Usually you get what you pay for, but not here. Their stunning rooms and decor should cost way more than what we were charged. Absolutely stunning venue, the attention to detail from every single employee we came across, the hand-holding throughout the process and the expertise was way above and beyond my most highest expectations!! What an incredible experience for a quinceañera event!

My Own Fairytale Wedding
Last year we had our beautiful wedding done at the Crystal Ballroom. I couldn't have asked for anything else. Everything went perfectly. Everything looked amazing. They brought my vision into reality. I still get friends telling me that was the best wedding they have ever been to. Our Day of Coordinator, Cat, was on it. She has now become a friend for life. Best Wedding EVER!!!!
On June 13th, we had our wedding at the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda. Our wedding coordinator, Cat, was beyond amazing with us. She gave us the perfect insight, advice and told us what would work and what didn’t. She made us feel like family. Beautiful Venue
From the moment I stepped inside the venue, I knew it was the one I wanted. My husband and I both fell in love with the ceremony and reception space. Our wedding was held December 3rd and we had around 95 guests, and everyone was sitting comfortably. My guests did express concerns about covid but the venue did temperature checks to all of our guests. I also made it mandatory for my guests to have a mask on when walking around the venue. I was worried about not having a wedding during this pandemic, but this venue helped out a lot with making me and my guests feel comfortable. Our coordinator Willie did a fantastic job throughout the entire planning process and kept everything organized the day of the wedding. He quickly responded to any and all of my concerns and was very friendly and professional. Overall my experience with Crystal Ballroom was amazing and stress-free, I couldn’t imagine my wedding anywhere else!

We can’t say enough about this venue! Our day was absolutely perfect and it had to do with the amazing coordinator Cat! We had been chatting for a long time before the wedding that on wedding day I felt like she was family. She worked her butt off to make sure everything was perfect and it was! The most Amazing experience
I had such an amazing time!!! My wedding was perfect and everything went smoothly. Catherine, our wedding planner there, was wonderful! She made sure to stay on schedule while making sure we’re having a great time. She picked up all the cues and my facial expressions. We loved it!! Our day couldn’t have been more perfect. Amazing stress free venue!
I looked at a few other wedding venues in Orlando and even a few other Crystal Ballrooms but nothing could compare to the Crystal Ballroom at Verandah! It's been one week since our wedding and we are still on cloud 9! The venue itself is stunning! They take care of almost everything. They truly provide you with a stress free experience. I am based in Las Vegas so it was so helpful to have them take care of all the decor. Willie my coordinator made sure everything ran smooth and on time for my wedding! The guest thought the venue was gorgeous and can't stop talking about it! They know how to set up a wedding! I loved being able to design the look I wanted. I asked a million questions and they were always very helpful and wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams! Look no further! Highly recommend!

Winter Wonderland Wedding
The entire Crystal Ballroom staff was so wonderful and easy to work with. It really is a one stop shop! They always answered my questions quickly and were very helpful. Our Wedding Day was amazing and the ballroom looked so elegant and was beautifully decorated with our colors. Willie was our DOEC and took care of all of the details, was very organized and we couldn't have done it without him! Michelle was very sweet and patient during our dance lessons. It really made our first dance so special. Thank you to the entire staff for such a special day! :)

Beautiful venue, exceptional staff!
The staff at Crystal Ballroom at Veranda are all awesome, and it is a beautiful venue! Staring off on my decor consultation, "Mum" as they call her was very patient with me while making my selections and the reception hall turned out absolutely gorgeous. All of the other office staff answered all of my questions thoroughly and enthusiasically each time I called. Cat was my day of event coordinator, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my big day! She was on top of every detail, and helped calm my nerves. She gave everyone great instructions, and reassured one of my flower girls (who is 3) as she was starting to get camera shy. The rest of the event staff was also wonderful, helping my parents load up the remaining beverage items into the car after the event as they are both unable to lift anything heavy. A beautiful venue in a great centralized location with an awesome staff - I couldn't recommend it enough. My special day truly was special and I thank everyone there for contributing to the success!

We had our wedding at Crystal Ballroom at Veranda and were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of atmosphere and overall experience. Cat was AMAZING. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and ON TIME. The rest of the staff were nothing but helpful and we couldn't praise them enough.
As a wedding venue, we couldn't find fault in anything. We used vendors recommended by the venue- everyone worked so well together and this made for a perfect day.
Our guests haven't stopped talking about how beautiful and elegant our wedding was. As a bride, having zero stress on my wedding day was not what I expected. Thank you Cat and Crystal Ballroom for that! Highly recommend this venue!

