Beautiful Artistry!

Heather and Alicia did my makeup and hair for my wedding, and they made me look and feel more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! They were so fun to work with, and I am still amazed by their ability to make my vision come to life. They took my inspiration photos, talked through an in-depth consultation, and created a bridal look that was beyond my wildest dreams! If I had feedback or requests throughout the process, they took out their magic wands, and made expert adjustments in just a few seconds :)

For the day of my wedding, they brought in Amanda and Michelle to help with my army of women - bridesmaids, mothers, and officiant. They worked so efficiently, and took the time and care to make everyone look and feel gorgeous :) I cannot recommend Heather and her team enough! I feel so blessed to have worked with them - getting ready for my wedding with them created some of the most cherished memories that I'll carry with me forever!

Amazing duo for wedding prep!

Heather and Katie are such an amazing duo. I searched through tons of makeup and hair artists for my wedding and am so glad I went with them. I wanted a makeup artist who didn't cake on the heavy makeup but still could make me look glam. Heather knocked it out of the park. A few standout things about them:

-Flexibility: We had to push our wedding out a year due to Covid and they were so understanding and flexible with finding a new date.
-Communication: Heather replied to all of my emails in a timely fashion. She was happy to answer all of my questions and was always really friendly.
-Personalities: When I first met them during my hair and makeup trial, we were all chatting like we had been friends for years. It's always nice to have down to earth people to chat with since you're most likely sitting in a chair talking to them for hours. Even at my wedding, all the bridesmaids said they loved hanging and chatting with them.
-Extras: Heather has gone above and beyond by helping me find an amazing photographer for a boudoir shoot (turned into a maternity shoot due to the quarantine lol). She also helped suggest makeup to purchase for me to have on hand to reapply during the wedding. We are also instagram friends and keep in touch on there.

I would use them again 100% and will recommend them to all my friends I know who are getting married.

Best experience ever! Highly Recommend!!

I cannot say enough about unveiling designs!! I had the pleasure of having Heather and Katie perform their magic on my girls and I for my wedding on July 20th. Let me start off by saying that for the past year I have been booking them for every important event where I wanted my hair and makeup done and have never been disappointed. Heather and Katie are nothing short of AMAZING!! They are extremely talented, friendly, funny, caring, and take pride in their work. Their main goal really is to make sure that you feel beautiful and they always come through. Everything they did was flawless. I cannot be happier with how everything turned out. I will always recommend them for any event and will absolutely continue booking them for my own!! 🙂

Hands down the best MUAH artists!

I don’t even know how to properly convey how amazing Heather and Katie are - they were by far my favorite vendors to work with throughout my entire wedding planning process and wedding day. Not only are these ladies extremely talented at what they do, they are maybe two of the nicest, most genuine women I’ve ever met. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous the day of my wedding and they worked so hard to keep me calm while simultaneously making me and my girls feel so incredibly beautiful. They truly listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to create the exact look I was aiming for. Their professionalism and caring demeanors are unmatched - they really go the extra mile!

Amazing experience!

I recently got married and I was so lucky to have Heather as my makeup artist! She was recommended to me by a friend last year, and when I contacted her to see if she was available on our wedding date she responded within 5-10 minutes. It just so happened that our date was one of the last she had available in May, and I’m so happy that she did. Heather was wonderful to work with! She was so helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions, patient when my deposit check and contract disappeared in the mail, she listened to my requests and concerns, and she made me feel gorgeous! She was super flexible and allowed me to coordinate my makeup trial for the day of our engagement shoot, and she even took extra time with me to make sure everything was perfect for our pictures. Heather is just so sweet, fabulous at what she does, and she was definitely a calming presence to have there on my wedding day. I can’t recommend her highly enough, and I hope I can find an excuse to have her do my makeup again soon!

Gorgeous looks!

Heather and Katie did an amazing job! They did hair and makeup for my three bridesmaids and me. Some of us had an idea of what we wanted, and others left it to Heather and Katie to get creative and all of our looks turned out gorgeous and unique to each of us.
Logistically, they were extremely organized and very responsive. Booking and payments were also super easy. They arrived early and kept us all on schedule, which everyone really appreciated!
Most importantly, they were also so friendly and fun to chat with and helped me feel relaxed. My hair and makeup still looked great at the end of a long (sweaty!) day! I would highly recommend this team!

