Amazing venue for our Rehearsal Dinner

The Pavilion at Vanderbilt Legends Club was the PERFECT venue for our rehearsal dinner! The food was delicious, and the space was perfect for our large group. Logan and her team made sure that every detail was taken care of so that we could enjoy our evening! And the beautiful sunset over the green gave us a spectacular backdrop for photos!

A beautiful Venue!

We recently had our rehearsal dinner in the grille. We were all excited as Legend's is such a beautiful venue! The appetizers and dinner entree's were all outstanding! Just a great experience; and such a wonderful staff to work with.

Watson Wedding Review

Our wedding at Vanderbilt Legends Club was so much better then we could have ever imagined. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the grounds that surround it is perfect for photos. Kayla was so pleasant to work with and made the day go so smoothly. Every question and clarification that we needed she was patient and thorough in every answer. We were worried about weather and Kayla provided many different alternatives to still make our special day perfect. We had multiple people tell us how much they loved the food and all of the servers were professional and helpful. Compared to many other venues in this area the price to rent Vanderbilt Legends Club almost sounds too good to be true, but thankfully it is the real deal!! We were so happy with how everything played out for our wedding day and we would do it all again with Vanderbilt Legends Club.

Outstanding Service

Kayla over at Vanderbilt Legend's Club was outstanding. She was more than helpful and went above and beyond to help our wedding ideas come true. The food was amazing! Everyone loved it. If I had to do it all again, I would, without a doubt, choose Kayla and her team again.

Best Rehearsal Dinner

From the moment we decided to hold our rehearsal dinner at Legends Club, the responsiveness of our event planner was excellent and made my work so much easier. When we went to set up the staff exceeded expectations - happily accommodating every need and helping us locate a few things we forgot. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and all our guests loved the venue.

Fantastic venue for our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner

All of the staff at the Legends were friendly and helpful. The venue is beautiful and the food was wonderful. I planned this event from out of town and Kayla made the process so easy! It was a wonderful and memorable evening and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the Rehearsal Dinner.

Traditional with a touch of elegance

Legends' Grille Room is the perfect venue for a wedding event.

Our son and his bride had a number of uncertainties leading up to their wedding weekend. With about only 10 days of lead-time, Kayla, Philip and their staff did a fabulous job of setting up and executing a lovely rehearsal dinner for our party, as our original venue in Nashville wouldn't commit to holding the event. The staff was very responsive and transparent leading up to the event, and extremely attentive, helpful and thoughtful throughout the event. The Grille Room setting was perfect to capture the sunset lighting, and the food and beverage service was flawless.

Highly reccommend

Incredible experience from day 1 planning our wedding reception to the actual event. We had to make changes to our plans due to covid and they were very accommodating and provided excellent service. I would not hesitate to have another event here! Thanks again!!

We struggled, like most couples, at choosing the perfect venue for our wedding. Once we spoke with JJ at Vanderbilt Legends, we knew that we had located the perfect venue for our event. She was always responsive via email and phone. We never had to wonder about the planning. And she was willing to meet with us as much as we needed to answer any questions. JJ really took the pressure off us and made sure all of our wishes were met. The venue is so beautiful that we had multiple locations for photographs and we didn’t need to decorate much at all. The staff were accessible in the hours leading up to the ceremony to ensure all our needs were met. Also, they were able to transition the room from ceremony to dinner in just a few minutes. Finally, the meal was Superb! Our guests continue to rave about the quality of the dinner options. You will not be disappointed when you choose JJ and her staff and Vanderbilt Legends as your wedding venue.

Loved working with the team at Vanderbilt Legend's Club to make sure every detail of the wedding was sorted out. The scenery with the Franklin hills and beautiful golf course made for great pictures with the bridal party!

I couldn't be happier with the services I received from Vanderbilt Legend's Club for my reception. The whole process of planning was made easier with the help of JJ. She understood my vision, offered suggestions when I had no idea and was always prompt. The staff was always professional and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. My guest raved about how beautiful the facility was and what a good time they had. My reception was truly everything I wanted and imagined thanks to them!

Vanderbilt Legends Club made a great venue for both my ceremony and reception. A lot of the set-up is conducted by the club staff, allowing me to relax on my wedding day.

Gina is a kind, professional event coordinator who was always there to help in the planning process.

I would definitely recommend Vanderbilt Legends Club as a venue for any bride wanting to get married in the Franklin area.

Gina was exceptional in helping us plan a wonderful rehearsal dinner for our son and his bride to be!
She met with us and communicated extremely well with us. Gina answered all of our questions and met our requests and needs in a pleasant and professional manner. All of the staff, from the coordinator to the servers that night made The Rehearsal dinner such a wonderful evening. The food, the environment, the people At Vanderbilt Legends made our evening a wonderful experience. We plan to use the Venue again and look forward to working with Gina again!

Gina at VLC was very helpful and superior in her handling of pre-event planning. The staff were most helpful and did an excellent job of serving our guests the night of our Rehearsal Dinner. The Chef prepared an amazing steak and shrimp skewer plated dinner ---superb in taste and impressive in presentation. Lovely venue!

