We worked with ValCinema on our wedding day back in March. Leading up to the wedding, our operations manager Sarah was communicative and answered any questions we had as we planned for the big day. Our videographer, Clayton, was professional, efficient, and captured the wedding beautifully. We are so pleased with the way our videos turned out (we opted for a highlight video and a full video of the ceremony); they are just beautiful and capture the day so well! ValCinema also provided us with copies of all of the raw footage from the day, which has been so fun to go through. There are so many moments we either forgot about or didn’t see that we now have on film and can cherish forever. We can’t thank ValCinema enough for so beautifully and thoroughly documenting our wedding! -

Our experience with ValCinema was so smooth. From the initial conversations to pick the right package for our special day, to speaking with Carol to make sure that all of the details were ready for the big day, to meeting our videographer on our wedding day. My husband and I loved using ValCinema for our wedding. We hired them for video and wished we hired them for photos as well, but we unfortunately already hired someone. Our videographer, Jimmy, was fantastic. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He immediately came in and asked for things for the detailed shots. He even helped the men with their boutonnieres and with communication with the different groups. He captured things our photographer didn't. I really loved getting the raw footage because he captured little moments that we now get to cherish forever. We also got the ceremony package and hired them for 5 hours. We actually added an hour on the day of our wedding. The manager Carol, was extremely helpful. We didn't have a wedding planner and she helped us come up with a timeline for our wedding. The communication between the entire team was great and we always got a quick response. The editing team also did an amazing job on our ceremony video and our 2-minute highlighted video, it was absolutely beautiful. The quality of the video was great and they aren't overly expensive. We love our videos so much that we put them in a motion book so we can watch them whenever we want. We will never forget all the amazing moments on our wedding day, thanks to the team at ValCinema! -

Val Cinema was absolutely wonderful to work with! A review cannot put into words my happiness throughout the entire process of working with them. I had no obstacles or road bumps to deal with and as we know... one less obstacle during wedding planning is wonderful!!
The initial call went wonderfully. I felt listened to and they have SOOOO many options. They're flexible with their options and they are totally willing to do what they can to help meet your needs and desires. After that, they were constantly available for emails and kept in contact frequently. As our wedding got closer, the organization and communication was wonderful, which definitely helped put me at ease. I was making changes up right up until my wedding and they continued to remain flexible and accommodating.
I want to emphasize that you need not to worry about who your photographer and videographer will be. While they pick who to send to you, I would highly recommend trusting them. Our photographer and videographer were hilarious, accommodating, professional and overall enjoyable to have around. I can't say enough positive things about Val Cinema. Give them a shot!!! -

I am so pleased with our experience - the ValCinema crew asked the right questions to ensure we got our priority shots and throughout the process leading up to the wedding we’re super easy to work with. On the day of, the team made sure that we were efficient with our time which was big for us.
When I got the final product (photo + video) I was blown away. The quality was top notch and my husband and I cannot wait to convert our photos into an album! Can’t speak highly enough about the experience and the product quality- 10/10!! -

The entire team at ValCinema was a dream to work with! From our first contact with them, to the wedding day on 11/5/22, and delivery day for our videos, the process couldn’t have been easier or more smooth and stress free. They communicated all details and information to us promptly and clearly, and the day of our wedding the videographer made both of us feel so comfortable! The videographer got everything we had requested and the final videos were absolutely stunning. We are so happy with the edits we received, and all of the raw footage they sent included in the package we bought! The videographer was also the perfect amount of funny, serious, professional, and helpful! The videographer showed up on time, communicated with us and our wedding planner perfectly throughout the day, and gave us a “heads up/last chance” before heading out for the night to make sure we had all the footage we could ask for! I could not have picked a better company to work with for our wedding day. We recieved our footage and edits exactly within the time frame stated, and on the earlier end of it! I can’t wait to have the chance to show our kids and grandkids the footage of us years down the road. The emotion and reactions the videographer captured was absolutely breathtaking. My wedding was in back in October of 2022 and I truly have no complaints whatsoever about the ValCinema team. It was so easy to work with them and they were one of the few things I did NOT have to stress about. They showed up on time, they did an amazing job, the staff was friendly and the video was beautiful 💗 they were very proactive leading up to the wedding and walked us the through what needed to get done, and were available whenever we had questions. 10/10 would recommend to any bride! -