Trust me they do all the hard work, and leave you with minimal things to take of. Only other things your responsible for are Food, Photography/Videography, Transportation, Officiant, Cake. They have a great list of options as well. Mom, Nikki, and Cat had my wedding completely organized and we started and ended on time. They help you organize and plan your vision to your liking and make your wedding dreams come true. My family is still talking about how beautiful everything looked. Amazing jobs, I will recommend them to anybody.

What an amazing venue to have a wedding! Wedding planning is already stress full as it is! Crystal Ballroom takes care of decorations, linens, chairs, tables, ceremony etc. It was definitely a relief not having to worry about those additional things. “Mum” & Michelle were also incredible with the planning. The Crystal Ballroom also offers a day of event coordinator. Michelle was our day of event coordinator and I am so happy we choose her instead of an outside coordinator. She kept the event running smoothly and on time.

Beautiful venue option & great choice if you prefer to bring your own vendors in for your event. The decor was absolutely perfect & my guests continue to compliment how amazing everything looked! The staff was very helpful in meeting my vision. Would definitely recommend & utilize again for future events!

MICHELLE IS AMAZING!!!! From the start of my wedding planning journey, Michelle and her mom were so easy to work with and a pleasure to be around. They made my mother and I feel so comfortable. They listened to the details I wanted and completely delivered my vision. As far as I know, everything went as planned and was executed beyond my satisfaction. Michelle was my day of coordinator and she did an amazing job. She ran my wedding day so smoothly that every guest I've talked to stated how organized and elegant everything was. It was organized and stress free because Michelle laid out every detail that I could think of and other details that slipped my mind. If I could give this venue more stars, I would! Thank you to all of the staff at the Crystal Ballroom‼️You were phenomenal from the start of the process to the ending. You all were more than accommodating and were an integral part of making my event a huge success. The banquet staff was on point and very professional. The staff at the Crystal Ballroom is fantabulous and are very responsive to your needs. Sylvana was a true GEM. From beginning to end, starting with Norma who helped us to achieve our vision with the venue and the decor of the ceremony to Michelle who choreographed our beautiful first dance, to Silvana who made our wedding day run flawlessly making sure everything was executed; her patience...it's truly priceless, the whole staff was AMAZING. What a great venue. I loved the idea of not getting married at a hotel because the crystal ballroom at verndah exist! This venue offered the use of open vendor and they provided plenty of options. All their top perferred vendors were all the ones we went with! They were all in synch which was amazing. I loved my floral arrangements and the fact they weren't real and they looked real was the best part. People spend thousands of dollars for arrangements that get thrown out. Ms. Norma was so great with the details in the table designs and executing what I envisioned. Silvana our event coordinator was such a gem to work with. Communicating with me at all times even when I had questions about the smallest things. Our wedding was a blast and it was everything we wanted. Everything planned and discussed with our vendors at most importantly our venue was fulfilled 100%.

Absolutely blown away by everything the Crystal Ballroom provided for our wedding! When I walked into the venue the morning of my wedding I was brought to tears by how perfect everything turned out. Michelle was an amazing coordinator, not one thing went wrong and I felt very confident that she was capable of handling every situation. I felt that I got an amazing deal with their all inclusive decor policy, they allow you to choose as much (or as little) as you want with no additional charge. I was skeptical that they would add in hidden fees but we had NO issues with them at all. They were extremely organized, polite, and quick to respond to any questions. Couldn't recommend this venue enough

We had our reception at the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda on a Wednesday evening, and I'm so glad we did! The Crystal Ballroom at Veranda takes care of all of the decorating to make your event look absolutely beautiful. They have so many options to choose from when it comes to tablecloths, napkins, centerpieces, etc. and the price doesn't change even if you pick sequined tablecloths and the biggest centerpieces :) If you book with Crystal Ballroom, you'll first fill out a decor/design questionnaire and later schedule a decor consultation where Norma designs a table based on your questionnaire and you decide on all the details, so that you get exactly what you're wanting. It's awesome to see your vision come to life. It's also without all the stress of budgeting for decor, since it is included in the price of the venue!
Norma and Silvana created a perfect floorplan so our reception with just about 45 guests didn't look small even in the large ballroom. We also decided to hire Silvana as our day of event coordinator so that everything would run smoothly, and it was a big help to make sure we were able to just have fun with all of our guests rather than worrying about little details.
Although we didn't use the upstairs ceremony hall, we were still able to use the bride and groom rooms upstairs to get ready and take photos with our wedding party 2 hours prior to the reception. There is an elevator and the rooms and bathrooms upstairs are all wheelchair accessible and very large, which was important for us since my maid of honor uses a power wheelchair.
I definitely recommend the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda for your wedding and reception!

