Beautiful Wedding

We had our daughters wedding her and it was beautiful. It was exactly what she wanted. The staff was very helpful in the planning and the day of the event. I would definitely recommend you go see this place. It is a beauty venue so doesn’t need much for decorating.

A beautiful venue with amazing views

I really wanted a venue with amazing views and this venue delivered! It's gorgeous and also very private.

We went with the elite package, which included almost everything we needed, from florals to catering to rentals. The value was amazing after shopping around and comparing to DIY venues.

Our guests haven't stopped raving about our wedding. Thank you, Vellano Estate team!

Beautiful Venue

The whole planning team is excellent to work with! They are great at communicating and worked with us throughout the entire wedding planning. The planing guid they have is extremely useful.
The venue is beautiful, so minimal decorations are required.
The DJ that was part of the package (JC entertainment - Rodrigo) was so wonderful to work with. We were stuck when picking special songs and he helped us with some options. He also was very flexible and coordinated with us during the actual wedding day.
Serra and Alejandro who were the coordinators on our wedding day did such an awesome job keeping us on schedule and making sure we were doing ok the entire day. You don’t realize how much having a coordinator on your wedding day will keep your sanity lol.

Now some not so awesome reviews…

The bakery (Cucamonga Cakery), although the cake came out beautiful and tasted great, the meeting we had with them left us disappointed. We were rushed during the tasting process, the woman we worked with kept pressuring us to pick a design, and we’re were only given 5 flavors to taste from a list of about 20 flavors, and we were not given the option to pick which flavors we wanted to try. When we requested to try different flavors we were told we would have to buy the entire cake because they didn’t have those as samples.

Floral sensation - we went with the florist that was part of the package for the centerpiece. Like the experience we had with the cakery, they rushed us and pressured us to make a quick choice in flowers. At the end of our meeting they mentioned they would provide us a sample as the wedding date approached but a month before the wedding they mentioned that they were too busy and would only be able to send us pictures and that the sample they mentioned they would provide us was a misunderstanding.

Wedgewood invitations - you are given a credit to use towards invitations and other wedding items from a website but if you don’t use the entire credit you lose the remaining amount.

Tips!

- you don’t have to use their vendors. Although it makes your day run smoother if you do, you are able to use our own vendors if you have a preference.

Beautiful Venue & Amazing Staff

Excellent from beginning to the end. The wedding coordinator Marissa was amazing. Answered all our questions promptly and guided us through out the process. It makes the wedding planning be so much less stressful. I loved that they hosted an event to try the food, meet some vendors and played lots of fun games. I got an idea of what their vendors were like and if they were the style I was going for. The day of the wedding the staff coordinators are on the premises which is super helpful in making sure everything is absolutely perfect. Not to mention the gorgeous scenery makes the perfect pictures. My wedding pictures look as if it was held in Tuscany. I could have not chosen a much better venue, we were beyond happy with our choice and the staff was great!!!

Best Value

I'm not sure where to start, from the first tour to our final meeting we had an awesome experience. Everyone was very accommodating and super nice, it made us feel like we made the right choice before the big day. I didn't really feel like we had to worry about anything. Our big day was September 17, and everything went amazing. We used all recommended vendors from the Vellano and they were amazing from the officiant, to the DJ, the photography team, and the desserts, they exceeded our expectation. The food was amazing! We'd like to give a huge shout out to our coordinator Sarah, and banquet captain Curtis. Sarah seriously made us feel like a king and queen that day anything we needed she was already a few steps ahead, she really made our day. Curtis made sure we always had what ever we wanted and made us feel super special.

I would definitely recommend Wedgewood Vellano for anyone looking for a non stressful beautiful wedding. The team is awesome and the location is beautiful.

Flexible and Understanding

The vellano did a great job about allowing us to change our wedding date 3x to ensure we had the best time possible. Our coordinator was amazing down the the last details needed. Overall the wedegwood wedding experience was a lot less stressful than an al-a-cart wedding could ever be.

It was the most magical day of my life!

Choosing this venue for our wedding day was the best decision ever. We had the most beautiful ceremony and fun reception. Service was above and beyond. Wedgewood Vellano Review - ZERP

A very beautiful venue and great wedding experience. The wedding planners were very detail oriented, flexible, responsive and accommodating to everything that we envisioned. They kept us informed of upcoming "due dates" and last minute decorations decisions were not aa problem. Many of my friends and guest commented on how unique and beautiful the facility was. Even if it didn't have the best reception location, Wedgewood Vellano made our wedding dreams come true

Amazing experience!

We got married on October 12, 2019. From the minute we met with Olivia to the actual wedding day with Darcey and Eric, everything was laid out for us so that the planning and execution was such a smooth process. The meetings with Olivia and Marissa were so helpful, and they were pretty flexible with the changes that I made throughout the process. It was so nice to have guidelines and the binder help with planning everything. The partnered vendors are amazing as well. I really didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding as Darcey really did SO MUCH to make sure everything was running smoothly. They even had extra drapes that were put up from the previous night's wedding that they offered to us without any extra charges. After the ceremony, Darcey waited for us at the end of the walkway with food and drinks. She constantly checked in with us and made sure that we were comfortable. After the wedding, so many guests have told us that the food was excellent so compliments to the chef as well! I have absolutely no regrets in choosing this venue, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easier way to plan everything and have the place all to yourselves that evening! Great Start

This is a beautiful place and we are so excited to be having our wedding and reception here. So much that we changed our wedding date!! It's a prefect secluded location with all sorts of great places to take pictures. Marissa and Elizabeth have made the beginning process super easy, they are great to work with.

My Perfect Wedding Day thanks to Vellano Country Club!

Our wedding was October 18th 2019 and it was better than I could have ever hoped or dreamed for. EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING went perfectly-weddings are supposed to have hiccups right? WRONG, because every single person at the Vellano Country Club makes it his/her goal for you to have the best day of your life. Every single person who attended our wedding has complimented every aspect of the event. The entire planning process was stress free thanks to the Vellano Sales team, those girls make your life so easy, I didn't feel like I was planning a wedding (that is how easy it was). Then to the rehearsal dinner (we did it in the Cellar Room at the venue so our bridal party could get accustomed to the venue better) and it was 100% the right choice and the rehearsal itself went smoothly and the BBQ theme buffet was delicious! Then the big day-I arrived about 30-40 minutes prior to the agreed time and my coordinator Darsey was prepared and immediately jumped into action, she was 100% dedicated to me and my bridal party and did so much to make it perfect! DJ Scott played all of our favorites and read the room so great-everyone loved the music and his great attitude! The Banquet Captain was so attentive to me and my husbands needs and made the reception so wonderful for us. The servers and the bartender had the best attitudes and were so friendly and helpful and it was such a joy to spend the day with each and everyone of them. THANK YOU WEDGEWOOD VELLANO-you guys would get one thousand stars if that were a possible rating!

