Wonderful, great job from beginning to end, highly recommend Vegas Wedding!

Hands down the best place to be married at, they leave nothing out. Very beautiful Venue

We got married through Vegas Weddings just this month and had nothing but positive experiences! Coming from out of state, I was a bit nervous about the fact that I wouldn't be able to meet with my wedding planner or see the venue in person before we arrived in town for the wedding. However, everything went perfectly, and the venue was beautiful. Our wedding planner Dominique was available through email and phone call whenever we needed her. She sent us questionnaires and made sure that every single box was checked to make our day perfect. She was very quick to respond to us when we had questions or concerns and made us feel confident that our wedding would be exactly what we pictured. We had our in person final consultation the day before the wedding and everything was exactly how we'd asked via email. Not only that but it came with courtesy transportation from our hotel to the license bureau so we could get our marriage license, and back to the hotel afterwards. I paid for hair and makeup services which ended up being so worth it and so much fun! The makeup artist was able to come right to me at my hotel and do my hair and makeup right in my hotel room. After hair and makeup on wedding day, we did the first glance experience which was planned out perfectly so that my husband and I didn't see each other before the wedding ceremony. The limos contacted us both separately before the wedding to confirm pick up time and we got to bring our entire wedding party with us in the limos because they fit up to 6 people each! The use of the bridal suite ensured the first glance service would work as planned and I even was able to bring one person with me into the room so that I didn't have to wait by myself before the ceremony. While in the bridal suite we had a wedding day coordinator come in and go over everything in detail with us so that we knew exactly what to expect. He did the same with my husband. He was so kind and thorough and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. We got married at The Terrace which accommodated our guest list of 20 perfectly. We had 4 people in our wedding party, two on each side of us and they fit next to us like a glove. The online video streaming of our ceremony ended up being such a blessing as we had many people tune in to watch from home in Minnesota. As a bonus, they set my husband up with a microphone that hid in his tux so that viewers online could hear us say our vows to each other (and made for a great video afterwards too). Our reverend Nick Connor was excellent, made us feel comfortable, spoke clearly and slow enough for everyone to hear. We asked for a non-religious ceremony, and they delivered. They even had us do a rose exchange which we will now have a happy memory of each time we buy one another a single rose. At the end of the ceremony after we exited, they kept our guests where they were at so that my husband and I could come back in and be introduced as husband and wife with our friends and family standing around us! These made for awesome photos and was so much fun! We opted in for the Enchanted photo experience which meant that we got to have photos of us taken before, during, and after the ceremony AND we got a video of our ceremony. A week after the wedding we were emailed all of our photos (over 200 photos) in color, black and white, sepia, with a bonus 12 enhanced photos which could all be downloaded to my computer. Every photo turned out beautiful and we were so happy we ended up getting this package so that we could have every single photo. After our ceremony, our guests were escorted to our mini reception while my husband and I hung out with the photographer for half an hour to have a bunch of gorgeous, posed photos taken! Afterwards, our photographer escorted us back upstairs to our reception where we were greeted again by our amazing wedding day coordinator and DJ. The DJ went over our music plans with us quick and our coordinator gathered our wedding party so that they could be announced into the reception before us. The reception hall was decorated beautifully! They had 4 tables for our guests and a separate table for my husband and I at the front of them where all our guests could see us. We decided to go with the that's amore dinner plan and to say the food was delicious would be an understatement. It was phenomenal. They served my husband and I right at our table with plenty of each of the foods we had on our menu. Our guests gathered their own plates easily at the perfectly laid out buffet. They made enough food that everyone could go back for seconds if they wanted, and they made sure to call out when last call for food was so that everyone had a chance to eat as much as they wanted. Soon after dinner we did a cake cutting ceremony which turned out to be really fun as my husband and I got to do it together and feed each other our first taste of the delicious cake. The waiters made sure to keep everyone's drinks filled the whole time and were quick to clear our dirty plates from the tables after we were all finished eating. The DJ played all the songs we requested and did a great job engaging our guests! Adding the two-hour reception package was a great idea and we loved it! After the reception ended our wedding day coordinator escorted everyone downstairs where my husband and I signed final paperwork and were gifted a beautiful take home package which included things like our guest book (which they passed around for us at our reception), champagne flutes, a cake cutting set, and more. As a bonus, we were able to pay Vegas Weddings right then and there to take care of obtaining our certified marriage certificate for us and mailing it to our out of state home so that we didn't have to worry about it. It arrived promptly in less than a week after the ceremony. The limo drivers were ready to bring us back to our hotel after our reception and arrived on time, so we didn't have to wait! From start to finish, everything about our wedding at Vegas Weddings was PERFECT and we truly wouldn't change anything! If you are seeking a beautiful venue with the nicest staff, this place is for you. My wedding was better and more magical then I had imagined. From all the staff at Vegas weddings, you made my day an extra special one. The minister was precious and everyone doted and catered to us from the time we booked the wedding to the moment we left. I truly enjoyed my experience and would recommend Vegas Weddings to everyone. I can't say enough about this company.