OMGosh!!! What a find! We don't know how we would have had the wedding of our wildest dreams if it wasn't for Michelle and the Crystal Ballroom Veranda staff. From the planning stages, follow ups, and our wedding day, everything was communicated perfectly! Having Michelle as our day of coordinator was worth EVERY cent. It took away from any wedding day gitters a couple might experience. Family and friends are still raving about their experience at our wedding at The Crystal Ballroom Veranda location!!

Two weeks ago we had our wedding at the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda. It was honestly a perfect venue for us! Location was great and the hall itself is breath taking ! All the decorations were just amazing and all my guests loved it ! Our day of event coordinator was Silvana. She is honestly amazing ! Her communication throughout the whole planning process was great that it made me feel at ease . And our wedding went so smoothly and it wouldn't have been like that if it weren't for her ! I would recommend this venue to anyone and please ask for Silvana ! :)

Michelle and Ms Norma were exception from the beginning of our interview with them. They listened to what we want our wedding ceremony and reception to be and exactly what theme. Together they will be providing exactly what we are looking for which is a "Royal Wedding" environment and a "WOW" experience for our guests. They are great to work with and in my opinion, the best for the money you spend with everything being provided for our decor and we cannot wait for our wedding day because it is going to be the best ever. Just a special note to thank all of the staff at the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda for making our special wedding night just as we had wanted. Ms Norma, went beyond to give us the decor we wanted for our "Royal Wedding" look. Everything was perfect and the staff and everyone worked well together to make our night special for our guests and especially for my husband and myself. I highly recommend them for your event, whether it be a wedding, anniversary, sweet 16 party or just a special day. They are great people. Thank you Michelle and Mum and Nichole, and Sabrina and all of the others. Also a special note to Tim, our bartender...he was swell. Everyone liked their drinks. :-)

This the best place to have the wedding of your dreams. If you shop around for prices you will see that the packages offered are very reasonable. There is definite value for money and the place comes nicely decorated with such elegance and class your guests will be in awe. Everyone at the Crystal Ballroom was amazing but my Day of Coordinator from the Crystal Ballroom was tremendous. She helped me and my husband every step of the way. The staff at crystal ballroom was the best!!! Everything was perfect! They made sure everything was beautiful. Everything was organized and well put together! We had the pleasure of Silvana being our corridinator! She was amazing! She made sure all the guests were where they were suppose to be, especially during our picture time so no one was in the way. It was very stressed free cause she took care of all our problems. Everything was schedule according and on time. From me walking down the isle to, cake cutting, toasts, bouquet toss and so much more. We were also pleased with the banquet crew and bartender! They all did exceptionally! It was the best day ever! We strongly recommend Crystal ballroom at Veranda for all your wedding or party needs! They will really take care of you!

The Crystal Ballroom altogether exceeded our expectations for our wedding!!! :)
Michelle, our coordinator, was beyond hospitable, respectful, and patient with us every step of the way, from planning with her months ago up to the day of the ceremony. As a bride, it's easy to feel pulled in so many directions but having her at my side (and having my back in more ways than I can count) really helped to put me at ease and be in the moment. I noticed the little things she went out of her way for, not only the big things everyone else saw. Her heart is big and it shines through her work. She is born for this role because she does it with class, respect, and elegance --and makes it look easy (but I KNOW behind the scenes it is not). Our 13 month-old was also my biggest concern & priority for the the day of...and Michelle was amazing with her too! There were moments she jumped in and held our sweet Gracie so we could be in the moment together! She's not only an amazing coordinator and a consummate professional -- but a beautiful person inside & out -- and we so appreciate her!
Michelle's mom, Norma, was also amazing. Norma's creativity, patience, and willingness to bring our ceremony & reception picture in our minds to light was appreciated and she executed it very well! In our wedding planning, I wanted to honor my dad & nana in a special and sacred way...and I'm so touched that she helped to make that happen.
To entrust such a special day to their staff was a leap of faith for us since we didn't know what to expect -- but in the end, it was so worth it! And I would do it again. :) I recommend them...wholeheartedly, without hesitation.

My wedding and reception was AMAZING! It was the BEST day of my life! Silvana and the staff were spectacular! All of my guests raved about how great the venue looked. Everything was perfect (with the exception of my limo getting a flat tire and my Matron of Honor and Maid of Honor having to throw me into the car and rush me to the venue lol) Even with that Silvana took care of me, she calmed me down and led me into the bridal suite so that my guests wouldn't see me and had the staff bring me water. I cannot say enough about this venue. It was truly wonderful and everything was beautiful.

