My daughter had a party at Valencia on Cross Lake. This place is very nice and spacious for the amount of guests we had. The food was excellent and the decor was beautiful. The staff provided great service and they wede very helpful. ALL MY of DESIRES FOR THIS PARTY WERE FULFILLED. I will recommend Valencia on Cross Lake to anyone. Thanks to everyone who helped me with this party. It is something that my daughter and I will never forget.

Freda Sent on 07/25/2018I would highly recommend Valencia on Crosslake to have your wedding and reception. Everything was beautiful. The decorations inside and out was everything I envisioned. The food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely have another event there.

Temper Sent on 07/15/2018The Valencia made my wedding even bigger and better than my dreams! I showed up with a color scheme and half of a theme, Mrs. Cynthia and her team took my jumbled ideas and turned them into a masterpiece! Outside of her wonderful decorations, the building with a view of the lake alone make this an ideal events location. To top it all off the food was AMAZONG!!! We had pasta with red pepper and chicken, fried fish, jambalaya and string beans; I cleaned my plate! Everyone enjoyed the food so much that I didn’t have to worry about being bothered for a picture or congratulations during dinner, because my guest were too busy eating LOL. Thank you Mrs. Cynthia and staff for taking my simple ideas and turning them into a dream!

The Baylor's Baby Bash was a complete success all because of the professionalism of Mrs. Cynthia, the owner, and her team. They provided SUPERIOR customer service due to the fact they were very accommodating to the needs and requests we made. I was overjoyed with how they were able to take my vision and make it come to life!!! We received many, many compliments on the details of the event, including how everything looks like a wedding reception!!! Because of their professionalism and commitment to the HIGHEST LEVEL of customer’s satisfaction, we will be booking with Valencia on Cross Lake for many more memorable life events. We appreciate you all making us, the customer, a priority and serving us with a true SPIRIT of EXCELLENCE!!!!

Crystal Sent on 06/06/2018I had a Kate Spade theme event a few days ago at Valencia Cross Lake. Everything was absolutely beautiful to say the least. Mrs. Cynthia and her staff went above and beyond to be sure my vision came to life! I arrived at the venue early and EVERYTHING was already done and in place. All my guest and I had to do was enjoy ourselves. The food was served fresh and hot and everything was just as it was stated that it would be. If you’re looking for an event space with a beautiful view, professional service, and reasonable prices then this is definitely the place for you. I will be booking this venue in the future for ALL of my events. I can’t thank her staff enough for their friendly service and attention to detail.

Shannie Sent on 08/10/2014Valencia on Cross Lake, I thank you all for making me and Jeremy's wedding such a success. It was breathtakingly beautiful!! The scenery was absolutely amazing!! We could not have picked a more perfect place. The staff did a wonderful job. The food was DELICIOUS!! Special shot out to Kendra for having patience with me, you did a great job..I know that I'm difficult. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOUR VENUE AND SERVICES!!! -
Rachel Sent on 07/21/2018The venue was pretty with the lakefront view, but there were a lot of issues with this venue and staff. The coordinator of the venue (Kendra), who gets confused with Cynthia, is not professional. During the months leading up to our wedding, she made it seem like they were going to take care of everything, but they were very difficult to work with. She did not provide details, unless you asked about them. For instance, they said they could play a CD while people ate; however, she did not mention that there were no speakers in the back room. She acted as if they could handle a large crowd and said that they could fit 150 in the building. Luckily, less showed up because there was no possible way there was room for tables to seat 150 people. She never set up a time for us to try the food until we bothered her about it. The food was good during tasting, but wasn’t the food we were going to be served. Day of the wedding the food was okay, but was cold. Everytime we tried to meet up to discuss important details, she acted kind of rude and as if we were inconveniencing her. She always talked about Cynthia, but we never met her and all the emails were signed by Cynthia. It was very confusing. They said we couldn’t put up command strips, but the walls were awful and had tons of holes in it anyways. She said we were not allowed to use the pier because it was not theirs, but yet it was on their property. The parking lot was super small. We had to pay extra money to shuttle the guests from a different location. She kept telling us the parking was not a problem, but I’m so thankful that we paid for a shuttle service. The foundation of the property is poorly kept up with. There was this huge hole under the building that should really be taken care of. Another thing that Kendra said she would do was put up more lights outside but she didn’t. Additionally, half of lights on tree didn’t work. Overall, our wedding turned out beautiful and everything went well the day of.
