wanted to look like, and she executed that PERFECTLY. My hair and makeup stayed all day and night, even after some RIDICULOUS dance moves! In addition to this, they are very responsive to e-mails and showed up early on my wedding day! My bridesmaids and I looked stunning, and we have Veronica Sitterding & Co. to thank for that!

Veronica and Sydney are absolute masters in hair/makeup. I booked Veronica almost instantly after I was engaged, about a year out from my wedding, and it was the best decision! I am an absolute makeup junkie/snob and I knew that I wanted to be glammed up on my wedding day. I wanted someone that could break-away from traditional bridal makeup and give me a high-end editorial look – Veronica/Sydney nailed it and exceeded my expectations. They also are so laid back that it felt like I was having one of my close friends sitting their doing makeup and chatting with me. My makeup/hair was done around 1:30pm for my 5:30pm wedding, it (and my hair) lasted all night and I never needed powder to touch up (I have pretty oily skin too – I usually end up having to touch up my makeup throughout a normal workday a few times). In fact, I ended up falling asleep in my makeup after the wedding and my eye makeup/lashes still looked fresh the next morning that I ended up wearing it most of the next day too lol. The team also did the makeup/hair for my 6 bridesmaids, junior bridesmaid, grooms grandma, MOB and MOG and they all looked fantastic. She made my mother, who has not worn makeup in years, look like a complete bombshell. I have never seen my mom so happy and confident about how she looked – it was one of the best things about my wedding day. Veronica’s team is worth every penny, you will be so so thankful that you booked them for your day! Thank you Veronica and Sydney – you guys seriously made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I had Sydney do my hair and makeup for my wedding, so this review is all about how amazing she was! I only had a few short interactions with Veronica, and although they were not the most positive interactions, I don't feel comfortable reviewing her as she did not do hair or makeup for me, and that is really what this is all about- looking and feeling good on the big day!

Sydney did an AWESOME job on both my hair and makeup and my mom's hair and makeup. She really perfected all of the looks we wanted. Our hair and makeup lasted all night without any issues. Everything blended well and looked natural. I had zero complaints about any aspect of my hair and makeup- just perfect.

As a person, Sydney is incredibly nice and easy to talk to. She is very kind, professional and was always on time. She is just all around a super sweet and talented person, and I would absolutely consider hiring her!

I was recently a bridesmaid in a wedding where Veronica and her team were hired to do hair and make-up. I luckily was introduced to Veronica prior to this wedding, and had her booked over a year in advance for my wedding. She is that good. Not only did she make me feel more beautiful than I've ever felt, but she is genuinely a good person and made me feel cared about!

Communicated with her is easy, and her team is willing to do anything that is passed their way! At the wedding I was in, all THIRTEEN bridesmaids, the bride, and relatives, were done in 5 hours, and not one person had a complaint. It was incredible. The team is professional and personable and can make a picture reality!! Veronica and her team are top notch and do a job like no other!!

I, personally, did not have Veronica do my makeup for my best friend's wedding (only because I don't wear makeup at all), but I watched her transform the bride, mother of the bride, and bridesmaids. Sydeny did a perfect job with my hairstyle request (simple and understated), and was even happy to perform a touch up for me before the main event! Words can't express how truly grateful I am to have found Veronica and her company to do my hair and makeup on my wedding day! I had been to SEVERAL other makeup artists in the Atlanta area and would end up in tears after the trial because I had left looking worse than I did walking in without makeup on!! Finally I went to see veronica and she is truly one of a kind! After the trial I was jumping up and down because I was so happy to find an amazing makeup artist!!! She listens to what you want as a bride and exceeds your expectations with the final results! I felt like a celebrity!! I had even sent pictures after my trial to a couple of friends and 3 other people booked her for their weddings immediately because she is that good! Not only is Veronica amazing at makeup but her team is amazing as well! I had Sydney do my hair and she was incredible! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly like the picture if not better! Seriously, there isnt a better hair person in town! I have never felt more beautiful in my life than I did on my wedding day! I had a total of 13 people gettng hair and makeup done and a total of 5 people ( including Veronica and Sydney) taking care of my bridesmaids, mom and mother in law, all of us looked the best we ever have! Veronica was super fun, talented, and entertaining! I booked her for my trial session and after seeing her magic decided to go with her for my wedding. She is not only focused on her artwork, but you also won’t be bored while she’s doing your makeup. She truly cares about her clients, is very detail-oriented, and is very professional when it comes to communication and punctuality. She did makeup for seven ladies on the day of my wedding and each one of them liked her - she is gentle and easily adapts her methods to their preferences. She is also very efficient and produces great results! I think this is because she has an awesome team. Sydney, the hair master, is also amazing to work with. Veronica is amazing. Her work is spectacular. Sydney, the hair stylist, is ALSO UH-MAZING. I love them both and they are so good at what they do. Price is definitely not cheap, so you do want to make sure you can allocate those funds accordingly. Especially with constant outgoing expenses with weddings.. dislike. Anyhow, Veronica and Sydney are both confident in what they do and it really makes it easier on the bride BUT you also have to know what you, as the bride, want. Make sure you do research on hairstyles with your dress and know what kind of make up you feel comfortable in. I chose the airbrush make up since I knew I was going to be more active and needed longer lasting make up. My bridesmaid and mother did the traditional make up. Everyone that got their make up done with Veronica wear little to no make up so it seems as if Veronica's make up application is thick once completed but it really is not. After 30 minutes to 1 hour, the make up settles in so naturally and beautifully. The hair, lasts ALL day. I kind of had trouble washing my hair with the hotel shampoo because my hair stayed in tact all day, all night, all morning LOL. Advice to others- if you're staying at a hotel BYOS (Bring your own shampoo). Veronica and Sydney are the best!

