Venuti’s is an absolutely amazing place to hold a reception. From the moment we stepped inside and saw the breathtaking staircase and ornately decorated halls, we knew our day was going to be special. The outstanding service we received—from Ciara, our main contact, to the waitstaff and bar staff on the day of—only confirmed it.
Ciara was exceptional at communication, promptly answering every question and addressing every detail with care. She helped ease our stress through any scheduling or decor challenges that came up, making the entire process feel smooth and manageable.
The food was unparalleled—our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. The vodka sauce and martini bar were definite highlights and must-haves for anyone hosting their reception there.
We truly couldn’t have imagined a better experience and are incredibly grateful to Ciara and the entire Venuti’s team. When we told our other vendors that our reception was at Venuti’s, they were thrilled—which says a lot about the venue’s outstanding reputation.

To say Ciara and her team were AMAZING is an understatement - I can't thank the Venuti's team enough! Since the first day we toured the venue we absolutely loved it, it is so beautiful and offered enough space for our fairly large wedding. The planning process with Ciara was as seamless as possible which is much appreciated when planning a wedding. She helped us make our vision come to life. They offer so much in their packages and there's really no place like it! Our guests complimented us on our venue and food to this day. They were extremely accommodating with all requests and all staff was kind. We couldn't have selected a better venue for our special day. Thank you Ciara and team!

We love Venutis! The banquet hall is stunning! The venue has a large staircase in the entrance where you can take beautiful photos for the bride and groom and the wedding party! We booked our wedding in the larger room with the windows and a terrace. This room also includes access to the cocktail room which is awesome to have multiple rooms for guests to have more space to move around. The food is also excellent and large portions- our guests definitely did not go hungry! Our event coordinator was Ciara and she was so easy to work with from start to end! She set up our decorations perfectly for us and made the reception space look absolutely breathtaking! She is not only friendly, but also hardworking and organized. I would not want to work with anyone else. We 100% recommend Venutis to others! You will not regret it ♥️

There are not enough words to say how appreciative we are of Ciara and the team at Venutis! From our first meeting with the coordinator at Venutis we knew that our wedding day was going to be perfect and well taken care of by the team. Everything from the decor to the food/cake and set-up was perfect, all we had to do was literally show up and party! All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue is. Ciara was there every step of the way and answered allllllll of my questions. She is so kind, patient, accommodating and on top of things. I am so happy we chose Venutis for our special day and can't wait to eat at their restaurant!

We had our wedding on April 30, 2022. Our event specialist was Ciara and she went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we envisioned and more. She is very responsive to the anxious bride I was at seemingly all hours of the day. She was flexible with my ideas and also had offered many great ideas of her own that we used. We weren’t sure who would be breaking down some of our DIY decor at the end of the night and she was over accommodating, finding someone on the team to help us. My husband and I said if we did our wedding all over again, we would no doubt choose Venuti’s again. We would recommend pictures by their beautiful entrance staircase and getting the pasta course instead of soup! Our cake was included in our package and was absolutely incredible and beautiful. Oh and there is ice cream included in your dinner course! The only regret from the day is not saying "yes" when our attentive waiters asked if we wanted a refill on our pasta dish! Just everything is 5 stars and would 100% recommend.

I definitely recommend Venuti’s for your wedding! We had our reception here on 7.23.21 and it was absolutely beautiful!! Their packages include more than you could ever dream of! SO much great tasting food and awesome bar package! The main reasons I went with Venuti’s over other places was I loved the beautiful space it offered for a reception, the food was delicious, and the package included a 6 hour open bar, which is really good compared to other places, who usually only offer about 4 hours. Ciara handled the booking and coordinating for our reception and she was AMAZING!! I can’t say enough good things about her! She made the whole booking process so easy and she explained everything so well and answered the million and one questions that I had had. She was so accommodating and willing to work with us, our budget, and guest count. She was the best at helping us deal with the struggles that COVID through into our planning process and completely took the stress away when dealing with the unknowns and uncertainty during the time that was leading up to our big day. I can’t imagine booking our reception with anyone else but Ciara, especially during COVID times. She was so great at getting back to my emails in a timely manner and was always willing to help answer any questions. She was also so flexible when dealing with constant changes I made throughout the planning process. Venuti’s also handled everything we needed as far as setting up of even the little things like guest book, place cards, etc. as well as tear down after the reception was over. It was so nice knowing that we, the bride and groom, were not responsible for those things, since you normally have a million other things to do and worry about. I loved the champagne greeting they offer to your guests as they arrive and the cute cocktail bar that was included during cocktail hour. We were able to customize some of the names of the cocktails which was super cute and fun! Every detail of our reception was absolutely beautiful and the food and drinks were some of the best I have ever had out of all other weddings I’ve been to. Your guests will definitely not leave hungry! I had so many friends and family tell me how our reception was one of the nicest and most elegant weddings they have ever been to! We had so much fun on our big day and wish we could do it all over again! I wouldn’t hesitate to book your wedding here at Venuti’s, you will not be disappointed!

I can’t recommend Venuti’s enough! Their food, service, venue—everything is excellent! It is very affordable but the highest quality! They truly care about making the guest experience the best it can be, and they are so easy to work with!

Venuti’s was a dream venue! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my wedding! So many of my guests could not stop talking about the food! Ciara was the absolute BEST! She is was so responsive and she made sure that I was always pleased! She always went out of her way to accommodate any requests I had! Ciara was such a major part in making my wedding run smooth!! If you are choosing between another venue and Venutis, choose Venutis. You will very highly pleased. Ciara, the Events Specialist, is super nice and attentive. She listens to your vision for your special day and ensures it happens. She, and the team, go above and beyond to ensure your day goes smoothly. I was thoroughly pleased and didn't have to worry about a thing.

We were glad we decided to have our wedding ceremony and reception at Venutis. We signed the agreement right before Covid started (2020) and of course during uncertain times, we were concerned and worried about our upcoming wedding day scheduled for April 2021. Venutis was very professional, understanding, accommodating, and addressed all of our concerns leading up to our wedding day. We did not hire a wedding planner and our wedding planning overall went pretty smooth. We received numerous compliments for the dinner that was served and everyone thought our wedding day was a success!

