Easy Dress Shopping
This is the absolute best way to shop for a wedding dress!!! From my first phone call to the end of the private appointment, the staff reassured me, answered all of my questions, and helped me find a beautiful dress. The minor details they give during the experience made it such a special time to share with my girlfriends, Mom and future mother-in-law. We loved every moment of the appointment.
Ali helped fit me in the dresses, and she was fantastic to work with. We took our time, talked honestly about what I liked and didn’t, and worked towards selecting a dress I loved and felt comfortable in. They take pictures throughout the appointment and then send them to you, which was a nice touch. Plus, they were beautifully done!
I also really like that they have plus size dresses, and everything is reasonably priced. I was very nervous about dress shopping because I’m a larger bride, but Uptown Bridal was encouraging and had sample dresses in larger sizes. In the end, I spent less than I budgeted for the dress, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!
If you want a private experience that will bring you lasting memories, go with Uptown Bridal. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and meticulous in making you feel pampered and special. They are wonderful

Just Magical!
There are not enough words to express how incredible this bridal boutique is! I had my Celebration Consultation this past weekend and I just can’t stop thinking about it. I literally just want to relive it every day because it was such a breathtaking experience. The boutique is just stunning! I wish I could work there so I could relish in all that bridal magic every day, but also because I would love to make others feel as happy as they made me feel at my appointment. I am so grateful for the day they created for me. The ladies there are simply the sweetest, kindest women that made my day so special. Everything was personalized to me - from the music, to the drinks & treats, to the photos of me and my fiancé around the boutique, to the gorgeous bouquet flowers! They even took professional photos the entire time and also worked with my fiancé to give me an extra special surprise when I said yes to the dress! Let’s just say there were a lot of happy tears. Jess was my consultant and she helped me find my dream dress, she was so wonderful! I am so obsessed with the dress I chose and I can’t stop looking at all the gorgeous photos they took to capture the beautiful moments from my appointment. I am not sure I can do justice to explain the type of experience I have had here. Nicole and Tonia are amazing and their staff member lives up to their customer service as well. From the moment you walk into their boutique you feel at home with your friends and family. They listen to what you want and think of every little detail to make your experience so special. As soon as you get engaged, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Uptown Bridal. It was the best part about the wedding planning experience and I highly recommend every bride to experience it. You will not regret it! When you get married, everyone wants a little piece of the experience, and uptown bridal, really gives you the magical feeling that a bride (and her family) should feel when they are picking out the dream wedding dress. I will leave all the details out on what they do in your appointment (because each bride should experience it themselves), but let me just say, I WAS BLOWN AWAY. Hands down, I have never experienced better customer service, from the beginning, when you're booking the appointment, to the appointment, even to the end when I had my dress preserved through them. THE Most Magical Wedding Dress Experience
If you are looking for the ultimate, personalized wedding dress experience, look no further. Uptown Bridal was hands-down, the greatest part of the wedding planning process for me when I was planning my wedding.
The ladies are creative, prompt, personal, genuine, and caring. They helped me through the scheduling process and answered my many questions. They sent me a questionnaire to fill out prior to my appointment, which helped me iron out some wedding details and keep me organized. They also have all of their wedding dresses online, which they ask you to browse and add your personal favorites to your own Pinterest board. Being able to sit down in the comfort of my own home and browse dresses prior to the appointment helped ease my anxiety and sense of feeling overwhelmed with all of the amazing options out there. I added my favorites to my Pinterest board, which the ladies used in order to have the dresses ready for my appointment. They also added in dresses based off the ones I had pinned. The efficiency and personalization of this place is unreal!
When I showed up to this entirely personal and private appointment, I had my grandma, mom, and two maids of honor with me. The Uptown ladies served refreshments, snacks, and allowed us to bring some champagne for the appointment. They had a rack of beyond gorgeous (and completely affordable) dresses ready for me to try on. They had music playing based off music I listed I liked, they printed off photos of my fiancé and me to put on display during the appointment, they had a 'pretend' bouquet made based off my wedding flowers to use once I narrowed down to the final few dresses, and they had a special surprise from my fiancé once I picked out *THE* dress. Not to mention, they were taking photos of the entire experience and shared the link with me following my appointment. These special moments are captured for me to look through whenever I please, and I ended up turning one of the photos into my Facebook 'cover' photo ;)
This was the first time I officially felt like a bride during the wedding planning process. The feeling of love and excitement I had during this experience is beyond anything imaginable. I have and will continue to recommend Uptown Bridal to everyone I know who is getting married. No bride should go anywhere else. This place is magical!