Beautiful venue with great service!!

My husband and I went through multiple locations trying to find the perfect venue that would fit our style. Vellano won us over and had everything we looked for in a venue! Beautiful room, balcony, and cozy fireplace area. Olivia was our wedding day of coordinator and she did an amazing job! She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. She also gave us awesome vendor recommendations and we were able to have nitrogen ice cream at our reception! It was the perfect touch and all our guest raved about it. Everyone was extremely impressed by the venue. I am so happy we held our reception here!

Amazing venue!

We got married March 22, 2019. Wedgewood vellano country club was an amazing venue! Their whole team was super helpful and very nice during our entire planning process. My husband(!) and I planned our wedding from afar (graduate students in Iowa) so it was important to us that we had sort of an “all inclusive” venue. From start to finish Wedgewood Vellano made our planning super easy! We were able to pick and choose what we wanted in our package with ease and without additional costs or fees. Kevin (the general manager) was simply amazing! Everyone said the food was amazing and the appetizers...omg! I actually got to enjoy 10min of our cocktail hour, and let me tell you, I scarfed down everything I could and it was all so yummy! (Get the crab cakes..trust me!). The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars (I’d give 4.5 if I could) is because of the process of knowing your day of coordinator. My package came with a DOC but I didn’t get to know who she was until the day before the wedding (rehearsal), which may be standard but I just didn’t like that. I wish I would’ve been able to talk to her at least a week before the wedding just to actually verbalize how I wanted my big day to go instead of having to type it out on a spreadsheet. Because of that, I never actually got to explain things to her (we had a cultural wedding that needed explaining lol). Everything ended up running smoothly, with a few bumps here and there, but nothin major. I guess the whole not knowing thing just robbed my peace of mind but I’m type A lol. Also, just an FYI, the venue can be pretty hard to find via gps. Several of my guests got lost and missed the ceremony. I think through apple maps it takes you to the back lot of the venue and it pretty confusing. BUT I found it just fine, so who knows, maybe they typed it in wrong? All in all, I would choose this venue again. The location is beautiful and they are very accommodating. Thank you Vellano!!

Phenomenal

I don't know where to begin. The staff at Wedgewood Vellano are remarkable. Olivia, and Marissa were our initial contacts and helped us from start to finish prepare and for the most exciting day of our lives. These ladies were always very responsive to our calls and emails and always providing us with all the details we needed to make our wedding beautiful and most importantly stress free. On the day of our wedding Darcy and Sam were with me and my husband and the bridal party ever step of the way!! If we had to do it all over again I would do it a thousand times again at Wedgewood Vellano and would want these ladies with me!!! Couldn't be happier with the decision my fiancé and I made. Many people speak on the unnecessary stress couples face during wedding planning and how keeping track of everything becomes hard. This is something that we have not yet encountered during our 2 year engagement and we have Wedgewood Vellano to thank for that. Our experience from the start has been nothing more than amazing!!! The location is beautiful and provides so much space. We are so grateful for the communication, the reminders and the planning binder you all have provided. We are in the process of having our wedding at the Wedgewood Vellano. For months we went to see different wedding locations and all were either too expensive, not the right fit, or had so many hidden fees. We finally stumbled across the Wedgewood site and after viewing three of their locations, we fell in love with the Vellano location.

Vellano is great in that the entire day will be only for your wedding. They don't book more than one wedding a day. The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful and the reception area inside is gorgeous.

We already signed the contracts and our wedding is just a few months away but so far things have gone by very smoothly. Marissa has been a great coordinator. We already went and booked the flowers with their suggested vender and we're doing our cake testing this weekend (yum)!

We can't wait for our wedding date but we're already so excited to be having it at Vellano and it's made the wedding planning process almost stress free.

From our very first meeting at Vellano we couldn’t have been more impressed. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. This was the first venue we looked at & we never went anywhere else! From the day we booked, to our actual wedding day, communication with the staff was effortless. Any time we had a question we always received a prompt response, and our questions were always answered. Marissa was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING and so much fun! She kept everything running smoothly, & kept us on our timeline. We were able to really enjoy the day with minimal stress because we knew she had everything under control. Kevin was also there to help coordinate during the ceremony & he was so sweet! Our banquet captains, Eric and Alex were very attentive, always making sure to ask if we needed anything during the reception. We added an extra hour at the last minute, which is probably frustrating for the staff, but you would never know it. They continued to provide us with great service up until we left the venue.
Vellano offers so many different food options for cocktail hour & dinner. We had a chance to taste most of the options when we attended their Wedding Extravaganza a few months before our wedding & every dish was great! The chef was so nice too. You can tell he is really passionate about the dishes he creates & it shows! We decided on the buffet & every guest was impressed with the food.
Vellano is simply amazing. Choosing a venue that includes the vendors in one package made planning our wedding so much easier. The vendors they use were awesome to work with as well(JC entertainment, Cucamonga Cakery & The Studio by LMP(photographers)). Since they’re all used to working together at Vellano, it made our wedding day run so smoothly. The packages they offer are all customizable, so you can really maximize your money & have everything the way you want it. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place & the staff!

We can't say enough good things about the Vellano. Candace, Marissa and Eric were outstanding. Every little detail they took care of for me, and took the stress out of everything. I ended up hurting my knee pretty badly at our reception, thankfully toward the end and Eric made sure I had ice in hand and a to go box of cake before I left to make me feel better. My husband said he'll never forget the moment Candace asked him if he was ready to walk down the aisle and gave him a hug. Marissa was so sweet and held my train as I got ready to walk down the aisle. From the bottom of our hearts we can't thank them enough for what they did for us on our special day. We are so appreciative and LOVED every single moment of our dream wedding.
The food and drinks were amazing, we felt so spoiled and loved. Thank you Vellano!

