Vecoma is the best!

Last weekend we held our daughter's wedding reception at Vecoma. It is such a beautiful venue! The bride's dressing room is large and well-appointed, with plenty of mirrors and great lighting. The spacious deck overlooks the river and the back lawn; many of our guests enjoyed the deck until dinnertime. The food is excellent! Several people made a point of telling us it was the best food they've had at a wedding reception! Caroline and the staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, both in the planning stages and during the event. We felt very much valued and taken care of. I highly recommend Vecoma for a lovely event experience!

A Dream Wedding Made Perfect

There truly aren’t enough words to describe how grateful we are to Vecoma for making our wedding day so unforgettable.

From our very first interaction to the moment we walked out as husband and wife, their team was exceptional. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but the staff at Vecoma made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and manageable. They were not only professional, but genuinely kind and welcoming. Every question we had was answered quickly, every concern was handled thoughtfully, and every detail was approached with care.

On the day of our wedding, their organization and coordination were on full display. Everything flowed seamlessly. We never had to worry about what was happening next because their team was already three steps ahead. They were calm, attentive, and completely in control behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present in one of the most important moments of our lives.

The food deserves its own special recognition — it was absolutely amazing. From the presentation to the flavor, everything exceeded expectations. Our guests are still calling and texting to talk about how delicious the meal was. That says a lot. It wasn’t just “good wedding food” — it was genuinely outstanding.

What meant the most to us, though, was how responsive and prompt the team was throughout the entire experience. If we needed something, they handled it immediately. If we had a question, they answered it thoroughly. We never felt ignored, rushed, or like just another event on their calendar. They treated our wedding like it truly mattered — and that made all the difference.

Vecoma didn’t just provide a venue; they created an experience. They allowed us to celebrate without stress, to enjoy every moment, and to focus on what truly mattered — our love, our family, and our friends.

We will forever be thankful that we chose Vecoma for our wedding day. It was everything we hoped for and more.

True hidden gem

I could write 10 paragraphs About how amazing this venue is but let me just say this: This venue is a hidden GEM!! I was getting really discouraged while venue shopping and was so relieved when I found this place. The price is unbeatable in this industry. Everyone we worked with was so nice and helpful leading up to our special day.

Wedding day was a breeze and having the vecoma team there allowed me to fully soak it in. Our guests LOVEDDDD the food, the photographers were amazing and so easy to work with, and DJ Kirk had everyone on the dance floor the entire night. Truly the best night of my life.

Love this venue

Vecoma as a beautiful wedding venue and me and my fiancé are so excited to have our wedding there. everyone is so nice there and is willing to work with you if you have a issue.My fiancé and I needed to change the date for our wedding and they were kind enough to work with us to change the date. The staff are very good at making sure you have an stress-free day at your wedding. Catering is included so you don’t have to worry about that and the outside view for the ceremony is absolutely beautiful.

How Do You Describe Perfection

A little piece of heaven right here on earth. I cannot say enough about our experience having my daughter/son-in-law's wedding at Vecoma. The team was so accommodating and fantastic. Everything went like clockwork. We used their photographer, DJ (great job!) - I highly recommend using the entire team - they've been doing this for years and do it well. I cannot say enough about the Chef - OMG! the food was fantastic (Honey basil chicken, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, salad and appetizers). If you are looking for atmosphere.... the grounds are beautiful, the building is elegant (we had all three fireplaces going) and you cannot beat the pricing - this is the place to have your wedding/event. People are still talking about how perfect everything was. Thank you Vecoma for making their day a night to remember.

My Beautiful Wedding at Vecoma!

Having attended several weddings at Vecoma at the Yellow River, I already knew it was a special place, but hosting our own wedding here exceeded all expectations! The beauty of the venue, with its stunning riverfront setting, provides the perfect backdrop for any celebration, and it truly made our day unforgettable.

The staff at Vecoma is wonderful. They are always so professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we first started planning to the last dance of the night, the team made sure every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend their in house DJ, Photographer and Officiant!

