USA Sparklers was the perfect place to get sparklers for the send off at our wedding. When I ordered (very last minute), I got a call from the owner who assured me that the sparklers would ship out the next day and would reach me in time for my wedding day. He also recommended I get longer sparklers for our day because the 10 inch sparklers I'd originally picked would be too short. He was completely right. The 20 inch sparklers ended up being the perfect length. Overall, the quality of the product and the customer service and attention to detail made them the perfect place to get our sparklers! -

I called and spoke to the owner on a Friday night regarding ordering sparklers from him one week prior to my daughter's wedding. What a fantastic company! I received the sparklers two business days later! Not only is the owner friendly and very knowledgeable, he is also PROMPT and very CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY! If you want a great experience, this is the place to shop for sparklers. I bought the 36-inch longer-burning sparklers, and I will add another review after the wedding as to how they performed. My thanks to you, Steve, for a job WELL DONE! -

CRAZY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! We needed Sparklers at last minute and Steve took care of us at 7pm on a Friday night due to another Sparklers company messing up our order. These sparklers were long lasting and smokeless! Just what we wanted. Great for send off pictures and guest love the last minute fun. Called ordered and was delivered in a week. Don't put off ordering , they are easy to store in the box until ready to use. -

Amazing Customer Service
I really can't explain how much I appreciate USA Sparklers' willingness to fulfill my last-minute request while understanding my budget constraints. My wedding is in 6 days, and I was worried that our big send-off wasn't going to happen the way we had envisioned. But thanks to USA Sparklers, that huge load was taken off my shoulders.

I just called USA Sparklers today, (at noon to be exact), and my wedding is this Saturday (11/21). Not only did Steve (the owner) tell me that I would get the sparklers in time, he hand delivered them to my house, today! The exact same day I called him! I live about an hour from their warehouse, and I had them on my front porch within 3 hours of ordering them online! AMAZING customer service, and THE nicest people. Steve texted me throughout, and was so great! Do not go anywhere, other than USA Sparklers! Thank you again, so so much Steve, and everyone at USA Sparklers! -

We used these sparklers for our end of the night departure, and it was absolutely beautiful! The sparklers burned long enough for us to take some amazing pictures and it created the perfect setting to end our perfect wedding day! I would recommend a sparkler departure to anyone! I am a wedding planner who uses your sparklers frequently for the 'getaway' photo. They burn long enough to get the photos, but not so long that they continue burning long after the couple has departed. They are easy to use, and your shipping is quick. The price is also great! -

I needed some sparklers for a Diwali party at the last minute...not only was Steve helpful about rules and regulations, he also ran my order out to the truck that day, made sure I was going to get it the next day, and even CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE IT ARRIVED. No other vendor or retailer puts this kind of attentiveness and caring into their service or product. The sparklers are gorgeous, and everyone loved them. I am going to have sparklers all the time now, even just for backyard pool parties. Highly recommended and appreciated!!!! Best vendor ever! -

Very sweet and called to let me know that they had to send by mail becauSe it was raining and they wanted me to have them safe and ASAP! I never had to pay for shipping....very nice and due to speedy return, it was one less thing I had to worry about because I was able to get the sparklers one week in advance!! These wedding sparklers were a perfect addition to our wedding. All of our guests loved them, and the were really cheap to buy online. I was blown away by the service that this company provided! I ordered sparklers that were a particular size for my wedding on a very short notice. I received a personal phone call explaining that they were currently out of this size. The gentleman promised to personally send them out to me as soon as they arrived. I then received a text message with a picture of the sparklers packaged and being mailed out. You see, the gentleman found the truck (delivery truck), dug out enough sparklers for my order, bundled them, snapped a picture, then rush delivered them to me. If that isn't full service then I don't know what is! I am so grateful that he worked so hard to satisfy this stressed out bride. By the way, the sparklers arrived the next day! Way to go guys! -

I called USA sparkers on a Sunday after figuring out that my sparklers from another vendor may not arrive in time for my wedding, and I was very pleased with the quality of service I received. Not only did the owner (he name escapes me now) answer on a Sunday but he was very helpful and honest with me. I ordered 100 sparklers that day and he called me the next day to let me know that they shipped, sent me a shipping number, and my sparklers arrived the day before my wedding. It was such a relief to find USA sparklers, they are a great and honest company!... -

I was late trying to find sparklers to have for my daughter's wedding. I call USA Sparklers and spoke with someone on the phone. #1. That was the first thing I was impressed with, speaking with someone right away. #2. I was telling him how quick I needed them and he even asked while I was on the phone how many I needed because he had a order leaving for NC in 30 minutes. #3.