We loved getting to work with ValCinema because it made it so easy to plan and personalize your wedding without all the stress. For us having the wedding close to our home town but far away from our current living ValCinema was perfect for traveling and meeting over the phone. We hired Valcinema as our wedding photography through the advice of our wedding planner. Carol was thorough and very responsive with any questions we had. She made sure of any do’s and don’ts that my husband and I may have had. Peter was our day of videographer and super cool dude to work with. My husband and I weren’t totally camera shy, but something we’ve never done before and Peter made sure we were very comfortable throughout the day. They produced a beautiful video that I can’t wait to share with my family many years to come. -

LOVE our wedding video so much. We were so hesitant to spend money on video but I'm so glad we did. ValCinema was great. We hardly noticed our videographer the day of and yet he captured everything in such a beautiful way. Pricing was reasonable and competitive, they were really responsive via email, and I feel like we got a lot for what we paid. My ONLY complaint, and it's not really a complaint, is that it took a few weeks to get ANYTHING back. I would have loved some sort of video teaser in the week following the wedding, as I know a lot of friends have gotten. I'm pretty sure that's an option if you pay for it.... we went with a pretty basic package! Again.... obsessed with the quality of our video and the people at ValCinema were a pleasure to work with. -

Honestly can't say enough great things! If you are like me and are hesitant if you want a videographer, this is your sign to book them! I had been against a videographer throughout my entire planning process, in an effort to save money and I knew we'd have our photos. However, literally a month before our wedding, I came to the realization that it was really important to us to have our day captured, not only for us, but to share with family that couldn't be there.
This is when I reached out to ValCinema, a month before our wedding. I spoke with Shawn, the owner, and he was super personable, and assured me they would have a videographer available. I felt really comfortable after that phone call, and while I knew we needed to make a quick decision, we didn't want to make a rash decision, so I even checked with my wedding planner and she felt they would be a great choice too!
We felt they were reasonably priced, and I really appreciated that we were able to add on separately, a ceremony video, despite it not being included in the package we chose. Therefore, we were able to get exactly what we wanted, without breaking our bank! All of their packages also automatically include all raw footage, and while you might think you don't need that or want it, we went through ours and realized now we have our full first dance, toasts, some really funny moments caught, and so much more that we can look back on that aren't captured in a 4-6 minute highlight!
Both our videos, the highlight and ceremony turned out beautifully! We really feel our highlight film captured our day perfectly, from the moments they included to the song we let them choose! And they got them back to us just shy of two months, which was a really nice surprise, as they told us it could take up to 3!
I should add that everyone we talked to was great to work with, and Paul our videographer was wonderful! It can be a little nerve racking not meeting or knowing your videographer beforehand, but I honestly never really had that worry, between phone calls, emails, and questionnaires, we felt confident in their services.
I am so thankful we changed our minds! It's so worth it if you are on the fence, as now we have these moments to look back on years down the road and to share with others! I hope this review helps you, especially if you are debating on whether or not to have a videographer at all!! -

