We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to partner with Melissa from Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts for our wedding florals at The Valley Green Inn! The entire process from start to finish was seamless and professional, and our flowers turned out more gorgeous than I could have possibly imagined! Everything was so perfect, I cried when I first held my bridal bouquet on our wedding day.
We initially contacted Melissa only 6 weeks before our wedding (which was pretty last-minute). After chatting on the phone, we sent her some Pinterest boards with more details about our style and vision. Within 24 hours, Melissa sent a very thorough itemized proposal with the exact flowers and items for us to confirm within our wishlist and budget range, such as bouquets, corsages/boutonnieres, the flower girl basket, the ceremony arch, table centerpieces, and wedding cake florals. The whole proposal signing and decision-making process was super smooth and easy.
Something I thought was really unique is that they were able to repurpose our ceremony arch into our sweetheart table decor in order to reduce the cost, as well as repurpose the flowers in a sustainable way. We really didn’t need much additional decor for our wedding because the flowers brought everything to life within the venue space.
On the day of our wedding, Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts delivered and installed all of our floral arrangements before we arrived, taking care of all of those details behind the scenes seamlessly.

Awesome wedding florist
Melissa was great in helping me to come up with a vision for the floral arrangements and decorations for my wedding. We met a few times and she was able to adjust her suggestions to meet my budget. I got many compliments on the flowers. And I absolutely loved the circular altar they set up for the ceremony which was light enough to be moved indoors for the reception.

We worked with Melissa and Valleygreen for our wedding on 10/21/23 and were completely blown away by their work! Melissa was my main point of contact during planning and she was incredibly knowledgeable about what flowers would be best to help make my vision for fall colors come to life! She was extremely patient during this months’ long process, especially when I made changes. She was also a great sounding board when I had questions about color coordination with bridal outfits and for our ceremony arch piece.
On our day, the flowers were absolutely stunning! My bouquet was better than I could have imagined; it was the most striking arrangement I have ever seen! I think it can be really hard to visualize when you are working off of example photos, but the Valleygreen team knocked our ceremony floral design, reception centerpieces, boutonnieres, and bouquets out of the park! Even the greenery and flowers chosen to decorate our signs, memory table, and cake were gorgeous! The visual impact and quality of the flowers and arrangements was an excellent value for the money spent. I received several quotes before picking Valleygreen and many were at least several thousand dollars more. Valleygreen has my full recommendation!. They are exceptionally professional, and Melissa is one of the nicest people to work with! You will not be sorry to choose them! Going into my appointment with Valley Green. I knew what colors I want it, but I was very indecisive. Throughout my appointment Melissa helped narrow down what flowers I would like. From our first phone call, Melissa was extremely helpful and responsive. When other florists I had consults with spent maybe five minutes going over information, Melissa was incredibly detailed. Amazing beautiful flowers!
Entrusting Valleygreen Flowers was one of the best wedding decisions. Melissa nailed it. She delivered exactly what I envisioned. I received so many compliments from the guests about the florals. I was able to get further enjoyment from the arbor garland by hanging it on the photobooth backdrop during the reception, and the guests were able to take the beautiful reception centerpieces home. The flowers were so fresh that they lasted during the ceremony despite the 90 degree F weather. Also, I fell in love with my bouquet which made me feel beautiful on my special day. Valleygreen flowers is also very transparent about the prices, and I was impressed with their level of detail. The contract included the flowers that they planned on using so there were no surprises. Valleygreen flowers was able to transform our wedding into a magical day and I highly recommend reaching out to them for wedding day florals! A Complex Process Made Fun and Easy

Wildflower garden party of my dreams
I worked with Melissa for our wedding in April earlier this year and had an excellent time. I was really impressed with the extent to which they took the time to understand my vision and what I was looking for in terms of florals, from the inquiry form (which allows you to upload inspiration pics, for example) to the follow up phone call (where we reviewed all the info and got into greater detail about what I was looking for, and the specific ins & outs of the venue and where florals would be needed), to all the communication that followed as we finalized all the little details. And they really nailed it!! The florals were exactly as I had imagined, I was so, so pleased. I asked for something that was organic, natural, and colorful, like a wildflower garden party, and they delivered exactly what I had imagined. I was also so impressed with their professionalism - they provided a detailed PDF of what they were providing with a detailed breakdown of pricing, labor, and equipment; worked within my budget and were open and communicative about what that meant (eg when I suggested swapping out some flower choices) but in a nonjudgmental or salesman-y way; and setting up on the day of went without a hitch. I cannot recommend them enough!