Dream Glam Team

Heather & Katie were the dream team for my large bridal party of 8 bridesmaids, a mother of the bride, and me, the bride! I really connected with Heather & Katie during our initial hair and makeup trial, and they both worked with me to realistically achieve the vintage romance look I was hoping for. I was blown away and so happy with how long everything held after the trial - They easily recreated the fabulous look on my wedding day and were amazing with time management as they worked with a large group of unruly girls getting ready together in one space. I laughed so much in my hair and makeup chair and they made me feel so beautiful and confident on my special day. I would absolutely recommend this team to any bride looking for a supportive, creative, and talented beauty crew!

Amazing experience!

I had my makeup done by Heather for my wedding June 2019. She was incredibly easy to correspond with (i believe she responded to my initial email within 30 min on a Sunday!), upfront with prices, very knowledgeable and friendly! She was also early and prepared day of! I don’t generally wear a lot of makeup on a day to day basis and was worried about having a look that was too heavy/untrue to myself. Heather put all those worries at bay and gave me a look that was natural looking yet accentuated all the right features. I felt very beautiful and I was so happy with how it photographed. Hire Unveiling designs! You won’t regret it.

Best decision ever!

Heather and Katie = A Dynamite Duo

Heather and Katie are greatly talented and such a pleasure to work with. On the day of my wedding, they arrived ready and professional (at 5:40am!) but also friendly and so fun. These ladies are very calming and make you feel at ease during all the stress that comes with wedding day nerves. Overall I'm super happy with the outcome and wouldn't have changed a thing. They made me feel so beautiful and confident for the greatest day ever. They're attention to detail was on point. All of my emails and questions were addressed super fast. Beauty in elegance

Heather and Katie were such a great team. They did a professional job not only on my hair and makeup, but for my mom and bridesmaids too! They were very efficient with timing, but also very calm and relaxed.

Their personalities were fun and they fit in well with our group while we were prepping.

I had in my mind the exact hair style I wanted for my wedding, and Katie executed it perfectly! Also, I typically don't wear makeup in my daily life so was nervous about not looking like "me" but Heather was able to make my makeup look totally natural, with the addition of the dramatic eyes that I wanted.

I highly recommend Heather and Katie!

October vineyard wedding review

I had a wonderful experience, Heather was incredibly responsive in all communication and gave great tips on some products to get in advance so that I could stay touched up the whole day! I still use my lipstick and blotting compact she recommended because it works so well. Above all, she was really fun! It felt like having a friend doing my hair and makeup, which is what anyone wants on their wedding morning!

Heather and Katie are Amazing!

Heather and Katie are just wonderful. I could not have been happier. It's a real leap of faith to book hair and makeup for your wedding purely off of an online impression without ever doing a trial beforehand, but I had a good gut instinct about them and I am so glad I trusted it, as they turned out to be the perfect choice. They are both so professional, you really feel that from the very beginning. And they both did an amazing job. It was important for me to feel really beautiful and classy, and to stand out without looking over-done, and they totally achieved this. The make up and hair also had great staying power and I barely had to touch anything up the whole night.
My sister and friends were also so happy! We all felt amazing, not a single complaint.
On top of this, they both have wonderful energy. They are calm, relaxed and so warm. It was such a wonderful start to my wedding day being in their company. I left for my ceremony feeling beautiful and confident, and I would highly recommend them to any bride to be!