The value of this venue is unmatched. For the level of service, quality of food, and breathtaking atmosphere, the price is incredibly reasonable. We felt we got far more than what we paid for, and that’s a rare find.

If you're looking for a beautiful, affordable, and stress-free wedding venue, I can't recommend Vecoma at the Yellow River enough. Whether you’re a guest or the bride and groom, you’re guaranteed to have a wonderful experience!

The Perfect Venue for Our Dream Wedding!

We couldn't have chosen a better venue than Vecoma! They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect, providing everything we needed without the hassle of a wedding planner. From stunning decor and a professional DJ to top-notch photography, videography, and an open bar, they covered it all with amazing attention to detail. Amazing Wedding Reception!

Our special day at Vecoma at the Yellow River was truly perfect, exceeding all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. Despite a small hiccup with the seating arrangement, they quickly resolved the issue with professionalism and a smile, making us feel at ease.

The venue itself was breathtaking, offering a picturesque backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The team at Vecoma was incredibly accommodating, helping us customize every aspect of our wedding to reflect our unique style and preferences. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, leaving our guests raving about the menu long after the event.

While there were a few minor delays during the evening, they were quickly addressed by the attentive staff who worked tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly. We also appreciated the flexibility the vendor showed when we requested a last-minute change to the lighting setup, making sure our vision was executed flawlessly.

Amazing wedding venue!

We got married here on April 20, 2024. We had a wonderful experience with the venue. The staff is super responsive and patient and pricing is very fair. The day was absolutely beautiful! We're really happy we picked the Vecoma for our wedding :)

Vecoma is beautiful and Caroline is excellent!!!

My wedding at Vecoma will be on 2/24/24! My sister told me about Vecoma. I went there and thought the place was beautiful! Caroline was super nice and give me great discounts for my big day! Vecoma also offer all inclusive packages which is a great deal! The place is beautiful and the people there are super nice. The honey basil chicken was delicious! I am very excited to have my wedding there soon.

Wonderful venue!

I have so many good things to say about the venue and the owner/staff!! The venue was absolutely gorgeous, right on the yellow river! Caroline is the owner and she’s an absolute angel! I really loved working with her! She did everything to make our day go smoothly and she responded to all of my emails so quick! Loveeeee her staff!!! They are all so kind and treat you like you are apart of the family! 10/10 would totally recommend this venue to anyone! The food was amazing as well! We had a morning wedding and did a brunch and it was a huge hit!!

Such an Amazing experience 10/10

I had such a amazing experience at Vecoma 10 out of 10. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Anytime I have a question or concern they get back to me with the upmost urgency.When I went to view the space it was so beautiful and spacious. I especially liked the patio and the outside the most because of the nature. You’ll have many places to take gorgeous pictures for your special day. Very good and breath taking.

I can't say enough about this venue. From day 1 when myself and my fiance at the time visited this venue we was met with friendly and very professional staff. From planning until the day of my wedding Catilyn was right there to answer any questions and Mr. Kirk and his staff on my wedding day was superb , very attentive and making sure everything was going as planned. Magical Ethereal Oasis in Snellville

Vecoma at the Yellow River is a beautiful, quaint, private and magical oasis in the most picturesque part of Snellville. We stumbled across the facility one day while driving by.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Caroline who graciously showed us around her family’s venue. From our very first interaction, she was courteous, informative and extremely welcoming. The interior is beautiful however once we saw the grounds, we were sold. The natural beauty of the location, the landscaping, the history of the land, and the river all present as the most ethereal wedding location. During our ceremony, we could hear the birds chirping, the river flowing and the breeze in the trees. What a treat for our guests and us! Afterwards, as we stood upon the river banks and Caroline took our wedding pictures, a beautiful butterfly dropped into the space between us and lingered there.

Our reception was equally memorable. The food was delicious, the staff was attentive, professional and courteous at all times. No wedding planner or decorator was necessary and they helped to keep our itinerary on track. We had a wonderful time at Vecoma and highly recommend this facility for your next milestone event. Caroline and her team are amazing to work with and will definitely take excellent care of you and your guests.

