Awesome NYC wedding with Vacation Inspirations

We got married at the Manhattan Penthouse on Fifth Ave in NYC and it was a spectacular affair. All of the guests loved the venue and the city was amazing. We used Vacation Inspirations member services for all of the planning and the venue was recommended by them too. We think our experience was excellent and we are happy with our choice.

Amazing wedding to die for

We spent a bunch and got married at one of the most beautiful places you could ever imagine, the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City Utah and it was spectacular. The venue was chosen by Vacation Inspirations as well as all the accommodations for the entire party.

Destination wedding in Jamacia

We were married at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Vacation Inspirations recommended the venue as one of the top wedding destinations in the world and it was amazing. We will never forget Doctor’s cave beach it was so stunning we had the most amazing time, the entire party did. We would recommend the Vacation Inspirations customer service department for their wedding planning services to anyone. We also used them for our honeymoon package to Disneyworld, which was our choice – we always wanted to go!

Incredible Honeymoon in Paris

We used our Vacation Inspirations membership for a honeymoon in Paris that was to die for, we absolutely loved it. We joined in Charleston two years ago but had never used the membership, the city was amazing, their travel agents helped us choose all the particulars and it was the most romantic and memorable honeymoon you could hope for

Sensational wedding with Vacation Inspirations

Absolutely sensational wedding with Vacation Inspirations. We got married in Savannah last fall and everything was beyond our expectations. They actually recommended the city and it was such a perfect wedding, we are happy to leave them a great review for all of their help with that planning and venues. There is not a more perfect place to get married in our opinion.

Vacation Inspirations of Charleston was excellent

We had an amazing wedding in Cancun Mexico and we would certainly recommend Vacation Inspirations of Charleston for their planning services. We are so glad we thought to use our membership with them for our wedding planning and their attention to detail was amazing. We booked all of the accommodations for the guests and the venue with Vacation Inspirations and everything was fantastic. They did a great job.

Vacation Inspirations did a fabulous job on our Charleston wedding. We got married at the William Aiken House and it was incredible. It was a truly beautiful and classic venue. Their attention to detail was very impressive and we would recommend Vacation Inspirations for a wedding to anyone.

I have all the perks as an employee and Vacation Inspirations put together a fabulous Las Vegas wedding for us - the entire party stayed at the Bellagio and it was absolutely perfect. Big thanks to the entire travel and support staff at Vacation Inspirations, we loved Vegas and everything, it was amazing.

We got married on a VIking River Cruise and thanks to Vacation Inspirations everything was absolutely spectacular. I know this is not the wedding experience that would appeal to everyone, but for us it was just perfect and Vacation Inspirations professionalism and service was outstanding, along with their in depth knowledge of river cruising, Viking in particular. Highly recommended.

We used Vacation Inspirations for our Honeymoon in Bora Bora - thier Glass Bottom Huts package was absolutely incredible. It was everything we had hoped it would be and so much more. We used our Vacation Inspirations membership to book our daughters wedding the weekend of the 4th earlier this month and did a really stellar job. The attention to detail was fantastic and their agents knew everything about Charleston. Everything the whole week was excellent, the restaurants, the accommodations, we loved it.

Fake Reviews

Anybody else notice how close together and vague these reviews are? Seems like fake reviews to me. We actually paid thousands to VI at a recent presentation for their "services" and haven't been able to book anything for one reason or another since we left the presentation. Their website is horribly out of date, haven't seen any discounts that validate what we paid, responses are slow, they clearly don't put much time or effort into specifying what you're looking for, and the one person who provided us a quote sent an email today that today is their last day working there so now we have to start over.

Scam! Do not use under any circumstances

We listened to a presentation by Nick Houghton of Vacation Inspirations. During the slick, high pressure and persuasive presentation Nick Houghton stated that Vacation Inspirations is a travel wholesaler, and they purchase ALL travel at the best price possible in the industry which is even lower than consolidators and other "levels" and that they pass ALL the savings on to the member. Nick mentioned many times that the absolute minimum discount we would receive is 20% with the maximum discount from retail (online pricing) being 50% depending on the type of travel. During the presentation we were required to turn off our cell phones and told not to use them. Nick Houghton stated that the first couple to agree to purchase a travel membership will receive a $1,000 discount and that the membership rate and benefits being offered was only valid for that day.....A high pressure sales tactic!

We realized after we left the presentation and signed all the paperwork and paid in full the real reason that they wanted us to turn off our cell phones. It is because they don't want you to see the 90 complaints (now 91) at the SC Dep't of Consumer Affairs and the multitude of complaints at the BBB & other websites. From what we can determine from having read online reviews Vacation Inspirations either provides the same cost as can be found online (the retail cost) or a higher cost which certainly are not wholesale rates and therefore the "membership" and the $ paid for the membership, annual dues and documentation "doc" fee are worthless. The specific amounts were $2,995 membership fee, $199 annual dues, and $399 doc fee for a total of $3,593.

As part of the paperwork, they ask you to agree to many items one of which states: Was your decision to make this purchase based on any type of high-pressure sales tactics? As part of the pressure put on us to make the sale, Lisa Houghton said they require that we answer NO to this question. That of course, in and of itself, is high pressure!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SIT THROUGH THEIR PRESENTATION AND DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING. THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA AUTHORITIES!!

Can't say this loud Enough - Wish you could hear me SCREAMING.

This service is a TOTAL SHAM.

They have no desire to fulfill their promises - the only thing that will be fulfilled is their pockets when the money you pay is Stuffed into their pockets.

They have an Extremely Bad Rating on the BBB, which they say is an A+. Check it out

The Attorney General of Georgia is now in the process of shutting them down.
