Amazing team!

We are so happy we chose Vangelis for our wedding. He was very flexible and helped us a lot during the whole process although the pandemic made us postpone our wedding he did his best to make it to our big day. We loved how the team worked together and made us feel so special for our day. If you want a professional team that takes amazing pictures of you on your big day, don’t hesitate to book them. We had a very good communication the whole process, even afterward. Vangelis has also a very good assistant who is very kind and answers all your questions and gets back to you very quick!
Also one more very important part was that Vangelis made us feel calm by helping us planning our wedding day and by himself looked up places around our hotel and venue to take picture of us. We didn’t have to focus on that at all and it was very satisfying considering all other things we had to fix for the wedding.

Vangelis is the Creme de la Creme

Vangelis is the best photographer based in Greece. The communication from abroad was beyond easy, he always managed to answer within a few hours and no wishes or details were forgotten. On our special day he surprised us by having another two friends with him to capture the most beautiful moments of our journey as husband and wife. The Photos are simply elegant and so timeless. We are in love with the quality !! On our day Vangelis made me feel like a princess!!! I’m so in live with the memory’s he created!! Thank you again so so so much for the wonderful memories. A dream came true

The first time I found Vangelis page I just knew that he must do my wedding photo and video and i couldn't be happier with that decision. Anyone who is looking for a destination photographer, look no more. Vangelis was the definition of professional. He has his own vision for his photographs, which I respected and followed his lead. I will return to Santorini one day for our anniversary, and hands down I will be reaching out to him once again to shoot my memorable trip once again. I only saw a "preview" so far of our photos, and I can not wait to see the rest...especially my videos. His team was also amazing, super friendly, and very professional. Vangelis is not only a photographer but a true artist. We had a destination wedding in Santorini and I would say having a local photographer is the best choice we made because he knew exactly where to take us for the photoshoot with the best angles and views. Our family and friends were amazed at our wedding photos and said they look like they're from wedding magazines. He and his assistant were professional and so pleasant to work with throughout the day. He knew exactly how to make us pose to make us look better in our dress and suits. I can't help but look at our pictures again and again everyday and I truly am happy that we had him as part of our wedding to capture our forever lasting memories.

Taking Vangelis as our photographer was the best decision that we had taken for our wedding. It was so easy to arrange everything with him & his team. Communication was so effortless. Vangelis is a world class photographer. We searched from London, England and knew immediately we had found the perfect photographer. My Dad is a also a photography enthusiast so he had his seal of approval. We booked him 1 1/2 years in advance as we knew we would regret it if we didn't! Our wedding photos look like they belong in a luxury high-end magazine and we cannot stop looking at them. We also used Vangelis' videography service- WedVisions and the video experience was wonderful. Before the wedding, Vangelis kindly spoke with us over video call from abroad to go through the details of the day and he put us a ease. It is clear that he is passionate about his work and wants to get the best possible results for his clients; we felt in safe hands. He is a true professional and it was a pleasure having him as our photographer.

We planned our wedding in Santorini from the UK with help from our wedding planners who first introduced us to Vangelis. His pictures really stood out from other photographers and we knew we wanted him to capture pictures from both our Indian and English weddings. He worked really well with the wedding planners and made changes to the timeline to get the lighting and timing right for the photos. We follow Vangelis on all social media accounts and we are in love with his pictures since 3 years. I always knew, that if i am getting married, i will choose him for my wedding Photographer. We chose Vangelis because we fell in love with the photos we saw online. His work is phenomenal and he was great to work with. He has a knack for working with all types of lighting and bringing out the best in the couple on the day. He works at a fast pace, which was important for us as we wanted to get some couple and group shots straight after the ceremony, but not have to spend too much time apart from the rest of the wedding party. We had Vangelis Beltzenitis as our wedding photographer at 27th of September in 2017. Before we contacted him, we were following his works on social media already 4 years. We were a big fans of him and we've got an amazing feedback from other couples that had him as their wedding photographer before. So we were 100% sure that we will hire him no mater what the price of his service will be. And we don't regret it, because the photos are worth every penny we paid. The responsiveness and professionalism is in highest level. We are also very thankful for him that he contact us on the last days before our wedding with a big concern and worry about our wedding day timeline. He re-planned the whole 1st part of the day in order to win us some more time for our personal photo shooting. We planned our wedding from San Francisco without visiting Santorini, the venue or meeting vendors in person before the big day! Photography was a big priority and Vangelis' work quickly stood out. I loved his clean and striking shots. Our photos came out STUNNING and the same high quality we expected. We will cherish the priceless moments he was able to capture forever. We booked him for 8 hours and my only wish was that we booked more time to capture more of the day.
Planning a wedding overseas requires a lot of trust. His responsiveness to emails, availability on Skype and understanding of our needs helped resolve doubts of planning from overseas. His familiarity with the location and partner vendors reassured us of his expertise on the island. A stickler for details, I provided a shot list of important photos. He was honest about balancing our expectations with what’s realistic within the time/space and allowing creativity to develop naturally. When I was adamant about taking portraits in Oia, he explained the pros/cons of driving so far from our venue. Vangelis was professional and fun to work with. We really enjoyed getting to know him as we spent the day together.
I appreciated his clear direction to myself, my bridal party and guests. Commanding the attention of 96 guests (& bridal party of 15) on a hectic day is difficult, but his respectful yet direct approach ensured we were efficient with our time and got the photos we wanted. Guests said he was a pleasure to work with and are still raving about the photos. We were happy to receive our photos sooner than expected. Not much editing needed as the images speak for themselves. His art just has that WOW factor. Friends said if they didn’t witness it in person they would think the photos are too good to be real! We couldn't be happier with our choice to have Vangelis be a part of our wedding. Every time we look at our beautiful photos, they will continue to give us the "WOW" feelings we had that very day.