Wonderful Wedding at Vecoma!

Our wedding was a little while ago, but I still follow Vecoma on their Facebook because I just love seeing all of the beautiful pictures! We wanted a homey-cabin feel, yet still elegant, and this was exactly it. There is nothing else like this venue. Caitlin was our photographer and she did an amazing job. This is a family business and they treat you just like one of their own! 1000% recommend. Years later, people still bring up how good the food was - and we typically buy the champagne that was served for our anniversary - SO good!

A perfect afternoon wedding

My husband and I wanted an afternoon wedding. The staff at Vecoma at the Yellow River were AMAZING! The venue looked gorgeous, the food and drinks (provided by the venue) was amazing, and everyone had the best time. I cannot say enough about this location. Our dream come true!

The Vecoma at Yellow River is such a beautiful venue with an amazing staff!! Caroline, Megan, and Caitlin all made sure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect!!! From our first time seeing the venue, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. They made sure that we had all we needed for a wonderful wedding. The process of planning was made simple with their all inclusive event. We did hire our own baker and florist, which both came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The facility is so gorgeous that little decor was needed. Caroline took great care of our rehearsal and took the most beautiful pictures. They made sure we stayed on time and kept our wedding day stress free. Our reception was gorgeous and the chef was outstanding! Everyone raved about the food and wanted seconds. The DJ had great communication and played music we requested. I am truly happy that we did not have our wedding anywhere else. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure our day was memorable and that our dream wedding was flawless.

Outstanding!!

My wedding was on Jan 29th,2022; coldest day in four years. But the whole team at Vecoma made it the best day ever for me. I could not be happier how everything turned out. I used the in house DJ, Kirk was wonderful. In house photographer Caroline she was amazing, I had few preview pictures the very next day. I could not be happier how they turned out. My pictures were so beautiful, they are priceless to me. Thanks to Vecoma's whole team, I had the best day ever.

Perfection!

Caroline and the team at Vecoma made my wedding day magical. Her venue is gorgeous, her staff is friendly, helpful and patient, and their food was INCREDIBLE! I HIGHLY recommend them for any event you need to hold, but Vecoma is absolutely PERFECT at delivering beautiful memorable weddings!

Amazing and Beautiful

The Vecoma at the Yellow River is an amazing and beautiful place. Caroline and her staff held our hand every step of the way all the way to our wedding day. Every question I had they answered even when we had to switch our wedding date. Their customer service is great.

Beautiful Venue & Awesome Staff!

Perfectly Amazing

I am so happy the Lord God led me to Vecoma at the yellow river. It was everything and more . My guests are still talking about how lovely a wedding it was how great the food was how great the DJ was everything was so nice it was such a beautiful location and all the guess were so friendly and the staff was so friendly everybody loved it and it's all thanks to the coma. many thanks to Caroline the photographer who did an outstanding job and she even danced at me on the dance floor . Many things to DJ Kirk, Caitlin and the event coordinator. Many tmany thanks and thank you even for Mr Tucker who officiated our wedding. Truly almost a One-Stop shop I had the DJ the catering the bar was great thank you Caitlin for bartending the music was great the ceremony was great we loved everything and of course again amazing photography by Caroline you truly don't need to go anywhere else. They were very accommodating with the covid-19 situation and the pandemic thank you for all your help at making this dream a reality.

Amazing Venue

I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding here and the venue was amazing! There were many spots to take gorgeous photos outside. Indoors was a photographers dream with the white interior that made the photos come out amazing and easy to work with. Would hands down recommend this venue to anyone!

Amazing Venue

Vecoma was the third venue I had toured! I booked my wedding the very next day. It is a beautiful venue! Caroline and her staff were very sweet and accommodating. My wedding was originally scheduled in June but I decided to postpone until October due to COVID. This happened with no hiccups and no extra fees! I used the in house DJ who was great. My guests are also still talking about how good the food was. The venue has many great options to have your ceremony. I chose to have mine on the covered patio and it was amazing! We absolutely loved everything about Vecoma and would definitely recommend it!!