Veronica is an extremely talented make up artist and I felt so lucky to have found her! I Highly recommend doing a hair/makeup trial with them because they will suggest things you may need and you can decided exactly how you want to look for your wedding. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Veronica, and her team!

I hired Veronica’s crew to do my bridesmaids, my flower girls, my mother, my grandmothers and my hair and makeup. A total of 12. Veronica and Sydney and two more stylist came and made all of us look amazing!! All the bridesmaids had an idea of what they wanted their hair and makeup to look like. Veronica’s team did an exceptional job making everyone look even better than what they had imagined. My grandmother who is 89, looked the best I have ever seen her look.

For my look, I didn't want to be over the top, but just wanted to enhance some of my features. Veronica and I spoke for an hour before I even had my consultation. She got to know me and what I was about and what was meaningful to me. She has such a passion for what she does and believes in making this day incredibly special for you, she cares. This was a huge for me, being in client service I can vouch that Veronica is Genuine, she is the real deal! Not to mention she is incredibly talented and a true artist. You will feel at ease with Veronica, and feel confident that you are in good hands. She works with you and knows how important this day is for you. I cannot stress that enough. Sydney is phenomenal too. I thought I wanted an up-do at first, a low bun, then a side pony and eventually landed on a side sweep. I obviously wasn't sure, but Sydney and I worked together (long distance, I live in LA) and finally came up with the hair that made me feel like the very best version of myself. She nailed it!

All of Veronica’s team was exceptionally talented, professional, punctual and such pleasures to be with on my special day. We laughed and gossiped and had a GREAT time getting ready.

Veronica and her assistant Sydney are life savers!! I am insanely picky about my makeup but she made me feel more beautiful than I ever have before. My pictures were amazing, no photoshop needed!! Plus she was SO professional, quick, organized and even helped get all my crazy bridesmaid in order! She knew exactly what would look good on each individual (without overpowering me of course) plus she only uses top of the line makeup and tools like airbrush for an insanely flawless finish. No one else in Atlanta comes close to her level of skill or product knowledge. Her makeup masterpiece lasted all day AND night! When I woke up in the morning I didn't want to take it off haha! I am so glad I got Veronica for my wedding day! She is amazing at what she does. I loved that she is very experienced with brides from different ethnic backgrounds. I had originally scheduled makeup with another company and after I had my practice session I realized that I was in deep trouble. Unfortunately, this realization occurred about a week before my wedding. So, I was prepared to do my own makeup when I told my photographer about my problem and she suggested Veronica. Now Veronica was about nine months pregnant at the time and was planning on relaxing before her son was born but she heard my story and graciously took me on. The minute I met her, I knew I was in good hands. She is amazing and is truly exceptional at what she does. She made me look flawless on my wedding day even though I didn't sleep a wink the night before my wedding! Friends and family are still talking about how great my make up looked that night. I really appreciate her willingness to take me at the last minute, she will always be my hero. I was referred to Veronica by a hair stylist, and I am so glad she told me about her! Veronica was so amazing. When I first contacted Veronica by email, she answered me almost immediately. We set up a trial run at her studio and upon walking in she made me instantly feel comfortable. She asked me questions about my wedding and she really took the time to get to know my style. She had me laughing the whole trial and when I turned around to look at what she did, I was so amazed. It was exactly what I had envisioned.
She showed up to the hotel we were getting ready at on my wedding day early, and was already set up before my bridesmaids got there. She made my whole entire wedding party look absolutely stunning. She is really great at bringing out natural beauty without looking "too done." I think my bridesmaids are gorgeous without makeup but she made them look even more incredible. She made me feel so relaxed on my wedding day, and again she had me laughing so hard, which is always a huge plus! Brides... Veronica did my makeup for my sister's wedding, as well as my sister's and my mom's makeup. She arrived on time with a schedule and was able to stick to it so that we all got our makeup done in time for pictures without any rush or stress. Although she finished our makeup early in the afternoon, mine stayed on well through the end of the reception. I showed her a photo of how I usually wear my makeup, and she used that to gage how she did my makeup for the wedding. I felt glamorous in all of the pictures taken, but not too overdone. She was a lot of fun to work with and I liked that she took my input and created a look that I absolutely loved.