Sweetest staff! Family owned business with great prices and great passion
Anyone I know who lives on Arizona needs to go dress shopping at uptown bridal. I tried on dresses and several other bridal boutiques in Arizona, but couldn’t seem to find what I was looking for. I was stuck on an essence of Australia dress that I had found on Poshmark, and uptown bridal was the only place in Arizona that sold it (they have an incredible selection)! I went there to buy this dress and I left purchasing that dress! This was exciting, but the staff made the experience all the more exciting. They played my favorite music and treated me to flowers, sparkling lemonade, and a cheese tray! The decor inside is to die for, and they put a personal touch on my day by printing photos of my fiancé and I. You can tell they love what they do and it shows through their work!!

Please listen to me when I tell you this: Uptown bridal is THE BEST place to get your wedding gown. There is no other bridal shop like it. Sure there's other bridal shops that look pretty, and have nice dresses, but Uptown has that, and their service is awesome. Uptown has the most adorable place! The inside of this building is so pretty and pink, making it the perfect setting to find your dress (and for the pictures they'll be taking for you). They have the most beautiful dresses at good prices. You tell them your budget and they make sure to find you some beautiful dresses to try on. You choose what dresses you want to try on, and then they will add some similar ones for you to also give a try. The dress I ended up picking was not in my list, but they picked it out for me and I fell in love with it! At first I was worried that I would not find my wedding dress here because I'm picky. I thought I would have to end up going to different bridal shops and looking around, but I was completely wrong. What made my wedding dress shopping day so amazing is that they added some touches to personalize the place and I was the only customer there during my appointment. I had manyyyyy questions before, during, and after my appointment and they were there to help me through every step. They made sure to return all my calls and answer all my questions. I'm a very picky person when it comes to customer service and the ladies here were so caring and attentive. If you're deciding whether or not to call Uptown and make your appointment, I'll do you a favor by telling you to call right now and book it!!! You're expectations will be exceeded, just like mine were!

Truly a unique and amazing experience
These ladies know what they're doing. They took an experience that can sometimes be stressful and not fun, and turned it into a beautiful 3 hours. I found them as a vendor for a particular designer that I liked (Essence of Australia) and looked at their website, and decided I had to go to them. I went to another boutique first, which was nice just to see the styles and shapes I liked (and timing allowed my sister to go with me) but then booked Uptown for when my mom could be in town to go with me. Their shop is gorgeous, and they put so many personal touches for the bride - pictures of you and your fiance, tasty treats, pictures of the whole experience. They went above and beyond for me and got 2 sample dresses from the designer that they normally did not have in stock so I could try them on (and I ended picking one of them). I purchased my dress and accessories from them (I highly recommend picking accessories while you have the dress ON) and paid a reasonable price. I also brought my dress to them for cleaning (I wore the dress twice), and preservation when I was done, and they were always so sweet and amazing, and told me how beautiful my pictures were. I would recommend them a million times over!

I first found Uptown Bridal through my photographer's blog and let me tell you I was in love at first sight. I knew immediately this looked like the perfect place for me to find a dress. After reading all the amazing reviews I booked my appointment with the lovely ladies here. From the first moment on the phone until the last moment of my appointment they made me feel like a VIP bride. They cater the day to your needs and the boutique is all yours while you shop. There are amazing treat and drinks and they were able to accommodate my diet restrictions. Everything about this day was amazing and was one of my most memorable experience with all my family and friends. Everyone who went with me could not stop talking about how amazing the whole experience was from all the lovely pink decorations to the special surprises they add along the way. Amazing experience for out-of-town bride
It’s not often my family is all together so when my sisters and mom were all in Arizona for the holidays it was a perfect time to go dress shopping! My sister (an AZ local) made an appointment at Uptown and I’m so glad she did! I LOVED having the privacy as I tried on dresses and the attention of the expert staff of Uptown. I quickly found the dress I wanted and the shipping process (since I live in the Midwest) was so easy- they even called before they shipped to make sure I’d be ready for it. One of a Kind
I was fortunate to slip into a cancellation spot, and I am so glad I did! The dress was beautiful, but more importantly it was the experience I was looking for. I wanted something I could do with my mother and people would talk about. I wanted to have a safe place to try in dresses without the sales pressure. Most of all, I was inspired to be myself and let the “little girl” come out with all the dreams and fantasies about what my wedding day would entail. Five stars over and over again! Well done!