My wedding was a dream come true!

I fell in love with Vecoma once I saw it. It was an intimate and beautiful setting! It’s large enough to hold large parties but my husband and I wanted a beautiful venue for a more intimate group. All of our guests loved the venue, food, DJ, we all had a blast! Caroline and the wedding staff really made sure my day was stress free and near perfection. If I could do it all over, I wouldn’t change a thing!

Love in the Time of COVID-19

I do not know where to begin... Planning a wedding during a pandemic was the last thing on our minds when we decided to get married. If it wasn't for Caroline, Jack, and the rest of the WONDERFUL staff at Vecoma At the Yellow River, we would have settled for a civil ceremony at the courthouse or at home. However, all my dreams for the perfect wedding day came to fruition - down to the most minute details. This venue is simply amazing. Hidden in the city of Snellville lies the perfect location to host an indoor or outdoor ceremony. I wanted to get married outside by the arch, and was very disappointed when my fiancé recommended that we hold the ceremony indoors due to the heat (thank God I listened to him); however, Caroline was able to show me how lovely a ceremony would be indoors and even allowed us to bring in our own arch so I could still have the effect I was looking for.

We ended up planning the wedding in about two weeks, but everyone who attended (in person and via Zoom) said that it looked like we had been planning this event for months. I owe all of this to Caroline, her staff, and my incredible Wedding Planner Kimberly Sands. From the moment you pull into the parking area, the remoteness and serenity of the location puts your mind at ease. During our initial meeting with Caroline and Jack, every question was answered in a positive manner and if I asked for something out of the norm, Caroline found a way to accommodate my request. During our rehearsal, my pastor was unable to attend, but Caroline and Kimberly worked together to create the vision for my day based on my wishes. I did not even have a wedding program ready yet, but somehow, they understood my desires and executed them flawlessly.

On the day of our wedding, Caroline and her staff were not only attentive and responsive from the moment we arrived, they did everything within their power to make the day COMPLETELY STRESS FREE! I immediately when upstairs to get ready and every time I uttered, “ask Caroline…” or “find Caroline…” or “I need Caroline…” she magically appeared. I truly felt like a princess for the day. Kimberly and Caroline collaborated to ensure the décor, centerpieces, music, seating, lighting, you name it, was up to my specifications. When I walked through the doors to meet my future husband, I was amazed at the transformation of the room. To put it simply – I was stunned. The day went off magically, successfully, and beautifully. We did not have time to do a tasting before the wedding, but everyone commented on the exceptional taste and quality of the meal. Caroline also served as our photographer and we already have our photos back and they are truly superb.

Many couples have decided to put their weddings on hold due to COVID-19 – I was one of them. Yet, Caroline and her staff helped us create a memorable occasion while staying safe and social distancing. I could go on and on about our experience at Vecoma At the Yellow River, but my recommendation is for you to give them the opportunity to make your wedding day the most incredible day of your life!