This venue is breathtaking. The entire team is extremely professional and very responsive. I commend Michelle, Norma, and Silvana for their attention to detail and excellent customer service. If you are looking for a one-stop shop, then this is the place for you! We had our wedding reception here and everyone could not stop raving about how beautiful our venue was from the red carpet for cocktail hour to the beautiful and classy decor. Design consultation and decor setup, bartender, coffee bar, room attendants, bridal suite, groom's lounge, China rentals, dessert bar design, and so much more was taken care of. The Crystal Ballroom at Veranda team made my white on white decor concepts come to life. I absolutely recommend this venue!

We had our ceremony in a church so we booked Crystal Ballroom for our cocktail hour and reception only. And let me say that they did such a fabulous job! Everything was so beautifully designed. Leading up to the event we had a minor hiccup or two along the road with a staff member but everything was resolved and I have nothing negative to say. We heart Michelle, she is such a classy, sophisticated lady. Mike was amazing and kept us informed as to everything that would happen the day of prior and saved me a lot of money by taking the time to inform me how many beverages to purchase. Silvana did a great job keeping us informed and organized. And Norma (who is just adorable) outdid herself with our design and decor making everything look exactly as we had envisioned and better. There is also a new staff member that recently started working there around the time of our wedding and though I can't remember her name, she is an absolute sweetheart. I wish I had the pleasure of being and to work with her more! What I also really appreciated was their flexibility. The day of the event there was an awful rainstorm in which our outdoor cocktail hour had to be moved indoors to area designated for our bridal photos. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a lot of photos but Michelle and the staff were kind and gracious enough to allow us to return days after with our photographer and take photos. All in all, o would highly recommend them and you can rest assured you will have a beautiful event.

Wow! Just wow. Words can’t begin to explain the gratitude I have for these ladies. They were truly amazing! I was very disappointed I didn’t have my original day of coordinator at first because I don’t do well with change but Cat did not disappoint! She was amazing. I was a bridezilla not by choice but I really had a difficult time throughout the wedding planning process . Covid being the top of the list but Michelle and Cat were really angels throughout it all. Michelle also helped up with our first dance choreography and let me say it was perfection . Can’t wait to see the pictures. They were very caring and truly amazing. The only feedback I have and it is not really roo them but the bartender of the night. My guest said the drinks were really sweet and didn’t have enough alcohol which was disappointing to hear. I drank wine so I didn’t notice . Thank you again Michelle and cat . I know I was difficult but you handled it like champs. Oh and mum !!!!! My decor wad ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! So many compliments!!!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this venue! The decor was breathtaking! Cat was fantastic and Mum was great. Our wedding was magical. Even hard to impress family members were in awe! Our original date was changed as a result of hurricane Dorian but making a date change was accommodated and it made the stress of a cancelled wedding a little better. The only complaint I have is that we weren’t able to get a refund for the extra money paid for having more than 100 guests. The changes were a direct result of the hurricane so I felt like they could’ve been a little more flexible with us. However my husband and I have no regrets and were very pleased with our choice.

They literally do EVERYTHING for you, so if you are a busy couple then look no further. This place is so elegant and puts so much thought into everything they do. They even let us borrow things we needed such as rose petals, flower girl basket, display cake, card box, etc. The people here are always willing to help and make sure they make themselves available by giving their personal emails and answering all questions. The only bad thing I would say is the availability of dates, so book way ahead of time. We wanted our wedding to be 08-18-18 but had to settle for 08-17-18 because the date was already taken. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect and we were blown away with everything and most importantly stress-free (well for the most part)! :)

Overall good service. Some guests complained that the security and room staff were rude to them. We used Silvana as the day of coordinator and she was the best!

The venue is beautifully located in Metro West Veranda. The location is quiet with timeless infrastructures. The Crystal Ballroom's exterior is enhanced with classical old world decor. Upon entering the venue the setting is elegant. The ceilings are high with beautifully swagged draperies accented with stunning chandeliers. The staff are eager to greet you and give a tour of the facility, The Crystal Ballroom is extensive in size and can accommodate a large or small group. Norma Grimley our event coordinator was was gracious to offer suggestions for our event and ideas for a beautiful occasion. The linen selection and custom flower arrangements were vast with many color options. We chose silver and fuchsia for our event. The custom lighting enhanced our theme at no additional charge like other venues. The selling feature is the beautiful crystal candelabras the set off the rooms crystal theme. We also were allowed to bring our own drinks and food that helped with our budget and personal preferences. Michelle Drummond the on site Manager of Crystal Ballroom, made sure all our needs and desires for our "Sweet 17" were taken care of. The staff was very professional and helpful. We had a magical evening. We would highly recommend this venue to all of our friends and neighbors. We are likely to book another event at the Crystal Ballroom in the near future. We still relish in the wonderful memories of that night!