More than I could have imagined
When I first got engaged and was looking at different bridal shops online trying to figure out who to go to first...people kept telling me to make more than one appointment to different places since it’ll take awhile to find that perfect dress. I decided to just stick with Uptown Bridal for now and see how it goes. Well....I’m so happy I decided to only make this appointment because I found my dress right away! On top of that, you get the entire shop to yourself with your friends and family and amazing women who truly love helping brides to be find that perfect dress. They were patient, funny, honest, and were not pushy to make that sale. They were absolutely amazing and took time to get to know you and your family and your hubby to be. They even had a surprise video of my husband telling me how beautiful I’m going to be wedding day and pictures of us all through out the shop! They also had lovely snacks and sweet treats on display for us to munch on. It was seriously the best decision ever made (outside of saying “yes!” to the proposal and “I do” at the alter.). These ladies thought of EVERYTHING! From the moment you walk in, the shop is completely customized to you. I told them how much I love Beyoncé and sure enough, during the shopping experience they were playing Beyoncé. I 100% recommend every bride to be to go through uptown bridal. You WILL find your dress there! PLUS they even take professional photos of the entire experience so by the next day or even that night after your appointment...you will have photos in your email. You will not regret going through Uptown Bridal!

Overall, this was an amazing experience. The girls at uptown bridal really make you feel like a princess for the day when you’re trying on dresses. I planned my wedding from 3000 miles away and they were very helpful with arranging pick ups and ordering extra things for me for my big day. I could not recommend this place enough. I’ve even told women to fly in to this place just for the amazing experience and how professional and pleasant these ladies were. You also get dress trying on photos that look professional and are so fun and bring back so many memories!

Seriously the best
Everything about this place is amazing. The selections of gowns, the atmosphere, the fact you get the whole place to yourself but most importantly the women who own and work there are as good as it gets! They make you feel so special and welcome. I never felt any pressure to hurry up and make a decision. I went to 3 other bridal shops prior to uptown and it is a night and day difference. They also recommended Cora from “tailored in white” for all my dress alterations and she and her team are the best at what they do.
Needless to say GO to Uptown Bridal... even if you don’t find your dress there (which I don’t see that happening) you will still have the best time ever with your family and friends and get to try on the most beautiful gowns all while sipping champagne and snacking on yummy treats!

Every Bride's Dream
My experience at Uptown Bridal was so unique and perfect. All of the little details they include in your 3 hour private appointment are so special and sweet. I was in awe the whole time and couldn't have been happier. The shop is the cutest and they have the most beautiful selection of dream dresses. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else other than Uptown Bridal. The owners and staff are amazing and I couldn't imagine having a better custom experience. I will cherish the memories of the special day I had at Uptown Bridal and my wedding dress was beyond fabulous :)

A Fairytale Experience
Every bride wants to feel like a princess, this place will treat you just as that. Without giving away any of their magic, I will say it was beyond what I expected in selecting a wedding dress. They tailor every consultation not only to each bride, but also to the love they have with their fiancé and the girls they bring with them to help select. I laughed, I cried and I found the dress of my dreams. The deposit is worth every penny, even if I didn’t find my perfect dress (which I did), the experience is unlike anything else. Then they went over and beyond when my sister, who lives out of state and missed my selection day, wanted to surprise me at my fitting. I wouldn’t even call it customer service, because the gals that run this store, they feel more like your friend by the end of the day, they are truly amazing people. Trust me, this is an experience you want apart of your wedding.

Every bride deserves this experience
The experience at Uptown Bridal is completely unrivaled. My grandmothers, mother and best friend all flew into town to go wedding dress shopping. We started at Uptown Bridal, because I wanted to splurge and do one of the “experiential” bridal shops with individualized appointments. This place blew our expectations out of the water. From the personal pictures printed and framed, to the dresses already hand picked and waiting for you, to the staff photographing the entire appointment, Uptown Bridal thought of it all. My party was the only appointment in the store and we had the place to ourselves for three hours. We were allowed to BYOB and the staff provided mixers and finger foods. When I found THE dress, the staff pulled out an iPad with a video that my fiancée had made in the event that I’d found my dress. It almost brought me to tears and I am not a cryer. The ladies of Uptown Bridal go above and beyond to make you feel incredibly important, and every bride needs to come to an appointment at this place.

