Tom was amazing to work with. He did a beautiful job on my daughter’s wedding, photos and video. I can’t thank Tom enough we had some medical issues and Tom worked on are their video and photos very quickly so all are family got to see them .

Thom and Bev are very professional, and were extremely accommodating with any requests that we had. Our pictures came out beautiful and we are extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding in New England.

Valentino Photography provided exceptional photography services, both for our wedding and our engagement photo session. Bev, Thom, and Ryan are all fantastic, and great to work with. I am so happy we chose them as our photographers. Our engagement photos were just absolutely beautiful, and we cannot wait to see our wedding photos! On our wedding day just a couple weeks ago, Bev did a great job keeping everyone on time, which I was so thankful for. I would recommend Valentino to anyone in a heartbeat. My husband and I absolutely loved Valentino Photography. We worked with Bev, Thom, and Ryan for our Engagement Session and Wedding. They were always very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive. All of our pictures were beautiful and it was very difficult to choose which ones to use for our album. We are more than happy we chose Valentino's for our photographer and highly recommend them for anyone.

I found Valentino photography at a bridal show. I immediately fell in love with their style of photography. I scheduled an appointment right away, I knew they were the ones I wanted to capture my wedding. I met with Thom and Bev. They are such wonderful people to work with. Bev did our engagement pictures and was very accommodating on any location we wanted. Our wedding was photographed by Kim and Bev. Again, they were so wonderful and amazing to work with. Even with the last minute family pictures. Love that they keep you on schedule. Thank you so much Valentino Photography. We can't wait to see the pictures.

Valentino photography was amazing. They were with us all day long and were very professional. We worked with them over our 2 year engagement, and they took our engagement pictures on two different occasions. They even photographed our 100 pound German Shepard. Tom, Kim, and Bev are all amazing! Great work!

From the first time we met with Bev and saw their pictures we knew Valentino Photography was the one for our wedding. No matter what time of the day I would email with a question, I would always get a response quickly! On the day of our wedding our photographers were extremely professional, and patient (as some of our guests were a little wild!). As for the actual pictures they came out AWESOME, almost making it difficult to choose the best ones for our album!
Friends and family will give you advice before the wedding to make sure your photographer does this or takes pictures of that, as they missed out on these things at their own wedding, but be rest assured that if you use Valentino Photography you have absolutely nothing to worry about! We are extremely thankful that they did such an amazing job capturing our wedding day! We would highly recommend them to anyone

Everyone from Valentino Photography was such a pleasure to deal with on my daughter's wedding day. They arrived at our house right on time, did a wonderful job setting up photos as well as at our house and then at Roger Williams Park in Providence where the ceremony and reception took place. They even accommodated a special request that the father of the bride had for pictures with his classic automobile. They never made us feel like any request we had was a burden. I cannot wait to see all the great pictures that I am sure they took. They were so absolutely thorough with their picturetaking that I am sure we will have a beautiful remembrance of the special day.

Bev shot our engagement photos and our wedding. Both were wonderful experiences. One the day that we were schedule to shoot our engagement photos, the weather was not ideal and Bev was extremely accommodating and immediately rescheduled to shoot to a better day. My husband and I had never had professional photos done before and Bev did an amazing job at making us feel comfortable and captured wonderful pictures. One the day of the wedding, Bev was accompanied by a second shooter who was also very polite and professional and made myself, my husband and our wedding party feel comfortable. We got married in March and less than a month later have already received our proofs. The pictures have come out better than we could ever imagined! Not only were Bev and the second shooter talented artists, they are personable and really work with you to get the perfect shot. When planning a wedding you always hear stories of people that have unprofessional or inexperienced shooters at their wedding, you will not run into this problem with Valentino Photography! Not only were we my husband and I impressed by their work, they are also affordable as well which is an added bonus!

I worked with Thom, Bev and an assistant on my wedding day. The assistant accompanied Thom & Bev as Thom had to leave the wedding earlier so I was glad that they had planned accordingly to have the 2nd photographer. They all did incredible work and the value for the $$ that you spend is definitely great. I had a list of must-have photos and they met that list and of course exceeded it. They also did our engagement shoot in beavertail and even though the weather could have been more co-operable (it was cloudy and drizzly, and first shoot we had to cancel because of hurricane irene) the photos came out gorgeous and we used them for our save-the-date magnets. As promised, our wedding photo proofs came in within the 4-6 weeks that we were told, and we had gotten a few images early in order to do thank you notes with a photo. incredible work, i would highly recommend them.