In a long search for the perfect venue, we finally found Venutis after visiting 11 other venues. Setting up an appointment was extremely quick and easily answered all starting questions. Our first meeting and tour was with Ciara.
The second we opened the doors to the breathtaking grand staircase, I personally was sold. It was everything I envisioned and more. Ciara showed us around, luckily to our benefit they had it set up for a wedding so we were able to see what it would look like for us.
From the second we signed the contract to the end of the wedding night Ciara, the owners and the entire wait staff went above and beyond. I couldn’t be more grateful how easy she made the process as well as how well she worked with all of my vendors.
When we made an appointment for the food tasting, I was blown away. We ended up choosing the preset menu, which worked in our benefit to not have to keep track of who was ordering what. Ruby, made the most adorable menu cards that were identical to our invitations.
We went with ordering appetizers, which were just scrumptious. Most places don’t offer nearly as great options. The entrees were incredibly divine. For dessert, we chose tiramisu as well as our wedding cake. Bonus, the wedding cake came with the contract of the venue from The Baking Institue, where Margo made my dream come true. Lastly, to end the night we offered Venuti’s late night snacks to our guests; venuti sliders, pizza and fries. This was such a great option for people to grab a quick snack before departing.
Aside from an amazing reception we also had our ceremony in the Vita. This was just perfect for us, quiet, small just beautiful.
My absolute favorite part of the evening was our first look. Ciara was able to coordinate my request on the staircase. It was such a magical heartwarming moment I will always remember. The privacy of walking down a grand staircase to your husband for that intimate moment was incredible.
This venue was everything I’d dreamed of and then some. To Ciara and the entire staff at Venuti’s, thank you for helping create the perfect day. We will forever cherish the memories made that night.

Food was outstanding very accommodating!

Absolute 10/10 would recommend! The owner, Frank, and our coordinator, Karen, went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was an absolute success. Like most couples this year, our originally planned 2020 wedding was cancelled. The Venuti's team stepped in and saved both our Wedding Day and Rehearsal Dinner. The attention to detail, thoroughness, professionalism and level of fun they brought helped us to be able to take a deep breath and know that this time everything will work out. The venue itself was not only beautiful, but so clean. Truly, the utmost safety and cleanliness measures are in place throughout. The food was out of this world -- we opted for the 'Guest Choice' entrée option including a 12oz Filet Mignon, Chicken Franchese, and Orange Roughy. Guests loved having the ability to choose the entrée day of. We received nothing but compliments on the entire meal though -- you have to get the Ziti with Vodka Sauce too! I can't speak highly enough of our experience and everyone we encountered there. After all the stressors this year brought us, it was amazing to still be able to have the wedding of our dreams thanks to the Venuti's team! Will forever be grateful to you all for helping make our vision a reality! Thank YOU!

Venutis was the perfect place to get married. It fit my theme and the decor was beyond amazing. The event planner Karen is an Angel! She made sure we had everything we needed and helped us out SO much. Especially during current times. The food was amazing. The service was top tier. They ensured we had everything we needed and even gave us stuff we forgot at the banquet by the end of night. You need to book Venutis. Your night will be perfect!

Venuti’s is the absolute perfect venue for your dream wedding. My daughter got married there on Saturday night, and everything was amazing...from the atmosphere, to the service, to the phenomenal food. They did not miss a beat when making this day so special. The planning with Karen Dragel was easy as can be...as she is always there to accommodate. Our captain and servers and bartenders for the night, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is beyond gorgeous, from the winding staircase (perfect for pictures), to the waterfall and beautiful Italian marble decor...and the gorgeous custom lighting in our room. It was breathtaking. Each course of the meal was beautifully plated and tasted beyond amazing. Definitely not your typical banquet food. We are very grateful for making my daughters wedding day the perfect fairy tale.

My husband and I can not say enough great things about having our wedding ceremony and reception at Venuti’s. We had the pleasure to work with Karen. She was personable, prompt, friendly, and organized. She made the whole wedding process easy and made us feel better about everything that we may have been stressing about along the way. The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing for large groups (180 guests!) and they even got it to lightly snow outside for us, turning it into a winter wonderland. Seriously, we got so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was and how GREAT the food was. The linens and decorations that come with the venue are beautiful so we didn’t need to spend extra money on extra things such as centerpieces or chair coverings. The staff checked in with us throughout the night to see if we needed anything and help us stay on schedule and were kind and friendly. We would absolutely recommend having your wedding or any event at Venuti’s, they helped make our wedding day perfect and unforgettable.

PERFECT, FLEXIBLE, PERFECT, ATTENTIVE.... just PERFECT!!! I lost my first venue, because they ended up selling the property, so the weekend after I found out I tried Venuti's. It looked expensive, so I was unsure but than after speaking with Ciara and letting her know what I was hoping for I signed on the dotted line. From that point on.. I had the VERY BEST experience. There were 50+ emails that were exchanged from the time I said yes and it never took longer than 24 hours to hear back. When I heard that they would leave the holiday decor just for my wedding, I was SO HAPPY!! I am a very visual person, so I think I visited the space more than a normal bride and I never had a bad experience. I can not express how AMAZING my experience was with Venuti's. The food, martini bar and champagne tower and dessert table..OMGosh.. I can't even say how many compliments there were and how DELICIOUS the food was. Venuti's work with the Baking Institute for the wedding cake and boy was it so good. We went with the white cake and Oreo mousse filling and chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse and it was heaven in my mouth. Compliments all night and after!!! Thanks to Ciara, Ruby and the banquets team, my dream wedding came true. Thank you, thank you!!!

Ciara was my event planner at Venuti’s! She is amazing! Anything I ever needed she had the answer to eveything and did her best to make sure I was getting eveything I wanted. The food is amazing and the place is GORGEOUS! Our wedding was a dream come true there! Definitely reccomend

We are having our wedding reception at Venuti's this October. So far, they have been amazing to work with. They let us have 2 free tastings and they also helped us create our signature drink. We've been working mostly with Ciara. She has always been available to us when we need to ask a question or have special requests and she responds quickly. This place is so beautiful especially the lobby area, the food is delicious, and they are not very expensive compared to other venues in the area. If they keep up the good work, our wedding will be perfect!

Really no advice, but there food is great there service is fantastic. Getting married there everything is included what else can you ask for.