I really did not know what I wanted for my flowers and felt a little lost but Melissa at Valleygreen helped me through the whole process. Her quote was so detailed and so beautiful that I was able to visualize exactly what I was getting. A couple months before the wedding I wanted to add on a significant installation and valleygreen handled it beautifully and the staircase at our venue was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Our wedding flowers & decor turned out gorgeous!
Valleygreen came to the rescue when we had to find a wedding florist last minute due to our previous one falling through. We're so glad we found Valleygreen at an otherwise stressful time - Melissa was so kind, responsive, and flexible throughout the planning process, and the end result was BEAUTIFUL! Our bouquets were so lush and gorgeous, and our ceremony decor and centerpieces were cost-effective and elegant. The delivery and setup were seamless - to the point I didn't even get to meet the Valleygreen team! -, and we sincerely thank them for adding such beauty to our wedding day. Absolutely recommended!

Brought our vision to life and executed it flawlessly
For a highly professional, creative, and skilled florist- book with ValleyGreen! Our wedding venue recommended a list of florists but I knew Melissa was a good fit for us from the first email I received back. Unlike other florists in the area, Melissa suggested an in-person consultation at ValleyGreen and made my uncle and I feel like we were her only appointment that day. Other florists immediately denied us for not meeting a $5,000 budget, but Melissa reviewed each individual item with us by size, types of flowers, and price. For example, instead of cutting the size of two large ceremony arrangements, she used her knowledge to make substitutions with less expensive flowers that would achieve the texture and color while staying within our budget. She is personable, savvy and experienced, and I left the appointment with full trust that I got my vision across. Within a few days of our meeting she had built a detailed proposal with the breakdown of each item including a name and picture of each flower that would be used. This was a wonderful resource that we used when planning our other decor elements (see the attached photo). On the day of, the flowers were delivered to our getting-ready spot while the arrangements were set up at the ceremony and the reception. Melissa also placed the flowers on our cake perfectly, and trusting her and her team to set up was a huge stress relief. All of the flowers held up wonderfully throughout the night, and her team collected the vases the following morning. Melissa achieved our vision and executed it flawlessly, and I can’t thank her enough for being so invested in our wedding day!

My Son’s wedding was in May of 2022
We went to Valley Green and dealt with the lovely Melissa. She guided us through the process and provided helpful hints. All the arrangements were lovely. Many guests commented on the flowers. Melissa is friendly, helpful and provided such good ideas. I will use this florist again and I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Valleygreen Florals enough. Fran was an absolute delight to work with. When I told him about my vision he knew exactly what flowers and where they should go. I cannot say enough good things about Valleygreen Florist!! I had my wedding on July 16th, 2021 at the Crystal Tea Room. Fran and Melissa made the this process so easy from the very start. Melissa is very prompt in response and always friendly. Fran is truly unbelievable and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of flowers and floral design to make your wedding dreams come to life! I showed him some ideas on Pinterest and he ran with it and talked me through every single flower and greenery with such detail. I felt so at ease leaving his office and I received a full packet with pictures of every flower, greenery, candles and vases etc. that were going to be used day of. Sure enough every single bouquet, boutonniere, arrangement, and display were exactly as he has promised. I can’t stress enough how perfect my flowers were and how amazing he and his team made my venue look! I would recommended them to anyone and everyone getting married!

I will be the first to admit that I have little to no knowledge of flowers and I was so overwhelmed thinking about how to ask for what I wanted for our special day. I also live in Virginia and was getting married in PA so the distance made me uneasy as well. Fran was so amazing on our phone consultation, he got me excited talking about flowers (who knew) I felt such a relief after talking with him. I had my computer out and he'd tell me the name of a flower and I'd Google it and we just went back and forth like that so I knew exactly what to expect. All of our arrangements were so beautiful and such a compliment to our venue, exactly what I had pictured. I also thought the price was so reasonable, I didn't even bother to call other florists after doing research and seeing what some others were starting their prices at. We also had several changes along the way as some family members had passed or couldn't attend, they were so accommodating up to the big day. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

WONDERFUL customer service!!
Absolutely recommend Valleygreen Flowers! I had no idea what kinds of flowers I wanted, and Fran helped create the perfect designs for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres by talking with me over the phone and letting me look up pictures of flowers while we were talking, just based on my colors and style of my wedding! My whole wedding party was blown away by the beauty of the flowers, and everything was arranged just a few weeks out from my wedding, they couldn't have been more accomodating with my short timeline and budget! A dream maker!
I showed up at my first consultation with Fran with a tight budget, no knowledge of flowers, and just a few inspiration pictures. Fran knew exactly what type of questions to ask & would run back and forth to his refrigerator to grab different types of flowers to show me & explain different arrangements. Fran was the most excitable and helpful florist I met with! It turns out the one type of flower I liked for our arrangements (black & white anemone) was very expensive, very fragile & didn't open well in cold temperatures (we had a February wedding in PA). The other florists tried talking me into Gerber daisies instead which was just not the vibe I was looking for. I gave Fran free creative range & he did a fantastic job. I didn't think I cared about flowers going into my wedding but looking back they were one of my favorite parts! I could not recommend Valleygreen enough!