We hired Valentino based on what we saw at the bridal expos and we were not disappointed. Bev & Thom were great throught out the whole process and would answer anything we had questions with and they were very through to make sure we understood everything. They have a traditional style along with some creativity that made our pictures great. We couldn't have been happier with the quality and professionalism that Thom, Bev, and Kim gave to us. Even on our wedding day, Thom who had just had surgery on his knee, came to shoot some of our wedding photos. We couldn't believe it and how appreciative we were that he did that.

My wife and I hired Valentino to photograph our wedding. First I will say that Thom and Bev (the owners) are two of the most friendliest, professional and outgoing people I have ever met! We initially met them at one of the wedding expo's my then wife to be and myself attended. Right off the bat their personalities impressed me. So much so that we set up a consultation immediately.

After our consult and viewing their work, we hired them on the spot. As part of our package we received a free engagement shoot. This was our first opportunity to work with them and see them in action. Again, we were very impressed. Friendly yet professional but joking and making us laugh. When we received our proofs for the shoot we were just so impressed we knew we made the right decision. Now keep in mind that we met quite a few photographers at the expos we attended, but not one of them caught our attention like Valentino did. Also as part of our package we used our engagement shoot photos to use in our guest sign in book at our wedding. Again, excellent product.

Our wedding day arrived and they arrived a little early. We had Bev and one of her assistants. His name escapes me but he had such a great personality. Constantly making us laugh, personable and knew his stuff. With so many things going into planning a wedding, Valentino made our photography part of it stress free.

They are very, very good with communicating with their clients after the wedding as well. They were very helpful in assisting us with finalizing our album and wedding portrait. Now my wife and I were married back in September '09. This past XMas my wife wanted to use photo from our wedding to give to her parents as part of a gift. My wife emailed them and returned her email very promptly and emailed the photo to her. Over 2 years after our wedding. That's just the the kind of people they are, and quite honestly you can't find too many businesses that will treat clients like that so long after they did their job for you. Plus they will refer you to other wedding associated businesses they work with to help you get the most value for your needs.

Their work is second to none, their courteous and professional service combined with their genuine personalities make Valentino a must hire as far as I am concerned!

I have had the pleasure of working with the entire Valentino family, and they were all so wonderful to work with! Thom and Bev did our engagement photos and Thom, Kim, and Tommy, photographed our wedding day. Valentino photography did a beautiful job on both occasions. They are all talented, polite, and fun to work with. We really enjoyed our experience with them! Valentino captured every special moment, including all the little details at the wedding reception, giving life to those inanimate objects as well! We have an abundant of photos to choose from in various locations with very different backdrops. They are all different from each other and special in their own way. The turnaround time for delivery of our proofs was fast, and the packages they offer are all good buys and priced affordably.
I would recommend Valentino Photography to any Bride, and I would definitely use them in the future for family and children photos!

Valentino Photography does amazing work, they are great to work with and extremely flexible. They arrived early to make sure our special day was perfect. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. The pricing was very reasonable. I went to many expos and they surpassed the rest.

I attended a wedding show and that's where I first saw Thom Valentino's art. It's not photos of his work, it's art! He and his team did such an amazing job on the day of my wedding and the results of their work were AMAZING!! I am very pleased with the professionalism and is always available for you either by phone or email. The one thing you should always remember is don't be cheap or cut cost on photography for one of the most important days of your life. The final albums and photos were worth the money. I always say " You get what you pay for"! I am keeping them in my address book for future events, family portraits, christenings, etc.

Four months later my guest are still talking about the photobooth! I highly recommend it for any bride and groom. It was so much fun and I was happy to be the first guest to try it out!