Perfect Wedding Venue, especially during pandemic

We cannot say enough to speak to our satisfaction of our wedding venue, Vecoma at the Yellow River.
First of all, if you are looking for a serene outdoor venue in Georgia, close to the city, this is the perfect venue for you (LOOK NO FURTHER). We love the outdoors and this venue is gorgeous and located right on the river bank. The fact that catering is through the venue made everything very simple as well. We found the pricing to be extremely reasonable through Vecoma compared to other venues we considered which were not as nice. We had the benefit of planning for over a year and had the opportunity to see the venue a few times during the year and it is beautiful year round. There are lots of special nooks and areas for pictures which we loved as well.
The indoor reception room is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is a nice blank canvas for any kind of decor you may have in mind.
Caroline, the venue owner, and all staff members are extremely professional and easy to work with both on wedding day and planning. Our wedding fell right in the middle of the pandemic which required us to reschedule from April to July. Caroline and Vecoma kindly and graciously allowed us to reschedule easily and without extra fees. They helped us do everything possible to keep our guests safe. They had a page long list of procedures they followed to ensure guest and staff safety while remaining flexible to allow us to make our day just as special. This is the perfect venue for "coronavirus times" because there was ample spacing outdoors for ceremony chairs to be spaced and there is a huge deck for outdoor dining and mingling/cocktail hour. Staff all wore masks, and there was hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE. I really appreciated that the venue did everything they could to keep all of our guests safe.
Caroline offers day of coordination and was extremely available when we needed her for guidance throughout the process. She always returned calls promptly and was accommodating and easy to work with. We had a photographer and she even took a couple cool photos for us and provided them to us free of charge. The catering is through the venue and is wonderful. We did bbq dinner for our 4th of July wedding and it was really very tasty. Bar services were excellent as well.
Once again, I cant thank Caroline or Vecoma enough for making our special day so wonderful. Even under the crazy world circumstances it felt very personal and like Caroline wanted our wedding to happen so badly. The venue and staff did everything they could to make our day special and worked wonderfully with our other vendors.
The venue is truly a gem of a space and would be perfect for other kinds of events as well. I would encourage anyone to reach out to Caroline for any needs. The venue space is owned by her and has been in her family for over 20 years and it shows. It felt like we were welcomed into her home for our special day.

Exceptional, all-in-one venue!

In January, my fiancé and I were referred to this beautiful venue by a family friend and we were sold! Caroline and Jack were so kind and welcoming. We loved going to the open house that allowed us to taste food options and get familiar with different vendors! Of course at the time we booked with Vecoma, we did not know that a few months later we would have to face planning a wedding during a pandemic. Vecoma has been super flexible and accommodating making things an ease. Not to mention, their patience and timely responses to numerous emails was exceptional. Before Covid-19, I fell in love with Vecoma and shared this excitement with everyone I knew. During Covid-19, my respect and admiration for Vecoma has skyrocketted and I must share my experience with the world. My fiancé and I are incredibly grateful for all that Vecoma has extended to us and it is my hope that all other brides and grooms will seek them out too for their special day. I promise, Vecoma will EXCEED your expectations! Did I mention they are also a one stop shop?!

Beautiful setting - Excellent value

Vecoma staff persons were always available to answer questions and to guide us in planning the wedding. The facility - inside and out - is beautiful. Vecoma can accommodate any size wedding, and they were very flexible. All policies and prices were given to us when we signed the contract. There were no surprises. I highly recommend Vecoma!

Vecoma is an absolute gem- beautiful location, well maintained facility, stunning interior, and a friendly staff. Caroline and her team were so helpful during the months leading up to the wedding; they answered questions, made me aware of common pitfalls to avoid, and helped us customize the wedding to make it our own. They were also extremely professional, efficient, and informative during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding ensuring plans went smoothly. Further, the food was amazing! Our guests are still raving about the lasagna. We truly appreciate everyone’s hard work and would recommend Vecoma to anyone.

Magical Wedding at Vecoma

Vecoma was absolutely gorgeous, and the event staff made everything amazing and seamless. The food was fantastic! Our guests are still talking about how magical everything was. My only recommendation for improvement is to put in stairs to get down to the rock for those awesome photos. The photos by the venue photographer have all been gorgeous!

Beautiful Venue

When we first visited Vecoma we immediately knew that this was the place for us to get married. We visited a few other places after but they didn't create the atmosphere Vecoma did - we could visualize getting married there.
Caroline and the rest of the staff are so kind and extremely helpful with any questions you have.
Being able to have photos down by the river was one of the main things that drew us to Vecoma - but the entire venue is beautiful and gave us so many unique photo opportunities!
We opted for in house catering and oh my...the lasagna was amazing!
Everything about the night was absolutely perfect and I cannot recommend Vecoma enough!

Stress Free

I do not not know where to begin...from the moment my husband approached the property, we knew it would be the place for us to exchange our vows. Our tour allowed us to view the property and secure our date almost instantly. I was not living in the are so I had to do all of my planning long distance and Vecoma and their staff made the experience very easy and hassle free. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner and every email was returned in a matter of hours. On our actual wedding day the staff was very accommodating to all of our needs. They made sure things went smoothly and were extremely professional. The food was AMAZING.....I cant say enough about this place. I would do it all again at VECOMA.