My Fiance and I recently signed our contract with Venuti's Ristorante & Banquet Hall. We can't wait till our wedding in January 2020. Our person that we did all the communication with is Ciara. She responds to every email and really knows answers to all the questions. She showed us around and explained the process in detail. Ciara went through the menu with us and answered all the questions. We were both interested in this place from the beginning, and the food tasting just sealed the decision. The food that we tasted during our tasting was phenomenon, everything tasted great and our party loved it as well. Ciara is great and I would strongly recommend this place if you are interested in having an event here :)

We had my daughter’s wedding on Saturday and Venuti’s provided the perfect venue! Karen was amazing from start to finish and made sure all our daughters dreams came true! Venuti’s took care of every detail my daughter was expecting, and there were many! From appetizers to dessert, the food was amazing! The staff was outstanding and the timing of everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend Venuti’s for a perfect wedding venue... it was beautiful!

We just had our wedding at Venuti’s on October 28, 2017. Everything went absolutely perfectly! Our wedding consultant, Karen, was so helpful when we were deciding on our menu and decor. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the reception space was and how great the food was!! When I had a last minute freak out that I had not thought about having a menu printed, Venutis made sure they could accommodate my request! Drinks were never empty, our cake tasted great from their choice bakery, and the Sweet Room was amazing! My only regret is having the Martini Bar in the corner as most of my guests didn’t see it! Highly recommend Venutis to other couples! We can’t wait to celebrate our anniversaries in their restaurant!

We are still organizing the wedding, but we just hired them as our venue. They offer almost everything in the package so I only need to take care of DJ, Photographer and Officiant practically.

She's not only personable and professional but she genuinely cares about your event as if it was hers! She took care of my wedding and everything was spot on, on point and flawless! I couldn't thank her enough! Frank (the owner) is a very genuine and lovely person! He makes you feel at home! Not to mention about the food, excellent and fresh from Italy! I'm not joking. They have everything delivered from Italy and you can taste the difference! If I could I would get married again (with my lovely husband of course!) just to have an excuse to be treated like a princess again and to eat their lovely food! Thank you again! ❤️

WOW! I don't think I could ever express how amazing everyone at Venuti's was for our wedding! Karen was our coordinator and she was perfection! She was on top of everything and was so organized. She was able to help us plan our whole reception and made all of our planning stress free. The food was fantastic. Every single guest we talked to said that it was the best food they had ever eaten and so many expressed interest in going to the restaurant now. The wait stuff was so attentive, not only to the bride and groom but to the whole entire wedding. They were so efficient in getting the food out and clearing plates. If I had to do it all over again I would not change a thing! Karen and the rest of the Venuti's staff are a big reason to why our wedding day was perfect!!

If you're looking for a great place with great food for your wedding reception, look no further than Venuti's! The place is spectacularly decorated, they have such great food (homemade pastas!), and just such great value. Our guests loved that they did not have to pre-select from a list of choices and that they could just order off the menu. There is a bridal room for the wedding party to relax in with a champagne welcome. We had hors d'oeuvres for our guests and we had a plate or two delivered to the bridal room as well. We also had a personal host who talked to us (well mostly the bride) about how things were going, if we wanted to box up any food, etc. You get so much for what you pay for! Highly recommended!

Venuti's was absolutely AMAZING for our wedding needs! Karen was our wedding coordinator and was an expert with everything, from recommendations for the day of to a timeline for planning everything. I cannot stress enough how STRESS FREE this venue was for us. We dropped all of decorations and ceremony/reception items off early in the week, everything was set up exactly how it needed to be the day of the event. No work on our part! You truly are getting so much for your money when booking this venue. They really think of all the little details and everything was perfect. The food was AMAZING, not just amazing for a wedding, like actually good would eat there for a normal dinner. With a 210 person reception the steaks were made to order, very impressive. I also highly recommend going with the sweet table, that was also a huge hit. Cocktail hour was very classy with the martini bar and champagne and strawberry display. Hardly any of our guests waited in line for a drink. Dinner service was also pretty fast, which was greatly appreciated by all, no waiting for our hungry guests. Everything was all packed up for me to pick up the next day which was greatly appreciated. The outdoor patio space was perfect for guests to get some air(and smokers). The dance floor was HUGE! I loved it, there was not a bad table in the room either, you were either close to the dance floor or close to the bar, perfect set up. Another note, a couple of guests left their cards in a bag under the table, the cards had cash in them. The cards were returned to us unopened when we went to pick up our decorations the next day. Incredibly impressed with their honesty and integrity! Thank you Venuti's I cannot say enough good things about this venue!

Working closely with Frank and Karen from Venutis was extremely helpful and made planning our wedding enjoyable. Karen's eye for detail and knowing her business was exceptional. I was blown away with the venue the day of our wedding. It looked stunning, amazing service and the food I still have family and friends telling me how they couldn't believe the quality and variety. I would recommend Venutis to anyone looking for banquets or restaurant.

From start to finish, Venuti's paid attention to EVERY detail! We felt SO important even though they had another wedding that night. Karen made sure that our day was PERFECT and Frank (the owner) came to check on us to ensure everything went well. They all went over and beyond! THANK YOU a million times over!

Words can't express how fabulous Venuti's was! We had our wedding their this passed weekend July 2nd, 2016! All of our 272 guests just raved about their food and how beautiful the place was! Karen is such a gem she helped us every step of the way and was always very prompted with getting back to you with any questions! She truly made planning a wedding at Venuti's seamless! Just a perfect night all around from all of the Venuti's staff!

Venuti's was beautifully decorated and everything went great. We had our actual wedding and reception there in January so we got a deal on the pricing. People were there to help us on the day of and we were able to take pictures where we wanted them which came out beautifully. The food was delicious and we brought in hotdogs from Nana's for a late night snack which was perfect. Overall everything was great. The only thing we would have changed was to possibly have someone with us from Venuti's for the rehearsal to give us their input on how things should go for the actual wedding (which happened in their chapel). We also didn't get to practice the introduction of the wedding party for the reception. It would have been nice to figure out where everyone would walk from coming down the stairs. Everything else was great though!

I had my wedding at Venutis on April 23, 2016 and it was PERFECT. Everything was beautiful and set up the way I wanted it. Karen was our coordinator during are whole process and that answered all my questions when I asked. The food was excellent and all of our guests had a great time.