I would definitely recommend Veronica to anyone looking for a professional makeup artist!

Veronica is the very best when it comes to wedding make-up. I typically don't wear a lot of make-up, just a little eyeliner and mascara. I searched for months to find a good make-up artist in Atlanta and I promise she is the very best! She is great a listening to what her clients really want. So many make-up artists make you look like you are going back to an 80s prom!!!

I could not have picked anyone better for my wedding! Everyone commented the whole night on how perfect and flawless my make-up looked and I could not thank her enough. A wedding only lasts for 1 day, but your pictures last a lifetime and thanks to Veronica I LOVE my pictures!

As the mother of the bride I had a very upfront role. I rarely will have my picture taken, no matter the event, but they couldn't get me out from in front of the camera this day! All I can say is AMAZING!!! Veronica is a professional, who was on time, kind, patient with our bridal party, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect makeup wise. I'm very particular about my makeup and am semi-decent in makeup application myself, but Veronica took it to a whole other level. I, to this day, get compliment after compliment for my makeup from the wedding. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a job well done, and I plan to reach out to her again soon for other events.

I was lucky enough to have Veronica handle my bridal/bridesmaids/mother of the bride and groom cosmetic needs. I have had other so called "make-up artists" apply my makeup in the past and was highly disappointed with the results. I, myself, worked as a cosmetic consultant through college and know my way around basic makeup application. Therefore I expect a lot from a true makeup artist. I voiced my doubts with Veronica on our first conversation and she immediately told me she wasn't your average makeup artist, and that she would be sure to impress. Luckily, I gave her a chance and she proved to be magical. My girls and I looked amazing, 3 of which also work in major cosmetic brands even agreed that she was a step above the rest. Our makeup was complemented by all who saw. Also, she was on time, brought a lovely assistant, and didn't mind fitting in the mother of the groom who didn't initially have an appointment for makeup application. If you're looking for a real professional who is truly skilled in her profession, then Veronica is the only choice.

Veronica and her team are absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Her full trial gives you a clear vision and allows you both to work through any questions or concerns you may have. She is extremely responsive and KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING!! She is SO helpful and an absolute joy to have as apart of your day! She is very easy going and works with you in EVERY WAY! She did all of my girls, my mom, and myself. My mom was undergoing treatment for breast cancer and lost most of her eye lashes, she was VERY apprehensive about changing the look she had become comfortable with for most of her life but Veronica took the time to apply lashes and makeup that was comfortable for her and made her feel absolutely beautiful she looked STUNNING! I am so grateful for Veronica not only did she work with my moms taste but mine as well she not only gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for but BETTER! Everyone looked fantastic and the makeup photographed BEAUTIFULLY ( AND stayed put ALL night!!) The pictures taken before the wedding look just as good as the ones taken post dancing. Veronica was wonderful on my wedding day! I had a trial run with her and she executed the look I wanted flawlessly. Day to day I never wear makeup, and Veronica knew exactly what type of makeup to use so that I never felt its presence. I felt natural and beautiful throughout the entire wedding. I could not have been happier with the results and am still trying to emulate it two years later.

