I found Vere on a Facebook group for brides and grooms at the new Princess hotels jamaica. I didn't like Princess's preferred vendor so I reached out to Vere studios for pricing. It's a husband and wife team whom run a very professional company. We met on zoom twice, they had very reasonable prices and worked with our budget to make sure we got what we wanted. They also did a survey to ensure we were all in understanding of what our vision would be. We also stayed in communication via WhatsApp on the wedding day. The day after our wedding I woke up to a lovely short video of the wedding featuring my son and our wedding song to view and share while they are working on the final video. This short video brought tears to everyone's eyes and was a hit! I couldn't be more pleased! -

My wedding experience was memorable
Working with Verestudios and the entire team was truly AMAZING and nothing short of a BLESSING to myself and my husband. They were easy to work with, easy to do business with, flexible, warm and had a genuine passion for videography and photography. We felt like family to the crew and appreciated the time and ideas invested to ensure our wedding day was a success. Every single moment was captured on film and we couldn't appreciate them more for the background changes, different poses, postures, their reliabilty and how quick they were when communicating with us. I have absolutely no regrets with working with their team and their level of professionalism which was tap natch. I was surprised that the team even wanted to get to know myself and my husband before the day of the wedding, what we wanted in terms of vision and overall execution. I HIGHLY recommend the entire team to any future newly weds. Our experience was hands down MEMORABLE and will FOREVER RESONATE WITH US!! Thank you Avair and team. -

Two weeks before the wedding I realized I had not booked a videographer which put me in a panic. I reached out to Aviar along with about a dozen other videographers. I chose to go with Aviar Because he was responsive and very calming. I was panicking and he kept me reassured. He answered all my question and provided sample videos to me in record time. We then talked via WhatsApp and I was sold, he was very diligent and kind. On the wedding day him, his wife and another team member arrived on time and ready to work. They split into 2 teams one that stayed with me and one that went to my husband. They were extremely professional and worked amazingly with my photographer even though they never met. By the end of the wedding him and his team felt like family. With my package I received a total of 4 videos each better then the next which I thought was impossible. Overall, he was able to cover every great moment with a little extra and my family and I are beyond satisfied with the end product. I wish he was in Florida I would use him for everything. I highly recommend him 10x over and think you would be missing out if you decide to go elsewhere. -

Avair and Latoya were great. Easy to communicate with from the beginning & very professional. We were being SO silly, but they leaned into it with us and got great footage! They even met us at the airport with our hard drive to give us all the raw footage if we want to watch it one day! Communication after the wedding was slower, but I understand they were busy and editing. It did take a while to get the edited videos (over a month later than the projected date), however with hurricane Beryl this summer, I understand the delay. Needed to correct my husband's name in both the highlight and full video but they did that quickly! Overall super happy with their team! -

Too many group pictures not enough bride and groom pictures. Edits were not great, pictures were not full pictures. Also hired for live streaming, never got the video. -

We are extremely disappointed with the services provided by Vere Studios for our wedding last November. Not only did they lose all of our wedding videos, but they have also failed to continue to communicate with us or provide a full refund. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Our wedding day was a once-in-a-lifetime event, and the memories captured in those videos are irreplaceable. It is heartbreaking to know that we may never be able to relive those moments due to the negligence of the photographer. I urge anyone considering hiring Vere Studios to proceed with caution and be aware of the risks involved. The lack of responsibility and integrity displayed in this situation is truly disheartening.Vere Studios's reply:
Hi Georgina, thank you so much for your review and I sincerely apologize that you had this experience. I am sorry that we were not able to provide your feature film that would have been the longer version on the social media highlight that we have provided due to a minor freak storm that happened and caused damage to one of our hard drives. We have reached out to all the brides affected and offered a refund for the missing piece of there package however you had requested a full refund even though we provided all the photos on the package including a 1-5 minute film we decided that we will follow through with the request because the error was indeed on our part and we sincerely apologize. We only had a balance of $180 usd remaining from a $1930 usd contract I will attach screenshot below that we were going to provide, I know how special this day was for you and I apologize that we didn’t get to provide everything from your package due to a situation beyond our control at that time, we have tried hard to get the drive fix and you also asked us to send it to you which we did but unfortunately we were unable to get it back up .
From the bottom of our hearts we are truly sorry and would like to advise our exciting and future client that we have learnt from this as a fairly new company at the time and have now put some New system in place to prevent something like this ever happening again .
And to all the other brides affected I deeply apologize and thank you guys so much for working with us and thank you so much Georgina for the patience you had with us we really appreciate you and again I really apologize for this.