Beautiful arrangements!
We had an overall really great experience with Fran. He is very kind, very understanding, and has an obvious love of his craft. We felt the meetings with him went very well and we were all completely on board with the plan. The flowers he put on the arch and the sweetheart table were just gorgeous, honestly they came together even better than I imagined. The table sets were complimented by multiple guests, my boutonniere was beautiful, and everything was arranged very tastefully.

Amazing experience, breathtaking flowers!
I've used Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts for multiple floral arrangements in the past, so they were my first stop when planning my wedding - and I knew I didn't have to go anywhere else! Fran was so incredibly helpful when my husband and I met with him. He took the time to sit down with us and really get to know what we were hoping for while patiently providing suggestions and images of numerous flowers to ensure we found something we loved. The day of the wedding, even with the high expectations Fran and his team had set with their past arrangements, I was blown away by how beautiful everything was. From my bridal bouquet to the centerpieces, and the beautiful wreath of greens to hang on the wall, everything was perfect. Not only that, but the flowers lasted for close to two weeks after the wedding before they even looked wilted! I was so incredibly impressed, and would highly recommend to set up time to meet with Fran if you're looking for a florist for any occasion, particularly your wedding!

I can not say enough good things about Fran! He has quite the eye for what he does. Amazing flowers, professional, affordable and friendly
All around amazing experience with Valleygreen. Our family cares a lot about flowers and many members have worked in flower shops. So we knew we had to go with the best without going over budget and Franny at Valleygreen was the perfect choice. So many people commented on how beautiful and natural Valleygreen's flowers were. I have been to dozens of weddings in the past few years and never seen such gorgeous table arrangements. Every single one was taken home by a guest and they survived a long time afterwards. I loved my bouquet so much. I was so fresh and natural and exactly the shape we talked about - an old fashioned cascade. Franny cares about the details, adding stephanotis to honor my grandfather's favorite flower, and arriving early to ensure he understood how the space worked. He is friendly, organized and easy to work with. The site coordinator loved working with him and has already added him to her favorite vendors list. I can't recommend Valleygreen enough.

The flowers in May 2019 for my daughter's wedding were absolutely fabulous. The bridal bouquets were beautifully done with perfect colors for the day. The bride was ecstatic.
The ceremony flowers and table arrangements were stunning. Almost everyone commented on how beautiful they were with several saying they’d never seen such great arrangements. The freshness, the colors, and the flower placements were all perfection. By the end of Sunday morning breakfast at the venue, guests had taken all the flowers!
What an outstanding job from top to bottom. The professionalism, craft and art of your operation delivered a beautiful experience for all of us.

Everyone knows wedding planning can be stressful, I can honestly say that Fran and team made me feel so comfortable throughout the floral part of the process. They were incredibly kind and helpful in making decisions. Fran is SO knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. We only had one meeting and a few emails and everything turned out exactly how I imagined. The price was so reasonable compared to other places I looked, and their team was so genuine. Valley Green Flowers went above and beyond our wildest dreams. From the minute we sat down with Franny, we just felt like we were watching an artist at work. Franny seemed to intuitively know what we wanted - his taste is impeccable, and the flowers were just absolutely breathtaking when we received them. My bride bouquet was magnificent and the smell was incredible. It just seemed to burst with life. My maid of honor, who has been in around 10 or so wedding parties, said they were the best bridesmaid bouquets she's ever had. Our experience with Valley Green Flowers was perhaps the most enjoyable and meaningful of the entire wedding planning experience. From the beginning, Fran showed a genuine interest in my daughter and her fiancee. He suggested flowers to heighten the beauty of their wedding, and we benefited tremendously from his expertise. The flowers themselves were extraordinarily beautiful and fragrant. The man who delivered the flowers to our house and decorated the venue, Chris, was also awesome, and his calm, friendly demeanor took the edge off our nerves. I went to Valleygreen with my mom to get ideas for my wedding. Fran was amazing! He explains the types of flower to me and showed me what they look like so I had an idea what he was talking about. When discussing how I wanted my centerpieces, bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, and the groom, groomsman and father of the groom boutonnieres, he just didn’t talk about ideas he saw my ideas by drawing and getting flowers thrown together to get an idea of what he was suggesting. The passion Fran had for flowers made my mom and me certain we came to the right place. When I walked into my venue and saw everything we talked about, I was so excited and happy with all the flowers. Fran worked within my budget which was the biggest plus.