Couldn’t have asked for better!!

Caroline and the staff at Vecoma at the Yellow River made our wedding day perfect from start to finish. They were available and quick to respond to our numerous emails throughout the planning process making everything seem effortless and eliminating all stress for us. Caroline easily accommodated every request we had to make our day uniquely ours. The staff worked seamlessly together so that on our wedding day nobody has asking me or my husband all those little detail questions that stress you out. We got numerous compliments on the food, DJ and photographs which were all provided by Vecoma. Unmatched beauty and service

My wife and I just got married here on Memorial Day weekend. We looked at soooo many places to get married and never found what we wanted. We were very impressed by the venue here, the staff and the guidance they provided..and yes...the price was unbeatable. This venue has everything you would want and need for your special day, all in one place. Food, Drink, DJ, Photographer, Videographer...EVERYTHING. They don't jack up the price for using their in house services. My wife and I couldn't believe how easy planning our wedding here was. We had zero stress leading up to the day. The day of our wedding, everything went so smooth. The wedding coordinator was outstanding and made sure everyone was ready and knew what to do. We can't speak any higher of this place. If you are looking for a beautiful place to get married with excellent food and outstanding service, you have to get married here!!!

The wedding of our dreams!

My husband and I fell in love with this venue the second we saw it and it was everything we wanted and more! Caroline was fantastic and helped us throughout the process make sure our expectations were met (and they were far exceeded)! The staff the day of the event was phenomenal...everyone had a smile on there face and made sure it ran without a hitch. We could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding in a more beautiful place! The food was incredible and I have had so many guests tell me after the fact it was delicious! Best experience ever!

I have loved my experience as a bride with Vecoma! They are super accommodating and so easy to work with. I had a big wedding (over 200 people) and they have done everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and stress free. Also, they are very affordable! They take care of everything from the meal to the table cloths. I highly recommend Vecoma!!

I cannot say enough about Vecoma at Yellow River. The staff helped me from start to finish with the venue aspect of planning. Beautiful location, wonderful staff

We had a wonderful reception at Vecoma. Communication before the wedding was easy. My emails were always answered promptly. During the reception, the staff were very attentive. It was raining when we arrived and I was met at our car by a staff member with a large umbrella. I also liked how they served my husband and I at our table and checked back frequently to see if we needed anything. We used also used Vecoma Photography and DJ Kirk. Having in-house photography and DJ services is very convenient, but we also loved working with Caroline and DJ Kirk. They were very responsive to our requests and I have received nothing but glowing reviews from my guests about the venue, photography, and DJ. Vecoma was the perfect location for our rustic but elegant wedding.

Exceeded every expectation.

I was a bit hesitant about choosing a venue that held multiple events in the same day, but I have to say, the staff at Vecoma are experts at turning the space over between events. My wedding started at 6:00 p.m., so we only had about an hour to set up and take photos (we couldn't arrive until 4:30) before guests started to arrive. The staff had everything cleaned from the previous event, and all of our decorations beautifully placed by the time the guests started arriving. Our ceremony was outdoors by the river, but they have excellent options for moving onto the covered patio or indoors in inclement weather. The cocktail reception was held on the covered patio, and we had a cigar roller out there as well, which was very popular with our male guests. The indoor reception was lovely, and it was cool enough outside for there to be a fire in the fireplace, which added to the ambience. I looked at many venues in the area, but I really don't think I could have made a better choice. Caroline, Caitlin, and the rest of the staff were all wonderful to work with, and the fact that catering and bar service is included in the venue cost makes everything so much easier.