Nothing but the Best
Before visiting Uptown Bridal I didn't enjoy looking for a wedding dress. The second we stepped foot in Uptown Bridal I already knew we were going to have a great time even if I didn't find "the" dress. Everyone was so inviting and kind and the whole experience was exactly what you would hope it would be. We thankfully did find the most perfect dress for me and I could not have been happier to share the time with my mother, sisters, and women of Uptown Bridal. They made everything fun, easy, and exciting. Not one negative thing to say about any of it.

This was an experience I will always remember! Uptown and the girls made me feel so special! You can tell they are very passionate about what they do. A special experience
I could not be happier with the decision to buy my dress from Uptown Bridal. At first I thought the celebration consultation was going to be a bit overkill, but after shopping at another store before that, I realized I was dead wrong. You only get to be a bride once, live it up! Having the whole place to ourselves was so special, and they had all kinds of treats ready for us along with a robe for me to wear. They even had some special touches for me and a surprise from my fiance when I said “yes” to the dress! I’ll always remember that day so fondly, and it was largely due to the experience from Uptown. My now-husband was absolutely blown away when I walked down the aisle, and after our ceremony all he could say was, “Wow. That dress.”

My appointment at Uptown Bridal is by far one of the most memorable parts of my big day! As a bride, we strive to make each part of our wedding "journey" memorable, right? We want to savor every detail and enjoy every moment... trust me when I say that Uptown Bridal agrees! The entire experience - from the moment you secure an appointment - is simply magical. You are guided through their inventory and able to pre-select a few gowns that will be waiting for you when you arrive. If those don't work out? No big deal! You'll have access to their entire gown selection in their gorgeous GLAM farm house turned wedding boutique (think everything your Pinterest wedding dreams are made of)! You can feel how much detail and heart is put into each appointment and believe me when I say there are the most sentimental surprises at every turn... even beyond selecting your wedding gown.. you'll feel the Uptown love with sweet gestures in the weeks before your wedding, the day of your wedding and even afterwards. I could never have dreamed of a more perfect experience. I traveled from Las Vegas to Arizona for my appointment and I will be forever thankful that I did!

My wedding dress experience has been the most amazing experience I’ve had during the wedding planning process. I owe it all to Uptown Bridal and their lovely staff. My sister-n-law told me about this boutique and said she had heard nothing but good things about it. I can vouch for that now. I made my appointment in August 2017, and the wait for January was agonizing . The next five months were a roller coaster of emotions; nervousness, excitement and insomniac. During those five months, I also saw countless episodes of TLC's Say Yes to the Dress, bawling my eyes out and impatiently waited for my appointment.
Uptown Bridal gave me some homework: a questionnaire and to go into their Pinterest and pin the dresses I wanted to try on.
Fast forward to the day of my appointment. My mom, two sister-n-laws, step mother-n-law and my fiance's sister met at my house at 0600 to drive a few hours to Chandler. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked into the Boutique. I mean EVERYTHING. The building was the cutest thing ever, they had donuts for us, coffee, macaroons, and sparkling non-alcoholic champagne. It was very personal, they had pictures of Justin and I all over the place. The room where I was going to be trying on dresses was filled with dresses I had pinned. I also had the option to pick out any other ones I wanted to try. My step mother-n-law picked one out for me (which ended up being "The One")!
I had never tried wedding gowns on so I was nervous. The first one I tried on ended up being MY DRESS!!!! I wont give any more spoilers about how amazing it is. Just call Uptown Bridal, make an appointment and live the experience yourself. You will NOT regret it!