My wedding coordinator stayed in touch with me up until my wedding day. I was nervous on my wedding day that I forgot my bouquet and the Gentleman flowers. I was upset almost about to cry, they said no worries we got it. They saved me… lol I was about to pass out. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who’s planning a wedding in Las Vegas.

Thank you Vegas Weddings for making our wedding a special experience! Dimitra our wedding planner was so down to earth and nice. She made everything so easy and she was amazing! And then Nick our minister did a wonderful job, and officiated our wedding perfectly. He did everything we asked for and more for a very traditional wedding that we wanted. The venue is absolutely beautiful and is very classy looking. Which is exactly what I was looking for. Many people that I shared the wedding pictures with were very surprised that such a beautiful wedding venue was in Las Vegas. Our photographer captured so many great pictures and moments also. Everything from start to finish was just perfect! I cannot stop raving about this place and my experience to everyone I know!

The day was perfect 11/4/23! We did a rekindle as we got married the day before in IL with family. We wanted the Vegas Wedding so we did both! Our limo driver Buddy was awesome! Our photographer Jolly was so easy to work with and captured our special day perfectly!!

Where do I start ? Booked a 35th Anniversary renewal with what I later found out was a third party website Viva Las Vegas. The website stated that the package was $395 but when the salesperson called me I was told that that chapel wasn't available on Sundays and so we had to use the Wedding Chapel and now the package was $676. When I paid the deposit I saw the package was an upgrade that included a limo which I didn't ask for and didn't need and an additional charge of $60 for the "minister". When I received the invoice they charge $5 for a single flower boutonniere for the groom, they charge $75 for my guest to be allowed to take pictures and they add a $122.36 "service charge" and another $13.62 "convenience fee. Now my invoice is $767.00. Fine. It's still cheaper that renting a hall and throwing a party.
So we get out to Vegas three weeks later and go to our final consultation that was supposed to be at 3pm on Saturday. We get there at 2:40 and at 3:20 I ask what the hold up is? After checking she puts us in with someone else. Now I've talked to 3 different people and have told them the same story about one of our employees getting married by the small Elvis impersonator and even showing them the picture of them with him. This gal remembered the wedding and the people when I showed her the picture of the small Elvis but never saw on the reservation that they didn't book him for us. I double and triple checked to make sure they had it correct and I was assured that we would have the small Elvis impersonator do the renewal.
Sunday we get there and about 10 minutes later an Elvis impersonator shows up but it's not the small Elvis impersonator. I go up to the desk and ask, again she assures me again that we have the small Elvis. 10 minutes later they escort us upstairs and 10 minutes later the Elvis impersonator that we had seen downstairs comes into the room and starts going over everything with us. I stopped him, explained the situation and he leaves the room. Another gal comes in and is apologizing and I ask to speak to a manager. She leaves, comes back and says there is no manager available and that there is a slim change that they could get the small Elvis there in 10 minutes and what do we want to do. I told her at the least they should give us a partial refund. She leaves again, comes back and says that they can get the small Elvis if we want to postpone the renewal until 6pm (was supposed to to be 3pm). Now I've got everyone at home waiting to watch it live and I have to get on social media and text those that are not on social media that the time has changed. Because of this half the people at home did not get a chance to see the live ceremony. We didn't want to sit there for 2 and a half hours so they did drop all 12 of us off in two limos at The D for a couple of hours but only had one limo to pick us up and so half the party had to walk and those that couldn't walk had to pay for an uber to come back again.