Plymel Wedding

My husband and I were looking for a venue that was a one stop shop, because this was a destination wedding. Well, we definitely found everything we were looking for! The venue includes photographer food, linen and open bar. We decided to use our own photographer and linen but theirs were just as beautiful.
Caitlyn and Caroline were always timely in their responses and always calmed my nerves with any concerns I had.
The food was delicious; it was very customizable and was served buffet style which was perfect for us, because we had a mixed culture wedding.
The day of the wedding was PERFECT! I had a wedding planner because I live out of state and I’m mostly because I’m a nervous Nellie. If you’re on a budget, the staff at Vecoma will do an amazing job at helping to organize your day!
My husband and I are so happy we chose Vecoma to get married :)

i couldn't have asked for a better venue for my wedding. Caroline and her team was and are amazing. i don't live in Atlanta which i thought will be hard to plan a wedding but not with Caroline and her team. she made me feel at peace from he beginning. The food was delicious. the chef made special appetizers for my guest and i which made me feel like i was at home in Jamaica. simple put it was perfection at its best. i already told my husband i want our vow renewal in 10 year at Vecoma at the Yellow River.

My wedding was July 19th, 2018, This Venue is beautiful and extremely affordable. Caroline and her team did an excellent job. Even though it rained right before I came out, the the team was able to move the chairs on the patio and it became a very intimate and beautiful wedding. The set up, the food, the atmosphere, the venue, the staff —all top notch. It was our daughter’s wedding and Caroline made everything perfect . Literally perfect . I would not change one thing. Caroline, Caitlin, and the team at Vecoma were wonderful. I was a bride that was apprehensive about the planning process, but they are true experts who helped everything go off without a hitch. Having recommended and in house vendors helped tremendously. All of the staff was professional and willing to help with a smile. The food was exceptional. My guests are still talking about it two weeks later. A sneek peek of my wedding photos was posted to social media a few days after the ceremony and they are GORGEOUS. All you need to do is see the venue to fall in love. A wedding by the RIVER!!!!! Then you meet the staff and you know it's the best choice in Atlanta! Caroline and her staff are so wonderful and give the best recommendations of what works best in their venue. All of our guests were just in aw that this venue was right outside of Atlanta and had no clue it was there. Truly a hidden gem in the Atlanta area. A Must See!!!!!! Great, great value!!!! I mainly worked with Caroline, one of the owners, as she was also my photographer. But I can vouch for Vecoma, and say it is such a beautiful place to have a wedding reception at. Amazing experience. My guests are still raving about the delicious food, the beautiful venue, and the absolutely perfect quaint location.
The staff are awesome! Their experience made the planning process less stressful for me. As the bride, I didn't have to focus on every little detail because Vecoma staff managed that for me. I was able to focus on other things such as the wedding party, rehearsal dinner,...and the honeymoon.

Vecoma made it so easy to book my wedding and the price for what you get is amazing. I had about 150 guests at my reception. The food was awesome and everyone had such a fun time. I loved that my husband and I had our own personal assistant to help us during the reception. I also love that they have a different crew that works the morning wedding than the evening wedding so no one is grumpy. The staff did a fantastic job. I am thrilled I found this place and that the price was reasonable!

My husband and I got engaged in April and planned a wedding in July at Vecoma. People kept asking us how we did it so quickly. Our answer was Vecoma does it all. Vecoma really is a one stop for a beautiful wedding. The scenery for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception was beautiful which require very little decorating. We used their recommended vendors for flowers and DJ. Both were professional and excellent. He was a great emcee and he sends you a form in advance so that you can easily plan your evening from the songs played to the details of a reception agenda. The staff was extremely attentive to us and our guests. We actually got the chance to eat the delicious spread they had for dinner. Our guests kept commenting during and after the ceremony that it was the most beautiful wedding with great food that they had ever attended. A huge plus is that we didn't go over the top spending money. Prices our extremely reasonable. Thank you to Caroline and our evening manager Ryan for the best day of our lives!

This was the "perfect" place for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The owner Caroline Tucker is great! Very accommodating. She also is a "fabulous" photographer! I took my sister and brother-in-law with me to tour the venue. We all loved it - and so did all the guest. They have "everything" that you would need for your special day. The staff there are very nice as well - that's including the cooks, Maitre d everyone. Yes they provide catering service too - the food is very good. My guest enjoyed it! They will also assist you with a florist, bakery, whatever you may need.