Valleygreen was amazing! Not knowing much about flowers, we described Fran the style we wanted with a few pictures of bouquets and centerpieces from Pinterest. At our meeting, he provided his insights on what he could do for the season and what would look best together. Our heads were spinning by the end with all the various flower names, but we were confident that Valleygreen had it under control. We were overjoyed walking into the venue and seeing all the amazing centerpieces, ceremony and cake arrangements. My bridal bouquet was perfect and I still keep thinking about how beautiful it was. Fran heard our vision and knocked it out of the park!

Fran and his team at Valleygreen did an absolutely amazing job with the flowers for my wedding! In planning, Fran understood my vision from the start and had many wonderful ideas to add. His feedback was honest and helpful, which I truly appreciated. When it came to the big day, every single detail was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Im not very knowledgeable when it comes to flowers. When it came time for planning flowers the wedding, a relative recommended Fran at Valleygreen and I’m so glad they did. If I could rate higher than 5, I would do it in a heartbeat! Fran was amazing and was so helpful throughout the whole process. I showed him several pictures of bouquets I liked, and he created breathtaking bouquets for my maids and I. The pieces he suggested and created for the mento wear were phenomenal! Fran made the process so easy for us and he really knew his stuff! When changes needed to be made, he was so receptive! We didn’t have to worry about one single thing in terms of flowers for our big day! He took our vision and made it an even better reality! I would and will recommend Valleygreen and Fran to anyone looking for an extremely professional, reliable, budget friendly flourist!! He was the first flourist we met with and no one else could compare to Fran and his knowledge and ideas, he was hands down the best we came across! Fran and the rest of the staff at Valleygreen were amazing from start to finish! Just as they did for my sister's wedding two years ago, they made the process of picking out floral arrangements for our wedding easy and fun. They listened to what I wanted and provided guidance and suggestions for the parts that I was unsure about. They made me a beautiful flower crown that came out just the way I envisioned, and was probably my favorite part of my look for my wedding day!
We are still hearing compliments from our guests who took the gorgeous centerpieces home and said they got to enjoy them for over a week after the wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend Valleygreen to any future brides looking for beautiful and affordable flowers for their wedding day!

Knew exactly what I was looking for in my arrangements. Offers suggestions based on pictures shown. Flexible when it comes to picking flowers that are in season and affordable. Fran was truly wonderful! I had no idea what kind of arrangements I wanted, but I knew I wanted gerbera daisies. Fran took this idea and ran with it! He did a wonderful job and I got so many compliments at the wedding about the beautiful colors and every guest wanted to take home a centerpiece! Not only were they beautiful but the flowers lasted for days without wilting and were very fresh. If you're looking for someone with a passion for flowers then Valleygreen Flowers and Gifts is your place. We loved them.

My daughter and I truly enjoyed working with Fran at Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts. We planned a morning wedding followed by an elegant luncheon and could not have been more pleased. The boutonnières, corsages, bridesmaids bouquets and bridal bouquet were all perfect, delivered to our home early in the morning with wonderful good cheer.
Our reception table centerpieces and several 10'-14" long garlands created to run down the center of long tables were stunning and just what we envisioned. A great experience! Thank you Fran!

Fran and the folks at Valleygreen did an incredible job with all the floral arrangements for our wedding this past June. One meeting was all it took to convey our vision and for Fran to bring that vision to life. My bridal bouquet, bridesmaids flower, boutonnieres, etc. were absolutely gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. They were delivered to the venue and arrived right on time. I cannot say enough about Valley Green. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond what I had originally envisioned. When we talked about budget, Fran gave me the options of what I could do for the bridal bouquets as well as the bridesmaid bouquets and the cost was very reasonable. The delivery service was on time and the flowers were packaged perfectly. I will absolutely be using Valley Green again and I urge you to do the same!

I am the mother of THREE Valley Green brides over the last decade, and obviously they offered something that made us keep coming back. Each wedding had a different vibe and Fran and Melissa, et al were able to realize our vision each time. I can't thank them enough for going over and above each time! This was our last wedding, but VG will continue to be our go to florist for important family events in the future.