Beautiful Venue
This is a great venue to limit the purchasing of the many decor items needed for a wedding. Beautiful setup and spacious. I also love that the ceremony and rece6space are all in one location. Plenty of parking was a plus as well. I also love that my family did not have to spend time decori6or setting up for the event. Everyone could just focus on getting themselves together and enjoy the event!

Crystal ballroom at veranda is a wonderful place to tie the knot! Eveything is in house and done for you. I was planning from another state and they took thw time to accomdate me!

You definitely get what you pay for. Staff was pushy. They made more than a few offensive remarks towards Haitian people not knowing that I was Haitian myself. Day of wedding they didn’t do some of things requested at our meeting and basically said “oh well, the day is over now”. And even after I brought to their attention the things they messed up on, they still insisted on gratuity. If I could go back in time I would def choose another vendor.

The venue is amazingly beautiful, but I wish they would employ staff that compliments the venue. I had a wedding with 150 guests, gold blush and ivory colors, 16 long tables. Management/ design/ coordinators have amazing costumer service. The staff however either doesn't speak English very well, or is very ghetto and had bad attitudes. At the end of the night one of the staff members Balinda even told me she felt over worked and wants to quit. I was contracted 2 bartenders and 5 room attendants. I got 4 room attendants. No refund was offered for staff I was contracted to have. The bar kept running out of glasses. Wine and cocktails were pour into any glass that staff members were able to find in the back. I did not get a bartender, I got a drink pourer, who was slow at getting ice, and poured shots for people even though no shots are allowed. He did whatever we asked and didn't care. I was told some of my liquor was pushed into the corner of cooler so no one would see it, when my groomsmen asked what that was the staff replied "the bride gave it to me" haha! Staff members did not problem solve very well, and did not work together cohesively. Staff kept calling Michelle to pass messages bc they lacked problem solving skills. I suggest to book venue, have Michelle or Silvana coordinate, have Norma decorate. Bring your own professional team to staff your event. Even Michelle admitted that she wouldn't trust her staff to do much more than bus tables. Ceremony started at 6pm but decor and design was still prepping upstairs ceremony area at 530 after guests have arrived. Norma was upstairs spreading petals on the aisle at 540 after I arrived at the venue. The cocktail hour was not coordinated very well, butler pass allowed one guest to take as much as they wanted and replied with "hey the more you take, the less I have to carry and pass out" haha! Overall Most guests say I had an amazing wedding, but the all knowing knows better.

Crystal Ballroom at Veranda was terrible. My husband and I put down a deposit to get married there in October 2019. Our wedding date was December 18th 2020 before the pandemic, due to the pandemic we wanted to move the event to sometime in 2021 or 2022. They wanted 500$ extra to move the date. They didn’t want to work with us on changing the date. Therefore we had to cancel and never got our deposit back. It was a nightmare. I would not recommend crystal ballroom to any of my friends and family.

Unfortunately, We did actually book with this vendor. We made the down payment in March 2016 along with 1 additional payment in April 2016. Well, in May 2016, we decidedly to add an extra hour to our contract (adding an hour to the end of our time block). Per our contract, that was permitted. When we spoke to Michelle, the owner, she said that she would not allow it since there was another wedding after us, 3 hours after ours ended. That was the first we heard of that. She never mentioned that prior to signing the contract. To us, that seems like a breech of contract. But, the disappointments and lies didn't end there. During that same month, May 2016, we noticed that the website for the venue did a price change. It was not a promotion. It was a legitimate price change for our time and day of the week. We approached Michelle about it. She told us that she doesn't control what is on the website and that the price listed under her location was wrong. Strange how the owner has no control over her own website. After that, several attempts were made to contact her through phone and email to rectify the situation (per the contract, it states that they would do whatever it takes to make us happy). But, Michelle wouldn't respond to us. Finally, my fiancé went into the venue to speak with her. She continued to say that she could not do anything for us in regards to the additional time at the end of our time block and that she has no control over her own website. We attempted to dispute the charges with our credit card company since Michelle was absolutely not willing to work with us. But, she lied to our creditor. So, now, we are out the deposit and the 1 additional payment. She ruined the day that was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives. Don't waste your time even considering this venue. This venue is not worth it. I wish someone would have told me that Michelle was dishonest and unprofessional.
