  I think everyone I've talked to who attended our wedding has made it a point to rave about Uptown. They were tight, played the songs we discussed, worked successfully in a room with crazy acoustics, and were a complete pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Book. This. Band!

  I would highly recommend Uptown for any type of event. They have always been very accommodating and easy to work with on top of being great people. Their music spans several generations so no one is left out of the fun. They have played at several of our July 4th company functions, have been fantastic and we have booked them again for 2018. Their rendition of the National Anthem is spot on - respectful, professional and one we look forward to. Some would say, if you can deliver that song, you can deliver most anything. You will not be disappointed.

  Awesome! Everyone, I mean everyone from young to old were on the dance floor all night! I have never seen the dance floor so packed! Good song variety. Thank you for playing the song requests - they loved it! Everything was perfect.

  As a videographer and owner of Space and Time Video, I've seen, and worked with, these guys many many times. They are very professional and engage with an audience in a way that would make proud anyone who hired them. The wedding industry is it's own special world with it's own needs for special clients and not every band is adept at realizing what a unique occasion a reception is. This band is !! I highly recommend hiring Uptown. They're great to work with, sound wonderful, and you'll rest easy knowing you've hired, (what I consider to be), the best.

  Uptown was a great band to work with for my daughter’s wedding in December. Scot was very professional and prompt about responding to emails and questions about details. He and the band arrived at the time they said they would on the day of the wedding. The music was great and they got the whole crowd dancing and nobody wanted to quit.

  Our company booked Uptown for our annual Christmas party. It was an incredible event and I have to say I credit Uptown to a lot of the fun! They arrived early to set up and did their sound checks well before the party was scheduled to start. They were professional and fun to work with. Because of their arrival time, they were ready to begin when asked. They worked with our schedule of toasts, breaks, and playing playlists while they took small breaks. They were a blast and really got the party started and kept it going till the end of the night! I highly recommend them for your next event.

  We cannot say enough positive praise for Uptown. We booked them for a corporate "Customer Appreciation" event and the crowd loved them! They are very talented, friendly, professional musicians, and they had great stage presence. Their set list was full of popular energetic cover songs and kept the crowd moving and singing along.   Incredible band, extremely accommodating, will learn songs just for you, enthusiastic interaction with the crowd which had everyone up on their feet almost immediately. Very prompt and friendly with a wide range of music to choose from. I love them. They are the first person I call for any music entertainment needs. A+++++

  Uptown was a dream to work with for my niece's wedding. I have never hired a band and did not know what to expect. They have definitely set the bar very high if I ever have to do it again. The up front communication was obviously the most important. My contact, Gary, was very gracious and informative. He asked many questions that I never would have thought of to make sure they could deliver the best service. Besides the band being fantastic (people were dancing all night) their flexibility in working with our schedule, setting up early, providing special request background music, etc. demonstrated a level of professionalism I would not have expected. They were so easy to work with. Once they knew what we wanted we did not have to give them a second thought. Everything went perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone for any event.