We had a truly incredible experience with Heather! She has now done wedding makeup for 3 weddings in our family because we love her (and her work) so much! The makeup was perfect on everyone in the bridal party and she always listened to what people wanted and customized based on their preferences. Heather was incredible! During the trial and the wedding day, she was kind, calm, and professional. She was honest and highly skilled. My makeup was exactly what I asked for and MORE! I came in with a couple pictures and a general idea of what I wanted for the makeup but Heather was able to bring it all to life better than I could have ever imagined! She was so pleasant to work with on the wedding day-she was a calming force, reminded me to drink water, and laughed with me at all the silly things that happened! Heather and Katie came to my house with all their equipment on time and ready to go. Everyone loved the hair and makeup. We all got complaints galore all night long!!! Heather is an incredibly talented make up artist. She has done my make up for some of my most special life moments...including my engagement photos, maternity photos, and family photos - and always makes me look and feel beautiful! Most recently, she did my make up for my wedding day (and all of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law!), and she did an unbelievable job! Everyone looked absolutely stunning! She knows how to accentuate your best features and picks all the right colors for your skin tone and eye color. Not only is Heather an amazing make up artist, but she is a beautiful person with a big heart and warm spirit and her calm nature makes you feel so at ease when getting your make up done. Heather and Katie are the perfect examples of great people doing excellent work! They were very responsive, super flexible and accommodating of the numerous changes we made to the timeline and smiled and did more than their best despite last minute delays the day of. They were fantastic during my trial and I instantly knew that I could trust them and want people like them working so closely with me on my wedding weekend! They are phenomenal at what they do - creating magic without going overboard :) They truly cared about how I felt and that is very special. Heather was an absolute amazing, fun, friendly and PERFECT addition to my sisters wedding day. My sister eloped and we just needed make up for myself and her and heather was timely, came to our Airbnb, come fully prepared and just knocked it out of the park. My sister and I both ended up looking exactly how we wanted, and different from each other. Our color themes were different from each other but didnt clash at all. Heather was delightful, kept the mood light and fun, and worked so hard to ensure we were both happy, but especially my sister, who often doesnt like how people do her make up. We both felt stunning, I cannot recommend Heather enough. THE BEST. THE BEST. THE BEST. I wish she could come to NOLA and do my make up here!

Heather (makeup) and Katie (hair) make a great team! I was referred to them by my regular hairdresser for my wedding and couldn't have been happier. They completely understood my style with just a few questions and photo examples, and worked with me to get my look just right for the wedding. I wasn't going to do a trial but was talked into it by friends, and I'm so glad I did it. I was able to schedule it for the morning of my bridal shower (which I highly recommend if you are able) and I realized very quickly that the loose updo hair style I liked didn't really work with my fine hair, which meant we could get my hair just right for the wedding day and it would't be falling out. It also helped to see how my makeup looked in photos prior to the big day, and we were able to adjust the shades accordingly. In addition to being great at what they do, I found Heather and Katie to be incredibly approachable and fun. For my four bridesmaids and me, it felt like we were spending the day with two more longtime friends. Having worked with other vendors in friends' weddings, I have to say that Heather and Katie have set a new bar for service and have my highest recommendation. You really do get what you pay for, and Unveiling Designs is worth every penny!

I had a fairly large bridal party which made start time for hair and makeup at 7am. They both worked all day without losing their smile. They were both willing to work with what my bridal party was envisioning and not stopping until it was perfect. I highly recommend this duo for your event as I know they only know how to do a perfect job.

Heather and Katie (with the help of two equally lovely stylists) did a wonderful job on hair and makeup for myself, 7 bridesmaids, and my junior bridesmaid. They were professional, responsive, and accommodating. For example, at my hair trial I thought I wanted one look for my hair and makeup, and they delivered exactly what I wanted. When I changed my mind, and gave them some feedback, they immediately understood what I was going for. I felt like a princess on my wedding day thanks in no small part to their amazing work! All my bridesmaids were pleased with their hair and makeup as well.

I booked Heather and Katie for my wedding on 08/05/2017 and had the BEST experience. Four out of the five bridesmaids had both their hair and make-up done (as well as myself). The two ladies handled the job like nobody's business and everyone looked amazing! Watching each girl go ahead of me just made me more and more excited before it was my turn in the chair. Both Katie and Heather did an amazing job finding ways to compliment my own features with my hair and make up. And when I was done - I never thought I could look so beautiful. Choosing Heather as the makeup artist for my wedding day was easily one of the best decisions I made during the whole planning process! Not only is she insanely talented, she is so fun to be around and easy to talk to. She was super calming the day of the wedding, which as a bride, was SO helpful when I was getting nervous on & off. From the beginning, we talked about what I wanted and what some of my concerns were (eyebrow thickness, eye shadow darkness, etc) and she definitely listened and followed through -- she made me look even better than I could have hoped for!! The makeup she uses is amazing quality too. It lasted all night, even through the 100+ degree weather! I would HIGHLY recommend Heather!!!