I found out about Veronica online and loved that she had a professional website with photos and FAQs. I was very happy with Veronica's responsiveness and professionalism. Coming to site was a must and you'd be surpised how many makeup artists don't do that. I loved my makeup and all the different options there were airbrush, lashes, etc. I was so pleased with my sister's makeup that I changed my vision last minute which wasn't a problem at all. If you want your makeup to last all night on your wedding day it's worth the investment! I partied all night and my makeup didn't budge. I'm also very happy with the way the makeup photographed. If you want her to bounce around your venue reconsider because she comes with a lot of gear. Plan to set up shop in a designated area. Overall very happy with my decision to hire a professional and would and have recommended her to several friends!

I've been a bridesmaid ten times and had my makeup done many times for pageants and proms let alone weddings. After every makeup session I usually had feelings of regret because I thought I looked better when I did my own makeup for free. The results ran the gamut of "OMG! I look like a drag queen!" and "Did she even put makeup on me?" Often times my makeup would not last till the end of the night because I have oily skin.
Needless to say, I never liked the end result of a makeup session until I met Veronica. Before she started she asked me what I wanted? I told her my skin type and she recommended we use airbrush. She did my makeup exactly the way I wanted, and I absolutely loved it! I was so impressed with her work that I asked her to do my makeup for another wedding. She came to my house and worked her magic and again her performance was superb.
A important thing to note is I'm Asian, and Veronica did a stellar job. I would recommend her to any of my friends, and the next wedding I'm in I'll be calling her for sure!

Absolutely thrilled with Veronica. I usually never wear makeup and am asian, but Veronica knew how exactly what to do. She is an expert at mixing colors to match your skin tone, which is especially tough for asians.

Throughout the entire process Veronica was so helpful and even offered tips on better skincare before the wedding. On the wedding day, she came right on time and was looking for the perfect spot to do her work. She wanted natural lighting because my wedding was outdoors. She really cared about every detail. Last minute since the weather was a little muggy, she decided to use her special airbrush makeup on me so that the makeup wouldn't smudge just because she is such a perfectionist.

I went to about 5 other makeup artists for trail runs and no one came close to Veronica. I'm still so happy when I look back at my wedding photos. My makeup was natural and classic - and all done at a VERY fair price.

One last thing, she's ALWAYS available by phone and email. During such a stressful season it was so great to have someone that really responded so quickly.

Veronica is absolutely the best. I work 80-100 hours a week as a resident doctor and only got 1 day off before my wedding. I was terrified I was going to look exhausted on the most-photographed day of my life. Veronica came to my home right on time on the big day, and by the time she left, you would never know I do anything but spa and lunch and sleep :). She was super fun to have around to hang out with my bridal party and did an unbelievable job with my airbrush foundation, lashes, and accent makeup. She pays incredible attention to detail and uses only the highest quality cosmetics. My lip color lasted through the entire wedding and reception without a re-apply (I don't pay quite as much attention to detail as Veronica) because she had "stained" my lips a beautiful berry color. This girl is worth her weight in gold!

Veronica was my makeup artist for all 3 of my wedding events. My first experience with her was at my sisters wedding so I knew she was the right choice for me too!! I was extremely happy with how all 3 events turned out with each having a different look! She understood my vision without having to show a picture and knew how to make me look and feel beautiful. She was on-time and very friendly to everyone around her which made for a great experience for me and my family. What I respect about her is that she listens and is honest as to what works and doesn't because she really does care about each person that she does her magic on and wants you to feel comfortable and beautiful. I used airbrush and loved how light it was on my skin. Also my lashes were so perfectly placed people could not believe I had any fake lashes on cause it looked so natural. You won't regret it if you choose Veronica for your special day!

We had a trial run before my wedding and I loved the look (it was a subtle smokey look). But when it came to the actual day of wedding, I wanted my make up to look differently than the trial run (I found a picture of my Mother after the trial run when she got married and she had a more classic, heavy eyeliner and red lipstick look and I wanted to replicate that). She took the bridezilla request without complaint, and she nailed the look I wanted! She truly has a talent! Thanks again Veronica!

The best decision I ever made.....