My husband and I got married at Vellano Wedgewood on 2/18/18. It was the best day of our lives! Everything went so smoothly thanks to the Vellano team. From the moment we walked in to inquire about the venue until the night we left as a married couple, Marissa, Samantha, and Candace were so knowledgeable, organized and helpful. They helped us plan our wedding in only three months! THREE MONTHS. Not only is this venue gorgeous but it’s also very affordable. They worked out a customized package that fit our budget. All of our guests loved the food and the amazing view from the balcony. We are both so happy with how everything turned out! Thank you Vellano team!!!

Very professional and responsive. The venue is beautiful and the people are so friendly and accommodating. With their help, we were able to plan our wedding from 400 miles away. The food was delicious and everything went off without a hitch. At one meeting they made my husband and I breakfast burritos after hearing that we just drove in from out of town and have not had breakfast yet. They are amazing. So well run. I can't say enough great things about Wedgewood Vellano. We are definitely happy we chose them.

Angelica here at Wedgewood was like a long lost sister I haven’t met until now. She kept everything real with me and also worked with my price point! This was a perfect venue, the staff was well organized and always on top of it. This was my first experience planning a wedding and they made it happen in just a few weeks, everything from decor to the food to the cake was perfect. During the entire event the staff was amazing, I didn't have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend this venue!!!!

The staff and venue were amazing! They made the planning process super easy and I didn't have a single worry on my wedding day. The day-of coordination made our wedding flawless! I can't thank them enough for making our special day, and all the days leading up to it, such an enjoyable time!

Vellano was beautiful but most importantly, their staff is amazing! They were attentive and were on top of everything. All my guests enjoyed themselves. The only complain they had was the chicken. They said it was too dry and flavorless. However; if I had to choose a venue I would definitely 100% recommend Vellano.

Our complete wedding experience as everything I hope for and more. Every vendor we used made us feel at ease knowing they would make our day the best for us. John W Photography was amazing from day 1 with our engagement pictures to the wedding day and his amazing crew. Jc Entertainment was amazing and had everyone dancing the entire night. Some Crust Bakery made my dream cake and to top it off everything was delicious! Robert and Floral Sensations were the best when it came to our flowers for the day. Robert and his team made my dream bouquet and the dream centerpieces! As for the Vellano staff, they were amazing! Candace and Marissa were our rehersal and day of coordinators and made my completely nervous self and family feel at ease. My husband and I are very happy with all of our choices for the venue and vendors, they made our special day complete.

We are planning our weddinh at the Vellano in Sept this year and so far I have been impressed with their service. I am excited and look forward to meeting the florist, dj and bakers. Didn't end up booking here, we chose another Wedgewood location, but boy this place made an impression!!! It's absolutely beautiful! The ceremony site reminds me of a fairy tale and the banquet room looks brand new. Staff was extremely friendly and is very accommodating to budget!

We got married at Wedgewood Vellano in February (2016) and we are so happy that we chose Vellano! It is such a beautiful venue and they are so well organized. It was an easy planning process and they have packages that you can customize to fit your budget. Vellano has preferred vendors but they have no issues with you booking your own vendors. Our family and friends loved the venue and had so many great things to say about. The staff are all very friendly and they are very prompt in returning calls and/or emails. The day of the wedding went so well and they kept the wedding on the timeline. Thank you again Vellano for helping to make our wedding such a beautiful day!

Our wedding day was PERFECT!!!!! And it's because of the team at Wedgewood at the Vellano! Every single person we worked with made us feel super important and the day went off so well because of their attentiveness and organization. Jennifer, Whitney, Marissa and all of the other girls were just phenomenal!!!!

From the moment we walked into the venue and had our first meeting, I felt the professionalism and experience that is needed to ensure a perfect day. I absolutely LOVED the vendors we worked with and their quality of service was another reflection of Wedgewood at Vellano. From the super personable and down to earth girls with Shy Heart Photography (Lauren and Brianna) to one of the most experienced and loving florists with Events by Floral Sensations (Robert...thank you for all you did!), we really couldn't have asked for better people to work with. The cake from Some Crust Bakery was delicious too.

The wedding coordination is a must! I am so happy we added that to our package. I didn't need to worry about a thing on the day of and the girls just did such an amazing job, I am beyond appreciative on how they treated us and our friends/family.

I also must mention Samm, the banquet captain who catered to me and my husband during the reception. The attention we received was so great, we are seriously beyond happy with the level of service we received throughout the planning process and on the actual day of our wedding. THANK YOU SO MUCH Wedgewood! I will forever remember our wedding day as being perfect!!!!

Vellano is so beautiful I knew we chose the most amazing venue when we booked it! Whitney was so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They have an amazing view and beautiful hidden bridge we took our engagement photos on. The workers made our day so special from the start. We chose buffet for our day and everything was delicious. Our guests even said so themselves. Our pastor Stan Doll was truly amazing. I love how he personal he made our ceremony. If you are looking to have a summer wedding here don't worry there is a breeze that picks up so you and your guests will be nice and cool. Thank you Vellano for making our day so beautiful .

I am not the kind of girl that has been planning her wedding since she was little. That being said, Wedgewood took care of everything!! I was included in the fun stuff but didn't have to stress out AT ALL about any of the planning because all the wedding coordinators at wedge wood did the hard stuff for me!! Having our wedding at Wedgewood was the best decision we could have made. We highly recommend it! All of our friends and family were impressed by the venue. Thank you Wedgewood!!

We had our wedding on April 24. Whitney was the one we dealt with at all our meetings, she was friendly, courteous, made us laugh. This entire experience was STRESS FREE, well, at least on the vendor aspect. No issues with cake, food, décor! I am a pinterest fanatic and TONS of details at our wedding and they did an AMAZING job placing everything in the right place. It looked amazing! We have received sooo many compliments. The day of the wedding we had a minor fluke, in laws were lost and they waited for them. What venue does that?!? All of the girls were awesome, but because we dealt with Whitney from start to finish, she was awesome. Banquet captain always made sure we were taken care of, their DJ always followed up with us, and when my charm of my late father and I, which was on my bouquet was lost, they helped look for it and even followed up with me where I happened to locate it. Price was very reasonable for what we got. We got the wedding of our dreams.THANK You VELLANO!!!!