Obviously getting married feels like a huge risk as you put your trust in people you have never met or sometimes never even heard of! We were offered different photographers as part of a wedding package but after doing our research (and thank god we did) we chose Vangelis! His photos, as you can all see, are UNREAL! I honestly do not know where to start, is it by the amazing photos that you will get if you decide on Vangelis as your wedding photographer, or the speed of his service, his amazing responsiveness....or all of them?
Actually ever since our first our call he made me feel at ease and I knew for instance that this guy is on top of his business.
He is a real artist, kind, always in control and has an amazing team!
On your wedding day, he will never loose a minute or miss a moment. You will feel really comfortable with him without any stress!
As our wedding was in Santorini, all I can say is that he knows the island by heart ! Windy , sunny, cloudy, nothing is a problem for him...he always finds a solution and takes you to the best locations.

Vangelis is a true artist and a highly skilled talent in his field. My husband and I chose Vangelis before we had chosen our venue or made any plans for the details of our day - all we knew was this was the man that was supposed to take our pictures. I truly believe that photo's are the most prized part of your wedding because you get to relive the day and the moment every time you look at them. This is why it was so important to us to have such a talented photographer to take photos of us on the island of Corfu, Greece, which we did not know a whole lot about. Vangelis captured the essence of our day and us as a couple and we are forever grateful for the photo's we have. I look at them almost every day haha. Vangelis was incredibly professional, creative and gave great direction to two people that are not so great at taking photos. He was quick with his responses and we even had skype dates set up so that he could get to know us. He is a class act and I could not recommend him more! Just looking at his portfolio you will see for yourself how amazing he is. He is humble and the BEST to work with.

When I saw Vangelis’ shootings for the first time, I knew he would have been my wedding photographer.
Vangelis is probably the best professional I had the pleasure to pose for. The wedding shooting was both funny and energy consuming. We ran up and down for the stairs and the roofs of Imerovigli with my wedding dress and my high heels! But the result was one of a kind!

Vangelis is a personable and professional photographer who managed to capture our special day beautifully and from angles we would never have been able too without him and his assistant.

'Wow!' doesn't even do Vangelis justice, from the moment I saw his work I knew that is the person I wanted to photograph my wedding. I also had my wedding on a Monday instead of a Sunday just so I could have Vangelis as he was booked that day, the best thing I could have done.

Even though it is evident that Vangelis is very busy he managed to get our photos to us in less than 2 months from the wedding and all the pictures were amazing.

Not only is his work amazing but he and his team are a delight to work with. Thank you Vangelis and team it was a pleasure and honour to have you photograph our wedding.

One of the most diffuicult aspects of planning our wedding was finding the right fotographer for the job. My wife and i where looking for top photographers and finally came across Vangelis. His work is stunning and his reputation was enough for us to have him on top of our list. We immediately contacted him to have a discussion and above all to see if he was a right fit for us in terms of what we wanted and also if he felt right. We where excited after our initial talk and we where lucky enough to be able to schedule a meeting since he was near. He is not just a great photographer but also a great person. We booked him at once.
During the whole wedding he made us feel comfortable and guided us so that we could the best results which we did. When we received our photos we couldn't believe the pictures before us. We got more than we expected and everybody that sees our wedding photos is just amazed. Having the best photos to look back at that special day is just priceless!!!!!!