Where do I start, I have so many great things to say about Venutis and their exceptional customer service and beautiful venue.
Venutis was recommended to me for our Wedding Venue by my coworker so my husband and I went to check it out and absolutely fell in love with it.
The venue is simply gorgeous! and I am pretty sure some of our guests jaws dropped when they walked in :) Love It!
Planning a wedding is not easy but first Patrick (no longer works there) and then Karen were amazing at helping us with everything and they made the process really smooth.
I met with Karen multiple times as well as we did multiple tastings at free of charge to make sure our wedding was perfect. And it was! Couldn't have imagined it better :) I am sooo thrilled with how everything turned out.

yahh i was surprised I had to get my own shot glasses for the bottles of vodka we were providing (Polish Wedding) but in the end it doesn't matter. Venutis was outstanding and I will recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful venue and very flexible!

We chose Venuti's Banquets as our Ceremony, Reception and Rehearsal Dinner location. The food was amazing. The overall decor of the building is beautiful. Karen was our wedding coordinator and she was so nice and pleasant to work with. She made the process seem so simple.

There was no other place that compared to Venuti's. We looked at several locations and once we saw Venuti's we knew it was the place for our wedding. Everything was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the wedding coordinator made everything go as planned. Beautiful place for a wedding!

My winter wonderland wedding was perfection. I worked with pat, he was very helpful and flexible. The food was incredible, and the room was stunning. Also used their chapel room which was beautiful at night! Thanks for everything venuti's!

I went to a few venues to before picking Venuti's. My wedding date is not until June 2016 and none of the first few places were booking for 2016 yet! I couldn't believe it! Summer 2016 starts in less than 2 years now. I went to Venuti's unexpectedly... Karen is the Wedding Coordinator and had an opening. She was so sweet and showed me around in between clients. I was very grateful because we decided that day that this was the place that we wanted to have our reception. AND they were booking for 2016 already! The whole set up reminds me of Italy which I loved! (And I can truly say that because I have traveled there a few times). The wedding packages are great! I am so excited for our Taste testing because all the food options look so delicious. I know that I will have a beautiful wedding. I have a lot of faith in Karen because she was so accommodating! She wants you to have a great wedding and I know that she will be sure of it. I can't wait for everyone to have a great time at my wedding!

I had an amazing experience working with Karen from Venuti's for my wedding reception. We had the bigger room with the windows for our reception and Karen did a wonderful job making it look absolutely amazing. When I first saw the room on our wedding day it actually brought me to tears. I received so many compliments about the food and all the extra tid bits Karen added. It was worth every penny!!

Our wedding was just a week ago (June 20th) and it was more than I could have imagined. I did not completely know how to put everything together in our room to make it look nice, but Karen definitely helped me out along the way. From the beginning, she was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. We had our food tasting before we booked and the food was fantastic! I truly felt at ease with the wedding planning, knowing that I had made a good choice for our venue. They were very accommodating with my requests for our wedding and helped with some of the decision making that I was having trouble with (and gave suggested vendors). Our cake was included in our package and turned out beautiful. The room looked great on the day of and they had set up everything exactly the way I wanted it. The food was delicious and tasted the same as during our food tasting. They really had everything organized and were there for us every step of the way, especially when I had to bring all of my home made centerpieces a few days before. =P

I guess the bottom line is that they really included everything I wanted for a reasonable price and made everything perfect for our wedding day! Definitely recommend Venuti's to anyone in the Chicagoland area!

Choosing Venuti's for our venue was quite easy. The second we walked in, we fell in love with the gorgeous staircase and ornate decor. We absolutely fell in love. Everything the day of our wedding was PERFECT! The service was outstanding and their professionalism was over the top. Everything that they provided was beautiful. The food was out of this world. Our guests still talk about the amazing food to this day. Definitely the best wedding food anyone has ever had. Also, the value was great! We got top notch treatment and food, for a very affordable price. I am telling all of our friends to have their wedding at Venuti's.

I cannot say enough positive things about Venuti's! From beginning to end they were extremely professional and accommodating. I worked with Pat Bruni and could not believe just how knowledgeable he was regarding anything and everything wedding. Everything they promised me they delivered and more. This was the only area of my wedding that went off without any hiccups. The food is impeccable and their staff is first class. They may be a little bit pricier then some other banquets but you get what you pay for!! If you want a worry free venue with all the bells and whistles Venuti's is the place to have it! I would recommend them to anybody looking for top notch service, food and ambiance!!!

Our wedding was an absolute hit! Every single person that I have talked with since our wedding was raving about the service of the wait staff, the food, the drinks and the venue itself. The high ceilings and the beautiful staircase won me over. Not to mention Karen, their event coordinator/planner is the sweetest, most accommodating and talented person on this earth.
Karen was able to personalize everything for us. I even met with her to change up the plan of the head table because I had a “bride” vision two days before my wedding. Karen was there when I needed her. She answered my emails within a few hours every time and always had amazing ideas for everything. Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with and she made me love Venuti’s and the Venuti family more than I ever thought I could love a “banquet hall”. Karen was able to pull everything together for us and brought my dream-wedding vision to life. I even cried when I saw the room just before we made our grand entrance.
We had a champagne toast and a martini bar, which our guests absolutely loved. There was a signature drink that tied in with our bridesmaid dress colors and the theme of our wedding. For dinner we had the most delicious filet mignon and a delicious stuffed chicken. The waitress that was in charge of our head table area actually left my food at my seat the whole night so I could snack on it periodically. The dance floor is amazing and very large, which was very important for our Greek dancing part of the evening. Money was flying in the air and the dance floor was able to accommodate everyone!
They aren’t just a banquet hall. If you want a classy venue, incredible food and a night that everyone will remember, choose Venuti’s for your perfect wedding.

Karen is the best at Venuti's!! She is so helpful, flexible, professional, great to work with, easy to get along with, she helped make our special day the best day of my life!! Great experience, great staff!

All I can say is AMAZING!!! Karen was absolutely wonderful - and 99.9% of everything was perfect...anything that wasn't what I asked had a reason... The food was AMAZING, the service was AMAZING...and while it was expensive - you have to remember that it's WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Words cannot descibe how amazing venuti's was. Karen was amazing to work with, the food was amazing. I could not be happier, and my guests are still calling me about the venue and food.

We had our wedding at Venuti's in September 2012, and I cannot complain about one thing. From the moment we booked our room to the very end of the wedding, we had the most wonderful experience with Venuti's. We worked with Pat who was always willing to answer any question that I had and was very responsive through email (or when I wanted to meet in person). He worked with us to customize every detail to make sure that it fit our expectations. We had about 300 people, and everyone told us how beautiful the venue was and how great the food and drinks were! We are so happy that we chose Venuti's for our wedding!

