    I bought 6 of these UD watches for my groomsmen.

    I bought 6 of these UD watches for my groomsmen for my wedding. I had them all personalized with their names engraved on the back of the watches. Everyone loved them, including me, who also bought one for myself for my special day. I had a small issue with my watch but after contacting UD, Kurt handled the situation urgently with professionalism. They were great to work with and i highly recommend the watches and UrbanDesigner.

    Great Wood Watches and Fast Shipping

    Great gifts for my Groomsmen

    Horrible disaster

    Placed an order based off of their websites timeline for delivery. Instead of the listed 1 day to process the shipping we are at a week with zero shipping information. Took over a day and a half to hear back from customer service which is absurd. Has been nothing but a disaster.

    Broken Ring & Terrible Customer Service

    I bought a gorgeous wedding ring from Urban Designer which I was incredibly happy with. It was half wood, half tungsten. However, just a few months into wearing it the wood completely snapped making the ring unwearable.
    The ring was of course still under warranty, but Urban Designer proceeded to completely ignore me, delay and subsequently ghost me, this not fulfilling their obligations. I have now bought a ring elsewhere that is made with some level of quality and am happy wearing that.
    I'm not sure if they can reply to this, but I have proof of all correspondence (or lack of it from their side).

    I very strongly do not recommend using them. Their jewellery looks really nice, but they are terrible quality. I do not do manual work, and it broke after just a few months, I can't imagine how flimsy their things must be.