Heather was amazing! She has an incredible eye and artistic talent, and was such a pleasure to work with. Her communications before the wedding were precise, timely, and friendly - true to her style in person as well. My makeup as the bride was so well done, with little direction, as was 2 of my bridesmaids. Everyone was really happy with her work, not overdone, just beautiful. Heather (makeup) and Katie (hair) were amazing, if you're considering their services I promise you won't be disappointed. Heather was super responsive the whole time and flexible while I was figuring out final numbers and location. I don't get my makeup done very often so I was a little worried I wasn't going to look like myself or it would be too much (I actually had a trial with another vendor prior to my meeting with Heather where this happened, so I was extra stressed). But from the start Heather talked with me about what I wanted, understood it, and the trial was perfect. I just looked like the best looking version of myself. Now I wish I had more excuses to get my makeup done! The bridesmaids that got their makeup done commented that it was the best they've ever had as well. The eyelashes alone were amazing!

For hair, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do, so Katie was great in letting me try a few different options during the trial so on the day I was confident and very happy. All the different styles for the bridesmaids turned out wonderful as well!

The other thing that doesn't seem to be that big of deal until the day, they were on time the whole time! Even had time to slot my sister in for makeup after she saw how good everyone else looked. That makes such a different when every minute of the day is accounted for. Use these ladies!