I have to say that Venuti's is the best!!! I can't even begin to say how many compliments I received the day of our wedding and how many I am still receiving. The cocktail hour with the champagne and martini bar was awesome! The appetizers were amazing.. Go with the shrimp cocktail! I am still hearing about it! The food was great! Always top shelf alcohol is the best! And the service is out of this world. All of the staff at Venuti's are VERY attentive to your every need.. The owners were great! AND Karen Dragel, you are the best. We couldn't have done this without you! You truly made our day WONDERFUL! WE/EVERYONE are still talking about it!...

I haven't stopped getting compliments about my reception and it's been three weeks since the big day. My guests raved about the quality of the food and how absolutely gorgeous the room was. It was even more than I could have imagined. The guests were even given to-go boxes for their leftovers, which is absolutely unheard of these days. I would not only recommend it, but my husband and I plan to have future events there as well.

Pat was awesome please see him if you desire to use Venuti's this guy made my day spectacular! I know i can be a bit anal/OCD (lol) about perfection. Each time i needed something he was definitely there. The customer service skills at Venuti's was breath taking! I always say you pay for what you get and here this place had great food, a great staff Frank and his brother were always upbeat! I can't say enough great things about Venuti's.

I had my rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at Venuti's Banquets. I worked with Karen Dragel who literally is the most amazing person on the planet! I had to get my wedding together in 3 months and she helped me with every part of it. I emailed her probably 150 times and she always emailed me back right away and was always so helpful and sweet. I dont think I could have had the type of amazing beautiful wedding that I did if it were not for Venuti's and for Karen. They took care of everything from setting up the candy buffett that I made to making sure that every little detail was perfect. I got soooo many compliment on how our wedding was the most fun and gorgeous and had the best food out of any wedding people had ever been to and I whole heartedly agree. Everything was perfect and the food was delicious and the staff was so curtious and professional. If I were to do it all over again I would pick Venuti's every time!! I cant thank them enough for everything! I definately recommend it to any bride planning their wedding and make sure you call Karen!! Shes a life saver!!

I should start by saying we ended up looking at Venuti's because of a recommendation from an acquaintance. So, we knew before we saw it that we would likely be impressed. We worked with Karen, and she was AMAZING! She was so great and answered my billion questions, even when I emailed her multiple times in a day. We were impressed from the minute we walked in. We had visited many venues before Venuti's, and she was the only person we met with who seemed to genuinely care about our day, and our wedding. At most other places, with probably one other exception, the people seemed to hate their jobs and were just going through the motions, and trying to get us out because they had work to do. Karen was more of a "friend" who wanted to get to know us and chat than try to sell something to us. After we left that day we had no question where we wanted to have our ceremony /reception.

Karen was able to accommodate every request we had, and was very helpful from day one to the last minute. She even came in during cocktail hour to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. She made the whole process so simple. I can honestly say that because of her I never worried that the ceremony and reception would be less than perfect. Both were amazing, so she did a GREAT job!

It was so great seeing everyone enjoying themselves at the wedding. The space is so pretty, and big enough to accommodate everyone without people standing on top of each other. I have had many people say that it was the best wedding food that they ever ate. People were VERY impressed with the seafood bar during cocktail hour. I ate some of it and also thought it was excellent. I definitely recommend the seafood bar, which comes with an ice sculpture. So cool! I have not heard one person complain about the food or the drinks, and my husband and I thought it was all amazing, so obviously Venuti's does very well in that area.

We did have a problem with guests from the other wedding reception room coming into our room to try to dance. I had to ask a few people to leave. Obviously, this isn't something that Venuti's caused, but this is something that can happen when there is more than one reception happening at night. I was offended that people would have the nerve to come into a reception where they don't belong, but I was also worried that they would steal someone's purse or our wedding gifts. After asking a few people to leave and getting attitude, my husband and I finally had to ask Venut's to have "security" monitor our door. After that there were no problems.

Overall, Venuti's made the wedding / reception PERFECT and I was very satisfied with everything!!

I don't know where to start with kind of establishment Venuti's is as the host of our wedding ceremony / reception. Since we started working with them back in March, things went about as outstanding as they could've gone working with this vendor. They helped us tremendously in laying the groundwork for how the entire event would go...taking us step-by-step through each part of the day and providing recommendations from the ceremony, to the food, to the beverages, to the entertainment, etc. Now to the wedding day...the ceremony room looked awesome and for a large Italian family like ours, it held up just perfect. Now the most important part ;) the reception. The place looked awesome, again, and the food was spectacular. The appetizers were great...the hot seafood station was the talk of the wedding and comes HIGHLY recommended. The soup, the salad, the pasta, the main course (FILET AND CHICKEN), the wedding cake, the desserts, the fruit...it all stole the show. The waiters/waitresses did a great job! The bridal room upstairs was perfect for my wife and fit the wedding party and then some. It's very elegant and properly designed. All-in-all, the event was a total success. I want to give many, many praises to our even coordinator, Karen who did a tremendous job guiding us throughout the way and to co-owner Frank, who cooks the delicious food himself and also helped on my wedding day dispurse it to my guests. I mean, what owner does that??? Venuti's owner does that...and because of Venuti's, my guests will be talking about how great my wedding was for years to come!!!

We used Venuti's for our wedding reception on 6/10/11 and I would definitely recommend them. We booked them over a year out from our wedding date, and although the initial part of the planning process was rocky due to our original sales person who we were working with suddenly leaving their position and another person that we really didn't click with, it all ended up working out and being an absolutely amazing night. We ended up working with Karen and she is fantastic. She was always so quick to respond to any little question I had and was nothing but friendly and helpful. She really put us at ease throughout the planning process that everything would come together and that we didn't need to worry about anything, and she was right! The reception turned out more beautiful than I could have dreamed.

We had the Verona II room (room with extension on the left with mirrors) and the night of reception it was absolutely stunning. The food was amazing and we have not have a single guest do anything but rave about how great the food was and that it is the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The service provided by the staff was oustanding. The bar manager even ended up going out and getting my husband a bottle of his favorite vodka when he was informed they didn't have it at the bar. Talk about making the customer happy!

I also recommend their restaurant to anyone who wants a great meal as it's fantastic as well!