It is an absolutely gorgeous property with beautiful views and is located in a gated community. We were given a planner with every detail listed inside. This binder was handy and I used it throughout my entire wedding planning process. We chose a Friday to have our wedding and received a $500.00 discount on the ceremony space. Wedgewood made it easy to customize the package to fit our budget and needs. There is a service fee tacked on to the bill which I believe was about 20%. Our package included a cake, flowers, and a dj. The vendors used were great and provided excellent service. While use of their vendors is recommended, they do not attempt to pressure you into it which I appreciated. Wedgewood meets with you before the wedding to go over details and they cover everything. Every request was honored and nothing was forgotten or wrong. We were worried about the food because they did not offer a tasting when selecting the menu. We worried for nothing. Our guest raved about the food and service. We paid extra for a wedding day-of coordinator. She was professional, attentive to our needs, and kept the day running smoothly going above and beyond the call of duty by helping to sew my sister into her dress which ripped minutes before the ceremony! She also made sure to bring us a platter of Hors d'oeuvres and drinks immediately after the ceremony. After she left (about half way through the reception) she handed us off to the Banquet Captain who was very attentive and always near for anything we needed. We had a beautiful ceremony and reception. We could not have picked a better location or event team.

You can not go wrong with Wedgewood. They made our dreams come true, and more! The level of service you get is priceless. With that said, it truly is affordable. We got more than our money's worth, and then some. The venue is absolutely beautiful. All the ladies in the office are top notch and will work to get you exactly what you want. They have preferred vendors, but you are not required to use them. I used their florist, DJ, and baker and I can say they are all amazing!, it made everything so easy that they had such amazing vendors. Saved me all the trouble of shopping around. Also, they do have their own exclusive in house catering service you do have to use. There is no actual tasting appointments for their food, but I'm sure all of their food is delicious. (Tip: attend the bridal fair for a preview of their food. I believe it's twice a year) All of my guest were so in awe of everything and have nothing but compliments. Everyone loved the food, the venue, and their servers.. Well let's just say you'll feel you are at a five star restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for everything wedgewood Vellano !

The reviews are true. Wedgewood Vellano does the work for you. No need to interview vendors. All their vendors are great. Packages include: Location, Parking, Chivarri chairs, Bartender, Florist, Bakery, Catering, linens, invitations and DJ. The location is absoluetely beautiful indoors and outdoors. The main contacts Rose & Madelon are awesome and everyone on the team is a pleasure to work with. Wedding planning is stressful and a lot of work but my wedding was a complete success Thanks to Wedgewood.

Beautiful location! Great service from the moment you walk in. Our reception was a complete success. My guests are still raving about the food and overall experience. Loved the friendly sales staff. If i could go back I wouldnt change a single thing. Their in house DJ service was good too. He had the crowd dancing and engaged all night. Floral Sentations also provided EXCELLENT service!

I cannot sat enough about how awesome it was to work with the team at Vellano! Every step of the way they were there to help and to make my wedding day the day of my dreams! From our first meeting with Madelon I knew that Vellano was the best decision I made when it came to my Wedding. Every Vendor we worked with from the DJ to the cake vendor was amazing! One of the best vendors to work with and I cannot compliment them enough is Robert, Travis and the rest of the team at Events by Floral Sensations everything from my bouquet to all of our arrangements were gorgeous!! Rose was our coordinator for the day of the wedding and she was absolutely amazing!! She made sure I didn't worry about anything and she was absolutely wonderful when I thought that my sandals were lost right before our grand entrance!! I cannot say enough about the team at Vellano!! Our entire wedding, from the planning process to the actual day of, was absolutely amazing. Madelon and Rose are EXCELLENT to work with. They completely customize your package to have exactly what you want and need for your wedding, and we never felt pressured to add more or pay more for anything. Whatever you are looking for, they will accommodate. All of our appointments were easy and informing, and Madelon or Rose always returned any calls or emails within one day (usually the day of or within a couple hours!). The day of our wedding was absolutely EXTRAORDINARY. First, the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. All of our guests were so impressed with the scenery and the beauty of the place. The food was also fabulous. Samantha, one of the heads of the catering department, was absolutely wonderful to my husband and I throughout the entire night. She constantly made sure we had all the food and drinks we needed, and made us feel so catered to all night long. The best part of the service was hands down our coordinators for the day, Madelon and Whitney. Madelon made our rehearsal so easy and fun, and made sure we were completely ready for the day of the wedding. On the wedding day, Madelon and Whiteny were SO attentive and made the wedding process completely effortless for myself, my husband, the entire bridal party, and even our immediate families. They both made sure every singe one of our needs were met, and put all of our stresses at ease. Also, their choice DJ vendor, JC Entertainment, was absolutely wonderful. Jon made our night so much fun and kept us very informed on everything that would happen in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Obviously, I can't say enough about the venue and the team at Vellano. Although it is the most pricey venue of the Wedgewoods, it is 100% worth every single penny. I had my dream wedding thanks to Vellano and their team, and I would absolutely recommend the venue to anyone!

We overall had the best experience for our wedding from the moment that we had our first meeting with Rose (who was very kind and accommodating) from the appointments to making the day exactly what we had envisioned and more. At the ceremony Stan Doll (minister) was great made our ceremony perfect to the reception, Scott and Samantha who made sure we the bride and groom had food and drinks and that made sure that we were actually eating the food. Our bartender Christian made the best cocktails ever. Loved the venue and the staff they were great. The only minus I have is I would not recommend the wedding coordinator Veronica she was not very nice to the wedding party or the family members of the bride and groom, I would not waste your money.

Vellano was an unbelievable venue! The staff was amazing and the planning process became easy with all the provided vendors. Every vendor I worked with had an amazing staff from florals, to the bakery, to the simplicity of ordering invitations. The staff was so flexible to create my dream wedding and they also provided great recommendations regarding the dinner menu and appetizer stations. The whole planning process felt like I was working with friends because of the easy going nature of the staff but also their complete attention to detail and their promptness to communicate. Up until the day before the wedding the staff was still making minor adjustments. Vellano created the "perfect" wedding and the feedback from our guests has only been positive. I would highly recommend!!!

We LOVED Vellano as our wedding site! The venue is beautiful, upscale, clean, classy, a bit private too. The food was so good! We had our rehearsal dinner there onsite as well which we chose different food from the wedding and OMG very very good! Chef was very nice, professional and is serious about making sure the food taste good. The venue is all inclusive which attracted me to it (includes food, dj, invitations, wedding coordinator etc) very helpful!