And the day of the wedding Caroline helped me with my dress - she was great!

Matt and I got married last month and couldn't be happier with Vecoma! Our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful it was! Honestly, there isn't one thing I would have changed. Vecoma is an all inclusive wedding venue. Caroline, the owner, and her husband were our photographers and our pictures were WONDERFUL! Vecoma also provides and food and beverages. We went with the Cajun menu and were very happy. Their DJ, Kirk, was also fantastic. Caroline was helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable. Getting married at Vecoma was easy, beautiful and memorable. I would definitely recommend it. And, not to mention super affordable!! Just outside of Atlanta. Definitely worth checking out!

I am excited to have my wedding at Vecoma in September! First let's start off with the amazing out door view, the landscaping is kept up year round as we have visited periodically since the beginning of the year. My fiancé and I heard about the venue from a family member and immediately jumped on it. The first time we visited the venue in the early part of the year the grass was so incredibly green, that staff was accommodating to our tight schedule, because both of my parents live out of state, we were able to get the ball rolling pretty quickly and easily. I'm am still amazed that it has been so easy for us to be taken care of with the help of the flexible staff, answering questions via email and the phone in the same day. We love that fact that Vecoma has been so understanding with my fiancé's changing schedule with Dekalb Couny Fire Recruit School. Due to the fact that I sprung a wedding on my parents so quickly, less than a year, the value for a wedding here is unbelievable! It has been extremely stress free with affordable in house catering with vegetarian options and even the option of an in house DJ. An affordable one stop shop!

Vecoma at the Yellow River was exceptional. Caroline and the other ladies were so great to work with planning process.
They pleasantly answered all my questions, even when I kept calling back with more. They were so supportive of the vision of my wedding and eager to help where needed. Caroline really eased my nerves on the day of the wedding. She had everything planned out and under control.

The day of the wedding Vecoma did not disappoint. They were on top of their game and professional in every aspect. The grounds were beautiful and the ball room was spotless and ready for my arrival. The staff was quick to help me when they saw me struggling with my table décor. They were also very quick to change around some seating at the last minute without question. During the reception the staff was attentive to my guests. They checked on me and helped the reception flow smoothly. Whatever was needed, they were right on top of it. They are top notch for sure.

The venue decor is so elegant and beautiful. The extra touches like string lights, fire place candles, and wall decorations really made our wedding feel elegant and beautiful. It also saved me from having to spend more money on a bunch of extra décor. The combination of the beautiful outdoor ceremony nestled in the trees and the elegant ball room made my wedding feel like a fairy tale. My wedding photos look stunning with the trees as my back drop. I’ve people that didn’t go to the wedding see my pictures and ask, “Where was that? It’s so beautiful.”  I loved hearing the river in the back ground couples with the sounds of birds and such.

We are so very happy that we chose Vecoma as our wedding venue. The only regret that we have is that I did not hire their DJ and Photographer!

This place is PERFECT for that rustic small wedding I had been dreaming of! My husband and I got married here in March 2017 and we loved it! The guests' compliments for the decor and scenery just keep coming. We also found the staff to be very easy to work with and flexible with our needs. We used the recommended DJ and photographer (the owner of the place) which made planning so easy for us. We ordered the Italian feast for the meal and enjoyed every bite we got. We're also incredibly happy that the venue let us bring home brews, since the brother of the groom and best man brew their own stuff.

Polished, professional, accommodating, warm and thoughtful - Caroline and her staff were a joy to work with! We felt looked after and very well cared-for throughout our rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception. They gave advice/input/ideas where needed (regarding attendees with mobility issues, timing of events, menu, outdoor vs indoor, etc). The venue is beautiful. The food was all SO good. Everything went more smoothly than I could have imagined. Thank you, Vecoma!!

Our daughter Anna's wedding was at Vecoma on December 31, 2016. The scenery was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
