  Beautiful Stationary and Day-of Signage

  My husband and I worked with Velvet Fox Designs on our custom wedding invitations and all of our day-of signage. Velvet Fox Designs is hands down the best stationer in Orange County. The entire experience is personalized from start to finish, and the work they did was beyond what we expected.
  
  First, we started the invitation suite design process with Joanne. Our invitations were not something I thought too much about until we inquired with Velvet Fox Designs to see what they could do, and our invitations came out incredible! Joanne worked with us to help you create our vision and then brought it to life in a way even better than we could have imagined. She was very detailed and thorough, and she was also very prompt and communicative. Ultimately, Joanne made us the most beautiful, romantic and elegant wedding invitation suite and most importantly, she was a true pleasure to work with!
  
  We also worked with Joanne during the design process for our day-of signage. Honestly, Joanne is a true gem. It is obvious that she has a real passion and love for what she does. She helped us with the day-of signage design and gave us excellent guidance and recommendations where needed. I absolutely loved all of our day-of signage; each piece is hand made and a work of art. Joanne and the entire Velvet Fox Designs team were especially accommodating, detail oriented, talented, honest, and kind. You can trust that you will have a beautiful product if the Velvet Fox Design team’s hands are on it.
  
  Overall, it was a really great experience to see how much care and thought Velvet Fox Designs put into each item to make sure it was perfect. The whole experience was friendly and easy. This company is a jewel amongst a sea of mass produced, commercial, and cheap stationery that is being sold these days as "personalized." I promise you won't find anyone like Velvet Fox Designs or the art they create. We highly recommended working with Velvet Fox Designs!

  The Best Wedding Signage!

  I hired Velvet Fox to create my wedding signage for my wedding in Nashville this past May. They were so accommodating and easy to work with. I was so happy they were able to ship everything for me from California. I was immediately drawn to their designs based off of their previous weddings, and it matched my wedding day design perfectly. What I was expecting was how incredible the actual signs were! Everything was such high quality and in-person looked better than I could have ever imagined. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, modern wedding signage.

  Highly Recommend!

  I found Velvet Fox on Instagram and fell in love! Working with them to design custom signage for our wedding was a delight. Their prices are great and they were super communicative through the whole design process. They provided updates and proofs of all of our designs. The signage elevated and personalized our wedding so well and I can't thank them enough!

  Dream Vendor for Paper / Design / Signage

  Hire Velvet Fox for all your elevated design needs and Pinterest / Instagram worthy featured wedding! We hired Angelica for our recent wedding at Pasea Hotel and we’re blown away as all our guests and vendors were too!!
  
  Angelica’s impeccable attention to detail, professionalism and ability to work on an extremely tight timeline (due to our COVID rescheduled wedding).
  We used her designs for our invitations (both digital and paper), vow books, signage, tile dancefloor, wood menus, design and much more!!
  One positive out of covid was we had to scale back to a much more intimate wedding and therefore were able to add in all the additional design details that we dreamt of.
  My tips to future brides/couples is to set aside money in your wedding budget (Or make appropriate cuts were needed) for these important stand out details!

  Super dedicated

  I’m so happy with my invitations! Very good quality and super friendly staff who genuinely cared about my big day. I loved how there were so many materials to choose from too. Definitely recommend if you want to impress your guests.

  Disappointed by Designs

  Velvet Fox was a good production company, but I had hoped for more help with the design process. They are an expensive add on for a wedding, and I booked them in order to have wedding signage and seating charts that were beautiful and unique for my wedding - and to have someone else work on this because I knew I was going to need help a month out from my wedding.
  
  Unfortunately, they didn’t have any unique design ideas for me. Their “design” was just our names and wedding date copy and pasted into a very basic design that I saw on their instagram had been made for someone else. I requested three items and none of them had any kind of cohesive design element, so each did not look like they belonged with the other items. It then turned into me, a month before my wedding, attempting to research ideas and design this signage myself. The production side did build a lovely product, but something that I had to design almost entirely on my own - which I did not have time for a month before the wedding.
  
  When I reached out to Kathy, the owner, to express my dissatisfaction with the design portion (which is a large reason I had booked them and a considerable component of their hefty fee) she was curt and unsympathetic. Her only “concession” was to allow me to take the menus off of the order. Instead of telling me this asap as requested, she waited until 8 days before my wedding (1 day before I was initially supposed to pick up the items) to tell me that they were no longer producing the menus. This delay felt intentional and unprofessional. Luckily, I was able to create a menu that I liked better in 30 minutes with an online service that was a fraction of the cost. In addition, after completing payment and picking up the items, I had a follow up question that I emailed to them twice and was completely ignored.
  
  Bottom Line = the production side is good if you know exactly what you want, down the colors, shapes, exact design. But if you're looking for someone to create a unique design for you, look elsewhere. In addition, elements of their customer service was unprofessional.