We just got married this past fall and Thom did a fantastic job !! They were so nice and made everyone very comfortable :) .they took the most beautiful pictures that I will cherish forever . I was more than 100% satisfied with Valentino photography. They continued to be a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond for us. I really appreciated how sympathetic they were that my now husband is in the military and if we the date changed. Luckily that did not happen but they offered to include that in my contract with them.
Valentino photography repeatedly wanted to make sure we were happy with everything and always asked for our input. Out of all my vendors for the wedding, by far Valentino was my favorite and the one I was most pleased with.
The thing that sold us to go with Valentino photography, besides the beautiful albums and photos, was how passionate Thom was about photography. He really seems to enjoy what he does which makes a difference in the quality of work.

My album is AMAZING, all my photos are great! It is totally worth the money to go with Valentino photography.

We had Thom take our engagement photos as well as our wedding pictures and we couldn't of been happier. Neither my husband or I like to be in front of a camera, but with Thom it never felt like just smiling for another picture it was very comfortable and enjoyable! There were some pictures taken that we thought were little moments that no one else saw but Thom saw them and captured beautiful pictures! Our guests didn't know he was there throughout the day and night. He helped to make me feel like a princess that day and made it just plain FUN! There are so many ways to do the albums out there and yet ours is everything we would of dreamed of. It took my husband and I awhile and Thom just waited and offered advice and in the end it is the most elegant album that we have ever seen. We're actually looking forward to Thom being a part of our lives forever as we being our family. Thank you Thom!!

From the first meeting with Thom Valentino thru the finished product was absolutley amazing. He does amazing work and is very easy to work with. Our wedding was a dream come true and we are so thankful that we had Thom there to capture the day. Thom and Kim were absolutely incredible! With an eye for detail, the photos are absolutely priceless.

We had an overcast wedding by the ocean. Looking at the photos, you would never know the sky was covered with clouds. They were perfect!!

We are so happy with Thom, Kim and Bev for the wonderful moments they captured on film. We recommend them to anyone who is serious about having top notch photos.

Thom and his team are very professional and wonderful to have around on such a busy day. I loved working with Thom! He was recommended to us by a close friend that had used him for her wedding. I had seen his worked and very much loved it, he is currently working on our album and I'm so anxious to see it, I'm sure it will be incredible! He was always fun and professional to work with and let us customize a package that fit our needs. He was great!

Valentino Photography has been fantastic! To start with, the package we chose came with an engagement shoot. Kim and Thom worked at learning about our style and it made us feel so much more at ease when the big day finally came. They have so many fun and different ideas for pictures and poses, but they also caught the most memorable moments when you aren't posing. I was so excited when I learned that we would be getting two photographers at our engagement shoot and our wedding. They really didn't miss a thing, and it made for so many fantastic pictures taken at different angles and perspectives.
I couldn't believe the package offer for the value, and I admit I was a bit skeptical until we viewed our engagement pictures and I was floored. The quality and volume of the pictures that Kim and Thom took were so beautiful, they made us look so comfortable and natural in front of the camera (a challenge I assure you!) I couldn't wait until our wedding day. Kim and Bev called me multiple times in the weeks leading up to the wedding to confirm our agenda. They just go the extra mile and reconfirm everything with you to let you know you are in good hands. Every smile, every tear, and every special moment was captured. At our reception I had even forgotten that they were they, but they still managed to take hundreds of beautiful candid shots. Every single proof of our wedding was perfect, I struggled to choose which ones to leave behind.
I loved how our engagement and wedding pictures came out so much that I couldn't wait to book a "trash the dress" shoot after our honeymoon. Kim and Bev did a fantastic job, and it was so much fun. My husband and I cannot wait until we have a family, I know for sure that we will be calling Valentino for family portraits. Our wedding was a once in a lifetime experience and I feel so lucky to have found this team for my day. If you choose to work with them, your expectations will be exceeded.

I am very happy with the pictures taken, and my album is absolutley beautiful. Valentino Photography is very professional , provided me with everything i wanted and asked for. Very happy with my choice.

Valentino did our wedding and engagement photos. My mom and friends raved about the results. They were the only photographer I could find with the most reasonable pricing that offered both 2 photographers and 8-9 hours of coverage which I wanted. There were so many good shots it was hard to just pick the 300 from our package and I like that the family albums can be personalized. One of my friends had used Valentino years ago for her wedding and loved them. We felt very comfortable taking pictures with them, and they will listen to you and what you want

The team at Valentino were great! I cannot thank Bev enough for making sure we got all the photos we wanted on that day! We used them also for our engagement photos and Thom and Bev made the process so easy! It was hard to choose our favorites!