We were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism that greeted us at the Vanderbilt Legends Club. Our Event Planner, Gina Seales, was very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. She guided us through planning our rehearsal dinner, so her experience and creativity were a very valuable asset. The food was great (we had several comments from our guests after the event, saying how delicious the food tasted), The chef was willing to work with us to accommodate some of our guests with special diet concerns. Mark was assigned to work with us the evening of the event and he was very organized and helpful with maintaining good flow and movement through the buffet. The Staff was very courteous as they served our guests and made them feel comfortable and relaxed. So, all in all....we were EXTREMELY pleased with the level of service and quality of food we received at The Legends. Our hats are off to the entire staff. Thanks Legends, for helping us create a very memorable evening for our family as we celebrated the eve before our son's wedding.

Throughout the planning process, I was telling everyone how great Legends Club was to work with. The first time I visited, I was shocked that everything was ready for a reception, but no one from the wedding party was there...all the set-up was handled by Legends (and it looked amazing!). Everyone was always polite, and there were never any problems with us wanting to come in to look at the venue or measure things. Gina set-up all the decorations for us (table centerpieces/table runners, banners, etc.), and they also set-up our cookie bar. Mark seemed to be in charge of the staff during the event, and I spoke to him on different occasions during the process. He did a great job as well, and was very polite. The food was delicious. We had a private dinner in a back room, and they had everything ready for us when we got there. We have heard compliments from our other vendors as well, saying how great Legends was to work with. Choosing Legends was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and we highly, highly recommend them for your event.

Legends made June 1st absolutely perfect! The decorations were even better than I imagined!

It wasn't just June 1st though that we need to thank you for, it is all the hand holding in between! The coordinator did such a great job responding to every question, taking every call, and most of all making me feel so much better along the way. You were my peace of mind- and reminder to take a deep breath

Vanderbilt Legend's Club is an amazing wedding reception venue! They are very reasonably priced and assist with everything you might need. Gina and Tiffany were a pleasure to work with, the food selection was wonderful and the food was really good! We are still receiving compliments from our guests. I would highly recommend this site to anyone and everyone!!!

I would recommend anybody to VLC, the service is great, Gina and Kim are FANTASTIC, the food at the recepetion was the best! The venue is beautiful and you will have the "wow" effect from everyone attending! I wish that they was more ways to say how happy I was in choosing VLC! I promise you will be more than pleased! They gave me the best night of my life!

I have been saying all along that Vanderbilt Legends Club is the best kept secret in Franklin!! We interviewed a lot of places around the Franklin area before making the decision to have our wedding reception at the Club and it's because of the value and what was included AND the staff. To say nothing of the view from club house...amazing!!! They 'owned' our event...working with us every step of the way to customize our needs and wants. We first met with Gina who listened to our wish list and was able to put every single one of our ideas into action...then Gina, Kim and their whole staff executed it beautifully. The personalized attention we received was way above and beyond any other place we checked out. Our wedding reception included a lot of do-it-yourself components and I was able to hand everything over the day of and walked into the most beautiful reception I've ever attended...and that's not just because I'm the mother of the bride. We continue to hear from family and friends that it was the most stunning venue they'd been too for a wedding reception. Thank you Gina, thank you Kim...thank you Vanderbilt Legends Club for an amazing experience we will never forget...!!

I could not be more pleased with the event hosted by the Legends Club..........the team there was so great to work with and accomodated all of our needs. Kim went above and beyond to make the place look beautiful, the servers were Class A, and the food was delicious. Gina was ontop of all of our catering needs and was super helpful in guiding us on making decisions. I cannot express in words how grateful we are for your amazing job. Kim Stutts was the primary contact during the planning and organization process. She was very informative, helpful, and supportive. During my daughter's wedding reception, the entire staff was extremely courteous and very attentive. This is a positive reflection on Gina Seales, the Events Manager. Many of our "well traveled" guests, commented on the beauty of the club and its wonderful atmosphere. We also received many fine compliments on the dinner, as well. I don't know how the event or service could have been any better!

The Legends Club and it's staff accommodated all our unique needs in a cheerful and eager manner. The chef, kitchen staff, and event staff all went above and beyond our expectations in providing just the party we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased!!

Hands down my favorite wedding venue in the Nashville area. I visited many other venues, but had my heart set on VLC the whole time. It was beautiful, modern, and elegant. I was worried about the weather being too hot, but temperature ended up being perfect for our ceremony in the beautiful outdoor pavilion. Our guests had a great time and loved the food (as many have already mentioned)! JJ worked hard to make our special night a dream come true and made sure everything goes smoothly and as planned. Can't thank the VLC crew enough.

We hosted our son's rehearsal dinner at Vanderbilt Legends Club over Memorial Day weekend this year. We cannot say enough about our wonderful experience there! JJ, the event coordinator, was delightful to work with, and full of great advice and ideas. The room was perfect for our needs, the staff was attentive, efficient and friendly, and everything we asked for they were able to deliver. The food was awesome!!! The beef tenderloin we served was off-the-charts good, the fresh vegetables and side dishes were delicous, and the peanut butter pie was AMAZING! We had so many guests comment that they had never been to a nicer rehearsal dinner, that it was just lovely in every way and they enjoyed themselves so much! We had a fabulous night celebrating with our family and friends, and we would not hesitate to recommend VLC to anyone wanting to host a similar event --- you will NOT be disappointed!! Absolutely first-class in every way!!
P.S. We had a rather large rehearsal dinner, with 85 guests.