Heather was amazing!! I had 6 bridesmaids and myself (7 total) and she was able to get all of us done in timely manner. She was very sweet and friendly and did a beautiful job making us all look stunning. One of my bridesmaids usually does her own make-up and is our go to girl for doing ours as well. I am very happy to have booked Unveiling Designs to do my wedding day hair and makeup. Not only are Heather and Katie extremely fun, laid back people, but they're also incredibly talented. I was most impressed by how well they listened. Heather is my wedding day makeup angel! Her makeup skills are flawless- she has a true gift as a makeup artist. I know absolutely nothing about makeup, so I was very intimidated when having to choose a makeup artist for my wedding day. After reading her glowing reviews on Wedding Wire, I contacted her and the stars aligned because she was thankfully available on my wedding day, which was less than a month from when I reached out to her. We did a makeup trial beforehand, which I HIGHLY recommend to any bride. It allowed us the chance to get to know each other, and also take the time needed to figure out a makeup "game plan." Because no matter what timeline is created and how much time is allotted for services, there's never enough time on your wedding day. At the trial, Heather figured out my skin type and color tones, and wrote all of her products down that she used on me. This was extremely helpful on my wedding day, because we didn't have as much time for my makeup as planned and she was able to refer to her notes to get my makeup applied in an efficient manner. She is the makeup whisperer! My mother and mother in law never had makeup professionally done, and were hesitant about having it done- especially the idea of false lashes. They both fell in love with Heather and her work, where she magically convinced both of them to have false lashes applied- and they looked AMAZING! Heather applied the individual lashes on all of us, which I am now addicted to! Even after all the crying I did on my wedding day, my makeup stayed put. I have never looked or felt so glamorous and beautiful:) Heather is a true gem, an artist, and all around wonderful person. She has a passion for what she does, and truly cares about her clients and doing everything she can to make them feel their best on their wedding day. I can't say enough great things about Heather. First, her attention to detail is excellent and she truly cares about achieving the perfect end-result. She pays attention to your individual style and needs, but also makes a firm recommendation for the undecided - which is definitely me sometimes. And in the most important moment of the wedding day, Heather was a wonderful sense of calm in a sea of chaos, and very flexible to last minute needs and requests. And even more importantly, she did a beautiful job. I loved that her makeup was just the right amount. I still looked like me, but way better! And it lasted all night. My entire wedding party was very pleased: ages 9 to 76. I would highly recommend Unveiling Designs for any big occasion!! Heather is so great at what she does. Makeup is not something she does, she makes it an art and you feel incredibly beautiful after she is finished with you!! Heather has been in the make up industry for a long time and is an absolute pro. She studies your features and emphasizes everything in all the right places and manages to make zits, blemishes, and scars disappear without the "caked on" look. The way she applies and blends the make up looks very natural and turns out stunning in photos. She also knows how to manage her time with a big group and make the bride a priority. My wife and I were married in Healdsburg in July and chose Heather to do our makeup. With two brides in our wedding, we thought it would be a challenge to find someone whose work we both loved. But after our makeup trial we knew right away that Heather would be perfect for both of us. Working with her was a great experience all the way through! From the trials to the wedding day she listened to what each of us wanted, and continued to check in on us from time to time in the weeks leading up to the ceremony. We were both so pleased with the finished product, and the way we both looked when we walked down the aisle. I also used Katie for my hair and could not have been happier. My initial hair trial with Katie went well, but as the wedding date approached I changed my mind about my look. Katie was very flexible, and quickly scheduled another hair trial so we could find the perfect style. The end result was beautiful and I could not have been happier with my hair on my wedding day! I'm not exaggerating with my five star ratings across the board for Heather, her service was fantastic in all regards. From the moment I contacted her, Heather was helpful, responsive, and professional. Even though I opted not to have a trial (which everyone says you shouldn't do), Heather worked with me and was still happy to provide her excellent service. On the day of my wedding Heather arrived with everything she needed and more: she was incredibly well prepared to do makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mom. Heather listened to me and all the ladies in attendance and made sure we were happy and looked and felt beautiful. I always want a professional to tell me if they think something I've requested is a bad idea, after all they're the professional, but some professionals won't do this; luckily this is not Heather, I thoroughly appreciated Heather's honesty and candor. In addition, and perhaps most importantly, Heather made me feel at ease and had a good sense of humor - a wonderful plus on a stressful day. To add a cherry on top of all of this, Heather is very reasonably priced. I didn't actually know how truly amazing Heather was until I had the displeasure of working with another makeup artist on my best friend's wedding day. This other makeup artist, who will remain unnamed, did practically the opposite of all the good qualities I've listed for Heather above. Needless to say I was disappointed in that artists' performance but it made Heather shine that much brighter in my mind. Heather did my makeup for my June 2015 wedding and she was absolutely amazing. I am what some people may call "picky" - I had two prior makeup trials and feeling super defeated I found Heather through a referral. Little did I know, she would be the best find of the whole wedding process. While most people rushed my trial, Heather took her time, made me feel special and left me feeling more beautiful than I ever have. (Fact: I took more selfies that day than any other) Communication from the time of my trial until the wedding was phenomenal - and I sent more than a few nervous emails. Come the day of the wedding Heather was my ace in the hole, my saving grace - I was so nervous and frantic and she was able to remain so calm, collected, professional and fun -- the day of my wedding I felt like myself, but a significantly better version. There is a reason why Heather is an award winning make-up artist! She is absolutely the best and I could not have been happier with her work. I looked for almost a year to find a make-up artist to use for my wedding day and was not having any luck. I am not fair skinned and I wanted to shy away from the typical natural looking bridal make-up; as this was my big day and I wanted my look to pop! The websites I visited for other artists just didn't do it for me, but thankfully I found Heather's website and her brides looked stunning. I contacted her and she quickly responded that she was available for my wedding, she ensured she could provide the look I envisioned and hallelujah, she had a hair stylist contact as well! I set up my consultation with Heather and Katie and they made me look just as the picture I provided. After seeing their beautiful work, I had 3 other bridal party members wanting to book as well. Heather was so accommodating when it came to travel, as my venue didn't allow time for hair/makeup for all of us.

I am so happy with her services from the trial to the final make up. For the trial, her charge is very reasonable. I went to her home where she had set up a very cute studio with fresh flowers and lit candles, it was very welcoming. She had kept an open communication from the very beginning which made me feel very comfortable during the entire time. Her make up is so clean and gorgeous which made me feel very beautiful on my wedding day.