I really enjoyed working with Valentino Photography! Compared to other photographers I reviewed, their prices seemed very fair and I was impressed with the quality of their work. They were courteous and professional and I was extremely pleased with the way both our engagement and wedding photos came out! I have highly recommended them to other friends who are getting married. Several people at the wedding commented on how great the photo team was.

!!Horrible!!

When we first met with Thom and Bev they seemed amazing, accommodating and professional. I was excited and hired them. Their work was incredible. Our wedding was scheduled for 2020, Covid happened and we post pond the wedding. They seemed accommodating and had our new date available. We meet with them for our engagement pictures and it went downhill from that point. Our pictures were horrible; they were unorganized and arguing with each other making it very uncomfortable. We decided it was too close to the wedding and to keep them as we had already paid them the full amount and we would lose our money. I meet with Bev to discuss my plans for the wedding. She argued and disagreed with every idea I had. I did not want a first look with my husband even though it is a “time saver” I wanted that moment down the aisle to be special. She disagreed with me trying to convince me for 15 minutes to change my mind. I politely refused. I then told her it was important I do a first look with my father. She did not like that idea at all. She said it was ridiculous to do a first look with my father and not my soon to be husband. She also did not like the idea I was not doing any wedding traditions like cake cutting flower or garter toss. She said “what are we supposed to take pictures of just dancing for hours” I said yes! I want candid pictures of our guests having fun, talking to each other dancing laughing and having fun.
When the wedding day arrived I wanted to be in the moment and enjoy it, Take it all in. Everything was going great until Thom showed up. He came in like a whirlwind so much negative energy! The entire wedding staff (Hairdressers and makeup artists, bridal party immediately tensed up and expressed how uncomfortable they were making them feel). Bev didn’t even show up the day of my wedding. I had hired two photographers. I was told she was “sick”. Later I found out she took another gig (in our initial meeting they said they do not double book). Thom tossed my dress on the makeup artist table. Thank Goodness my bridesmaid and mother saw and rescued my dress immediately and told him to be careful with it. I had to tell Thom to send the other photographer to take pictures of my husband getting ready. They were sitting on the couch talking. We only received a handful of decent pictures! They took horrible side angle pictures. I told them I did not like the side view for pictures and they still took 75% of the pictures that way. I had to keep telling them what to do and who to take pictures of! I was directing family and friends and organizing who was on deck for pictures! They stood around clueless! During our reception I really wanted sunset pictures. They pulled us outside to capture the moment, but Thom had dropped the camera in the parking lot and could not get it to work. While his helper just stood and smoked. After 10 minutes of missing our time to eat I suggested to use the second shooters camera so we could get back inside. We also wanted to take back light pictures with our venue in the background. They set it up so the parking lot was in the background of all our backlight pictures. They then asked if they could leave our reception early as people were only dancing and nothing else was going on. At this point I was aggravated and said fine.
We did not get our proofs back until December. Our wedding was in the beginning of September! I had to constantly call to ask what is going on with our albums or prints. Thom was extremely rude! I had tried to contact Bev who was the person I originally had the most contact with. She told me she and Thom were getting divorced and she no longer had anything to do with the company. Thom yelled at me several times stating that we were drunk during our ceremony. That was a complete lie as we didn’t drink until the reception. He was the one drunk! He was stumbling dropped his camera several times and was very rude to myself, my husband and our guests. We did not get our albums that we had paid for until the end October 2022! Our wedding was September 2021. I was promised to receive my pictures in a timely manner. When I told him how disappointed I was he began to yell at me saying he’s doing it by himself and it has not been a year since our wedding and I was being ridiculous! I think I know when our wedding date was! This was a few of the issues we dealt with, They did a lot more rude and unprofessional things! DO NOT HIRE THEM! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I do not understand how their current ratings are so high

Not only did they have horrible communication, but when there was contact it was so unprofessional that it seemed like some type of scan.
Day of, they did not take any of the pictures I had requested. They were rude to the guests, and overall made people uncomfortable.
Now I cant even get my photos, the website they say they have is unavailable. Page cant even be found.
Ridiculous, do not go with them.