Hands down, the best decision I made was emailing Veronica Sitterding, and then booking her to do my airbrush makeup, lashes, and my bridesmaids makeup as well for the most important day of my life... my wedding! Veronica left no stone unturned when we met for my trial. Not only is she extremely talented and professional, she genuinely cares about what her clients want, and delivers it! I've been in previous situations where MUA's ask you what look you'd like, and then proceed to do what they want instead of what you asked them to do. Veronica provides guidance (teaching is definitely her forte) and will try different things without hesitation. She is prompt, proactive, personable, and yes I'll say it again, professional. I felt and looked like a model for a bridal magazine (did I mention her work is featured on several models in print as well as television?) with flawless face! My bridesmaids were also gorgeous. Everyone was impressed with the outcome. Not to mention that my face stayed on with no issues for 15 hours (well, actually more than 24. I didn't wash my face before I went to sleep that night. Too much partying at the reception and I was too tired. I know I'm wrong for that, but what better way to gauge the longevity? Don't judge me). Veronica also gives makeup lessons for those of us that want to learn new techniques. I highly recommend Veronica Sitterding without reservation!

I can’t speak highly enough of Veronica and her passion for make up artistry. She’s a true professional and expert in her craft. The moment I spoke to her on the phone, I got an immediate impression that she really knew what she was talking about. Next came the trial and it did not disappoint. I arrived at her home and spent nearly 2 hours with her discussing what I wanted, she listened and it proved to be an amazing experience for me, which was an instant relief because it was one less thing I had to stress about. Veronica also photographed my face, as to show me the manner in which the make up would transfer to photos- a neat experience I’m not sure I would have received elsewhere. On the day of the wedding Veronica arrived on time with her assistant and provided the same outstanding service that I received at the trial. Veronica is a perfectionist and will not stop until her client is completely happy and the make up application is absolutely flawless. Further, Veronica is easily distinguished from her competitors because it’s apparent that she is constantly engaging in make up artistry education as well as having extensive product knowledge. Veronica is AMAZING! She did an absolutely beautiful makeup for my wedding on Saturday, March 31, 2012. She came to the site and actually beat me there! She was set up and ready to go when I walked in. She was very cool, relaxed, and cooperated with photographers and all the other girls rushing to get ready around me. I was in great hands, and her work was BEAUTIFUL! I danced until I looked like a dishrag, but at the end of the night, the makeup was still there! Could not have been happier with the work she did, and everybody noticed how beautiful she made my eyes look. My trial with her at her home was equally relaxed, and she provides a totally professional, confident experience that leaves you feeling like you are in good hands. I totally trusted her judgement the entire time. She was the best!

Veronica is AMAZING! I cannot say enough great things about her. She is the best at what she does and knows how to make a girl feel SUPER beautiful. Her products are top of the line and so is her service. She went above a beyond for me on my wedding day and I would reccomend her for any and EVERYone. I am African American, olive skin, with hyperpigmentation on my face. I get dark scars from achne and it's pretty difficult for make-up artist to work with my skin. Veronica made my face flawless! And the makeup stayed throughout my entire wedding...and even through the 1st night (lol). Veronica was ON TIME and very professional. If you are looking for a MASTER makeup artist who knows how to "beat a face" then look no more. Veronica is the only one you should trust on your wedding day!

Veronica is amazing! I have been getting my make-up done for years by different stylists and my experience with her was by far the best! She is such an awesome person to interact with too. All my bridesmaids loved her and a couple of my other friends and family loved her work so much they jumped in to get their make-up done too. She really works with you to get the look you want and that brings out your beautiful features. I know I was worried on my wedding day because I was breaking out from all the stress but she gladly made my face look flawless on my special day and everything was perfect! :)

Veronica and her team were SO amazing to work with. Veronica set me up with a trial with one of her team members who ended up moving out of state before my wedding date and I was able to come in and do another trial with the new makeup artist to make sure I had just what I wanted on my wedding day! When Veronica came to my house, she had battled crazy traffic and had done TWO weddings already before coming to me. Normally this would have worried me but I knew she would work her magic regardless. She came fully prepared and ready to go. I have combination skin with oily and dry flaky spots. On top of that, I have oily eyelids that makes makeup smear off in hours so I didn't make it easy on her. But I chose to go with airbrush and it was indeed flawless! It lasted all day and night, even after my now-husband decided to drive our convertible over 100 mph and screwed up my hair. Seriously, my hair looked like a HOT MESS after that but my face? Still lookin' good, baby.

I would recommend Veronica to everyone, especially for different ethnicities. She doesn't come cheap but for her talent, it's worth it. I will also mention that my 6 bridesmaids decided to use a more affordable MUA for their makeup and they all wish they had used Veronica after seeing my makeup. She is THE BEST!