I booked Vangelis for my wedding in Santorini last July! When looking for a photographer, I wanted someone who could capture the beauty of Santorini, since it is the most beautiful place in the world! I also wanted some amazing photos of my husband and I, something we could really be proud of !

Well, he did not let us down! He actually somehow exceeded our expectations! I was ( and still am) blown away by our photos. I literally can't stop looking through them! The colours are so vibrant and the quality is the best I have ever seen in a wedding photographer. He captured so many great moments! He also made me and my husband look amazing and we are the least photogenic couple EVER!!! We are really bad at posing but Vangelis easily got some amazing shots of us !! Our wedding photos look like they could be in a magazine and everyone who sees them tells us so!

Vangelis is definitely expensive but he is well worth the money. You pay for what you get though, so just remember that when looking for a wedding photographer. I am so so so glad we decided to go with him !!!

My husband and I had an anniversary photo session with Vangelis in Santorini in June. The whole experience for us was not only being photographed - we had been brought to several most beautiful spots of the island for photo shooting, and we had the opportunity to witness how a top-class photographer carries out his work. The photos delivered to us are unarguably beautiful - great composition, crispy clear sharpness and naturally boosted color vibrance, etc. What amazed us the most was the way Vangelis framed a shot and his unique perspective in photography. During the photo session, I was standing and posing right next to a Cycladic architecture but I never thought the architecture could be framed so elegantly through Vangelis' camera and from the photo I even got an inspiration on a logo design for beauty and fashion products. Picturesque Santorini provides ideal backdrops for portraits whereas Vangelis' photography works captured the fullest gracefulness of the island!

Vangelis is a very professional, down to earth, and talented photographer. My fiance and I were clueless on what's going to happen during the photo shoot. When planning our wedding, the most important aspect of it was getting the right photographer - and we found him in Vangelis. From our initial query all the way through to the closing moments of our wedding he and his assistant were absolutely fantastic. Maybe the best ''gift'' that we made to ourselve for our wedding.

Since photograps and video are the only ''things'' that someone keeps after the special event of wedding, we are more than pleased with our choise of our photographer.

Don’t hire Vangelis to shoot your wedding! You will spend the next 6 months admiring every detail of the photos for hours day after day. It becomes a sweet addiction, hard to break. Photographers freeze moments; Vangelis doesn’t. He makes them warmer and livelier. He blows into them a breath of life, a spirit of action, a momentum. You can listen to the yes whispering up the altar, hear the choir chanting the sounds of joy, move with every beat on the dance floor, follow the tears when they go down the cheeks on an intimate moment… all that by looking at his photos. And hey! This is not fiction; it happened with us. When we contacted Vangelis to cover our wedding in Lebanon last summer, he did not think twice about it despite the travel warning propaganda. He didn’t regret it by the way. His courage and dedication are exceptional. Always ready to cross the extra mile; He kept shooting from 9am till 3am the next day, never missing a scene, jumping over the fences, and dancing with the crowds. The next morning he was surprisingly full of energy to start the post-wedding photo-shoot under the fiery sun and in the cold breeze of the Lebanese mountains. His virtues of professionalism do not end here. Post-production and photo delivery were made in a timely manner, with respect to the contract deadlines. He was always cooperative to implement our requirements to our utmost satisfaction, and up to his artistic standards. Besides choosing to marry each other, Vangelis is certainly the next best choice in our wedding. His chef-d’oeuvre will always be there for us to revive our memories and transcend our love. Vangelis is not a photographer that we hired one summer ago; not anymore. He became a friend of the family. His sociable attitude allowed him to bond with all the clan members. He passes to visit us when he’s shooting around, and we promised to spend few days in his Santorini piece of heaven. If you’re not up to experiencing all of this, don’t hire Vangelis. Just don’t.