Fran and his team did such an absolutely wonderful job on my wedding this past May! They put so much attention to detail into all of my arrangements. I had 2-3 vintage vases on each of my tables and they made them look absolutely stunning. As well as my ceremony site turned out breathtaking! They decorate the aisle and the archway so perfectly, I couldn't have been any happier with how everything looked. It genuinely looked exactly as I had imagined it, maybe even better. I loved every flower arrangement at my wedding, from the bouquets to center pieces. I gave Fran very little direction, just my color scheme and some Pinterest ideas I liked and he went above and beyond. I was apprehensive at first because I am not a big flower person, but I truly feel like I did not waste my money, since I loved everything.

Franny at Valleygreen was the best! One of my uncles recommended Valleygreen to me for my wedding and they did not disappoint. Setting up a consultation was easy and Franny knows his flowers. That's the one thing I really liked about working with Valleygreen - their knowledge. During the consultation, Franny talked about all the various flowers choices and what would look best with what. He also showed us pictures of the flowers he was talking about which was very helpful in visualizing what everything was going to look like. When it came to the day of the wedding (May 6, 2017) my husband and I were thrilled with the final product. Everything was wonderful and we got so many compliments on the bouquets and boutonnieres. I would recommend Franny and Valleygreen to everyone - truly amazing!

We used Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts for our October 2016 wedding. Fran, the owner of the shop was wonderful to work with. He is open to looking at photos that you have saved on your phone but also takes the time to talk you through many suggestions and ideas for flowers that will be in season around your wedding. He has so many previous wedding albums that serve as great examples of his beautiful work. After my first meeting with him I knew we wanted to work with him and I was not disappointed. The flowers that arrived at on our wedding day were 100x better then anything I could have pictured.
Valleygreen provided flowers for our Church Ceremony, Bridal Party bouquets, boutonnieres and flowers for our reception venue center pieces. He is wonderful - do yourself a favor and go meet with him. You will not be disappointed.
He also did my sisters wedding in 2011 - so he has a great track record!

I have had the pleasure of working with Fran at Valleygreen Flowers for both of my daughters weddings. One wedding was in 2014 and the other a few weeks ago. Fran is by far the easiest vendor to work with and the most concerned with making sure he creates his bridal client's vision for their wedding. He created beautiful bouquets, and breathtaking tall centerpieces for the large round tables. He worked with my daughter's candlesticks to create lovely low arrangements on the farm tables as well. He suggested we reuse the pew decorations from the church inside the sail tent and also created swags of flowers and greenery to be attached up high on the large wooden poles around the dance floor. My daughter was interested in a tree trunk cake table. My son in law had hollowed out a large tree that had been taken down on their property. Fran was able to put the pieces of the trunk together and use moss and flowers to decorate the base. It was stunning and exactly what my daughter had envisioned it to look like. Fran decorated a large metal arbor, bicycle basket and tea pots and tea cups for the coffee display. Fran is so passionate about seeing that his customers are happy and he will not disappoint you. I can recommend him and Valleygreen Flowers without hesitation.

My venue recommended this place. We loved it. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He walked us through every detail and worked within our budget. Everything was delivered exactly as we expected and made our day easy with one thing less to worry about. The flowers were all so beautiful.

I decided to look into Valleygreen for our wedding because my husband's company works closely with them. As soon as I met with Fran to go over what I had in mind I was sold. While I had problems with other florists, Fran instantly knew exactly what kind of look and feel I was going for. He offered suggestions that amplified what I envisioned or suggestions on things he thought we could cut. All while making sure I stuck to my budget. When I walked into our reception space I was floored. Valleygreen nailed it. The bouquets were gorgeous, the centerpieces and garlands were stunning, and all the little details were perfect. There were conscious of our budget and our vision through the entire process and they far exceeded what I pictured in my mind. It was so much more perfect than I had hoped it would be. Fran and the Valleygreen Team, you guys are my hero!

Immediately upon meeting Fran, I knew I was in great hands. I had a vision in mind but wasn't able to exactly articulate it. Somehow, Fran got it and the flowers on the day of the wedding exactly matched what I wanted but wasn't able to completely express. Fran made suggestions throughout the whole thing and worked with us even with a very specific budget. He made sure we could meet the budget but pull off what I wanted. I was astounded when I finally saw the flowers. They were simply perfect and I could not have asked for more beautiful arrangements. Fran was so easy and amazing to work with and the company was very accomodating through multiple rounds of estimates. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any floral services needed.