Heather is AMAZING! There is no need to go to several wedding makeup trials for your big day. She is sweet, professional, and responds very promptly to emails. During my trial in her adorable makeup room in her lovely home, she checked in with me to see if I liked what she was doing. I felt comfortable with her right away, and it was easy to tell that she is an experienced professional who has a passion for what she does (and is fabulous at it)! She asked me if I wanted to change the look of the eyeshadow and/or go lighter or darker. (She wanted to make sure that I loved the look and took notes to remember all of the products that she used.) My makeup looked flawless after my trial and on my wedding day! I could not have asked for a better job or a different look. It was perfect! Heather even went to my hair salon (and arrived early) on the morning of my wedding. My mom and bridesmaids looked amazing as well! I will definitely recommend Heather to my friends and hope that I have an excuse to see her again soon!

Heather did my Mom's and my makeup for my brothers wedding. She was timely, professional and patient. Would definitely use her again and recommend her to others. We got a ton of compliments on our makeup throughout the day it photographed well and it pretty much lasted all day (just had to update eyeliner on my mom and lipsticks, but Heather had already told us about this since our day was so long), - 5am-11pm!

Heather was amazing to work with from beginning to end. She was very easy to communicate with, answering all emails almost instantly. When I met her a few months later for a trial, she was just as helpful making suggestions and explaining to me what I should purchase to keep myself looking good on my wedding day. On top of being helpful and kind, she does amazing work. At the trial she did exactly what I asked her to. It looked gorgeous and stayed on all day! On my wedding day almost two months later, she was easy going and calm in what could have been a high stress atmosphere. She was always making sure to put importance on the Bride, which is a special feeling for a special day! Heather did my makeup exactly as she did in the trial, if not better. All my bridesmaids looked gorgeous and we all received tons of compliments throughout the night. My makeup still looked perfect at 2am, almost 12 hours after it was done. For the high quality of service Heather provides, she is a great value. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If you want to look the best you have ever looked in your life- hire Heather for your wedding day!! It was one of the best decisions we made. Heather is a true professional, and an amazing lady as well - such a pleasure to work with! I was a destination bride, so didn't meet Heather until our wedding day, (didn't even have a trial!) but when I met her, I had felt like I had known her forever. Heather at Unveiling Designs did an amazing job on my wedding makeup. She was flexible with my hectic schedule and accommodated my trial close to the wedding at her home studio (which is super cute!) More importantly though, she made my mom look like a movie star! My mom never wears "fancy" makeup, and Heather managed to bring out her eyes (including false eyelashes) and make her skin glow in a way that made my mom feel comfortable and look beautiful. Seriously, look no further, I would recommend Heather's professional, skillful, equitable, and friendly makeup services to all brides!

Heather is an absolutely magnificent and extremely talented artist & I could not have been happier with my decision to hire her for my wedding day. During my trial, she listened intently to my vision & she delivered beautifully! My bridesmaids and I agreed that she had incredible ability to accentuate our best facial features while minimizing the appearance of those features less flattering. When planning a wedding, there are so many decisions that need to be made. And its so important to make the right decisions or you could be in for a disaster on your wedding day (granted it makes for great laughs years later, but no one wants to be a sad bride). I "hired" a makeup artist (NOT HEATHER) for the day of wedding through the recommendation of a friend. I wasn't impressed with her work and didn't feel like I was important to her on the day of the trial (trial took 45 minutes for hair and makeup). I also was concerned that she would forget about the wedding because she forgot about my trial (over 45 minutes late). Luckily, I immediately went online and searched for makeup artists. I found Unveiling Designs by Heather on several website searches for Sonoma County. And I am so happy I did. Heather is incredibly talented. I felt amazing on the day of our trial - and could not wait for what she would do on the day of my wedding. She made me feel so comfortable all throughout the day of the wedding. I received so many compliments from my family and friends. She does an amazing job with blending, contouring, and just making a bride look her absolute best - and the key here is without looking like she is wearing gobs of makeup. She did an amazing job on the bridal party - including my mom! Everyone looked absolutely stunning! I would completely recommend her to anyone in need of makeup services. I would continue to use her for just about any time of formal gathering (as my family has lots of them) - but she books up so incredibly fast. So if you are still searching for someone - Call Heather! You will not be disappointed!

I simply cannot recommend Heather enough. She is a true professional, an awesome artist and (crucially, I think, since you spend a fair bit of time with your MUA on an emotionally charged day) a fantastic person.