Rose, was our wedding coordinator and she is awesome. Very sweet, professional and would answer all my random last minute questions immediately. We loved Rose and she did great setting up the room how we wanted as well as coordinating the chaos with my bridal party which was huge!

DJ Jon was great, great on the mic, professional, kept the party started which we really cared about. He was also very responsive to our emails and did everything we wanted. We were nervous at first because we never heard him DJ before and my husband and I are serious music people but it worked out beautifully!

Only negative is the wedding invitations that came with the package werent my favorite. You can get cuter and more fancier ones on other sites

But after checking out Wedgewood in the Vellano Country Club and talking to Madelon and Rose, I knew from the very beginning that this is where I wanted to get married and these are the people who I wanted help me plan. I cannot thank these people enough for their efforts in helping us with our wedding. The servers were excellent, literally the best service I have ever had hands down! The food was superb, we had the petite filet mignon and the chicken madeira and I have to say I am still dreaming of both and hoping one day I will have something close to it! I would definitely recommend it! Not just that, but my wife has a long list of allergies and they accomodated to her no questions asked. The DJ / MC was the best and kept me in the loop all throughout the wedding and played all the songs that we requested. Even though Veronica was pregnant, she was there and working her butt off. Madelon and Rose the Catering managers were very available when I had questions and super friendly, also Veronica the wedding coordinator was amazing. Wedgewood has amazing packages. They take care of everything! Food, flowers, DJ, invitations and even the cake are included in most of them. After I chose my package, the only thing I had to worry about was the bridal party attire! We were very happy and most importantly our guests had an amazing time!

My now husband and I looked at almost a dozen venues then we found Vellano Country Club. We fell in love with the venue, it was gated, private, and had a beautiful view. Madelon, Erin, and Veronica were so attentive in returning all our emails and were very detailed. We initially picked Vellano before it changed to Wedgewood. At first we were disappointed because of change of management but we were so much happier with their packages. We had our wedding on June 1, 2013. Veronica was our day of coordinator provided by Vellano and she did an amazing job with setting up our dessert/candy bar, gift table, place cards, cake table, sweetheart table, etc. Also, making sure my wedding party walked out correctly. She stayed there until after the cake cutting which was almost 10pm to make sure everything goes well. Not only is the venue beautiful but the staff is amazing. We had a round top beef craving station, salmon, and chicken for our wedding set up buffet style, our guests loved the food. They went back for seconds and even thirds, that's how delicious the food is. Thank you Wedgewood/Vellano for making our wedding an unforgettable night.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! Vellano Country Club is a little hidden treasure in Chino Hills! We feel so fortunate to have found it because it's absolutely beautiful and our guests just LOVED the atmosphere!!! Knowing that our family and friends felt comfortable and had a great time was so important to us! My husband and I worked with Nichole Tudor, our wedding coordinator, and she made everything SO easy. From food tastings to setting up all the little details for the big day, Nichole has a great deal of experience and knows how to organize everything flawlessly. She takes away every ounce of stress and makes the big day enjoyable! My husband even commented, "They are very easy to work with and you don't have to worry about anything!"

Nichole is professional and responded to ALL my emails quickly and thoroughly. I had TONS of questions, and she always got right back to me. Nichole and her fabulous team of girls took amazing care of us the day of our wedding. They brought us drinks while we were taking photographs, took us down to a beautiful bridge to take pictures, made sure we had food, and kept us on time for our grand entrance. It was seriously a perfect evening. Thank you, Nichole, and thank you to your amazing team! You gave us the wedding of our dreams and we are truly thankful!!! :)

I had my wedding at Vellano Country Club in Chino Hills, California on July 4, 2012. I spent about 2 months looking for a place to have my wedding. A friend at the gym told me to check out Vellano. I saw the pictures online and I knew I had to see it in person. I was looking for a beautiful outdoor site to have the ceremony and an equally beautiful reception hall. Driving up the hill and entering Vellano was a wonderful experience in and of itself. The hills and homes were lovely and the view of the city was a site to behold. From the minute I walked into Vellano, I knew that this was where I wanted to have my wedding. If you are looking for a breathtaking place to have your wedding, Vellano is it. Nicole and Madelon were two of the sweetest people to work with and were always available when I needed them. They tailored the package we chose to fit our needs and our budget. Nicole answered every question I came up with and had everything planned out so there was no guessing to be done. On the actual wedding day, Madelon took care of everything and left me care free, able to enjoy the entire day. My guests commented that it was THE most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. They loved the ceremony site with the green hills in the background and the reception room was stunning. I have 100% satisfaction with Vellano and the services they provided me. I recommend them to everyone looking for an unforgettable wedding.

I had my wedding at Vellano Country Club in July 2011. It was AMAZING! The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was to die for! All of my guests complimented the dinner as well as the ambience. Nichole was so easy to work with and made sure everything was exactly how I had planned. I couldn't have asked for the day to go any better! My husband and I loved the venue and would recommend it to everyone! Nichole was quick to get back to emails and worked around my hectic schedule to plan appointments. The food was delicious! I have worked in the food and beverage industry for over 7 years and was so impressed with the quality of services provided by Vellano. If I had to do it all over again, I would not have changed a thing about where we got married.

My husband and I were married at Vellano this past Saturday, and thanks to the incredible team at Vellano Country Club, our special day was perfect in every way.

Nichole Tudor and Meghan McKeown were our contacts at Vellano and quite simply amazed us with their level of service! While searching for a venue for our event, after we met Nichole and Meghan, we knew we had found the perfect place for our wedding. Both of them are true professionals, who treated us with a level of courtesy and kindness that is truly rare in any industry. They were so genuine and caring that we feel like we made two new friends through this process.

Nichole was respectful of our budget and made the entire process very easy for us. Meghan was our main point of contact and responded promptly to every inquiry with an amazing "Can Do" attitude.

On the day of our wedding, Nichole and Meghan really shined, with Meghan acting as the main coordinator for the entire event. Once again, the level of professionalism and genuine caring really showed. My wedding day was 100% worry free thanks to Meghan and Nichole. Even our guests have told us how impressed they were with the level of attention we received.

In addition to Nichole and Meghan's outstanding support, I want to pay my compliments to the Executive Chef at Vellano. The food was simply amazing and our guests are still raving about it! The wait staff and bartender(s) provided a level of service that is unmatched by even a 5 star restaurant. Our guests were treated with courtesy, caring and respect.