Excellent service and products
I hired ValCinema for my September, 2021 wedding. The price was right and the quality looked solid when looking through their portfolio. I also liked that I didn't need to hire both a photographer and videographer -- I wanted to minimize the number of vendors I worked with. The planning process was pretty seamless, filling out some forms and going over the schedule with my coordinator and me.
I reached out a few weeks before my wedding to ask who my photographers and videographer would be, since they aren't finalized until around then. I had 2/3 people assigned, and the owner called me a few days before my wedding to inform me that the assistant photographer had to drop out and they didn't have a replacement. He assured me that with my schedule (only one venue for the whole day) and the two people they had assigned, I would be just fine with one photographer. The videographer and photographer had worked together before and had been with the company for some time. Of course, they refunded me for the assistant and comped me an upgrade (more hours, I think I picked). This close to the event, I didn't have much choice.
The duo (Joaquin & Jee) worked well together and were very professional on the day of the wedding. They kept us at ease and captured everything we requested. We got our pictures back a bit early, and the videos back right on schedule. They turned out great. I am happy with the quality and quantity. Now I don't like certain aspects of some pictures (my hair or the background, for example), but I'm sure some editing magic could fix those things if I needed.
Overall, I am quite happy with how this went. One caveat: ValCinema contracts out the photographers and videographers. Meaning, you might get brand new people or people who haven't worked together before. Or you might be like me and find out a few days before your wedding that they never secured someone you paid for. If I were to do it over again, I would spend more time interviewing photographers and videographers individually and following referrals to find people who have worked together before. I do think I had a bit of luck that everything went well for me in the end. -

We were deciding on multiple videograhers for our wedding in Lancaster, PA but after talking to Shawn we were sold! He took the time to speak to me on the phone discussing all of the differences in the package options (ie difference between raw footage vs edited ceremony video) as well as explaining in detail how they hire their videographers and what to expect leading up to my wedding day. After having some regards concerning the price range, he worked with his team to make sure we could get everything we wanted in the price range we were hoping for. He genuinely seemed so happy and eager to work our wedding and I appreciated his enthusiasm! -

We spoke with the owner of the company, our videographer specifically as well as Carol who was our details point of contact. They were excellent in working with us through Covid date changes, venue changes, etc. and were by far so friendly and flexible. Our videographer, Matthew, was absolutely fantastic. Professional, sociable, literally everyone in the bridal party loved him. He was so kind and considerate of everything we asked, and he got some really great shots. I found ValCinema while doing a basic videographer search online, hoping to find someone that was in a more affordable price range than the previous quotes we had received. Videography wasn't originally something we had budgeted for, but after looking over ValCinema's portfolio and speaking with Shawn, they offered a great price for great work. Their whole team were always friendly, quick to respond, and offered many different options to suit our needs.
When we signed the initial contract, we were planning a wedding with NO idea of the COVID-19 Pandemic to come. Due to COVID, we had to adjust our wedding plans significantly, but ValCinema was always accommodating and helpful.
Another important characteristic to note about Valcinema is that they are an LGBTQ+ friendly company. I wanted to ensure we were hiring inclusive vendors for the wedding, not necessarily for ourselves, but for our guests and wedding party to ensure everyone was comfortable and had a good time. ValCinema certainly delivered on that!
On the day of our wedding, our videographer was Paul. He was wonderful! Paul did a great job capturing all of the special moments and was also friendly, courteous, and an all-around great person to have on our wedding team!
It did take the full 3 months for us to receive our highlight video and ceremony footage, but that specific time frame was written into the contract (3 months from the event date to deliver a finished product). The wait was absolutely worth it! I ended up asking Kyle if we could purchase the RAW footage from our wedding day after we received the highlight video and RAW ceremony footage. If I have any advice to offer, it's to just go ahead and purchase the RAW footage from the wedding day when you sign your contract (or purchase an edit of it if it is offered!). Its worth it to get to see all of the little things you may not have originally noticed in the moment. I'm so glad Kyle got everything set up for me so I could purchase that extra footage!
To summarize, definitely hire a videographer (I would personally recommend Paul from ValCinema, but their whole team seem to take and produce consistent footage and finished products!). Definitely get a highlight video and ceremony footage, and definitely consider getting all of the available day-of footage, too! -

I found ValCinema scrolling through Instagram and was amazed by their quality of work. I called them and from start to finish working with them was such a breeze. And when the day came for them to capture our wedding, boy they did not disappoint! We had our photos within a few weeks and they we’re amazing. And then within a month we had our video.
