I can't say enough good things about DJ Fluffy and the Ventura DJs crew! Alex (aka DJ Fluffy) was a joy to work with - so friendly, thoughtful, and focused on making sure the wedding was everything we wanted. I had a very specific vision and didn't make things easy for him, and he always made me feel heard and validated and was a great partner in the planning process. He did everything he could to make my vision a reality, and it turned out perfect!! And maybe most exciting of all, he delivered all of that great service on a fantastic budget that was so much more affordable than the other Santa Barbara DJs we got quotes from. The value for the money we got was incredible and we are so so happy we went with Ventura DJs!!
The sound quality was always excellent and he was right on time and had everything tested and ready to go on schedule, so we never had to worry about it. The ceremony music and mic volume were perfect and the transitions were flawless. I never even thought about it, which is how it should be. I've been to too many weddings with sound issues during the ceremony so you can't hear the vows or there is feedback etc, and I was thankful we didn't have any issues at all.
During the reception, he was great with announcements such as our grand entrance and getting the dance floor hyped up and filled with guests. He was natural on the mic and made things fun. I made most of my own playlists, as I was very particular about the music I wanted, and he was happy to accommodate me while using his expertise to mix and adjust the order to make sure the songs flowed and the energy was always great.
I wanted it to be an epic dance floor like a 2010 dance club haha, and he was so helpful and had some incredible laser lights to go with the fog machine we brought to make it the perfect vibe. The lasers + fog machine combo was a real winner and made the pictures look so epic - highly recommend. He also has cold sparks that we decided to add on a whim and they were SO AWESOME! Can't recommend those enough - it made our pictures extra special and guests were amazed, and he had perfect timing to hit all the high moments. (no fire concern, the sparks are literally cold to the touch)
And finally, we also used his photo booth, which was fantastic with great background options and the picture quality and hilarious variety of props were perfect. We LOVE looking over our digital gallery in addition to the printed strips.
So long story short - doing with DJ Fluffy and Ventura DJs was the best decision we ever made for our wedding and if I could give him more than 5 starts I would! -

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Ventura DJs for our wedding! From the very beginning, Alex was incredibly proactive and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfectly coordinated. He even initiated discussions between our vendors and the band I hired, which took a significant part of the coordination process off this DIY bride’s plate! I was truly impressed by Alex’s professionalism and dedication.
The music selection was spot-on, and it perfectly set the Latino vibe we were aiming for. Our guests loved the music choices, and the dance floor was packed all night long—everyone was on their feet, having a fantastic time! Ventura DJs expertly set the atmosphere from the cocktail hour through dinner and into the dollar dance, ensuring each moment felt just right.
If you’re looking for a DJ service that goes above and beyond, look no further. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we are so grateful to Alex for helping to create unforgettable memories on our wedding day! -

Fantastic DJ that *made* our wedding! We had seen Ventura DJs at a friends wedding and when looking for our wedding we knew we found the right team!
Music is so important, but especially to us. And we wanted the right vibe, so we had lots of songs preselected to be played at specific moments. Even specific MP3s we created that needed to be played for pre-rehearsed dance numbers and audio tracks to be played during speeches. DJ Fluffy played every single one at the right moment with no delay and seamlessly.
And of course, microphones and everything needed for the ceremony, speeches and more worked flawlessly. All the work we put in ahead of time and as we worked with him all came out perfect. We're so thankful and so happy with how it all came together. Everything we wanted for the vibe we were looking for worked. Thank you so much! -

The best Photo Booth!
We used Ventura DJs Photo Booth for our wedding last weekend and it was amazing! The entire process was fun. From picking the backdrop, to choosing/designing the photo strip, to using all the fun props the night of! Our guests had a blast and keep raving about it! Thank you Ventura DJs!! -

My wife and I worked with Ventura DJs for our wedding reception this weekend. My wife and I were ecstatic with the service that they provided. From the beginning of our contract through the completion of reception, these gentlemen were nothing short of professional. As our timeline shifted a bit, they ran with the changes and made a seamless transition to provide the best service to us. I highly recommend their experienced team for all your venue needs.

I am so grateful that we hired DJ Lunatic to celebrate my daughter's wedding!
He had our entire party dancing from the moment of the grand entrance until the final song, nonstop fun, nonstop favorites playing, absolutely perfect choice in every song that played. I have received sooo many compliments from our guests. My only regret is that our party didn't last longer so we can keep enjoying!

Would definitely use them again for another event! Ventura Djs really helped us pull our wedding together. From helping us plan out our timeline, to designing our photo booth decal. They have a portal that helps coordinate your event and they even helped me stay on time for things like cutting our wedding cake since I was running around all night. They are incredibly professional and made our wedding day go smoothly. Kept people on the dance floor the whole night! The photo booth was also a big hit, seeing the album of photos everyone took throughout the wedding was amazing -

I hired Ventura D.Js for music and photo booth for my daughter quincenera and would hands down recommend them. From strait to finish Sergio D.J lunatic and fluffy where so helpful, worked with me every step of the way. Their response time is quick which helped take some stress away as they answered my questions and put together a beautiful template for the photo booth. Sergio was on time, very organized, kind , friendly, easy to approach and his mixing skills kept my daughter and guest ( including myself ) on the dance floor all good vibes He made sure to play songs from my daughters play list which of course was the icing on the cake to Such a memorable day ! -

When my wife and I started the wedding planning process, we requested quotes from multiple DJs. DJ Fluffy quickly came on top due to his professionalism, responsiveness, and affordable prices.
Working with him during the planning process was pretty straight forward. We had multiple consultations where he gave us good advice and accommodated several requests (such as tailoring the music to a bilingual crowd, and letting my out-of-town friend plug into his speakers so that my friend could sing during the cocktail hour.)
During the reception itself, DJ Fluffy hit it out of the ballpark. He had everyone moving, and rolled with the punches when we got beyond schedule and we started improvising some of the programing. We were about an hour delayed in our timeline due to our ceremony going long. Without a beat, he helped us get back on track without sacrificing any of the experience. Also, Fluffy did a great job MCing without taking the spotlight off my bride and I.
Overall, I can't speak highly enough of DJ Fluffy. I would recommend him to all my friends. Working with him was like working with an old friend, who really cared about us having the best day of our lives. -

Kept the party live and flowing all night.. He’s an amazing DJ, very professional, has a wide verity of music, created play lists for us and fixed songs to our liking... he played requests you name it.. my wife and I would have him any day of the week to DJ.. I recommend his crew 100 percent, he has lights as well that even matched our color theme which made my wife even more happy.. Thanks So Much For Making Our Day Special!!! -

What can I say about Alex☺️ Best Dj in Ventura county and a wedding savior!
We met this amazing dj (Alex) for our coED shower and dam did he have everyone dancing, mind you If We would’ve met or known about him before we would’ve booked him for OUR big day but we met him after we had already booked “Dj wicked” which canceled 3 weeks before our wedding For their own rules or reasoning “NOT OK”👎
but Luckily Alex came to our rescue and we had already encountered with him and loved how he pumped up our crowed at the shower.
We’ve had a very tuff wedding planning due to covid! Our wedding initially was suppose to be 3-19-2020 but got postponed for
9-19-2020 after postponing it due to covid again From being in a indoor venues twice we had to relocate for a 3rd times due to covid still...to an outdoor event which ended up being a much more safer And amazing wedding because god sure had a plan and that was for Alex to come along and join us for that “one” special day and so he did and so it happened. Thank you so much Alex And your amazing Crew! Totally a great and professional dj very involved In it all!!