Today, we are so grateful to Nichole and Meghan and the entire Vellano team for creating a lifetime of very fond memories of our wedding day.

We only wish the WeddingWire would allow us to rate Vellano with 10 stars!

We had our reception here since we got married at a nearby church.

Nichole was our point of contact at the Vellano and Meghan was our day-of coordinator. They are both pretty responsive to emails, especially since that was our primary mode of communication since we were planning our wedding from Virginia. They were professional, easy to work with and not to mention they were flexible and attentive to our needs and requests.

The venue itself is amazing and very intimate (we had the entire place to ourselves!). We got several compliments from our guests about the venue (especially the drive up to the country club) and the food. We included a candy bar in our reception and Meghan did a great job selecting candy to compliment our wedding colors.

We surprised our guests with a special dance and Nichole/Meghan were able to accomodate our request to let us "rehearse" with our wedding party the day before.

Thank you Vellano for making every minute of our reception memorable and fun!

Vellano is the most amazing place with amazing staff! It was the only place we actually went and looked at after tons of internet research. We booked on the spot. Nichole and Meghan were wedding savers! They were so helpful and accomidating. We opted for the coordinator and meghan was worth every penny! She was there to help bustle my dress, get my bridal party in order, make sure my husband had non-alcoholic drinks all night since he doesn't drink and make sure everything was running the way it should. I couldn't have asked for a better location and staff!

Gosh, how can I describe Vellano!!! It was our dream to have a beautiful, romantic, peaceful, and gorgeous wedding with unbelievably amazing staffs....Vellano it is!!!
It was our best decision ever to have a wedding here. We were hunting from 5 different venues, and when we compared apples to apples, Vellano won!!! It has the winning point that they only do 1 wedding/day, so you don't feel rush if you have a daytime wedding, and you don't need to worry about the daytime wedding if you'd have a night wedding. Nichole Tudor was always great to us since our first meeting. She always prompted to all our emails and phone calls. Vellano didn't dime us on every single item. They have wonderful packages, but also can work with your budget. The ceremony place has a beautiful view, also the reception banquet, it has a very soft and elegant color. The foods are amazing!!!!!!! Their staffs are top knotch!! Madeleine (sp?), Nichole's right hand woman, was very accommodating through out the day. She even bustled my dress when we had a few moment between our ceremony and reception. She always made sure that we were right on track!
All in all, if we would do it all over again, we would definitely do it in Vellano!!!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Vellano , The sweet staff and the heartfelt help we have received during this wedding process. We will officially tie the knot in August. I attend the meeting with our coordinator, picked out the colors, lighting etc. and 2 weeks after i decide to change everything.I had a bit of a bridezila episode. I wanted a complete change in colors, flowers, the decoration etc. With such a short notice i called and the coordinator was happy to help they all put me at ease and continued to guide my fiance an i ever step of the way. I will take so much pride in calling my self a Wedgwood Vellano bride. It is so stress free. I cannot wit for the BIG day! Thank you Vellano!

They were great. The coordinating team was on top of it. They helped with every question and need I had. My day went smooth and it was a wonderful experience. My husband and I feel we definitely had a great team helping us through our planning and wedding day experience. They can work with any budget and they vendors they use are also wonderful. The staff at Vellano are extremely helpful and are so honest with what would be the best package/pricing based on what you've told them you want. I love that I was able to add or remove items from my package and I could do so up until 10 days before the event. I already knew a baker, photographer, and cinematographer, and I love that Vellano didn't force me to hire their vendors. Additionally, my family doesn't really drink, and Vellano allowed me to have a cash bar without being charged an additional fee to just have the bar open (like many other venues I looked at).

My only complaint is the DJ Service (JC Entertainment) was not worth the money. I had a terrible experience and would recommend hiring your own DJ.

This place was top notch. Breathtaking views, beautiful landscapes and services delivered as promised. Our coordinator was Megan and she was terrific. Super friendly, down to earth yet still very professional. She took care of us every step of the way. She even made a special gluten-free kids meal for my niece. She also accommodated a ceremonial Korean dish offered during cocktail hour. The Country Club is in a gated community so you really felt special pulling up. Parking was no problem and plentiful. The space was perfect for our wedding size of about 125 people. The weather in Jan was a little cold for our guest to use the balcony so the space was a little crowded around the bar and 2nd floor foyer until the curtain was opened and the crowed moved into the dining room. The food was excellent! Guest had the choice of NY Strip, Roast chicken or Mushroom risotto. The room had great lighting and I’m happy that I convinced my wife not to purchase up lighting (waste of $$$). We ended at 10pm and could not be happier with our venue choice. Highly recommend.

Nichole Tudor is the greatest! She was very accommodating from price to decor. I didnt have a wedding coordinator but she helped me plan out my reception and answer any question I had. Her and her team were responsible for making sure the venue was set up exactly how I wanted it for our reception and the ballroom was absolutely gorgeous! The food was amazing and all our guests enjoyed what they had. My dad complained that only those at the bar really got to taste the hor d'oeuvres, but no one else I spoke to had complaints about cocktail hour. My husband really enjoyed their shrimp cocktail. For dinner, we chose the Tuscan Chicken and Braised Short Rib. At the end of the night I was tipsy and asked for a to go box of my food since I didnt get to eat much and they did without a question or even laughing at me. They also made sure I got back everything I brought to the venue. The assistants took care of me the whole night.

There is also AMAZING photo ops inside and outside the venue. There is a bridge that only the bride and groom go to and it is breathtaking. I LOVE this place!

We had our wedding at Vellano on a perfect April Sunday. The weather was amazing and the outdoor ceremony was all the more beautiful. My husband and I looked at a LOT of venues prior to deciding on Vellano. Vellano was by far one of the most beautiful venues. The drive up to the club is very scenic and the ceremony site is a rare on to have in SoCal (green, hills for miles). The reception room is also very elegant.

Nichole is a good coordinator and person to work with. She is on point and ensures that what needs to be done is done.

The food is excellent at Vellano!! I know a lot of brides and grooms do not get to eat very much during their wedding day but I made sure to get many bites of my meal! The cake was also delicious (the venue works with Some Crust in Claremont and another bakery in the OC).

The cocktail area is wonderful. It is upstairs by the reception room and guests have access to the terrace which showcases the club's wonderful view. reception room is wonderful. There is a separate bar area for guests to get their drinks and guests can also wander onto the terrace for fresh air.