I could not have booked with a better venue!! I worked with Karen who was "bend over backwards" helpful. She had a very can do attitude and was a joy to work with!! Everything was perfect. Many guests complimented my choice because of the food and overall aesthetics of the room. The service was great! Everyone is very friendly. A plus to this venue is that they have 6 hour open bar that stays open during dinner. You don't find that at a lot of places. They also include poured wine service during dinner at no additional charge. Most of the time reception food is mediocre, but not here! We opted to give guests a choice between 3 entrees. You don't need to keep track of that ahead of time because each guest orders at the beginning of the meal. My special day was perfect and I have Venuti's to thank for that!

Our wedding was at Venuti's on 10/1/10. I would not have changed one thing! It is so incredibly beautiful there and Karen was the most helpful person ever! She made the whole process so easy and stress-free! I really can't thank this venue enough for all the work they put in to make our day so perfect! I would do it all over again the exact same way every time! Thanks Karen!

Amazing. Food was the best. All of my guests were blown away with the food. They said it was the best wedding food that they have had. The service was excellent. There was a lot of staff that worked our reception which made it easy for guests to get what they wanted/needed in a timely fashion. The staff was so nice and curtious. Didn't have to worry about cranky waiters.
The ambiance is the perfect touch to any wedding. Because of Venuti's being newer, I didn't need to add that much decor to my wedding. The chairs are not old and ugly were I needed chair covers to cover them up.
Everyone was great to work with prior to the wedding day. They kept telling me I didn't need to worry about a thing and on the day of I didn't worry about a thing. They took care of every little thing to make it a stress free day!

Venuti's is such an amazing place, and I feel so lucky to have been able to have my reception there. I got non-stop compliments from everyone that it was the most gorgeous reception they had ever been to, the best food they have ever had at a wedding, and was the prettiest venue they've ever seen--and a lot of our friends and family are in the restaurant and photography businesses. The pictures our photographer took of us at Venuti's look like they came out of a magazine. The main stairwell and the circle room created the most breath-takingly beautiful pictures.

Everyone loved that they had the huge veranda to go to for fresh air, the martini bar was a huge hit, and they were thrilled that not only was there a premium open-bar, but it was also open during dinner, which I've never seen at a wedding--and I've been to 13 in the past year alone.

The food served during cocktail hour was delicious, and the food during dinner was even more amazing: especially the pasta and filet mignon.

Venuti's also included our cake in the package, which was done at The Baking Institute in Wheeling, IL. The cake was delicious, and it was the most beautiful, elaborate wedding cake I've ever seen. We had sugar flowers on it that no one could believe weren't real. It was everything we wanted and more. We also got to pick all of the linens that we wanted (at no charge), Venuti's set everything up, and they turned out beautifully and matched our colors perfectly. They also set-up all of our favors, table names, escort cards, and everything else you can imagine.

Karen Dragel was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. She was constantly in touch with us, helped us with any questions we had, and made suggestions when we needed them. Every time we met with her they offered us wine, champagne, beer, even food. She took care of everything the day-of so that my husband and I could just enjoy our wedding, and relax knowing that she would handle all the set-up and any problems that arose.

I wish I could have another wedding, just so I can have the reception at Venuti's again. It was absolutely perfect.

The place is beautful! The food was amazing! The service could not be beat! Everyone was so helpful and wonderful. I was so happy to use Venuti's and would use them again! I can't wait to go back for dinner!

I have nothing but praise for Venuti's. They did an outstanding job. Their food is restaurant quality. I keep hearing from my guests how that was the best wedding food they'd ever had. We chose the Guests Choice Dinner - where the guest could chose better fish, steak, or chicken. The portions were huge! When they say they'll serve you a 14oz ribeye, it's 14 oz - after being cooked. The hall was just gorgeous. We dealt with Frank - who treated you like family! We also had a personal host who was there to attend to any issues we might have had. We really didn't have any issues. For me, the best part was the 6 hour bar! To have the bar (our room actually had 2 bars) open during dinner was too cool. If I had to do it all over again, I would chose Venuti's - over and over and over!

The food was AMAZING! Karen really outdid herself when it comes to helping the bride make decisions, answering the brides crazy questions, etc. LOVED every minute of my wedding. My only concern was how small the hallway is...not conducive to a long receiving line... I am over it though!! ;)

Venuti's was absolutely fantastic! the hall was gorgeous, the waitstaff was incredibly attentive and professional, the food was fabulous, it was just overall excellent!

Venuti's was the perfect venue for our wedding. The decor is absolutely beautiful throughout the whole venue. We worked with Ciara, who was very flexible, easy going, and made sure every detail was marked down (even the ones we forgot about!). She was always quick to respond and made sure that we were happy with what was being provided. We were provided with ample space (banquet room, huge outside patio, and medium sized side room to be used for whatever we wanted). They also offered amazing features during our cocktail hour (martini bar and champagne greeting for all guests, in addition to the standard open bar). ALL THIS for very comparable prices versus other venues who did not offer as much. Bar service was also open during dinner, which I'm sure pleased a lot of our guests. The food was OUTSTANDING! We were able to do our tasting prior to booking with Venuti's, and it was one of the best meals I've had! Definitely be sure to try their homemade limoncellos! The only negative feedback I have is the first course was starting to be served while speeches were taking place. Perhaps this was poor communication between me, the venue, and our DJ, but the clicking of the plates made hard for guests to hear the speeches. Also, the mashed potatoes were not the best quality, but still very good. 100% recommended.

We had our wedding in the Verona II room at Venuti's Banquets. Our wedding was absolutely PERFECT and EXACTLY what my goal was (elegance and romance). We had the filet mignon and chicken combination plate and EVERYONE just RAVED about the filet (HIGHLY recommend). The caesar salad and creamy tomato and basil soup were also big hits! Everything was truly perfect and we had the most wonderful time. Karen was so helpful, flexible, and quick to respond to my e-mails throughout the process. My only complaint is that I never received a response about some questions I had after the wedding.

The food here is amazing, it is the reason why we chose it. The people are great. Karen was helping me set up my whole wedding, she didnt care how many times I emailed her with stupid little questions, they understand completely. They go well over above and beyond!

Karen is an absolute dream to work with. She will listen to all of your ideas and help you out as much as she can. The food at our wedding was absolutely delicious, that is all people were talking about. We had the option of the filet or chicken marsala. The hall was beautiful and the bartenders were extremely friendly. This was a great place to have our wedding and would highly recommend it to people!