Me and my wife selected Santorini to get married. We are from Brazil and invited a few people to be with us. Since the beginning of weeding plan, the photos was a very important part for me. I asked for the best photographer in Greece and was introduce to Vangelis work. And I love it. I'm a journalist and work with a lot of photographers before, but this man is really amazing. Working with Vangelis over our special day was a positive and excellent experience- we was working non-stop to take the best possible shots of our wedding. If you're looking for an amazing photographer, you MUST choose Vangelis! My husband and I were lucky enough to have done a pre wedding photo shoot in Santorini in May of 2014 as well as our wedding in Aruba in April of 2015. First off, for anyone that's interested in a prewedding photo shoot, you have to look into santorini, it is possibly the most beautiful destination and with vangelis, you're guaranteed stunning photos. He is extremely professional, friendly, he has a great vision for your photos and he loves what he does, it's very evident. After a full day of shooting in santorini, by the end of the day, we already knew we would love to have him photograph our wedding. And thankfully, he was able to fly out to Aruba for our wedding. We had a pre wedding photo shoot in Aruba as well as the ceremony and reception. The photos leaves us with memories of a lifetime. They're gorgeous. Since very first day we have started organizing our wedding on Santorini we were considering if we should have local photographer or bring one from a brought. After discussions with our wedding planner and friends we decided to use service of local photographer since they have more experience with shooting on Santorini. The wedding planner has recommended more than 10 photographers but from the moment we have checked web page of Vangelis Photography we have made our decision. We found Vangelis through Google months before our wedding. From the word go he was quick at responding to our many questions and even Skyped us so that we could talk face to face. On our wedding day he turned up on time and really blended into the background whilst ensuring we were happy with the photos he was taking. We waited around 3 months for our pictures, which was advised when booking (we actually got them a week or so earlier than we expected) and whilst I was very impatient it was worth the wait! Vangelis and his colleague captured our wedding day so beautifully and we now have the difficult choice in deciding which ones to frame! We would recommend to everyone! My husband and I live in California and extended a previously booked trip to Turkey to elope in Santorini 3 months prior to said trip. In terms of planning, we decided that photography was the most important aspect to us and would book a venue (everything is gorgeous and a good photographer will be able to work almost anywhere) and choose a date (only the two of us) after we secured the right photographer. I googled "Santorini wedding photographer" and 20 open tabs later, we agreed that Vangelis's work really stood out. We contacted him, heard back in the next week (he was out of the country for work), and then booked.
Everything after is straight-forward: contract and pricing were transparent, prompt communication, and all smooth sailing (very important to me since I was practically on the other side of the world from where we were getting married).
Vangelis and his assistant were professional, punctual, and were fantastic to work with; that last part is a big deal because we booked them for 8 hours, so it was just the 4 of us roaming around beautiful Oia for a good 4-5 hours. As expected, we adore our photos. 100% credit to Vangelis, they look like they would be right in place in any glossy travel/fashion magazine, and really have a timeless quality to them. I would highly recommend Vangelis to anyone.

Vangelis was our wedding photographer in Santorini for three events and he captured what we wanted for our photos beautifully.

When we were first presented with a selection of photographers by our wedding planner, it did not take us long to choose Vangelis, his work is simply stunning.

I can not recommend Vangelis enough, if you want someone to truly capture your memories don't look any further.

We loved Vangelis' style of photography and were lucky he agreed to shoot our 2 day Hindu wedding in Santorini. He was very professional and extremely pleasant to have around. We received our photos in less than 3 months and absolutely LOVE the final product. He has captured our wedding very beautifully and with a lot of thought. I planned to propose my girlfriend at Santorini, the dream place for both of us. I searched online and asked friends for a reliable and talent photographer to capture the moment that I propose to her. My plan is very customized and it's not only an ordinary photo shooting session.
I plan to have lunch with my girlfriend at an outdoor restaurant, with a spectacular view of the cliff with white houses (the most famous and beautiful scene of Santorini). So I need someone's insight for suggesting a best spot of Santorini so a reservation can be made in advance to secure the seats. After the lunch, waitress/waiter will hand over the dessert menu, which will be a brochure I designed to propose that contains some memories in our 7 years relationship with my girlfriend . When she realizes it, I will be on my knee to propose to her. So I really want to record this moment and possibly a short video.
I need a super responsible and experienced photographer to accomplish this. Fortunately, I found Vangelis. He is super responsible and helped me to find the restaurant. He also gave me a lot of suggestions and tips for the conditions and environment of Santorini. To fulfill my dream, he also found a professional videographer and makeup stylist. I live in California. It's unbelievable to arrange this thousands miles away. But with Vangelis's help, I did it.
At the date, my girlfriend and I arrived at the restaurant. I was a little worried if everything would go well. But I saw Vangelis and his videographer already seated and later he told me they arrived 30min in advance! After we seated, they started taking video and pictures of us secretly, which I didn't expect but super sweet. Then everything went very well and it's just perfect. I proposed to her and she said yes. And all the moments were captured by photos and videos. He is the best!
I highly recommend Vangelis and his team. Your best experience is guaranteed if you choose him.