I have nothing but good things to say about Vellano and would recommend this venue to any bride.

The smoothest wedding planning and wedding day ever!

I didn't even need a wedding planner! They have coordinators and vendors to help you along the way. Food, bar, photography, officiants, DJ, cake... everything was included in our package. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Special thanks to olivia, brooklyn, and elizabeth! What would I have done without them? They are so easy to work with and so so so so nice. We had no hiccups, nothing went wrong, everything went better than planned. I am honestly so grateful so got to have our wedding here.

I really, really loved my reception at Vellano Country Club. It’s a beautiful place to hold a wedding and/or reception and people couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was. This entire Vellano experience for my wedding was really amazing, thanks to Nicole and Meghan, who organized my all the details prior to my reception, during the reception, and kept in contact with me through it all. These ladies are easy to work with, easy to contact if I had any questions, and really made me feel that my day was the most important day to them, too. Meghan really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I was enjoying every minute. This place isn’t the cheapest venue around, but it really floored my guests with how beautiful it was. I looked into a LOT of venues before I settled with Vellano, and they were all around the same price range, but Vellano really offers a lot more for “package” deals. We received SO much that it was really money well spent.

We planned our wedding for more than a year and we picked this place for the location and price package options. We were very happy with the outcome of our wedding. From the ceremony to the reception, people were giving us compliments. Rose was very nice and responded to our emails in a timely manner. Veronica was very pleasant during our wedding reception. We enjoyed our wedding at Vellano Country Club. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, overseeing the golf course and residence. The reception hall is elegant and very spacious for 175-200 people. Our guests had a great time, and the staff was very nice to our guests and vendors, helping us to make the wedding/reception go so smoothly. It was definitely a night that we will never forget, and it felt like the staff who were working our wedding really wanted us to have a great time.

A few things to note is that Vellano did not offer official taste tasting for the food. What they ended up doing for us was when another event was going on that was serving the same food we were interested in, we were allowed to come and try the food. Therefore, we had to go to the venue a couple of time to try the food before we could choose what we want. That being said, the food was very good and served beautifully.

Also, there was no dressing room for the men, so the guys didn't have a place to wait. We waited at the bar, but we were told we couldn't stay there since we were not members of the country club, so we had to wait outside at the balcony until the wedding started. Luckily for us, the weather was fantastic that day.

Overall, we loved having our wedding at Vellano and would recommend the venue to anyone. The country club is a beautiful location with many picturesque locations that make for fantastic wedding pictures. Thank you so much Vellano for giving us a wedding we can only dream about.

The Pros: The Venue was beautiful and the food was great!
The Cons: The service on the day of the wedding. I would not do this again at this venue without an outside planner. The assistant coordinator at the venue had a large roll in our day and left a lot to be desired. There's always going to be little mistakes or delays and we understand that, but to not serve our cake is heartbreaking. Forty five minutes after the cake cutting we realized the cake had not been served. We heard guest left because they didn't think the cake was being served. We could not find the coordinator. We had to go back to the kitchen and ask where the cake was? So about 20 people got cake and we never even saw the chocolate layer. Supposedly, they were busy cutting the whole cake up and not serving it.
Bottom Line: This is a beautiful place to get married, but remember this place was not built for weddings. You will experience logistic issues and I highly recommend an outside planner.

I have only been to a few parts of Chino Hills, but after Saturday, I now see why Snoop Dogg had a pad here. This part of Chino Hills is off tha chain! The bf and I had a wedding to attend here and even just making the drive up to the beautiful, gigantic wrought iron gates of the Vellano Country Club was breathtaking! Multi million dollar homes line the streets leading up to this exclusive country club. The community is gated, and you must be a guest, resident or a member in order to enter the gates. We were seriously impressed at the enormous homes and ballerific cars parked in front of the homes. We almost forgot why we were there. This review is just for the clubhouse of the country club, where my friend's wedding reception was located. Beautiful locale, complete with elevator and marble everything. Even the bathrooms were baller status! The bartenders and service personnel were provided by Vellano, and were excellent at mixing our drinks at the very generous all-night open bar (thanks, L&K!) and serving our champagne and wine selections. My glass was never empty ! Vellano also provided (I'm sure for a charge) a shuttle to drive anyone home who had too much to drink. Wow. Amazing! I don't know if you have to be a member of the Vellano to have a wedding here, but it is certainly a luxurious venue with outstanding service.

we had amazing time at the Vellano. The venue was perfect for our very intimate wedding party. The staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end. the area for photos of the bride and groom was spectacular. the only areas of issue were a few of the catering details and laxed rehearsal. Beautiful estate and overall excellent vendor recommendations. A few issues with making sure everything we set up prior to the event, but food was great and ceremony was beautiful.

First off, we fell in love with this venue because it has a great view overlooking the city (especially at night!). It also has the classy simple feel I was going for (come on, it is a country club).

Rose, Madelon, and Whitney were all very helpful in putting this event together. I'm the type of bride that has a very unstable schedule and trying to get a hold of my vendors via phone during business hours is close to impossible. They replied very quickly via email or voice mail with the information I needed.

The day of the wedding, of course not everything goes smoothly, but The Vellano did their best to compensate for it. For instance, our seating chart purposely did not have a table 5 due to guest cancelling on us last minute. However, on the day of the wedding, it was placed and some of our guests were seated at that table. But when The Vellano staff got wind of it, they quickly moved our guests to the correct table. As compensation, they gave our extra hour 50% off -- which I SUPER appreciated since everyone was still tearing up the dance floor.

Poor experience on 12/09/2023

My wife and I had our wedding at Vellano Estates on 12/09/2023. There were a lot of aspects of the planning and coordination of the wedding that stressed us out and made us upset.

Our day-of coordinator would constantly interrupt us throughout the day to confirm details that were somehow incorrect on her end, and was overall quite rude to us. We tried to be as organized as we could in outlining and describing all of the details we wanted for our wedding, which had been communicated with the Vellano staff multiple times throughout the planning process (spreadsheets, descriptions, pictures, etc.). Yet our day-of coordinator would interrupt our photos or moments with our family and bridal party and ask about certain details that she somehow had incorrect. For example, we had communicated with the DJ and Vellano about the music for our ceremony but she somehow had those details wrong on her clipboard and we had to run one of our bridal party over to the DJ to correct it 5 minutes before the ceremony. Right before the reception, the coordinator wanted to confirm with me the order of the speeches, which I had told her that the DJ knows since he confirmed it with me and it was written in our timeline that we had shared with Vellano months prior. But she cut me off before I could say anything more saying that she was confirming it for the DJ. It just felt like we wasted so much time trying to be organized and make things easy for the venue to execute, only for them to get them wrong and interrupt us constantly throughout the day. During the rehearsal on the day before, it also felt like the coordinator was trying to get rid of us as soon as possible even though we wanted to rehearse the processional and grand entrance. We ended up rehearsing those on our own without the coordinator.