The small Elvis got there a few minutes after us and was hurried as he was not scheduled and had another ceremony to do in an hour. He made several comments about the Wedding Chapel messing things up and not being the best place. He said he didn't normally do many weddings there but he made sure to let us know that we were suppose to tip him. Actually he told us that we had to pay him $60 for the ceremony that we already paid and another $40 for his tip. They had envelopes in the limos hanging so you couldn't miss them with "Driver's Tip" written on them.
On Monday we were supposed to go look at the pictures and when I called was told that for $20 they would email the images with watermarks and we would have seven days to pick out our 11 images. Well an Uber to and from there was $12 with tip so it made more sense to look at the later that week on our computer. The images were covered up so badly with watermarks that I had to enlarge every one of them and spent hours doing so. Their email stated that I had seven days and if I wanted more time for $20 they would extend another week. If I wanted additional images besides the 11 I could order them at $57.50 for EACH image. The images were blurry and not professional. We spent $300 additional in tipping and the whole experience was rushed and unprofessional.
Lastly, since people kept messaging me that they we not able to see the live video I sent an email and asked if they would send me a copy. The response was for $180.00 I could get a copy. Are you kidding me? I asked again to speak to a manager and after explaining all of the above to the photo consultant she reached out to the "management team" and they did give me the video.
Like several people have mentioned. They try to charge you for EVERYTHING. They were charging for bottled water while you were waiting at the chapel.

Your wedding day is something you dream of. You spend a lot of time, money and energy to prepare for the big day. I did a lot of research before picking this business. Unfortunately, it didn’t end so beautifully. We went to be fitted for our gown and tux, and had even bought the upgraded package. My husbands tux didn’t fit, the alterations were horrendous. The shoes falling apart on the bottom, and shoe laces fraying so bad they were ready to snap. The dress was never altered, and it was obvious in the photos. Half the dresses to pick from were stained, torn, and just not in good shape. His pants were hemmed incorrectly, I’ll attach photos. When we arrived I mentioned this to two people upstairs, he mentioned it to the people at the front counter, and my mom also mentioned it needed to be fixed. It wasn’t. And it may be a small thing- however, I paid to upgrade my flowers to lavender for the color. But both men’s flowers, were pink. Then came the photos, 15 candid were included. I couldn’t even pick 15 that looked semi decent, even zoomed in photos of my chest which only proved how ill fitting things were. To “make up for” the fact that the tux was horrid, they “included” all candid photos for free, yet I didn’t even want the 15 I had already paid for. So to try and somewhat salvage a few decent posed photos we ended up spending an additional 600- which I would have been fine paying, had I not wasted hundreds on a tux that looked like it came from the Salvation Army. The communication back and forth was confusing at best- with my consultant saying all photos for free poses included, to then being told 2 photos for free. Even after I paid for all of the photos, they sent another incorrect email stating they sent them in color, sepia, and enhancements (which they did not), followed by another email telling me to disregard. All in all, you are herded like cattle in and out and feel like you wasted your money. I’ll include photos attached.

Not bad for the price. Beware that they will charge extra for anything additional. For example the chapel was not decorated at all, unlike in the photos. They ask for an extra charge for that.
Any photo before/after the ceremony they will try to sell for $60. This type of information is not communicated well.