From the start Heather was prompt and courteous responding to emails and forthcoming with all relevant information. Although she gets booked solid (for good reason), she was flexible when scheduling my trial and even came to SF to do it at one of my bridesmaid's apartments. We were all laughing and enjoying her presence right away, like we knew her for years.

At most my everyday makeup consists of a little eye liner, mascara and lip gloss, so, basically, I'm a total makeup noob. Heather made me feel at ease, listened to my preferences while giving her expert opinion as far as what could work best for my wedding day, taking into account my comfort as well as the conditions, lighting, photos, incessant tears, etc. She was always exceptionally patient (I was all over the place, not sure of what I wanted), supportive, and provided gentle, but honest, feedback whenever I suggested something totally nuts (see noob status referred to above). If there was something I didn't like she totally understood and adapted with ease -- again, a true pro.

The day-of I felt beautiful and the makeup was flawless, amazingly long-lasting, comfortable, and natural (but better than nature, because that's the point, right?). Heather was so much fun to have around while at the same time was always the utter professional. Do not even consider hiring anyone else.

Heather was wonderful! She was super flexible about the location and time of both the trial run and day-of makeup session, especially since I was coming from out of town and didn't have it worked out until about 1-2 weeks before the actual wedding. Heather is very personable and easy to talk to. She listened to my requests and preferences. AND most importantly she did a fabulous job! Heather is so fantastic, I can't even begin to give her enough praise! From the second I met her at my trial, I knew I loved her. She's very professional, but also had me laughing the entire time. She and Katie got what I wanted down to the last detail so I knew she was the one to do my wedding makeup. On the day of the wedding, I couldn't have asked for any more. She and Katie did 10 members of my bridal party, including myself. They were efficient, professional, and most importantly, everyone loved the way they looked - even the girls that tend to critique hair and makeup people normally! Not only that - they finished early! It was amazing, especially with 10 people, but they had us ready for pictures way ahead of schedule. As for me, I have never looked better! I got so many compliments all night on my hair and makeup, and it lasted well into the night. It probably could have lasted through brunch the next morning if I wanted it to! Do yourself a favor and reach out to Heather...you won't regret it.

Heather did SUCH an amazing job on my makeup and my mother and mother-in-law's as well. We had a last minute time change to get started on the day of and she was incredibly flexible and super quick to respond - very accommodating! She was exactly on time and super sweet to work with! I was not able to do a trial run so was a bit nervous about how the makeup would turn out but I really had nothing to worry about. She listened carefully, asked questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and the results were nothing short of wonderful. I was incredibly happy with her work and would highly recommend Heather to anyone!

I recently had my wedding and had heather on hand both as my make up artist and day of coordinator. Heather is absolutely amazing!! She had the job of doing make up for three of us, (both mothers and the bride) and she was so efficient and on schedule which was so wonderful when as the bride I was already so nervous beyond belief!! I also loved how laid back and sweet she was, especially to my 5 year old niece who insisted on hanging out with us and play while heather was applying my make up.
I myself hardly wear any makeup and I was at first a bit nervous about how makeup would look on me but heather did such an amazing job! She did such a great job at enhancing my features and I looked absolutely beautiful!! And the best part, it was all about how comfortable i was at all times, she never tried to force anything on me and just gave me some ideas on what I may like.
And on top of doing make up all morning heather was also on hand as my day of coordinator. She helped to make sure everything ran seamlessly, making sure we were on schedule and even wiping down my dress when wine was spilled on it by accident. At the end of the night she was also the last person to leave, waiting to make sure my family got into their taxi ok.
If you haven't figured out from this review, I absolutely love heather! She made my day so much more comfortable so I could focus on my wedding. She also made me feel so beautiful on my special day! You can't go wrong with hiring unveiling designs!

Heather is the best!!! I was a bit nervous at first to get my make-up done for my wedding. I had never had my make-up done professionally before and I usually don't wear much make-up. I scheduled a demo for my mom and I and she did an amazing job. She was very thorough with our trials, didn't rush anything and we looked great. The day of the wedding she was not only able to replicate what she did at our trials, but we looked even more perfect and beautiful. The make lasted ALL day (12+ hours) and didn't smear or run. Heather and Katie are the best, and are so easy and fun to work with. They had their hands full with me, my bridesmaids, and both mother's, and did an amazing job on us all!