I'm not a bride, just an older (late 60's) lady with a face to match-so Bride's Mothers, grandmothers and older relatives, don't be afraid to go to Veronica. She does a wonderful job.
I had a preview lesson and makeup at her studio then she came to my house for my "BIG event" She did airbrush with dramatic eyes, including false eyelashes (you don't know they are there after 30 mins)-it was all totally age appropriate and I felt beautiful.
It was an outside 80+ degree event and my face stayed perfect.
Veronica is great and such fun-you have a good pre-event cool down if you are at all nervous because she puts you at ease and makes you smile a lot.

Loved my wedding day make up!

As a woman of Asian descent and someone who has monolids, I was extremely apprehensive about finding a make up artist/team that had experience with, well, Asians. After a long search on the internet and through word of mouth (friends who had used Veronica's team before), I decided to take a chance on Veronica and her team. My bridal trial was so much fun even with my crazy parents! Veronica is very honest and I really appreciated that about her - she made sure you understood everything about your make up and helped with color choices. She was flexible with me on my wedding day when i decided to go rogue and change my eyeshadow color. Her team did a great job on me and my entire bridal party's hair and make up at my wedding in August 2019. It wasn't cheap, but SO worth it especially for me as the bride. My wedding day make up turned out exactly as I wanted it to and all my fears about looking like a clown (which has happened with most other artists) went down the drain. Love all my pictures! When we started this journey, Veronica was very nice. She gave me a great trial, took my feedback when I didn't love the eyeshadow colors and she even gave me a discount because it was a military wedding. Veronica is/was pregnant at the time of my wedding, and I know she didn't feel great, so take this with a grain of salt.
When she and I met, I told her about the venue and the space we'd be getting ready in (my husband and I got married at our high school). I warned her about the less-than-ideal fluorescent lighting and the fact that it was an old building. She told me her team would bring lighting. She didn't come with lighting. She was upset about how warm it was in the room where we were getting ready. But she didn't want to close the blinds because she needed the light. And that issue went on all day. We cranked the air conditioning on; we had staff running around the building looking for fans, we tried to have as few people in the room as possible, offered to switch rooms etc. It ended up being about 70 degrees in the room all day. We wanted her to be comfortable, and we did our best, but she was pretty vocal about our efforts not being enough.
Some of the girls' makeup was awesome and some of them looked awful. Like, really awful. The foundation was really heavy and cakey, my mom had more eyeshadow on under one eye, and the list goes on... and none of this would have been an issue if Veronica had just fixed it. But every request was met with a rebuttal. She argued she knew what she was doing and the makeup was the way it needed to be done. We're pretty persistent so after about five minutes of arguing, she'd acquiesce. But finally we got tired of arguing with her, so my MOH just started fixing makeup. Veronica said she needed to protect her brand and she'd rather us not touch it, but the girls needed fixing. She was the most stressful part of my day. She upset my mom and many bridesmaids. The bridal party is still talking about it.

My agency is 100% on location so we are prepared to work at any venue. Having said that, it is our protocol to turn the air to the lowest setting upon arrival as the heat from the tools and people heat the room quickly. I bring my lights to each wedding but given the natural light was plentiful, having over 20 people in/out of the room, and the hot tools, my lights would be an unwarranted addition to an already warm room. I did ask for a fan and one was supplied; there was no mention after that.

It is odd to hear the makeup was inconsistent as the only feedback came by way of the MOB having too much coverage. I promptly pulled it down and then was asked to remove eyeshadow from her lower lashline; I complied. The only pushback was when I was shown a picture of a young ballroom dancer and told by a family friend to replicate the dramatic makeup. I was uncomfortable as just moments before I was instructed to remove the little eye makeup MOB was wearing. If I am given contrary direction, I have to go with what I think was best which was to NOT add more drama to her eyes.

So Brides can understand the situation, you asked for a military discount and I expressed I only give it to Brides who have served but I gave it to you as a courtesy (free airbrush for 12 ppl). When you added in extra people days before the wedding, I obliged. When you paid your invoice several days late, I accommodated you and waived the late fee. When you had a large bridal party most of which w/ extra long hair; which is addressed in several places that I must know in advance, we adapted AND we worked hard to get everyone done on time; and we did. When you added in a Jr Bridesmaid without asking and did not pay for this service, I allowed it. I bend over backwards for every client and based on all the previous feedback I hope Brides can read between the lines here and see things as they are. Sometimes a Bride is beyond my ability to make happy, thankfully those situations are very rare.