The staff at Legend's is simply amazing to work with from every detail of the planning down to the final minute of your reception on the day of your event. The food is absolutely delicious and a great value as well. Legend's puts together a package that is unbeatable by any other wedding venues in the area. Be sure to meet with the staff before booking anywhere else!!

Fantastic Venue! The whole team was very helpful and went above and beyond what I could have imagined. Everyone enjoyed the food and I loved the combination of having both indoor and outdoor space. We had our ceremony on one of the terraces which then switched over to part of the reception area. The quick-change went without a hitch. All of our guests are still telling us how beautiful everything was.

I was a Day-of Wedding Coordinator for a wedding held at Vanderbilt Legends Club. They were phenomenal to work with! From communication, to flexibility, to professionalism, every member of their team was fantastic! They took care of set-up, clean-up, and everything in between. I can't recommend working with this venue enough!

The event manager, Gina Seales, was a gem to work with. She was always so available, approachable and helpful. The staff bent over backwards to get the site ready for the reception. The Legends is unique because if you want to hold an outdoor ceremony in addition to the reception, they have a beautiful pavilion located at the base of the driving range offering plush greenery and beautiful landscaping/views. The pavilion is covered and has ceiling fans which allows one to not stress over the weather for an outdoor ceremony. The reception was held in the club house in the Grille Room and Terrace... all just lovely. The Legends proved to be the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding and reception.

Gina and the staff at Vanderbilt Legends Club were incredibly easy to work with and made every request I had come true without stress. She was open to meeting anytime I wanted to discuss our reception and make changes or just to touch base. She is wonderful!!!

A beautiful and spacious setting for the wedding reception. The weather was gorgeous on this October night so it was nice that guests could go to the outside venues. Everything was handled with professionalism and I knew everything would be set up and handled throughout the night. I highly recommend Vanderbilt Legends Club for special events.

Consider taking a second look. My first impression was that the venue was a little bit masculine --- after all, it is a "golf club." But we trusted the VLC event planner that it would look lovely in the end. And we were not disappointed! Our guests were equally as delighted with the venue. And the food was AMAZING! Although WE didn't have time for a bite and didn't get to taste the food, many of our guests commented that it was the best food they had ever had at a reception. We were so thrilled that everyone loved the ambiance and food. Thank you JJ and VLC for making our evening so special!

The two women we regularly worked with were absolutely fantastic--Gina and Kim. Unfortunately, we booked our venue in the middle of a change in management, and with a change in management came some challenges, but we either gave up on a specific detail we wanted or adapted and tried something entirely new. However, we had a lot of confidence in Gina and Kim to help understand, communicate, and execute our needs when it came time for the event.

The venue space is spot-on: gorgeous, romantic, yet can be dressed up for a formal affair or dressed down for something more casual. It is perfect for the bride who wants something other than a ballroom in a hotel or huge venue. If you want something slightly out of the box, this is a venue to certainly consider.

The food is incredible! There is nothing worse than going to a wedding and the food is so-so; but that wasn't a concern here. We served heavy appetizers and our guests seemed to really love the choices of food we selected and the quality and presentation Legends provided. I would recommend this venue to a friend... or a stranger!

Beautiful location for both ceremony and reception. They provide good food and service. The site coordinator is great with decorating and carrying out your vision.

Gina and Kim were great to work with and were willing to try and accommodate your wants. We only had a couple issues with getting the layout set up, but in the end everything worked out just as planned. The staff did a wonderful job with decorations and service during the event. There were plenty of staff to keep things cleaned up and moving during the reception. We also had numerous compliments on the quality of the food. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful! My only wish would have been for speakers outside for the large amount of guests sitting on the patios during the toasts and announcements. Overall, we had a wonderful experience dealing with the Legends Club.

This was a beautiful location for the reseption. We had such a great time. Kim was amazing setting everything up for us and worked so hard. Her and her team made the place look so good. It is so pretty you don't really need to much direction.

There seems to be inconsistency with the rules. I was told by the event coordinator that I could have our rentals dropped off on Friday, and when it was delivered the food & beverage director turned the rental company away which put my very complicated design very behind on the day of the reception, causing my staff to be very stressed out. I also confirmed with the event coordinator that I would not be using the oversize leather chairs for our event, and had it on our contract, but the day of the event the food & beverage director did not know, and gave my staff a very hard time about it, causing more stress. There were also restrictions that were not communicated until the day of the event (like tables not allowed where I had them diagramed to be, even though I had submitted the diagram ahead of time.) They did not communicate as a staff making an already stressful day, even more stressful.
There were helpful people who did help to make the day successful: Kim Stutts & Gina Seales. The guests were not aware of the chaos, but it was unnecessary and stressful.