Uptown Bridal made my dress shopping experience a dream! I found them and booked my Celebration Consultation. I was hesitant at first to pay for a dress fitting appointment but this is so much more. You are able to see every dress they carry to make sure they carry your style choice before booking. Prior to my appointment, I went to Pinterest and pinned the dresses I liked of theirs to a private board they had access to. Each dress was pulled for my appointment prior to my arrival. They also pulled a few they thought I would like.
Upon arrival, the store is completely yours with drinks and snacks for your enjoyment. They also went above and beyond with entrance signs, photos, ect all specific to me! It was such a special experience. I did find my dress that day and my reaction was captured by their photographer. I did however, wait 30 days to purchase my dress and continued to try on other dresses trying to “top” the one I found to be sure that was it. After 30 days, I went back to Uptown Bridal retried on my dress and purchased it putting my Celebration Consultstion deposit towards my dress. Uptown Bridal continued to send surprises and encouragement to my home address leading up to the Big Day. I can’t say enough about this shop. Do yourself a favor and schedule and appointment today!

The customer service and love for Uptown Bridal has for their brides is beyond words. I bought my dream dress from you back in September but moved with my fiance to Louisiana when he got stationed there. It was my first week back since we left and our wedding was only three days! I tried on my dress on the Sunday before and unfortunately found out I had been enjoying the food in the south a little to much. I was a wreck with stress and didn't know what to do. My mom, being the wonderful women she is, said she would figure it out. She called uptown and the whole situation was resolved. Uptown made it such a priority to contact the seamstress on a Monday when she was closed and made sure my dress would be done in time.
Three days before the wedding, I had my perfect dress that fits me perfectly. I truly cannot Express how grateful I am to have picked Uptown Bridal as apart of our wedding. They treat each and every bride like family and will go beyond and above to make this day so special. So much love for the Uptown Bridal team. If there were 100 stars to give they would deserve it!

My fiancé rented the boutique for a surprise fir me while my mom was in town. I had just been planning on going to a big chain store, but am so glad we did this instead! The entire experience was amazing. The space is gorgeous, private, and they go so out of their way to personalize it to me specifically. I brought a couple bridesmaids as well as my mom and we all had so much fun. There were snacks and they even had a photographer who took some amazing pictures of us and even of my ring that I’ll cherish forever. And the dress!!! There were so many amazing dresses to choose from I didn’t know how I’d narrow it down, and then I found the one and there was nothing to debate. It was perfect in every way, and in my budget. All around, such a great experience. We felt thoroughly spoiled and I found my perfect dress! They even put the cost of renting out the place for our little party towards the cost of the dress. As an employee in Downtown Chandler and fellow wedding professional, the Uptown Bridal salon has always been a dream of mine and was such an easy choice when I finally had the ring :) In all honesty, I was met with a little hesitation at the idea of having to pay for an appointment - but I left that day with 6 HUGE believers and my dream dress, it was worth every penny and then some! I'm 1000% confident that all of my girls will be back when it's their turn! Including sweet treats and all things pretty, the appointment was absolutely perfect! I love that I was able to do a bit of work beforehand by pinning my favorites of their inventory (which let's be honest, I was on Pinterest anyways!) so I walked in to a qualified selection of dresses to start with! With adorable surprises around every corner, the appointment will forever be one of my very favorite parts of my wedding planning process! Saying yes to Uptown was just about as easy as saying yes to my now hubby! Seriously - you will not regret your appointment with these girls!

I can't even put into words how wonderful my experience was with the women of Uptown. I was very nervous about them not having dresses for me to try on because I am plus size and rather busty. I was assured a couple of times that they had beautiful dresses waiting for me. Before the appt I filled out a survey about my favorite music, the wedding colors, how many people I would be bringing. They also contacted my groom for a surprise which I will not ruin for new shoppers but it was so sweet.
We arrive to the most gorgeously renovated old house, everything is beautiful, pink and girly. It was like walking into a fancy closet with sumptuous furnishings and the best dresses. The details were impeccable, there were little treats waiting on us, delicious sparkling beverages. They explained how the appointment would work and the fun began. The dresses chosen for me were all so wonderful I had a hard time choosing one. They took pictures of me in every dress, some shots with the girls that accompanied me. Before I knew it, two hours in this enchanting house had passed. While changing into my last dresses, the owner quietly informed the helper that there spots on the dress. I had a wound on my arm that had bled through the bandage. I was mortified and apologized over and over, they told me not to feel bad etc.. I can't imagine going anywhere else to get a dress. It was a comfortable environment, all the people working there were amazing and genuinely interested in my "love story". I had a horrible dress experience at strictly wedding warehouse ( wrote them an honest review too), Uptown almost makes me forget about it. I was immediately at ease, happy and truly cherish the experience. I cannot thank the women of Uptown Bridal enough for making me feel special and helping me find my dream dress. If you're on the fence, get off of it and hop into Uptown Bridal's yard, you won't regret it

