Vanessa has a great eye for photos. She was very communicative on what poses to do, which was much needed. My husband and I are very awkward with photos and she made all of our photos look amazing. Also very communicative definitely recommend hiring her. -

Vanessa is AMAZING! We initially booked her because her portfolio had adventurous shots/ locations so we asked her to hike the Great Falls to get our engagement photos! For the actual wedding day, Vanessa and her assistant went way way way beyond expectations. They helped me in my final moments, literally fixing up my curls that had fallen, helping with a veil emergency 5 minutes before walking down the aisle, and many more things. Vanessa is a true professional who will give you her advice and you can trust in following her lead. She is a total sweetheart with a real passion for photography. I cannot sing her praises enough and I recommend her to everyone I know. -

Amazing pictures!
Vanessa and Carolina made our wedding portraits session smooth and easy. They helped us get the pictures that we wanted and knew exactly how to make a great picture. Vanessa was kind enough to take some time out of her busy schedule to meet with us in person when we asked. We have only seen our highlights so far but if they are any indication than every picture is going to look great! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer! -

Vanessa is so amazingly talented and we are so lucky to have her photograph our engagement photos, wedding photos, and bridal shoot! It is really easy to communicate with her and she is very responsive. She is so fun to work with too and will hop on rocks and other dangerous maneuvers to get the perfect shot. She's willing to travel for photo shoots too, which is great. We were worried about not knowing how to pose but Vanessa made it very natural for us and directed us. We cannot express how grateful we are to have been able to work with Vanessa!! -

We won a contest to do an engagement shooting with her about a few months before the wedding and she and her team were so knowledgeable and kind in order to capture me and my husband as we are. We ended up using some of the photos for our guestbook for the wedding! And fast forward to the wedding, we were just amazed by the photos! We had a large group in our wedding party but she took on the challenge and the pictures turned out amazing! There were many different parts to our wedding and she made sure they were beautifully captured. -

Alexis Sent on 09/25/2018Vanessa really is a five star photographer! She has a gift and passion for photography that when combined with her professionalism produce truly stunning photos. Although she had never been to the location of our shoot before, she had thoroughly researched it and knew exactly where and how to pose us to take advantage of the stunning landscape. Her fun personality really helped my husband, who normally hates being in photos, relax and become comfortable in front of the camera. She really made the entire photo shoot relaxed and comfortable, leaving both my husband and I raving about how much fun we had! However, my favorite part by far is her editing style. The photos looked very natural yet the tones she used made them feel even more romantic! I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone and everyone looking for a photographer!

Nicole Sent on 08/21/2019Stunning photos despite the high temperatures at our wedding!!
So so SO happy that we made the decision to go with Vanessa for our engagement shoot and wedding day photos. She is an absolute magician behind the camera and you would NEVER guess that we were absolutely dripping sweat during some of our pictures. Not only that but she was easy to get in touch with, flexible with changes to our photo package, and the turn around time for both photo shoots was shockingly fast. Vanessa was even able to put together a short video for us which was absolutely perfect for our needs. In retrospect, I probably would have foregone the second shooter as we did not get the wider variety of shots (i.e. different locations at the same time) with a second photographer as I had hoped but I am happy with the photos that we did receive. The cherry on top of everything was the gorgeous packaging that Vanessa sent our final pictures/USBs in. Thank you so so much for everything! -

Long story short, I hired Vanessa but ended up having to move my wedding date. She couldn't shoot the wedding herself, but she sent her usual second shooter in her stead and an additional shooter as requested. It helped me so much in the craziness of moving a wedding to have her have someone with a similar artistic vision shoot the wedding, so I didn't have to find another photographer and lose my deposit. Her editing was exactly what I wanted, and I'm a bit of a photography snob since I have experience in photography. Either way, she's amazing and really helped save me from finding another photographer. -

Scarlet Sent on 09/11/2018Vanessa's photos were absolutely stunning. They were more beautiful than I had ever expected. She is a trust artist with a vision. We needed a lot of direction, which she provided. If you want to be goofy, you need to think of some of that yourself because her vision definitely focuses on capturing really stunning, beautiful shots (whereas my husband and I are sometimes TOO goofy!)
I would definitely recommend Vanessa and you should know that your photos will turn out beautiful. -