The ONLY reason this is not a 5 star review is because, and this might not be their fault, is the tux rental, my fiancé's tux was less than stellar, the shirt had brown stains on the collar, the shoes were cover in spots, the vest was missing a button and the pants were never a great fit, again, this might not be technically their fault. April was great and maintained great communication, the Glam Squad did outstanding, including the ride to the locale, Ricky, the wedding planner at the chapel, was friendly, warm and gave great instructions, the photographer was very engaging and the minister was very caring. 100% recommended, just get your own tux.
Two days later, we went to pick up our pics, our certificate was ready, which made me happy, I know there was a chance that they'd to mail it, i did have to pay extra for them to take care of the filling, but that completely my choice. The pictures, be prepare to spend way more money than expected or be ready to get your heart broken because of all the pucs that you will not get. I added the Simplicity package that includes 10 extra minutes of posed pictures and you get 4 prints out of that, but if you'd like more prints is $60.00 ea. They also have extra packages, but we're talking from $470 and up, sadly, we couldn't afford those type of unexpected prices. I do love the pics I got. I've many nad reviews and the only thing i recommend is to read EVERY part of the invoice the contract and ask questions, i had no surprises, besides the extra pics, but even that was a choice. Everyone, from April on my emails, the limo driver going the extra mile, Ricky and his great attitude, the minister and his nuturing nature, Adenna (photographer) making us laugh to the venue being even beutiful in person.

The service provided was a good quality, but it was on the pricey side for the package purchased.

My Husband and I had the best experience with Vegas Weddings. They made everything so easy. They handled everything. Our minister was awesome! Would highly recommend them!

Our minister had the crowd laughing the whole time u til it was time for me to walk down the aisle. Even during the ceremony, he had the crowd cracking some smiles so we got some great candid photos. Highly recommend!

minister Bruce Wayne was delightfull. We were kept waiting in the hallway watching the staff passing back and forth we were told in the instruction to arrive early the staff was very courteous not much of a romantic setting seated in the hallway waiting for more than a few minutes we requested our song but did not hear the 1st song .

Very helpful staff walked us through every step they handled a lot of the organization we just had to bring us our family and our wedding license they made it super easy and the experience was so amazing on our special day!

Using Vegas Weddings was the best decision for us! Everything was fast, affordable, easy, and beautiful!! I have the most gorgeous photos of my perfect day, I got treated like a princess, and everyone was pleasant and helpful!

Everyone was so courteous and nice. They made sure everything was to my liking. The courtesy ride to and from the hapel was awesome! I really appreciate Vegas Weddings for making my day so special and hassle-free.

Our Experience was fantastic. Everyone was great and before ceremony our Wardrobe guy walked me into the main chapel and said our upgrade. Couldn't be better

There isn’t anything about this occasion that was not perfect.

They are awesome and have a great presentation. We loved the whole experience. You can go small there or have a good size guest list and they can accommodate you. It's not cheesy or low-class, it's a beautiful ceremony and wonderful people.

The package all seems good, we booked from a distance (which I expect many people do) and put our trust in the organiser to recommend the best solution and package, but it failed to deliver what was discussed.
We clearly shared that we were not planning on change each of our names, but the celebrant announced us Mr & Mrs.
We were held in a room (like a mini prison) as other weddings were happening, and then after rushed into a large conference room for photographs by table clothed tables and no atmosphere.
The photographer was awful, equipment was working properly, did stage any of the posed photos, got in the way of the web cam during the ceremony so family couldn't actually see what was happening.
The driver was polite and friendly and supportive in dropping us off after the ceremony
The photo viewing session was scripted and the lady presenting them, carried on regardless when we responded to whether we liked the photos "we hate them", she replied, that's wonderful, now you need to select the ones of your choice. No empathy or listening skills were shown.
The follow up from the session, was pretty much well you have what you've got. I mean its not like we can recreate the day!

I am sure there are other companies that employ people and not robots. Understand the number of weddings that come through the city every day, but for each of us this is a special occasion and we don't want to feel like a number or an inconvenience that you are taking up their precious time.

I wouldn't recommend JustWeddings and would tell people to actively check what you are paying for and your expectations of the day.