We had the entire boutique to ourselves which was so nice. They made such an effort to customize everything to me, it was perfect. I honestly want to buy a wedding dress from them monthly just so I can experience a celebration consultation that frequently. I would recommend Uptown to any bride to be. During the entire experience I was blown away. They do everything perfectly and the details....WOW. The place is gorgeous! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I found the perfect dress. I actually cried happy tears before I left (and I am NOT one to get really sappy). How can I even put into words how glad I am to have visited Uptown Bridal for my dream wedding dress?? They were unbelievably amazing. They truly make you feel like the most special person in the world, and the most beautiful bride. Prior to your 3 hour private appointment, you fill out a survey about you, your fiancé and wedding gown preferences. When I arrived, they greeted us with refreshments, treats and warm hugs and smiles. They personalized my appointment by pulling dresses that matched with my descriptions from the survey, printed pictures of my fiancé and my engagement and framed them around the dressing room and they were even playing Disney music throughout the boutique since my wedding was Disney themed. They also had a photographer snapping unforgettable memories throughout the entire appointment. They also threw in many more INCREDIBLE surprises that I won’t spoil for you if you choose to visit them to find your dream gown!! My dress came in earlier than expected and they made excellent recommendations for alterations. We also ordered our bridesmaids gowns from them and they were the perfect style and color!! Thank you so much Uptown Bridal for helping make our Happily Ever After a dream come true by helping me find my perfect princess dress!! This was absolutely the best bridal experience ever! Cancel any and all other appointments because this is the only place you will need or want to go! I can’t say enough about how wonderful the “staff” is, they are more like family. I was greeted at the door with a sparking soda, cupcakes, and coffee.

They made sure I was comfortable and they were not pushing to make a sale. Nicole, Tonia, and Jess were absolutely fabulous during my dress appointment and every contact thereafter. I felt so special during my appointment. All my aunts, mom, grandma, and a few bridesmaids were there with me. We had champagne and beautiful snacks provided by uptown bridal. We had the whole store to ourselves. Jess and Tonia had picked out several dresses for me to try on based off of my Pinterest likes and styles that I chose. The 3 hour time block was perfect for me to try on different options and gave the girls time to chat and relax. Uptown is an experience like no other. I was gifted the appointment and was one of the first in the new location. The girls thought of everything. The appointment was so personalized. I went rogue and invited my groom to my appointment and I loved that they welcomed him in with open arms. Without having my mom in town, I wanted that glitz and glamour and Uptown delivered. Sparkling lemonade, sweet treats, and photographs of the process. They seem to know all their brides; I walked in to pick up my gown and they instantly were recalling details from my appointment.

I just had my appointment at uptown bridal. I was uneasy paying a deposit for an appointment. After going through the experience it was sooooo worth it. My group of friends loved every second of it. I also found my dream wedding dress. The staff at uptown bridal really catered to my needs and made me feel so welcome and beautiful during my appointment. They truly understood what I wanted. The ladies at Uptown Bridal are excellent. I shopped for my dress at their old location, but had the pleasure of picking up my dress from their new cute farmhouse. They were super easy to work with. They continually went above and beyond all the way up to my wedding when I decided to add custom straps and needed to have my veil steamed. I highly recommend this shop for every bride.

My consultant, Brittney, was amazing at sensing which styles I felt really comfortable in and encouraging me to follow my heart when choosing my dress. The selection of dresses, veils, and accessories is incredible...all designer styles at a modest price point. If you want a true, personalized experience this is the place. The girls are all amazing, patient, and truly caring. My experience meant the world to me from start to finish. On my first visit where I found "the dress", I think I tried on 10! Each time the attendant was paying attention to EVERYTHING I felt and said. She helped me seriously make one of the most important decisions! When I came to my final fitting - they had a picture of me from my first try-on, which was so special (and cupcakes which was even more awesome). My sister got her dress at a "popular" chain store and sadly, it was very distant, boring, and didn't feel special at all. Beautiful shop, the girls clearly love what they do. There was no comparison between Uptown Bridal and the other "big name" wedding dress shops that I tried before it. This is definitely an experience that every new bride should have when looking for their perfect dress.