I have seen Vangelis and his beautiful photos more than one year before our wedding and he was the first thing (also before we fixed the location) what we booked, because I want exactly him for our wedding photos. We getting marry on the beautiful greek island of Paros.

From the very beginning of the process Vangelis was very easy to work with, always available, and very responsive! On the day of the wedding we couldn’t have been happier with our lead photographer! He captured all the pictures we asked of and of course, a lot more! He stay to our wedding till almost the end and take pictures of every important moment. After seeing our first sneak peaks photos for the thank you cards, we knew, this was the best choice we could do!! And then the final photos few days ago, this was like... WOW! he did an amazing job!!

Our wedding day was, as it should be, the most important and beautiful day in our lives and capturing these memorable moments is one way to ensure we can re-live those memories whenever and as long as we want. We’re very grateful that Vangelis was a part of our special day and capturing those moments for us. He is not just a photographer, he is THE photographer!! He is an artist!!!
We can not say enough beautiful words to Vangelis. He and our whole "pro-team" in Paros was just amazing!!

We finally have finished looking through the photos (we couldn’t imagine that there would be such a great number of them!). Thank Vangelis very much, they are so amazing! Honestly speaking, Greece was chosen by us of all the other countries only because of Vangelis! It was one of the few moments in my life, when after having seen his works, I was confident in the final result. I want to say my thank him for giving me helping hand in the most difficult moment, when we had problems with booking the hotel and I was in despair. Vangelis calmed me down with his e-mail of support. It was very important for me.
Starting with correspondence and finishing up photoshoot, everything was mobile, on time, what testifies his professionalism. During the preparation before the photoshoot, kidding with makeup artist, easy-communication were shown to understand that Vangelis are easy-going person without pathos and pomposity. A combination of simplicity and genius approach is rare nowadays.
My husband is quite restrained in his comments and he is in short of praising someone, but after the photoshoot I was listening attitude to his appraising his talent, charisma and a great sense of humor all time.
I think his photos are real masterpieces.
My husband and I are very happy to meet such an extraordinary person. We hope, that meeting was not the last one.

It is considered that a photographer is a third significant person on the wedding after the couple) So when we decided to hold a wedding ceremony and photoshooting in the one of the most romantic place in the world - Santorini, we had spent a lot of time to find the best wedding photographer. We have been looking for him for several months! So, when we saw the photos on Vangelis website, we understood that at last we found him!
Vangelis knows the island very well, our photoshooting was in the different beautiful and romantic places of the island. During photoshooting we felt very comfortable, Vangelis always prompted us what to do or not to do for the best result. And we just trust him and were sure that everything will be perfect!
When we received the photos we were delighted! The photos were so beautiful, touching, romantic, sensual, full of love and life!

Since we come from abroad, we hadn't met Vangelis before our wedding. Nevertheless, we trusted the pictures on his website and were right about it: what you see there is really what you get! Amazing pictures that look as if they were for a fashion magazine! That is what makes him so perfect for the couple and ceremony shoots. Vangelis was the best choice we could have made with a photographer for our wedding last summer. My hubby and I planned our wedding from Dubai and were so lucky to have Vangelis recommended to us as the best photographer in Greece. He was extremely professional the entire time and by the time we met him right before our wedding in Santorini we were certain that we'd made the right decision - he made us feel super comfortable and promised to capture our best moments. We weren't disappointed! Vangelis made sure he captured us in all the lights of the day and afternoon, sometimes asking us to pose for just a few moments longer even when we wanted to run off and enjoy our guests. We are now enjoying 1300+ gorgeous photos and can't decide which ones to frame!

Vangelis knows very well how to frame his photos and bring out the beauty of his subjects, whether they are people or things. When we were planning our wedding nothing was more important to us as to find the right photographer, the pictures should capture the memories of our wedding in the best way. Since we saw Vangelis' work everything else compared to that was just a disappointment. His photos have something special, they look so professional, but at the same time so natural. So we had no doubt, Vangelis was "the chosen one" :) Now, looking at our wedding pictures is like reliving that day!