Would rate over 5 stars! We dealt with Pat and wow does he know what he is doing! Our wishes were always granted! It seemed that no wish was to big to accomodate! The food and service was impeccable! I am sure our pictures will sparkle with such a gorgeous venue as Venuti's!

We had 420 people at our wedding and we didn't hear a single complaint about our reception, it was nothing but amazing compliments. We went to about 10 different reception sites and this was by far the best one. It's absolutely gorgeous (we took some beautiful photos during our reception) and the food was phenomenal! Karen is the sweetest person ever and was such a big help with all the planning. Book your wedding here, you won't regret it!

Very beautiful place - the food was fabulous and the venue was perfect. Just a few of the detail got lost in the shuffle- other than that the wedding was perfect.

Expensive but worthwhile. Very accommodating, very classy in all areas. Magnificent food. Make sure to specify that the wait staff help with packing leftovers otherwise food/dessert will be wasted.

There is nothing bad to say about Venuti's. From the first moment we met with them to the final moments of the reception, they were fabulous. Our guests raved about the food, which was some of the best I've ever tasted at a wedding, and the decor was just beautiful. The staff was very kind, prompt, and responsive - we never had to ask more than once for anything. Throughout all the planning, we were never told "no", and were given anything and everything we requested. The cake was contracted through Venuti's, but was provided by Oak Mill Bakery. Again, a wonderful vendor and some of the best cake ever! The design and flavor was exactly what we had chosen, and it looked beautiful!

Venuti's was amazing...the food was fantastic, the service was fantastic and they were able to negotiate the price with us. Highly recommend them.

Venuti's is a lovely location with wonderful food. Karen was very accommodating and was willing to work with me on everything, which was much appreciated. The hall looked beautiful and it was in our budget. The only reason that I don't give this a 5/5 was due to a few things going wrong the day of the wedding, such as timing and coordination with the event planner. Other than that, it was great and my groom and I had a wonderful day.

Venuti's was a beautiful reception hall. I had great service and all of my guests were very pleased with the quality of food and drink. They arranged everything as requested. If I did it over again I would still book venuti's. Only flaw is a little delay on emails and they were not very happy with the idea of picking up some of the supplies the day after the wedding. Other than that the day went perfect!

The minute we walked in the door, we fell in love with the place, the food and the ambiance. Their sales Manager, Karen Dragel was extremely helpful and welcoming to any questions we had. We found that the banquet hall was moderately priced, which made our decision even easier to go with Venuti's.

It's a newer place and recently quite popular, so it was difficult for us to find a Saturday night to book, so we decided to get married on a Friday.

The draw backs were the day of the wedding, our sales manager scheduled herself on vacation, which we had made sure a the other sales person was fully aware of our needs. There was another wedding next door that was abnoxiously playing their music during our dinner speeches, which i found to be extremely disrespectful for Venuti's to allow to happen. The food was great, the service was impecable and the night was more than we could ask for other those few little things.

The venue is absolutely beautiful! I was married in October 2011. I had both my ceremony and reception there. I worked with Karen throughout the entire process and she was great. She was always responsive to my questions and gave great referrals and suggestions. Everything went smoothly up until the day of the wedding. Then my day-of coordinator ran into some minor issues. Of course, I did not learn about these issues until after the fact. There were some things that were supposed to be set-up that were not. The microphone and stand were not set-up in the ceremony room. There were not enough chairs set-up in the ceremony room. My unity sand table was not set-up correctly, and I also later found out after the ceremony they had broken my large personalized vase so they replaced it with one of their small glass cylinders. Imagine noticing that while you're standing at the alter and realizing that your large unity vase is not on the table. I was NOT happy, but there was nothing I could do about it. I was supposed to have a favors table, as well as a gift table, but they only set up a favors table. Apparently, when my coordinator asked the staff for an extra table for gifts they wanted to argue that I (the bride) only asked for one table. Regardless, if there was a miscommunication regarding the favors table and gift table, the staff should have said "ok" and just gotten the table. Eventually, they put an extra table out AFTER going back and forth with my coordinator for like 5 minutes. Luckily, we did get all the minor issues taken care of PRIOR to the ceremony starting, but throughout the entire process it was difficult to find the staff member that was in charge. Karen, my sales person, was there for a couple hours on the day of, but she was always sitting in the office. Again, it may not been her job to go around and double check to see if we needed any last minute things, but it was so difficult for my coordinator to find someone. At one point, someone told my coordinator to go to the "captain" in a dark blue or black uniform with any issues. Considering ALL of the wait staff had on black uniforms, it was a little difficult for my coordinator to find the "captain." I was disappointed because that was one of the selling points that grabbed my attention. I was told that I would have a "Personal Host" on the night of the evening that I could go to with any issues. On the day of the wedding, it was NEVER made clear to me or my coordinator who my "Personal Host" was. Was it Karen? Or was it the "captain" in the blue or black uniform? During the ceremony, everything was fine, except for the fact that all we could hear during our prayer was loud banging of dishes that was in the kitchen. One of my guests had to go out and tell Karen TWICE before anything was done about it. This was not acceptable. I understand that the staff in the kitchen had to prepare for the reception, but they should've been informed that a ceremony was taking place and they needed to not make so much noise. Other than those issues, everything else went smoothly. I know it just seems like I have been complaining, but I will say that the food was amazing, and the service during the reception was great. Despite all of my complaints, I would still recommend this other couples who are getting married. Everyone always said that things will go wrong on your wedding day, so I was expecting it. You just have to deal with it the best you can. Luckily, none of mine were too major. I don't think any of the guests realized any of the mishaps (except for the loud banging of the dishes), so that's good. Again, the venue is beautiful. The staircase is what really grabbed my attention from day 1, and my photos on the staircase were absolutely amazing. :)

Karen was amazing to work with and very flexible. My only piece of advice is to confirm that the person you are working with will be there during your reception if anything goes wrong so they can help instead of having to work through busboys to get what you need.