Part of the issue could have been the communication with the venue prior to the wedding day was almost always with a different person. Whenever we would e-mail Vellano or meet with them in-person, a different person would be corresponding with us. It felt like a lot of details or miscommunications happened because our wedding kept getting passed to different people. It would have been great to have just one person take care of us throughout the whole process so they could get to know us and remember all of our details. Our day-of coordinator was also only “assigned” to our wedding a week prior. It would have been great to have met her much earlier in the process so that we could discuss and confirm to minimize mishaps and stress on the wedding day.

Another weird aspect of the planning process is the Vellano would sometimes offer 10% discounts on enhancements for the wedding. We understand that they are a business and need to sell their services but we were not able to apply this discount on any prior enhancements we had purchased. We also got an e-mail about a 10% discount on any enhancements we would like to add just 2 days prior to the wedding. The timing and messaging of this was just very strange.

One part that made us quite upset was that our cake topper was destroyed at some point during the night. We spent a lot of money on the cake topper and it had a lot of sentimental value for us, so we were upset that it got destroyed. When we asked Vellano about it, they immediately blamed one of our guests. Even if one our guests knocked it over, we were expecting Vellano to take better care of the topper by putting it away after the cake cutting.

There was also a terrible smell in the groom’s suite throughout the entire wedding day. It smelled like rotten sewage in there which made it difficult to use the bathroom or the changing room. We were not warned about the smell at all from the Vellano staff and I had to ask them to do something about it before the rest of my groomsmen and family arrived. They ended up putting a couple candles in there, which did not really help much with the smell.

Some of our guests also mentioned that the placement of their seating was strange. We had made placecards for our guests and wanted to have them arranged in a certain order so that couples would sit next to each other. But some of our guests were saying that they were separated from their partners at the table and had to switch seats. We arranged the placecards in a stack with the correct order and instructed Vellano to maintain that order when placing the placecards around the table. We also provided a spreadsheet of all the names of the guests at each table in the correct order as well.

A lot of the venue itself looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. We have a lot of pictures where dirt and dust on ledges and other areas is visible.

We had also asked our coordinator to place our items for our guests to hold during the grand exit, but not all of our items were put out. We wanted our guests to hold these lanterns for the grand exit and placed all of the lanterns in their storage room for the coordinator to take out before the grand exit. But only some of the lanterns were put out and our bridal party had to find the rest of them to make sure all of our guests had a lantern.

The venue also has very poor cell phone reception and the wifi does not work great when there are a lot of guests. A lot of guests mentioned they had a really tough time contacting people or sending messages even when connected to the venue’s wifi.

We also had a bad experience with the florist for Vellano, Events by Floral Sensations. Events by FS mainly were responsible for making our centerpieces and ceremony floral as outlined in our package. They had promised us mockups of how the centerpieces were going to look like a couple months before the wedding, but they did not get us mockups until 3 weeks after they originally promised us. We asked for follow ups multiple times and each time they would tell us that the mockups were coming in a couple days, only for it to come 3 weeks later. We were disappointed with how the mockup looked and ended up purchasing upgraded centerpiece florals.

When we put down our initial deposit, Vellano sent us a binder to help us plan the wedding. But the binder was sent to the wrong address since we used one of our parent’s addresses as the billing address. When we asked if they could send us another binder to our home address, they told us to have our parents mail us the initial binder. We were a bit upset at this because we had just paid Vellano almost $13,000 and they were not willing to print and send us another binder.

Awful experience

Awful experience!. How can I start...well We had our wedding at this place last year. At the beginning we got really excited about the location and all the things included in the package which in our case was the second most expensive which "included" coordination services, minister and some other stuff. We closed the deal with one of the ladies on charge who was very proactive and helpful, the second appointment they changed our coordinator for another young lady who has a really careless attitude, you could feel how the only thing important for her on the meetings were the payments. We chose our food option and my fiancé was very clear when he asked if any of the dishes had pork, they clarified no; at the reception they served one dish that contains pork which was such a big problem for some members of our family who didn't even eat for religious reasons. Every single meeting that we had with vendors we needed to schedule ourselves even tho we paid for a coordination service, besides that we had to informed them every single thing that we arranged with vendors, there was 0 communication between the venue and vendors. About a month later from our wedding they sent some link to give our reviews, in which we were totally honest and exposed all our problems, so far we haven't had no even an apology for all the troubles. They just kept calling us asking nonsense things.Location is beautiful but their service is terrible, really lazy "coordinators". WE PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WE DIDN'T RECEIVE

Choosing Vellano C.C. as my venue is one of my biggest regrets. I had both ceremony and reception there. It's hard writing this review having to recollect such a horrible experience. The ceremony went fairly well compared to the reception but it was VERY, VERY windy, the water station that was promised to us in the contract was never set up, we had to rent our own audio, and the location is adjacent to a parking lot (not the best for pictures). The reception was absolute chaos. The cocktail hour room was cramped and uncomfortable for guests who were waiting, sitting, and eating on the stairs. Main course took 40 minutes to be served and wasn't served at the same time at each table. Food portions, taste, and plating were completely different from our food tasting. The food was bland, dry, and unappealing (what our guests said). Apple cider portion was ridiculously small (about 1/4 full). Both coordinators were no where to be found during dinner with parents scrambling to look for them. They didn't even notify us where they went. The kitchen staff had no one directing or guiding them. Servers were unprofessional, disrespectful, flustered and had plates crashing to the ground during dinner startling the guests. Coffee was served at a different time which ran out and was then served in beverage dispensers in a corner instead of served individually. Desserts weren't placed on empty seats when guests were taking pictures in the photo booth and then placed on a table in the corner just like the coffee. Guests returned to their tables with no desserts while other guests at their table were eating theirs. Our golf tickets included in our package were only sent to us 3 months after our wedding and that was AFTER we asked for them.
