    Great, affordable option!

    Urso was great to work with and one of the most affordable options we found when searching for bridal party transportation. The owner even offered a small refund to me when our plans changed last minute and we realized we didn’t need them for the number of hours we initially booked for. The driver was very friendly and accommodating as well!

    Amazing Customer Service

    Scott from Urso was great to work with to get everything set up for the wedding day and our hotel shuttles. On the day of, both of our shuttle drivers were amazing. Our lead driver Bill was so patient and accommodating for the last minute changes in our schedule. He even came back to the hotel after we realized some items were left on the shuttle. Even though they had never been to our venue before, they made it all go off without a hitch! I would highly recommend.

    Urso Bus was everything we hoped for and more! We hired their 28 person bus to transfer our guests to and from the venue on our wedding day. I worked with Scott throughout the entire process and he was always responsive and answered any questions we had. I personally did not take any of the shuttles but they were exactly on time with the schedule we had provided Scott. The prices were comparable to the other vendors we looked into.

    I have asked many of the guests about the bus and the driver (Midge, I believe) and everybody has nothing but great things to say. Everybody was able to get to the wedding on time and at the end of the night, everybody was taken back to the hotel. I know the last ride was a little crowded on the bus but Midge still did a wonderful and safe job. I would hire Urso Bus again in an instant and would recommend to anybody.

    You all helped the wedding turn out exactly how we wanted!!!

    Urso Bus Tours was used with previous weddings I have attended. They are very accommodating and were easy to work with. Flexibility was key in our situation. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to any other engaged couples.

    I was unfortunately disappointed with the service provided by Urso Transportation. I was not contacted prior to the wedding with the name and number of our driver and had to reach out myself the morning of the wedding. Our driver was late to arrive and did not respond to my texts or calls when I reached out to see when he would be arriving. I attempted to call the company's main line to report the situation and no one was in. Ultimately, the lateness of the driver forced us to start the ceremony 20 minutes late (the other choice being to begin the ceremony without 20 guests who chose to take the shuttle). No one from the company followed up with me after the wedding, despite me having left an email asking what to do about the late arrival of the driver. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service we received and, if I had to do it again, would book with another service.
    Addendum:
    I would recommend couples being prepped in the future by the company- we were not told what to do in the case of lateness so did not know to leave a message with the company. The driver did accept a call from a groomsman eventually; however, he could have also used this time to return our calls and texts and plan for how to get back on schedule. Some things are out of the company's control of course, but when charging $700 for simple transportation to and from the ceremony, the driver/company should plan to account for traffic, accidents, etc. and should update the couple or point of contact with relevant information regarding time of arrival. We accept your apology for the 20 late minutes that our wedding started. However, weddings are expensive and 20 minutes late is 20 less minutes of spending time celebrating with family and friends that we paid for.

    We are sorry for the few minutes the driver was late. There was a accident and was held up in traffic. We cannot control these things. If you would have left a message when u called we would have called u back we are closed Saturday afternoon but would check a message not a email left. We didn't know anything about until everyone was at the wedding. Drivers are not allowed to be on the phone or text for safety sake and it is illegal. He was driving when you called and arrived a few minutes later. We do apologize we do hundreds of weddings and somethings are beyond our control. Urso bus