I remember when I booked Venuti's that I read a review from another bride that said she was not unhappy with her reception site selection. However, if she would have done it again she would have picked some place else. I now understand what she meant. If you are the bride who does not want to me involved. If you want the hall to make all your decisions this is the place for you. They know weddings. You can show up the day of your wedding and not worry. However, if you want more personalized one on one service this is not the place for you. The food was amazing. I was told by everyone that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The service staff (bartenders and waiters/waitresses) were fantastic. We did table side ordering with 3 different entrée selection. Everyone The room is absolutely beautiful. Some guests even said it was better than a steakhouse. I was unhappy with was the lack of attention to detail and personalized service. Venuti’s has a set way of doing things and it results in a beautiful wedding. However, I wanted a few thinks done differently that the norm and was assured that my requests would be accommodated. For instance I wanted the wedding cake which was a gift to be served to every guest. Their standard routine was to cut and box it. The cake was not served. The specific set-up instruction I provided in a typed document where not followed. I want to reiterate that Venuti’s is a great establishment for a wedding. It just was the fit for me.

I held both my ceremony and reception at Venuti's. I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone looking to get married in the area. The service during dinner was outstanding and our guests are still commenting on that. The food (chicken vesuvio, filet mignon and spinach lasagna) was excellent and again my guests are still raving. The only negative things I have heard from my guests were that the appetizers were awful and the bathrooms could have used some more attention. My only gripes are that the set up was not done properly despite the fact that we had gone over it several times and they lost/ threw out some of our stuff within 24 hours of the wedding, to me that is ridiculous. Despite the things that went wrong I would still recommend Venuti�s.

My advice is make sure everything you discuss with them is in the contract and double check that it is.

It wasn't a wedding we held at this venue, but a Bridal Shower.

As the MOH I wanted my sister to have the best experience at her shower. And I must say I was quite disappointed with the quality of food and some of the information we were provided with.

The staff was great and responsive. And even with two quests showing up without RSVPing first, they were able to accommodate us.

We did not know which meal selection to choose from and were advised by the coordinator to make a reservation at their onsite restaurant and taste the different options they have, because they offer the same food at the event. If you plan on doing that, PLEASE do not waste your money, because the food at the restaurant is totally different than what they served us. So, save yourself the money if all you're wanting to do is do the tasting. The restaurant is nice, and the food is good, but it's not the same they serve at the event.

The guests commented that they loved the food, but I was disappointed knowing how much better the food the restaurant actually was.

Also, when they brought out the ice cream, it looked like it melted and they stuck it back in the freezer, so the ice cream presentation was horrible and I saw that some people refused to eat it.

For a venue of this quality, I'd expect a lot more!

Upsides: Beautiful venue with a reasonable price. Downside: Terrible staff. If I were to have my wedding over again, I would look for another venue.

My husband and I got married at Venuti's about a month ago. First of all, the venue is gorgeous and was one of the most reasonably priced venue's. Our wedding coordinator there was also very nice and accommodating for us, although no one followed up with my husband and me after our wedding.

As for downsides, unfortunately they outdo the good-sides. if you're looking for a venue with a kind, knowledgeable staff, look elsewhere. The staff was shockingly rude, especially for all that you're putting into the venue financially. On our wedding day, we asked our server if we could have a bottle of Riesling. She had no idea what that was, and we told her it was wine. She then left for a few minutes to 'ask the bartender', came back and said that Venuti's didn't have any Rieslings... I was like.... really? At an Italian restaurant they don't have one of the most common white wines? My husband went and asked the manager, who than assured us that they had a bottle. The server then delivered it, slammed it down on the table, said here's your wine, and walked away....

In addition, expect the same if not worse attitude from the bar tenders if you have your wedding at Venuti's. They didn't know how to make a plethora of drinks, had bad attitudes with our guests, and over served guests (even when myself or another guest said "hey this person has had too much, please don't over serve them"). We had guests that were horribly drunk and the bartenders still served them, even when I told them not to. It was terrible.

For our wedding, we were told that our ceremony room would seat 100. The day of, the staff only put about 70-75 chairs in the ceremony room. When my husband asked if more chairs could be brought in, he was welcomed with a rude attitude from the prepper.

We recently had our wedding here. The entire planning process was a breeze and Karen was amazing to work with. She is genuinely a nice person! The food at the tasting was spectacular.. they really treated my family and I well! The food the night of the wedding however was terrible. It must have been sitting out for a long time before they brought it out to us. I was really embarrassed to serve that food! The soup was great, the salad was brown and wilted! (my mom took pictures!) The mashed potatoes were hard, the chicken was soft and disgusting and the filet was charred. How is that even possible?

Overall, Venuti's had the potential to be amazing. Karen was awesome, the Venue was beautiful. The food was a disaster.

ONLY SIGN A CONTRACT IF VENUTI ADDS, IN THE CONTRACT, THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THE MALE RELATIVE WHO WEARS A PONYTAIL. IT APPEARS AS THOUGH HE PURPOSELY TRIES TO RUIN YOUR EVENT, EVEN THOUGH ALL PREVIOUS DEALINGS WERE WITH KAREN, WHO WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE, KAREN DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 20-30 MINUTE PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY SO ALL DEALINGS, FOR THE SET UP, ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHICH HAD BEEN OUTLINED AND GIVEN TO KAREN BUT NOT DONE, HAD TO GO THROUGH HIM. HE WAS ANTAGATISTIC, INSULTING TO MY DJ ( FROM KC CHRISTOPHER WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT RESPOND), STATED VENUTI'S DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH CHAIRS, FUSSED AT MY DECORATORS, ETC., ETC. IT WAS AWFUL. THE ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS RAY. HE WAS THE HERO OF THE DAY. WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE ASKED WHAT WAS NEEDED AND QUIETLY PROCEEDED TO HELP.
THE FOOD WERE SMALL PORTIONS OF EVERYTHING, AND NOT AS GOOD AS THE TASTING. SOME OF MY GUESTS STATED A FEW OF THE WAIT STAFF WERE VERY RUDE, THOUGH MINE WAS FINE AT MY TABLE.
YOU HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR OWN DETAIL DUE TO THEY WILL NOT.

I'm glad i had my wedding here but if i had to do it again i would have chosen a different location.

These guys promise the world and do not deliver. Our ceremony started late by a complete mistake and rather than acting professional the workers were caught talking badly about us. We could hear them from my bridal suit! They also lost out grooms cake. I asked them to cut it with our wedding cake and we never saw it again. They do last minute time changes resulting in me having to buy new invitations and inconvenience my party. They do not respond to emails. I am so disappointed with this venue. I would never recommend them to anyone! Dont waste your money [they're not cheap either! $1500 gratuity and no options for a vegetarian meal, not even for the bride!] Look else where people.
